The present work discuses new findings in the electrochemistry of naproxen over graphite electrodes. This new approach, allows the proposal of a simple and competitive low‐cost method to carry out naproxen’s voltammetric quantification. Naproxen’s indirect quantification through an adsorption anodic wave was performed at a graphite bar electrode using differential pulse voltammetry. An anodic current maximum was recorded at a potential of ?0.3 V referred to a saturated Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The calibration plot having a correlation coefficient of 0.990, sensibility of 4.19±0.62 µA cm3 µg?1, with detection and quantification limits of 0.68 and 3.3 µg cm?3, respectively.  相似文献

Two electrochemical sensors were proposed for the determination of L‐tyrosine from pharmaceutical capsules. The electrochemical sensors were based on plain graphite paste and chitosan modified graphite paste. Working conditions, e. g. pH, supporting electrolytes have been optimized. The results revealed for both electrodes very low limits of quantification (LOQ) (0.18 mg L?1 and 0.0018 mg L?1) for plain graphite paste based sensors and for chitosan modified paste sensors respectively. A higher sensitivity of 7.95×10?10 A mg L?1 was obtained for the sensor based on plain graphite paste (G). The uniformity content test showed that L‐Tyrosine can be recovered in pharmaceutical capsules with an average value higher than 98.00 % and a relative standard deviation (RSD%) value less than 1.00 % (N=5).  相似文献

The oxidative ability of donepezil, a frequently prescribed drug for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease is reported for the first time at a gold electrode. It was oxidized by cyclic voltammetry and determined by square wave voltammetry in phosphate buffer electrolyte. Electrochemical degradation of donepezil was carried out by long term potential cycling. The identification and characterization of the major product, isolated by preparative high performance liquid chromatography, was performed by high resolution mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Donepezil hydroxy derivative was identified as the major electrochemical oxidation product from donepezil.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of methylisothiazolinone (MIT), the most widely used preservative, were investigated by cyclic (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) to develop a new method for its determination. To our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of a voltammetric procedure for the determination of MIT on a boron-doped diamond electrode (BDDE) in a citrate–phosphate buffer (C-PB) environment. The anodic oxidation process of methylisothiazolinone, which is the basis of this method, proved to be diffusion-controlled and proceeded with an irreversible two-electron exchange. The radical cations, as unstable primary products, were converted in subsequent chemical reactions to sulfoxides and sulfones, and finally to more stable final products. Performed determinations were based on the DPV technique. A linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range from 0.7 to 18.7 mg L−1, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The proposed procedure was accurate and precise, allowing the detection of MIT at a concentration level of 0.24 mg L−1. It successfully demonstrated its suitability for the determination of methylisothiazolinone in household products without the need for any separation steps. The proposed method can serve as an alternative to the prevailing chromatographic determinations of MIT in real samples.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple and highly sensitive method is described for voltammetric determination of leucine in blood and urine samples; namely, a glassy carbon electrode with an effective method is modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs). The cyclic voltammetric results indicated that MWNTs remarkably enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of leucine. Under the optimum condition the calibration curve was linear in the concentration range 9.0 × 10?6 ? 1.5 × 10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 3.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 and a relative standard deviation (RSD%) lower than 3.0% (n = 5). Also, some kinetic parameters were determined and a multistep mechanism for oxidation of leucine was proposed.  相似文献

In present paper we described a new simple voltammetric method of determination of nefopam alkaloid and its metabolite – N‐oxide. N‐oxide of nefopam is reduced at the dropping mercury electrode (DME) and silver solid amalgam electrodes (AgSAE), which can effectively replace mercury and chemically modified electrodes. The reduction consists of two one‐electron stages each accompanied with one proton transfer. N‐oxide of nefopam can be obtained from nefopam substance by oxidation with potassium peroxymonosulfate. It was studied the effect of various factors on N‐oxide quantitative yield (pH, oxidation duration, reagents concentration) as well as on the reduction of N‐oxide at DME and p‐AgSAE (pH, the nature of background electrolyte, potential and time of accumulation). It was showed that the reduction current linearly increased with increasing of concentration of analgesic. Limit of quantiation is 10?6 mol L?1 at DME and 10?7 mol L?1 at p‐AgSAE. The developed method was applied for the analysis of commercial drug solution for injection “Nefopam” with recovery of 96.7 %, as well as for the spiked human urine samples. Excellent repeatability with a relative standard deviation below 5 % was achieved.  相似文献

A new voltammetric sensor based on molecularly imprinted poly(acrylic acid)‐MWCNT nanocomposite (MIP‐MWCNT) drop‐coated onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was developed and applied to tramadol (TR) determination in pharmaceutical samples. The voltammetric sensor prepared by suspension of MIP‐MWCNT at 1 : 1 (w/w) ratio show an improved performance compared to unmodified GCE. The electrochemical method is based on preconcentration of tramadol onto MIP‐MWCNT modified GCE surface at ?1.5 V vs Ag/AgCl for 180 s in 0.1 Britton‐Robinson buffer (pH 8.0) at stirred solution. Upon preconcentration, the differential anodic voltammogram was recorded under the optimized condition giving rise to an analytical curve varying from 9.0 up to 30.0 μmol L?1 (R2=0.997) and limits of detection and quantification of 1.4 and 4.8 μmol L?1, respectively. The method precision was assessed in terms of intraday (n=6) and interday (two consecutive days) precision, giving relative standard deviations (RSD%) values between 2.8 to 7.4 %. Excipients usually found in pharmaceutical pills (magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, and silica) and paracetamol were evaluated as potential interferents, however no interference was evidenced in TR determination. The method applicability was evaluated by TR analysis in pharmaceutical samples. Moreover, the method accuracy was attested by comparison of addition and recovery assays with a reference technique (high‐performance liquid chromatography).  相似文献

以铋膜电极为工作电极,采用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法直接测定食品样品中痕量铅、镉和锌。在富集电位-1.4V,富集时间180s,铋膜质量浓度150μg·L-1的条件下,铋膜电极对铅、镉和锌的氧化溶出具有良好的电化学响应。铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在5.0~40μg·L-1的范围内与其阳极溶出峰电流呈线性关系,铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.80,0.65,0.58μg·L-1。对25μg·L-1铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)溶液用铋膜电极连续测定15次,相对标准偏差分别为6.2%,5.1%,7.1%。方法应用于食品中痕量重金属的测定,测定结果与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的测定值相符。  相似文献

In this work, a new electrochemical sensor based on pencil graphite with interesting features, such as low cost (US$ 0.01 per electrode), ease manufacture, and portability was developed. The sensor showed an adequate manufacturing reproducibility with RSD <5.3 %. Under this electrochemical platform, ciprofloxacin underwent an irreversible oxidation process at 1.03 V, characterized by the diffusion of electroactive species. A simple method by square wave voltammetry (SWV) has been optimized for the determination of ciprofloxacin in pharmaceutical formulations using a pencil graphite electrode (PGE). The method showed satisfactory analytical performance, with a wide linear range (12 to 55 μmol L−1), low detection limit (5.6 μmol L−1), adequate precision (RSD <3.2 %), and accuracy with an average recovery of (102±15)%. Samples of pharmaceutical formulations were evaluated, obtaining levels of ciprofloxacin close to those established by the manufacturers. In addition, the samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography and there was no significant difference between the methods at the 95 % confidence level. In this sense, the method developed proved to be reliable and promising for the quality control of pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

Square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetric (SQWASV) method has been utilized to confirm and elucidate the possible complexation reaction between pantoprazole sodium and cobalt as a transition metal in Britton‐Robinson buffer (pH=7.0). The current signal due to the oxidation process was a function of the amount of pantoprazole sodium, pH of the medium, cobalt concentration and accumulation time at the electrode surface. The oxidation peak current has varied linearly with the concentration over the range of 0.1–9.0 nM. The limit of detection was found to be 0.04 nM. The validity of the method was successfully applied for the determination of pantoprazole sodium in pharmaceutical formulations with a pharmacokinetic study in rabbit plasma. The simplicity, rapidity, sensitivity and selectivity of this method make it a very attractive alternative to the other existing methods in the quality control laboratories.  相似文献

A pretreatment for gold electrodes is presented in this work. The improvement of the voltammetric responses for gold surfaces is achieved applying an adequate cathodic potential in acidic media which results on vigorous evolution of gas hydrogen at the interface between electrode and electrolyte. The effectiveness of this procedure is evidenced for gold wire electrodes by cyclic voltammetry in several redox systems. The pretreatment is also compared with other activation methods for gold electrodes in electroanalytical and electrochemical terms.  相似文献

A new selective carbon paste electrode (CPE), was applied as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of norepinephrine (NOE). The sensor was modified with 6‐amino‐4‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐3‐methyl‐1,4‐dihydropyrano[2,3‐c],pyrazole‐5‐carbonitrile (ADPC) assisted Fe2O3@CeO2 coreshell nanoparticles (CNs) synthesized by simple method. To identify the redox properties of the modified electrode, and to examine its electrochemical properties, cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were conducted. Through electrochemical investigations, the coefficient of electron transfer between ADPC and the CNs/CPE (i. e. carbon paste electrode which was modified with CNs), the apparent charge transfer rate constant (ks), and the diffusion coefficient (D) were calculated. The NOE oxidation occurred at the optimum pH of 7.0 and a potential that was about 235 mV less positive than that of the unmodified carbon paste electrode. The interaction between the two metals in the Fe2O3@CeO2 coreshell led to an increase in the surface area and, consequently a sharp increase in the current. The differential pulse voltammogram of NOE showed two linear dynamic ranges an excellent detection limit (3σ) of 40 nM. In addition, NOE, AC and Trp were simultaneously determined at the modified electrode. Finally, NOE was quantitated in a number of real samples.  相似文献

在pH=9的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,用麦饭石修饰碳糊电极循环伏安法研究了克林霉素的电化学性质,并讨论了影响克林霉素测定的各种因素,得到了其测定的最佳实验条件。克林霉素的氧化峰电位是0.80V,氧化峰电流与克林霉素的浓度在3.25×10-6~1.10×10-4 mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。该测定方法的检出限(S/N=3)为5.0×10-7 mol.L-1。用标准加入法测定回收率范围在94.9%~101.4%。克林霉素在0.80V处的氧化为1电子、1质子参加的受扩散控制的不可逆过程。克林霉素的电化学测定方法能很好地用于实际样品的测定而且结果与药典法一致。  相似文献

Abstract

A metalloporphyrin incorporated carbon paste sensor has been developed for the determination of metronidazole benzoate (MTZB). Zn(II) complex of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy phenyl) porphyrin (TMHPP) was used as the active material. The MTZB gave a well-defined reduction peak at?0.713 V in 0.1 mol l?1 phosphate buffer solution of pH around 7. Compared with bare carbon paste electrode (CPE), the TMHPP Zn(II) modified electrode significantly enhanced the reduction peak current of MTZB as well as lowered its reduction potential. Under optimum conditions the reduction peak current was proportional to MTZB concentration over the range 1 × 10?3 mol l?1 to 1 × 10?5 mol l?1. The detection limit was found to be 4.36 × 10?6 mol l?1. This sensor has been successfully applied for the determination of MTZB in pharmaceutical formulations and urine samples.  相似文献

Abstract

The preparation and electrochemical characterization of a carbon composite electrode modified with copper(II)-resin as well as its behavior toward rutin were investigated using cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry. The best voltammetric response was observed for a composite composition of 20% (m/m) copper(II)-resin, 0.10 mol L?1 KNO3/10?6 mol L?1 HNO3 solution (pH 6.0) as the supporting electrolyte, and a scan rate of 50 mVs?1. A linear voltammetric response for rutin was obtained in the concentration range from 9.90 × 10?7 to 8.07 × 10?6 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 2.65 × 10?8 mol L?1. The proposed electrode was useful for the quality control and routine analysis of rutin in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

以玻碳电极(GCE)为工作电极,KH2PO4-Na2HPO4为支持电解质,通过循环伏安法首次观测到了单宁的不可逆氧化峰。在单宁浓度为1.0×10~(-7)~1.2 × 10~(-5)mol/L范围内与其峰电流呈线性关系;检出限为 1.3×10~(-8)mol/L。在中药五倍子浸提液中用标准加入法进行回收实验,其平均回收率为100.6%。该法简便、快速,用1.0×10~(-6)mol/L的单宁溶液重复测定11次,RSD为2.l%。对其反应机理作了初步探讨。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Indirect differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) determination of aluminum in the presence of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-dopa) with glass carbon electrode as working electrode has been described. The method relies on the decrease of DPV anodic peak current of L-dopa with the addition of AlIII The decreasing value of the peak current is linear with the increase of AlIII concentration. Under the optimum experimental conditions (pH 4.8, 6×10?4 M L-dopa, 0.06M NaAc - HAc 1buffer solution), the linear ranges are 4.0×10?7 - 5.2×10?6 M and 7.2×10?6 - 4.5×10?5 M. The relative standard deviation for 8×10?6 M aluminum is 1.0% (n = 8) and the detection limit is 3.5×10?7 M. A number of foreign species for interference have been studied. The method has been applied to determine aluminum in drinking water, synthetic renal dialysate and urine samples.  相似文献

Abstract

The electrochemical reduction of cinnarizine was investigated by cyclic and linear sweep adsorptive voltammetry at glassy carbon electrode in Britton-Robinson buffers over the pH range 2.5–11.5. For analytical purposes, a well-defined adsorption-controlled cathodic peak was obtained at pH 2.5. By cathodic adsorptive linear sweep voltammetry, a linear calibration plot was obtained in the range of 2.0 × 10?7 to 5.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 with detection limit of 9.0 × 10?9 mol L?1. The method was successfully applied to the determination of cinnarizine in commercial formulations with mean recovery and relative standard deviation of 100.24% and 1.46, respectively. The proposed method was also applied for drug determination in spiked serum samples by applying the standard addition method with a mean recovery of 97.80% and standard deviation of 3.06.  相似文献
