Abstract  Two polymorphs of crystalline anhydrous manganese acetate, α-[Mn(O2CMe)2] (1) and β-[Mn(O2CMe)2] (2), were prepared under temperature-controlled solvothermal dehydration. X-ray single-crystal (and powder) diffractions revealed that compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic (a = 9.763(4), b = 4.972(2), c = 6.122(3) ?, β = 102.878(5)°, V = 289.7(2) ?3, Z = 4) space group P2/c. Although it was early prepared, its single crystal structure is firstly determined and known as a two-dimensional (2D) layer structure; whereas, compound 2 demonstrates a three-dimensional diamondoid (dia-e) structure that people in its early X-ray single-crystal study was not aware of. The bicyclic coumarin derivative-1, 3 propano-2-bromo-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrano [2, 3-c] [1]benzo-pyran-5-one (8) was synthesised by a sequence of reaction viz. acetylation of 4-[2′-cyclohexenyl] -3-hydroxy [1] benzopyran-2-one (4), addition of bromine to cyclohexenyl double bond and treating the resulting acetyldi-bromo derivative (7) with 4% alcoholic KOH. Benzofuro [2, 3-c] [1] -benzopyran-6-one (10) was synthesised from 4 via oxymercuration with mercuric acetate in methanol followed by dehydrogenative damercuration with Pd-C in refluxing diphenyl ether.  相似文献

One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4‐dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor‐acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotazane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor‐acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献

The heteroleptic dmit complex [Et4N]2[Ni2(C2S4)(C3S5)2] has been prepared by the reaction of NiCl2.H2O with Na2dmit, NaSC2H4OH in the MeOH solution. The compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction study, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Crystallographic data : space group: P21/n, a=11.843(2), b=11.079(1), c = 15.404(1)(), β=110.33(1)°, V = 1895.1()3, Z=2, Dc=1.62 g/cm3, μ=17.6 cm-1, F(000)=956, R=0.052, Rw=0.061. In the structure of the title complex, the tto (tto=tetrathioxalato) ligand in bridging form is chelated to two nickel atoms and dmit (dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) ligands coordinated to nickel atoms.  相似文献

The values of the second dissociation constant, pK 2, for the dissociation of the NH+ charge center of the zwitterionic buffer compounds 4-(N-morpholino)butanesulfonic acid (MOBS), and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine-N-4-butanesulfonic acid (HEPBS) have been determined from 5 to 55°C, including, 37°C at intervals of 5°C. The electromotive-force (emf) measurements have been made utilizing hydrogen electrodes and silver–silver chloride electrodes. The value of pK 2 for MOBS was found to be 7.702 ± 0.0005, and 8.284 ± 0.0004 for HEPBS, at 25°C, respectively. The related thermodynamic quantities, G o, H o, S o, and C p o for the dissociation processes of MOBS and HEPBS have been derived from the temperature coefficients of pK 2. Both the MOBS and HEPBS buffer materials are useful as primary pH standards for the control of pH 7.3 to 8.6 in the region close to that of physiological fluids.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray structure characterization of isomeric 2-(2,4,4-trimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-yl)-1-naphthyl acetate (1) and 3-(2,4,4-trimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[g]chromen-2-yl)-2-naphthyl acetate (2) is described. Compound 1 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/c with all atoms situated in general positions. Isomeric compound 2 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group P-1 and its structure consists of two crystallographically independent molecules with all atoms located in general positions. In addition to intramolecular C-H??O bonding, 2 is involved in two intermolecular C-H??O interactions resulting in a one-dimensional H-bonded network.  相似文献

N-tris[Hydroxymethyl]-4-aminobutanesulfonic acid (TABS) has been investigated for the determination of the values of the second dissociation constant, pK 2, in water at 12 temperatures in the range 5–55°C, including 37°C. This zwitterionic compound is useful as a secondary pH standard in the range of pH (7–9) for physiological applications. The electromotive force (emf) measurements have been carried out using a hydrogen gas electrode and a silver–silver chloride electrode. The values of pK 2 are fitted as a function of temperature with the following results: pK 2 = 1671.305/T+14.8737–2.04383 ln T, where T is the thermodynamic temperature in Kelvins. The experimental values of pK 2 are 8.834 ± 0.0005 and 8.539 ± 0.0004 at 25 and 37°C, respectively. The related thermodynamic quantities, G°, H°, S°, and C p ° characterizing the dissociation process have been derived from the pK 2 and its temperature coefficients.  相似文献

The synthesis, electronic structure, and reactivity of a uranium metallacyclopropene were comprehensively studied. Addition of diphenylacetylene (PhC≡CPh) to the uranium phosphinidene metallocene [η5-1,2,4-(Me3C)3C5H2]2U=P-2,4,6-tBu3C6H2 ( 1 ) yields the stable uranium metallacyclopropene, [η5-1,2,4-(Me3C)3C5H2]2U[η2-C2Ph2] ( 2 ). Based on density functional theory (DFT) results the 5f orbital contributions to the bonding within the metallacyclopropene U-(η2-C=C) moiety increases significantly compared to the related ThIV compound [η5-1,2,4-(Me3C)3C5H2]2Th[η2-C2Ph2], which also results in more covalent bonds between the [η5-1,2,4-(Me3C)3C5H2]2U2+ and [η2-C2Ph2]2− fragments. Although the thorium and uranium complexes are structurally closely related, different reaction patterns are therefore observed. For example, 2 reacts as a masked synthon for the low-valent uranium(II) metallocene [η5-1,2,4-(Me3C)3C5H2]2UII when reacted with Ph2E2 (E=S, Se), alkynes and a variety of hetero-unsaturated molecules such as imines, ketazine, bipy, nitriles, organic azides, and azo derivatives. In contrast, five-membered metallaheterocycles are accessible when 2 is treated with isothiocyanate, aldehydes, and ketones.  相似文献

A novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with tert-butyl 2-[N-(tert-butyloxycarbonylmethyl)-2-picolyamino]acetate(ampy) was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry, UV-vis spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, respectively. A mononuclear copper(II) complex with ampy, [Cu(ampy)Cl2](1), was formed irrespective of the metal-to-ligand molar ratios([Cu2+]:[ampy] = 0.5:1, 1:1, and 2:1) as a single product. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.343(2), b = 18.928(3), c = 20.058(4) ?, V = 4686.1(14) ?3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.3349(4) g/cm~3, F(000) = 1920, S = 1.016, R = 0.0693 and w R = 0.1721 for 3151 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the central copper(II) ion is bound by pyridyl N, tertiary amine N and carbonyl O atoms of the quadridentate ampy as well as two Cl anions, constructing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 1 further constructs a stable 3D supramolecular architecture by intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds. In addition, the molecular geometry was calculated by density functional theory(DFT/B3LYP) method with the basis sets(6-31+G(d,p) for H, C, N, O and Cl atoms, and LANL2 DZ for Cu atom, respectively). The calculated results show that the optimized geometrical parameters are in good agreement with the experimental data. Natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis and frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) analysis were investigated at the same level.  相似文献

The formation of binary complex salts containing gold(III) in the cation and palladium(II) in the anion in the systems [(Bipy)AuCl2]+-[PdCl4]2? occurs by transfer of the N,N-electron-donating chelating ligand bipyridine and the chloride ligands between the gold-containing cation and the palladium-containing anion. The resulting neutral salt [(Bipy)PdCl2] crystallizes together with the anion [AuCl4]? from acetonitrile-water (1 : 1-1 : 2, v/v) to give the complex salt (NH 4 + )0.20[(Bipy)AuCl 2 + ]1.04[(Bipy)PdCl2]0.96[AuCl 4 ? ]0.76PdCl 4 2? ]0.24 with a total Au : Pd ratio of 3 : 2. The ammonium cation is formed from acetonitrile upon its hydrolysis most likely catalyzed by Pd complexes. Quantum-chemical calculations were performed to study the transfer of the chelating ligand theoretically.  相似文献

A detailed singlet potential energy surface(PES) of [Si,C,O,O] system including a van der Waals (vdW) comples SiO……CO2,eight isomers,and twelve transiton states is investigated by MP2 and QCISD(T) (single-point)methods.At the final QCISD(T)/6-311 G(2df)//MP2/6-311G(d) level with zero-point energy included,the complex SiO……CO is found to be thermodynamically and kinetically the most stable species.Although eight ismoers are located as local energy minima,they are rather unstable toward isomerization to the dissociation fragments or comples.For the reaction of silocon atoms with carbon dioxide,two competitive reaction channels are found,and the primary pathway,which leads to the products of SiO and CO fragments,is the direct oxygen-abstraction process from carbon dioxide by silicon atom with a41.16 kJ/mol reaction barrier height.Our predications are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical studies.  相似文献

[2+2] macrocyclic Schiff bases of three kinds have been synthesized from chiral 1,4-diamines by use of different methods. Macrocyclic Schiff bases 1a-1c have been selectively obtained based on a non-templated dilution method from chiral 1,4-diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA1, whereas macrocycles 2a-2c have been selectively produced from reaction of diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA2 in the presence of boric acid as templates. Macrocyclic Schiff bases 3a-3c have been afforded in high selectivity from diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA3 by means of sodium-template. All the titled compounds have been confirmed by ^1H NMR and ESI-MS analyses.  相似文献
