Alkyl amines have become available for the synthesis of diverse N-alkyl carbazoles through twofold SNAr aminations of dibenzothiophene dioxides by using alkali metal bases. Of particular importance is the choice of counter cations on alkali metal bases, that is, i) the use of Li base for the efficient intermolecular reaction and ii) the sequential addition of heavier alkali metal bases (Na, K, or Cs) to promote intramolecular cyclization in a one-pot manner. This protocol also enables the cascade synthesis of N-H-carbazoles by using 2-phenylethylamine by removal of the 2-phenethyl group from N-(2-phenethyl) carbazoles in a single operation.  相似文献

A variety of di- and trifluoromethyl-s-triazines are prepared following straightforward synthetic protocols from simple, commercially available starting materials. Trichloromethyl-substituted triazine electrophiles are obtained in good yield and react with amine nucleophiles to afford aminotriazine products in good to excellent yield. The nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction is broad in scope and proceeds smoothly with both aromatic and aliphatic (primary, secondary, and branched) amines in the presence of non-participating functional groups including alcohols, carboxylic acids, indoles, and common amine protecting groups. Furthermore, most reactions require only a catalytic amount of 4-DMAP with no stoichiometric base and are complete within two hours at ambient temperature.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of hydrolytically and thermally stable 4,8-dibromobenzo[1,2-d:4,5-d’]bis([1,2,3]thiadiazole) by the bromination of its parent heterocycle is reported. The structure of 4,8-dibromobenzo[1,2-d:4,5-d’]bis([1,2,3]thiadiazole) was confirmed by X-ray analysis. The conditions for the selective aromatic nucleophilic substitution of one bromine atom in this heterocyclic system by nitrogen nucleophiles are found, whereas thiols formed the bis-derivatives only. Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reactions were found to be an effective method for the selective formation of various mono- and di(het)arylated derivatives of strong electron-deficient benzo[1,2-d:4,5-d’]bis([1,2,3]thiadiazole), and Stille coupling can be employed for the preparation of bis-arylated heterocycles, which can be considered as useful building blocks for the synthesis of DSSCs and OLEDs components.  相似文献

The relative rate constants for the vicarious nucleophilic substitution (VNS) of the anion of chloromethyl phenyl sulfone (1-) with a variety of nitroheteroarenes, for example, nitropyridines, nitropyrroles, nitroimidazoles, 2-nitrothiophene, and 4-nitropyrazole, have been determined by competition experiments. It was shown that nitropyridines are approximately four orders of magnitude more reactive than nitrobenzene. Among the five-membered heterocycles 2-nitrothiophene is the most active followed by nitroimidazoles and 4-nitropyrazole. Nitropyrroles are the least electrophilic nitroheteroarenes with reactivities comparable to nitrobenzene. Quantum chemically calculated methyl anion affinities (B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31G(d)) of the nitroarenes correlated only moderately with the partial relative rate constants. The correlation of these activities with the LUMO energies of nitroarenes is even worse. By measuring the second-order rate constants of the addition of 1- to nitroarenes and to diethyl arylidenemalonates 10, it was possible to link the electrophilic reactivities of nitroheteroarenes with the comprehensive electrophilicity scale based on the linear-free-energy-relationship log k(20 degrees C)=s(N+E).  相似文献

[n]Helicenes with helically twisted structures have attracted increasing interest owing to their unique properties. Therefore, it has been an important issue to develop facile synthetic methodologies which allow access to a variety of [n]helicenes. Here we report the synthesis of [7]helicenes and [7]helicene-like compounds from the thia[7]helicene as a common starting material. Desulfurative dilithiation of the thia[7]helicene and the subsequent reaction with silicon and phosphorus electrophiles afforded the silole- and phosphole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds, respectively. The cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the pyrrole-fused aza[7]helicenes were also successfully synthesized via twofold SNAr reactions of the thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide with the carbon and nitrogen nucleophiles, respectively. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide showed a slightly red-shifted absorption spectrum than the parent thia[7]helicene, which was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The substituents on the silicon atom of silole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds have little impact on the longest absorption maximum. Such little effect of the substituents on absorption properties was also observed for cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compounds and aza[7]helicenes and was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide and the silole-fused [7]helicene-like compound exhibited bright blue emission, and the cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the aza[7]helicenes showed strong violet emission. Each single enantiomer of the aza[7]helicenes showed circularly-polarized luminescence with the dissymmetry factors of 4.2~4.4 × 10−3.  相似文献

Dibenzothiophene dioxides, which are readily prepared through oxidation of the parent dibenzothiophenes, undergo nucleophilic aromatic substitution with anilines intermolecularly and then intramolecularly to yield the corresponding carbazoles in a single operation. The “aromatic metamorphosis” of dibenzothiophenes into carbazoles does not require any heavy metals. This strategy is also applicable to the synthesis of indoles. Since electron‐deficient thiaarene dioxides exhibit interesting reactivity, which is not observed for that the corresponding electron‐rich azaarenes, a combination of a thiaarene‐dioxide‐specific reaction with the SNAr‐based aromatic metamorphosis allows transition‐metal‐free construction of difficult‐to‐prepare carbazoles.  相似文献

Higher homologues of dibenzo[c,e][1,2]dithiin were synthesized from oligophenyls bearing multiple methylthio groups. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed their nonplanar structures and helical enantiomers of higher meta-congener 6 . Such dibenzo[1,2]dithiin homologues are demonstrated to be applicable to lithium-ion batteries as cathode, displaying a high capacity of 118 mAh g−1 at a current density of 50 mA g−1.  相似文献

By switching the position of the alkene and alkyne, a new type of 3‐acyloxy‐1,4‐enyne (ACE) five‐carbon building block was developed for Rh‐catalyzed intramolecular [5+2] cycloaddition. An electron‐withdrawing acyl group on the alkyne termini of the ACE was essential for a regioselective 1,2‐acyloxy migration. This new method provided bicyclic [5.3.0]decatrienes that are different from previous methods because of the positions of the alkenes and the acyloxy group. Multiple mechanistic pathways become possible for this new [5+2] cycloaddition and they are investigated by computational studies.  相似文献

Gold‐catalyzed cycloadditions of ethyl diazoacetate, nitrosoarenes, and vinyldiazo carbonyl species to yield isoxazolidine derivatives stereoselectively are described. Treatment of these isoxazolidine products with the same catalyst results in a novel 1,2‐H shift/[3,3] rearrangement to give benzo[b]azepine compounds. The mechanism of this skeletal rearrangement is elucidated with deuterium‐labeling experiments.  相似文献

This work reports that cyclophanes and their [2]catenanes were synthesized by the SNAr reactions of disubstituted adamantanes bearing halophenol units and 3,6-dichlorotetrazine in moderate yields. In the crystalline state, the cyclophanes had hexagonal structures with a cavity. The [2]catenanes were composed of two macrocycles that were singly interlocked and orthogonally arranged, indicating the construction from eight component molecules through eight C−O bonds in a one-step reaction in up to 33 % yield. The cyclophanes were assembled to afford a supramolecular organic framework in the solid state, which exhibited permanent intrinsic porosity and adsorption of leaf alcohol or aldehyde in a single-crystal to single-crystal fashion. The molecular structures of the liquid guests were determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The formation of catenanes and the use of cyclophane-based porous crystals in the crystalline sponge method may be largely ascribed to the solvophobic effects and the van der Waals interactions that originate in the aliphatic and bulky nature of the adamantane units.  相似文献

tert-Butylthiophosphinidene complex [tBuSP-W(CO)5] was generated by dissociation of 1-(tert-butylthio)phosphirane–W(CO)5 complex under mild conditions. The formation of transient [tBuSP-W(CO)5] was indicated by trapping reactions with 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene, alkynes, phenanthrene-9,10-dione, and methanol. The LUMO of [MeSP-W(CO)5] is significantly lower in energy than those of [Me2NP-W(CO)5], [MeOP-W(CO)5], and [Me2PP-W(CO)5]. The HOMO of [MeSP-W(CO)5] contains a significant contribution from the in-plane lone pair of P and the LUMO shows a typical π* characteristic. Since stabilized by sulfur lone pair and coordinated by W(CO)5, [tBuSP-W(CO)5] undergoes facile and reversible cycloadditions with alkenes and alkynes.  相似文献

1‐[(1R)‐(1‐Phenylethyl)]‐1‐azoniabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane tosylate was generated as a stable bicyclic aziridinium salt from the corresponding 2‐(3‐hydroxypropyl)aziridine upon reaction with p‐toluenesulfonyl anhydride. This bicyclic aziridinium ion was then treated with various nucleophiles including halides, azide, acetate, and cyanide in CH3CN to afford either piperidines or pyrrolidines through regio‐ and stereoselective ring opening, mediated by the characteristics of the applied nucleophile. On the basis of DFT calculations, ring‐opening reactions under thermodynamic control yield piperidines, whereas reactions under kinetic control can yield both piperidines and pyrrolidines depending on the activation energies for both pathways.  相似文献
