以2-甲基苯甲酰甲酸甲酯为起始原料, 通过与甲氧基胺的盐酸盐、甲胺、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)和1H-1,2,4-三氮唑钠反应合成了两个系列共计22个2-{2-[3-(取代苯基)-3-氧代-2-1,2,4-三唑-1-基-丙基]-苯基}-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸甲酯和乙酰甲胺类的衍生物. 经IR, 1H NMR和MS对目标化合物进行了结构表征. 用浓度为 10 µg•mL-1的目标化合物进行了初步离体杀菌活性试验, 结果表明: Ha4, Ha5, Ha7对油菜菌核病有杀菌活性; Ha2, Hb8对小麦纹枯病有杀菌活性; Hb4对蔬菜灰霉病有杀菌活性; Hb4, Hb5对小麦赤霉病和小麦纹枯病均有杀菌活性.  相似文献

The title compound,(Z)-methyl-3-methoxy-2-{2-[(4-(E-3-p-tolylacryloyl)phenoxy)-methyl]phenyl}acrylate,was synthesized and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 8.0157(8),b = 12.5748(13),c = 13.3768(14) ,α = 64.770(2),β = 75.720 (2),γ = 89.784(2)°,μ = 0.085 mm-1,Mr = 442.49,V = 1174.1(2) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.252 g/cm3,F(000) = 468,T = 294(2) K,R = 0.0603 and wR = 0.1498 for 2644 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the single crystal contains strong non-classical hydrogen bonds. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits inhibitory activity against the Pseudoperoniospora cubensis and Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 200 mg/L.  相似文献

为寻找抗肿瘤作用强、毒性低并且对癌细胞具有靶向性的新蒽醌类化合物, 合成了未见报道的12个2-[1-(4-甲酰氨苯基乙酰氧)烷基]-1,4-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌类衍生物, 分别用L1210癌细胞进行细胞毒性实验及小鼠S180腹水癌做了体内抗肿瘤实验. 实验结果表明, 蒽醌侧链中引入对甲酰氨基苯乙酰基后细胞毒性增强. 随着侧链碳链数的增加细胞毒性随之逐渐减小, 当烷基侧链中的碳数超过7以上时, 细胞毒性消失. 当侧链R基为苯环时与脂肪烃链或环己基相比细胞毒性更大, 说明芳香环对癌细胞具有更强的抑制作用. S180小鼠抗肿瘤实验结果表明, 蒽醌侧链中引入对甲酰氨基苯甲酰基后活性无显著性变化.  相似文献

以广西的优势资源松香为原料, 脱氢松香酸与亚硫酰氯、硫氰化钾分别在回流条件下反应6 h和1.5 h, 得到脱氢松香酰异硫氰酸酯, 产率52%; 然后与胺在加热回流条件下反应1.5 h, 得到11种1-脱氢松香酰基-3-取代硫脲4, 产率63%~94%; 4a~4f 分别与水合肼在搅拌下回流反应3~6 h, 得到6种5-(脱羧脱氢松香-4-基)-3-芳氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑化合物5, 产率70%~94%; 所有化合物的结构均经IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和元素分析确认. 初步生物活性测试表明, 4e, 4f, 4j, 5b对枯草杆菌抑菌率较高, 特别是4j在浓度为50 mg/L时就达到较好效果; 4b, 4h, 4i, 5e在100 mg/L时对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果较好.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of anodic cobalt, nickel, and zinc in acetonitrile containing both 2-pyrrole-[N-(o-hydroxyphenyl)methylimines] (H2L) and a bidentate ligand (1, 10-phenanthroline(phen) or 2,2′-bipyridine(bipy)) yielded compounds of general formula M(HL)2 · phen and M(HL)2 · bipy (M = Co, Ni, Zn). The crystal structure of 2,2′-bipyridine bis{2-[(2-pyrrole)methylimino]5-methylphenolato}nickel(II) was determined by X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pccn with a = 19.430(2), b = 28.488(2), c = 17.567(1) Å. The nickel atom has a distorted octahedral geometry, and the pyrrole nitrogen is not coordinated. The IR, 1H-NMR and UV-visible spectra of the complexes are discussed and related to the structure.  相似文献

Eleven novel 5‐methyl‐2‐[(un)substituted phenyl]‐4‐{4,5‐dihydro‐3‐[(un)substituted phenyl]‐5‐(1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroisoquinoline‐2‐yl)pyrazol‐1‐yl}‐oxazole derivatives were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI‐MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. All of the compounds have been screened for their antiproliferative activities against PC‐3 cell (human prostate cancer) and A431 cell (human epidermoid carcinoma cancer) lines in vitro. The results revealed that compounds 4g , 4j and 4k exhibited the strong inhibitory activities against the PC‐3 cell lines (with IC50 values of 2.8±0.11, 3.1±0.10 and 3.0±0.06 μg/mL, respectively).  相似文献

以3,4-二氢-1-萘酮和查尔酮为原料, 在 K2CO3-NaOH 存在下, 无溶剂室温研磨反应, 方便地得到2-[3-氧代-1,3-二(未)取代苯基丙基]-1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-酮. 该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单和产率较高等优点, 并通过IR, 1H NMR, 元素分析确定了产物的结构, 3b晶体结构通过X衍射测定.  相似文献

使用邻甲苯基重氮盐与乙醛酸甲酯肟偶联反应高立体选择性合成出 (E)-2-(羟基亚氨基)-2-邻甲基苯乙酸甲酯,经硫酸二甲酯的甲基化反应可得到重要的中间体(E)-2-(甲氧亚氨基)-2-邻甲基苯乙酸甲酯, 再经NBS溴化后与 (E)-芳香醛酮肟进行醚化反应最终得到目标物(αE,E)-α-(甲氧亚氨基)-2-[1-(芳香醛酮肟氧基)甲基]苯乙酸甲酯, 这些化合物多数具有很好的广谱杀菌活性.  相似文献

An efficient and novel microwave-assisted synthesis of furo[3,2-c]chromen-4-ones and 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6H-benzofuro[3,2-c]chromen-6-ones via 4-hydroxycoumarins with α-chloroketones or α-bromocyclohexanone in the presence of acetic acid (AcOH)/ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) using DMF as solvent under microwave irradiation is described. Systematically, antifungal biological tests showed that most of the compounds exhibited potent antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Collecterichum capsica, Alternaria solani, Gibberella zeae, and Rhizoctorzia solani at the concentration of 50 µg/mL. The corresponding EC50 values of these analogues have been detected, and compound 4i showed better antifungal activity against tested fungi Botrytis cinerea and Collecterichum capsica than the reference Osthol.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}- carbamate with ninhydrin and L-proline in methanol–water (10: 1) afforded methyl {4-[1,3-dioxo-1′- (4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1′,2′,3,5′,6′,7′,7a′-octahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolizin]-2′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. Heating of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with isatin and benzylamine in methanol gave methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxo-5′-phenyl-1,2-dihydrospiro[indole-3,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. The condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2- enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with sarcosine and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one generated in situ from ninhydrin and o-phenylenediamine in boiling ethanol led to the formation of methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1′-methyl-11,11a-dihydro-5aH-spiro[benzo[b]phenazine-6,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate.  相似文献

The Knoevenagel condensations of 5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-carbaldehyde with seven compounds containing an active methyl or methylene group have been studied. The compounds used were: methyl 2-cyanoacetate, malononitrile, 2-furylacetonitrile, acetophenone, 2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one (rhodanine), 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (dimedone), and methyl 2-azidoacetate. The effect of microwave irradiation on the condensation reactions was studied and compared with “’classical”’ conditions. Thermolysis of methyl 2-azido-3-{5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoate afforded methyl 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate. (2E)-3-{ 5-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoic acid was converted to the corresponding azide, which was cyclized on heating into 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one. The latter after successive action of POCl3 and NH2NH2-Pd/C gave 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridine. Conventional and microwave assisted synthesis of new series of N‐[2‐{2‐(substituted phenyl)‐4‐oxo‐5‐(substituted benzylidene)‐1,3‐thiazolidine}‐iminoethyl]‐2‐aminothiazole 5a–5m have been developed. The cycloaddition reaction of thioglycolic acid with N‐{2‐(substituted benzylidenehydrazino)‐ethyl}‐2‐aminothiazole 3a–3m in the presence of anhydrous ZnCl2 afforded new heterocyclic compounds N‐[2‐{2‐(substituted phenyl)‐4‐oxo‐1,3‐thiazolidine}‐iminoethyl]‐2‐aminothiazole 4a–4m . The later product on treatment with several selected substituted aromatic aldehydes in the presence of C2H5ONa undergoes Knoevenagel reaction to yield 5a–5m . The structures of compounds 1 , 2 , 3a–3m , 4a–4m and 5a–5m were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB‐Mass and chemical analysis. All above compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activities against some selected bacteria and fungi and antituberculosis study against M. tuberculosis.  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for four related diethyl [(arylamino)(4‐ethynylphenyl)lmethyl]phosphonate derivatives, namely diethyl [(4‐bromoanilino)(4‐ethynylphenyl)methyl]phosphonate, C19H21BrNO3P, (I), diethyl ((4‐chloro‐2‐methylanilino){4‐[2‐(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]phenyl}methyl)phosphonate, C23H31ClNO3PSi, (II), diethyl ((4‐fluoroanilino){4‐[2‐(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]phenyl}methyl)phosphonate, C22H29FNO3PSi, (III), and diethyl [(4‐ethynylphenyl)(naphthalen‐2‐ylamino)methyl]phosphonate, C23H24NO3P, (IV). The conformation of the anilinobenzyl group is very similar in all four compounds. The P—C bond has an approximately staggered conformation, with the aniline and ethynylphenyl groups in gauche positions with respect to the P=O double bond. The two six‐membered rings are almost perpendicular. The sums of the valence angles about the N atoms vary from 344 (2) to 351 (2)°. In the crystal structures, molecules of (I), (III) and (IV) are arranged as centrosymmetric or pseudocentrosymmetric dimers connected by two N—H...O=P hydrogen bonds. The molecules of (II) are arranged as centrosymmetric dimers connected by Cmethyl—H...O=P hydrogen bonds. The N—H bond of (II) is not involved in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

A series of 14‐{[(Un)substituted phenyl] or alkyl}‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes were prepared under solvent‐free conditions by Yb(OTf)3 catalyzed condensation reactions of β‐naphthol with various aldehydes. The process presented here is operationally simple, environmentally benign and has good to excellent yields. Furthermore, the catalyst can be recovered conveniently and reused efficiently.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of anodic nickel in acetonitrile solution containing both (a) a Schiff base HL derived from H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde and a substituted aniline, and (b) a nitrogen ligand (1, 10-phenanthroline (phen), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) or pyridine (py)) yielded the mixed complexes NiL2 · phen, NiL2 · bipy and NiL2 · (py)2. The crystal structure of 2,2′-bipyridine bis{2-[(phenyl)iminomethyl]pyrrolato}nickel(II) was determined by X ray diffraction. Crystals are triclinic space group P1 , with four molecules in the unit cell of dimensions a = 12.316(1), b = 13.169(4), c = 17.251(3) Å, α = 82.67(3)°, β = 83.66(1)° and γ = 87.34(2)°, and consist of monomeric molecules in which the central NiN6 unit has a distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

N-甲基-2-单芳基苯并噻唑啉 (1) 在固体状态时可以稳定地储藏在空气中。但是,它们在不同溶剂中却表现出了不同的行为。在醇溶液或二甲亚砜-水的体系中,1相对稳定;而在其它有机溶剂如:丙酮,氯仿,二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯等溶剂中,会发生自发偶联反应生成相应的邻-(N-芳酰基-N-甲氨基苯)-二硫化合物 (2)。对这些新的化合物 (1) 和 (2) 进行了体外人乳腺癌细胞 (MDA-MB-231) 血管内皮生长因子靶点筛选,大部分化合物都表现出了抑制活性。实验结果表明这两类化合物 (1) 和 (2) 作为血管内皮生长因子抑制剂值得进行深入研究。  相似文献

The synthesis of novel 1-{[2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives with different substituents in positions and 6 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It has been shown that the alkylation of trimethylsilyl derivatives of uracil with 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)- and 2-(4-methylphenoxy)ethoxymethyl chloride under Hilbert-Johnson reaction conditions gives N(1)-substitution products. It was found that the 1-{ [2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives show viral inhibition properties relative to human immunodeficiency type 1 virus in vitro. The most active compounds are 5-bromo-6-methyluracil derivatives which suppress viral reproduction by 50% at 7.2 and 7.8 micromolar concentrations.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 726–731, May, 2005.  相似文献
