The solubility of hydrogen sulfide in a series of 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylimidazolium ([HOemim]+)-based ionic liquids (ILs) containing different anions, viz. hexafluorophosphate ([PF6]), trifluoromethanesulfonate ([OTf]), and bis-(trifluoromethyl)sulfonylimide ([Tf2N]) at temperatures ranging from 303.15 to 353.15 K and pressures of up to about 1.8 MPa was measured by a volumetric based static apparatus. The solubility data were correlated using two models: (1) the Krichevsky–Kasarnovsky equation and (2) the extended Henry's law combined with the Pitzer's virial expansion for the excess Gibbs energy. Henry's law constants (at zero pressure) in mole-fraction and molality scales were obtained at different temperatures by means of these two models. Using the solubility data, the partial molar thermodynamic functions of solution, i.e. Gibbs energy, enthalpy, and entropy were calculated. Comparison showed that the solubility of H2S is greater than that of CO2 in the corresponding ILs studied in this work and that the solubility of both gases increases as the number of trifluoromethyl (–CF3) groups in the anion increases, i.e. the solubility behavior of both gases follows the order [HOemim][Tf2N] ≥ [HOemim][OTf] > [HOemim][PF6] > [HOemim][BF4].  相似文献

The dependence of Th recovery on hydrofluoric acid (HF) concentration in nitric acid (HNO3) solutions (1–5 mol/dm3) containing 1 × 10−6 mol/dm3 of Th and various concentrations of HF and the elution behavior were studied using a commercially available UTEVA (for uranium and tetravalent actinide) resin column. Thorium recovery decreased with an increase in HF concentration in the sample solutions. The concentration of HF at which Th recovery started to decrease was ∼1 × 10−4 mol/dm3 in 1 mol/dm3 HNO3 solution, ∼1 × 10−3 mol/dm3 in 3 mol/dm3 HNO3 solution, and ∼1 × 10−2 mol/dm3 in 5 mol/dm3 HNO3 solution. When Al(NO3)3 (0.2 mol/dm3) or Fe(NO3)3 (0.6 mol/dm3) was added as a masking agent for F to the Th solution containing 1 × 10−1 mol/dm3 HF and 1 mol/dm3 HNO3, Th recovery improved from 1.4 ± 0.3% to 95 ± 5% or 93 ± 3%. Effective extraction of Th using UTEVA resin was achieved by selecting the concentration of HNO3 and/or adding masking agents such as Al(NO3)3 according to the concentration of HF in the sample solution.  相似文献

The paper described a new ionic liquid, 1,3-dibutylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, as extraction solvent for extraction and preconcentration of organophosphorus pesticides (fenitrothion, parathion, fenthion and phoxim) from water and fruit samples by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography. The effects of experimental parameters, such as extraction solvent volume, disperser solvent and its volume, extraction and centrifugal time, sample pH, extraction temperature and salt addition, on the extraction efficiency were investigated. An extraction recovery of over 75% and enrichment factor of over 300-fold were obtained under the optimum conditions. The linearity relationship was also observed in the range of 5–1000 μg L−1 with the correlation coefficients (r2) ranging from 0.9988 to 0.9999. Limits of detection were 0.01–0.05 μg L−1 for four analytes. The relative standard deviations at spiking three different concentration levels of 20, 100 and 500 μg L−1 varied from 1.3–2.7, 1.4–1.9 and 1.1–1.7% (n = 7), respectively. Three real samples including tap water, Yellow River water and pear spiked at three concentration levels were analyzed and yielded recoveries ranging from 92.7–109.1, 95.0–108.2 and 91.2–108.1%, respectively.  相似文献

We determine the association constants for ligand–protein complex formation using the flow injection method. We carry out the measurements at high flow rates (F = 1 mL min−1) of a carrier phase. Therefore, determination of the association constant takes only a few minutes. Injection of 1 nM of the ligand (10 μL of 1 μM concentration of the ligand solution) is sufficient for a single measurement. This method is tested and verified for a number of complexes of selected drugs (cefaclor, etodolac, sulindac) with albumin (BSA). We obtain K = 4.45 × 103 M−1 for cefaclor, K = 1.00 × 105 M−1 for etodolac and K = 1.03 × 105 M−1 for sulindac in agreement with the literature data. We also determine the association constants of 20 newly synthesized 3β- and 3α-aminotropane derivatives with potential antipsychotic activity – ligands of 5-HT1A, 5-HT2A and D2 receptors with the albumin. Results of the studies reported here indicate that potential antipsychotic drugs bind weakly to the transporter protein (BSA) with ≈ 102–103 M−1. Our method allows measuring K in a wide range of values (102–109 M−1). This range depends only on the solubility of the ligand and sensitivity of the detector.  相似文献

The potential energy surface for the reaction of CH3S with CO was calculated at the G3MP2//B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level. The rate constants for feasible channels leading to several products were calculated by TST and multichannel-RRKM theory. The results show that addition–elimination mechanism is dominant, while hydrogen abstraction mechanism is uncompetitive. The major channel is the addition of CO to CH3S leading to an intermediate CH3SCO which then decomposes to CH3 + OCS. In the temperature range of 200–3000 K, the overall rate constants are positive temperature dependence and pressure independence, and it can be described by the expression as k = 1.10 × 10−16T1.57exp(−3359/T) cm3 molecule−1 s−1. At temperature between 208 and 295 K, the calculated rate constants are in good agreement with the experimental upper limit data. At T = 1000 and 2000 K, the major product is CH3 + OCS at lower pressure; while at higher pressure, the stabilization of IM1 is dominant channel.  相似文献

Activity coefficients of rubidium chloride and cesium chloride in methanol–water mixed solvent systems were determined by electromotive force (EMF) measurements at 298.15 K, in the range 0–40% (wt.%) methanol. For our work, the cells:
Rb-ISE | RbCl (m), methanol (Y), water (1 − Y) | Cl-ISE;  Cs-ISE | CsCl (m), methanol (Y), water (1 − Y) | Cl-ISE
were used to obtain the emf data. The rubidium and cesium ion-selective electrodes were prepared by ourselves, and they exhibited reasonably good Nernst response. Then the experimental data were calculated by both Pitzer and Pitzer–Simonson–Clegg models. We got the corresponding parameters of two models, the standard potentials and the activity coefficients of rubidium chloride and cesium chloride. Moreover, the standard Gibbs free energies of transference of RbCl or CsCl from water to methanol–water mixtures had been discussed as well. After the comparative study, it was found that the Pitzer–Simonson–Clegg model was superior in this work.  相似文献

A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method for the determination of estrogens is proposed, based upon its enhancing effect on the CL reaction of luminol with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by tetrasulfonated manganese phthalocyanine (MnTSPc) in alkaline solution. Under the selected experimental conditions, a linear relationship was obtained between the CL intensity and the concentration of estrone in the range of 1.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−6 mol/l, estradiol in the range of 9.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 mol/l and estriol in the range of 3.0 × 10−7 to 2.0 × 10−6 mol/l, respectively. The detection limits were 5.1 × 10−8 mol/l for estrone, 7.2 × 10−9 mol/l for estradiol and 6.5 × 10−8 mol/l for estriol with a relative standard deviation of 2.8% for 5.0 × 10−7 mol/l estrone, 2.4% for 1.0 × 10−7 mol/l estradiol, and 3.1% for 7.0 × 10−7 mol/l estriol (n = 11). This method has been applied to the determination of estrogen in pharmaceutical injections and tap water with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A vibrational analysis of polycrystalline l-serine is provided using experimental terahertz, FTIR, Raman and inelastic neutron scattering (INS) spectra, calculated INS spectra – and Born–Oppenheimer molecular dynamics (BOMD) simulations from which the power spectra for the electronegative elements are compared to the THz spectra. Corrections are made to density functional theory (DFT) calculations for van der Waals interactions. Assignments and potential energy distributions are included for all 3N = 336 normal modes of an eight molecule supercell, including those for 48 non-bonded whole molecule translating and rotating vibrations, of which three are acoustic modes, usually not considered. Calculated and observed frequencies differ by an average 3 cm−1 (s = 4). The INS spectrum of these modes below 100 cm−1, calculated from energy second derivatives, show a remarkable similarity to the experimental 10 K spectra. The calculated low frequency modes are insensitive to small changes in cell parameters and geometry. THz intensities are represented by power spectra and not calculated explicitly. Nevertheless, power spectra of 13 ps BOMD trajectories at classical temperatures of 20 K, 400 K, and 500 K are markedly similar to the experimental terahertz spectra at 77 K and 298 K. Calculations on a serine crystal supercell 2 × 2 × 2 molecules deep appear to include, in a crude but fortuitously accurate way, enough of the principle out of phase dispersion to yield a match with experimental frequencies and intensities.  相似文献

A novel microextraction technique, air-assisted liquid–liquid microextraction (AALLME), which is a new version of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) method has been developed for extraction and preconcentration of phthalate esters, dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di-iso-butyl phthalate (DIBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DNBP), and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), from aqueous samples prior to gas chromatography–flame ionization detection (GC–FID) analysis. In this method, much less volume of an organic solvent is used as extraction solvent in the absence of a disperser solvent. Fine organic droplets were formed by sucking and injecting of the mixture of aqueous sample solution and extraction solvent with a syringe for several times in a conical test tube. After extraction, phase separation was performed by centrifugation and the enriched analytes in the sedimented phase were determined by GC–FID. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the method showed low limits of detection and quantification between 0.12–1.15 and 0.85–4 ng mL−1, respectively. Enrichment factors (EFs) and extraction recoveries (ERs) were in the ranges of 889–1022 and 89–102%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the extraction of 100 ng mL−1 and 500 ng mL−1 of each phthalate ester were less than 4% for intra-day (n = 6) and inter-days (n = 4) precision. Finally some aqueous samples were successfully analyzed using the proposed method and three analytes, DIBP, DNBP and DEHP, were determined in them at ng mL−1 level.  相似文献

This paper reports a multiresponse optimization of an extraction procedure in the simultaneous determination of malachite green (MG) and its metabolite (leucomalachite green, LMG) in fish by liquid chromatography with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). Prior to optimization, the active factors of the extraction procedure were determined by a screening experimental design. Then, in the optimal experimental conditions of the extraction, MG and LMG have been determined by using a three-way calibration model based on parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC). The procedure fulfils the performance requirements for a confirmatory method established by the European Union Decision 2002/657/EC. This norm establishes maximum permitted tolerances for relative abundance of the precursor/product ion pairs. There is a reported contradiction in the literature related to the fact that there are standard samples whose concentration is greater than CCα but the maximum permitted tolerances are not fulfilled in the identification of the analytes. In this work, it is shown that with the information provided by PARAFAC this contradiction is avoided. The figures of merit for PARAFAC and univariate calibration procedures were evaluated under optimal conditions in the extraction step. The figures of merit obtained were in the range of 0.13–0.23 μg kg−1 for the decision limit, CCα, (α = 0.01) and 0.22–0.39 μg kg−1 for the detection capability, CCβ, (β = 0.05), whereas mean relative errors in absolute value were in the range of 2.8–4.6% for MG and LMG with PARAFAC calibration. The proposed optimized extraction procedure using a PARAFAC calibration was also applied in the determination of MG and LMG in gilthead bream samples: the decision limit was in the range of 0.45–0.55 μg kg−1, the detection capability was in the range of 0.76–0.92 μg kg−1 for MG and LMG. Trueness was likewise confirmed and the mean of the absolute values of relative errors were between 4.2% and 7.2%.  相似文献

The capabilities of four commercially available and low cost polymeric materials for the extraction of polar and non-polar contaminants (log Kow = −0.07–6.88, from caffeine to octocrylene, respectively) from water samples was compared. Tested sorbents were polyethersulphone, polypropylene and Kevlar, compared to polydimethylsiloxane as reference material. Parameters that affect the extraction process such as pH and ionic strength of the sample, extraction time and desorption conditions were thoroughly investigated. A set of experimental partition coefficients (Kpw), at two different experimental conditions, was estimated for the best suited materials and compared with the theoretical octanol–water (Kow) partition coefficients of the analytes. Polyethersulphone displayed the largest extraction yields for both polar and non-polar analytes, with higher Kpw and lower matrix effects than polydimethylsiloxane and polypropylene. Thus, a sorptive microextraction method, followed by large volume injection (LVI) gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS), was proposed using the former sorbent (2 mg) for the simultaneous determination of model compounds in water samples. Good linearity (>0.99) was obtained for most of the analytes, except in the case of 4-nonylphenol (0.9466). Precision (n = 4) at 50 and 500 ng L−1 levels was in the 2–24% and limits of detection (LODs) were in the 0.6–25 ng L−1 range for all the analytes studied.  相似文献

Isothermal vapor–liquid equilibrium data at 333.15 K are measured for the binary system tert-amyl methyl ether + ethanol and tert-amyl methyl ether + 2,2,4-trimethylpentane and for ternary system tert-amyl methyl ether + ethanol + 2,2,4-trimethylpentane by using headspace gas chromatography. The experimental vapor–liquid equilibrium data were correlated with GE models (Margules, van Laar, Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUAC) equations. The excess volume and deviations in molar refractivity data are also reported for the same binary and ternary systems at 298.15 K. These data were correlated with the Redlich–Kister equation for the binary systems and the Cibulka equation for the ternary system, respectively. The experimental ternary excess volume and deviations in molar refractivity data, were also compared with the estimated values from the binary contribution models of Tsao–Smith, Kohler, Rastogi and Radojkovi?.  相似文献

The electromotive forces of a symmetrical concentration cell with transference, Ag; AgCl|LaCl3 (m*):LaCl3 (m)|AgCl; Ag, were measured over the concentration range from 8.762 × 10−4 mol kg−1 to 6.788 × 10−2 mol kg−1 at 298.15 K to obtain the mean activity coefficients of LaCl3. The mean activity coefficient for reference solution at 298.15 K and the ion size parameter for LaCl3 in the extended Debye–Hückel equation are evaluated by using an approach extrapolating concentration to unlimited dilution. A modified Debye–Hückel equation with new parameters has been established for the studied concentration range. A comparison is done of the thermodynamic data of LaCl3 that are determined by this experiment with those reported by previous literatures, and evaluated by some models.  相似文献

An on-line method, based on coupling dynamic ultrasonic extraction (DUE), continuously sampling the suspension of sample and solvent, high performance liquid chromatographic separation with diode array detection, has been developed for the determination of the flavonoids, including baicalin, baicalein and wogonin, from the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Variables influencing the DUE were evaluated by orthogonal test. The extraction yields of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin in the roots of S. baicalensis Georgi obtained from five different cultivated areas are 73.8–131.5 μg mg−1 (RSD ≤ 6.24%), 6.8–15.9 μg mg−1 (RSD ≤ 5.36%) and 4.4–14.3 μg mg−1 (RSD ≤ 5.30%), respectively. The limits of detection for baicalin, baicalein and wogonin are 0.30, 0.37 and 0.41 μg mL−1, respectively. Linearity is from 0.55 to 109 μg mL−1 for baicalin, from 0.51 to 105 μg mL−1 for baicalein and from 0.53 to 102 μg mL−1 for wogonin. Compared with off-line continuous flow-DUE, the proposed method would be more convenient for the determination of the analytes and the rapid optimization of the extraction process. The extraction yields of flavonoids obtained by the proposed method are comparable with those obtained by dynamic microwave assisted extraction, static ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction. The result indicated that the proposed method is suitable to determine the active components in Chinese herbal medicine.  相似文献

TiO2 is a polymorphic material of great scientific interest due to its semiconductor properties and uses in heterogeneous photocatalysis. Understanding the stability of the polymorphs is important for designing TiO2-based photocatalysts and solar cells. Although the phase transformation of anatase→rutile has been well studied, there is only one published work on brookite→rutile to date. The brookite→rutile transformation has been studied in this work using natural material from the Magnet Cove igneous complex mechanically processed to several micrometers in size. The pure phase brookite is annealed from 800 to 900 °C without detection of the anatase polymorph. The transformation kinetics are described by both the standard first-order model, with an activation energy of Ea=411.91 kJ/mol, and the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov (JMAK) model, with an activation energy of Ea=492.13 kJ/mol. The rate parameter of the first-order model for the phase transformation is expressed as k=6.85×1014 exp(−49,451/T) s−1 for the first-order model and k=4.19×1018 exp(−59,189/T) s−1 using the JMAK model. The obtained activation energy is higher than that of brookite nano-crystals. Our results show that the JMAK model fits the kinetics data better than other models.  相似文献

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have received great attention as novel sorbents due to their fascinating structures and intriguing potential applications in various fields. In this work, a MIL-101(Cr)-coated solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was fabricated by a simple direct coating method and applied to the determination of volatile compounds (BTEX, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m-xylene and o-xylene) and semi-volatile compounds (PAHs, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) from water samples. The extraction and desorption conditions of headspace SPME (HS-SPME) were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the established methods exhibited excellent extraction performance. Good precision (<7.7%) and low detection limits (0.32–1.7 ng L−1 and 0.12–2.1 ng L−1 for BTEX and PAHs, respectively) were achieved. In addition, the MIL-101(Cr)-coated fiber possessed good thermal stability, and the fiber can be reused over 150 times. The fiber was successfully applied to the analysis of BTEX and PAHs in river water by coupling with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). The analytes at low concentrations (1.7 and 10 ng L−1) were detected, and the recoveries obtained with the spiked river water samples were in the range of 80.0–113% and 84.8–106% for BTEX and PAHs, respectively, which demonstrated the applicability of the self-made fiber.  相似文献

A fluorometric method for quantity analysis of biothiols was developed using a graphene oxide (GO)-based “molecular beacon”-like probe, which consisted of FITC labeled thymine (T)-rich single-stranded DNA (ssDNA), GO and Hg2+ ions. The labeled ssDNA containing T–T mismatches would self-hybridize to duplex in the presence of Hg2+, which can avoid its adsorption on GO and the fluorescence of this GO-based probe was recovered. The fluorescence of the probe quenched after the addition of biothiols such as glutathione (GSH) and cysteine (Cys) owing to thiol groups can selectively competitive ligation of Hg2+ ions with T–T mismatches. In the present work, the GO-based probe was used for the determination of GSH and Cys. Under the optimal conditions, a linear correlation was established between fluorescence intensity ratio I0/I and the concentration of GSH in the range of 2.0 × 10−9–5.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−9 mol L−1. The linear range for Cys is from 5.0 × 10−9 to 4.5 × 10−7 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10−9 mol L−1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of GSH in human serum and cell extract samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A selective method has been developed for the extraction chromatographic trace level separation of Cu(II) with Versatic 10 (liquid cation exchanger) coated on silanised silica gel (SSG-V10). Cu(II) has been extracted from 0.1 M acetate buffer at the range of pH 4.0–5.5. The effects of foreign ions, pH, flow-rate, stripping agents on extraction and elution have been investigated. Exchange capacity of the prepared exchanger at different temperatures with respect to Cu(II) has been determined. The extraction equilibrium constant (Kex) and different standard thermodynamic parameters have also been calculated by temperature variation method. Positive value of ΔH (7.98 kJ mol−1) and ΔS (0.1916 kJ mol−1) and negative value of ΔG (−49.16 kJ mol−1) indicated that the process was endothermic, entropy gaining and spontaneous. Preconcentration factor was optimized at 74.7 ± 0.2 and the desorption constants Kdesorption1(1.4 × 10−2) and Kdesorption2(9.8 × 10−2) were determined. The effect of pH on Rf values in ion exchange paper chromatography has been investigated. In order to investigate the sorption isotherm, two equilibrium models, the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms, were analyzed. Cu(II) has been separated from synthetic binary and multi-component mixtures containing various metal ions associated with it in ores and alloy samples. The method effectively permits sequential separation of Cu(II) from synthetic quaternary mixture containing its congeners Bi(III), Sn(II), Hg(II) and Cu(II), Cd(II), Pb(II) of same analytical group. The method was found effective for the selective detection, removal and recovery of Cu(II) from industrial waste and standard alloy samples following its preconcentration on the column. A plausible mechanism for the extraction of Cu(II) has been suggested.  相似文献

In this work, a rapid, simple and efficient homogeneous liquid–liquid microextraction via flotation assistance (HLLME-FA) method was developed based on applying low density organic solvents without no centrifugation. For the first time, a special extraction cell was designed to facilitate collection of the low-density solvent extraction in the determination of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water samples followed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The effect of different variables on the extraction efficiency was studied simultaneously using experimental design. The variables of interest in the HLLME-FA were selected as extraction and homogeneous solvent volumes, ionic strength and extraction time. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to investigate the optimum conditions of all the variables. Using optimized variables in the extraction process, for all target PAHs, the detection limits, the precisions and the linearity of the method were found in the range of 14–41 μg L−1, 3.7–10.3% (RSD, n = 3) and 50–1000 μg L−1, respectively. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the analysis of four target PAHs in the water samples, and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

The hollow fiber-based stirring extraction bar liquid–liquid microextraction was applied to the extraction of hormones, including 17-α-ethinylestradiol, 17-α-estradiol, estriol, 17-β-estradiol, estrone, 17-α-hydroxyprogesterone, medroxyprogesterone, progesterone and norethisterone acetate, in milk. The present method has the advantages of both hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction and stirring bar sorptive extraction. The stirring extraction bar was used as both the stirring bar of microextraction, and extractor of the analytes, which can make extraction, clean-up and concentration be carried out in one step. When the extraction was completed, the stirring extraction bar was easy isolated from the extraction system with the magnet. Several experimental parameters, including the type of extraction solvent, the number of hollow stirring extraction bar, extraction time, stirring speed, ionic strength, and desorption conditions were investigated and optimized. The analytes in the extract were derived and determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Under optimal experimental conditions, good linearity was observed in the range of 0.20–20.00 ng mL−1. The limits of detection and quantification were in the range of 0.02–0.06 ng mL−1 and 0.07–0.19 ng mL−1, respectively. The present method was applied to the analysis of milk samples, and the recoveries of analytes were in the range of 93.6–104.6% with the relative standard deviations ranging from 1.6% to 6.2% (n = 5). The results showed that the present method was a rapid and feasible method for the determination of hormones in milk samples.  相似文献
