The structures of some 2-substituted indan-1,3-diones are investigated in the gas phase and solution using quantum chemical calculations and spectral (NMR, IR, and UV) measurements. The influence of the substituent at the 2-position on the tautomeric equilibrium of 2-substituted indan-1,3-diones in solvents with different polarity is evaluated. It is shown that the equilibrium in 2-formyl-indan-1,3-dione and 2-acetyl-indan-1,3-dione is shifted to the 2-hydroxyalkylidene-indan-1,3-dione tautomer, while 2-carboxyamide-indan-1,3-dione exists as a mixture of two tautomers, 2-(hydroxyaminomethylidene)-indan-1,3-dione and 2-carboamide-1-hydroxy-3-oxo-indan, with extremely fast proton transfer between them. The situation for 2-carboxy-indan-1,3-dione is quite different - on the basis of the analysis of the obtained results, the possible existence of an anionic form of 2-carboxy-indan-1,3-dione in solution can be inferred.  相似文献

为了了解芳酰基化的效率和双酰基衍生物的形成, 对几个典型醛和酮的吗啉烯胺进行了邻硝基苯甲酰化的探索。丁醛和异丁醛吗啉烯胺的酰化正常, 水解分别生成55%的2-(邻硝基苯甲酰基)丁醛(2)和40%的2-(邻硝基苯甲酰基)异丁醛(3)。3-戊酮和1, 3-二甲氧基丙酮的吗啉烯胺在酰化和水解时分别生成37%和14.8%相应的β-二酮的烯醇邻硝基苯甲酸酯(4)和(5)。4和5的酸水解发生意外的1, 5-和1,3-酰基转位, 分别生成3, 5-二甲基-2, 6-双(邻硝基苯基)吡喃-4-酮(6)和2-甲氧基-2-甲氧乙酰基-1, 3-双(邻硝基苯基)-1, 3-丙二酮(7)。环戊酮和环已酮吗啉烯胺的酰化分别产生9%和34%的双酰基烯胺(9a)和(9b),逐次酸水解得到2-(邻硝基苯甲酰基)环戊酮(11a)和-环已酮(11b)。在总酰化产物的直接水解中, 11a的产率可以达到81%, 而11b只有35%。对双酰化进行了一些讨论。  相似文献

“Push–pull” enamines of the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline series, 2-(3,3-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin- 1-ylidene)acetamides, reacted as 1,3-binucleophiles with ninhydrin to form tricyclic tetrahydroindeno[1,2-b]pyrrole system. The nucleophilic centers in the enamines were the amide NH2 group and ß-carbon atom of the enamine fragment. The reaction of ninhydrin with 2-[2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzo[f]-isoquinolin-1(4H)-ylidene]-1-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethanone involved only addition to the ß-carbon atom of the enamine fragment. The different reaction directions were rationalized by steric effect of two methyl groups in position 3 of the isoquinoline ring. The Knoevenagel condensation product was obtained by the reaction of ninhydrin with drotaverine (base). The structure of the 1,3-addition product, (3aS,8bS,Z)-{2,2-dimethyl-2,3- dihydrobenzo[f]isoquinolin-4(1H)-ylidene}-3a,8b-dihydroxy-1,3,3a,8b-tetrahydroindeno[1,2-b]pyrrole-2,4-dione, was confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A theoretical investigation has been carried out of the reaction of 6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-sym-tetrazin-3-ylhydrazones of ketones with enamines such as 1-morpholinocyclopentene and 1-piperidino-cyclopentene. A [4+2] cycloaddition mechanism of unsymmetrical 3,6-disubstituted tetrazines with enamines is proposed (the Carboni–Lindsey reaction). As a result only one product is preferentially obtained, having a substituent in the ortho position relative to the dimethylpyrazolyl radical, however in the case of small steric problems under kinetic conditions, control of the process is possible and all possible stereoisomers are obtained.  相似文献

Crystal structure analyses of five crystalline enamines together with recently published structural data for two other enamines reveal varying degree of pyramidality at the enamine nitrogen atom. The pyramidality appears to be most pronounced in enamines from piperidine and morpholine, less so in enamines derived from prolinoid amines. A pyrolidine enamine obtained from a derivative of cyclohexane-1,4-dione seems to have a virtually planar enamine group. The implications of these findings for current stereochemical problems in enamine chemistry are discussed.  相似文献

Derivatives of decahydrophenanthridine-1,7-dione were obtained by the reaction of 2-acetyl-2-cyclohexen-1-ones with enamines of cyclic -diketones (dihydroresorcinol, dimedone). Derivatives of hexahydroisoquinol-8-one having electron-acceptor substituents at the 4-position were obtained by the reaction of 2-acetyl-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one with acyclic enaminocarbonyl compounds. The reaction between N-chloro-N'-aroyl-amidines and β,β-disubstituted enamines affords 1 - aroyl - 4 -amino - 4,5 - dihydro - imidazoles in low yields, the main reaction product being N - (2 - morpholino - 2,2 -disubstituted) - ethylidene - N' - aroyl - amidines. A similar reaction course was not observed with enamines bearing a hydrogen atom in the β-position. In this case only products derived from electrophilic chlorination on enamines were isolated.  相似文献

Plectranthons A, B, C, and D. Diterpenoid Phenanthrene-1,4-diones from Leaf-glands a Plectranthus sp. (Labiatae) The following structures of four new 1,4-phenanthraquionones, isolated in minute amounts from the coloured leaf-glands of a Plectranthus sp. obtained from the borders of Lake Kiwu2, Rwanda, are proposed: plectranthon A ( 1 ; 3-hydroxy-5, 7,8-trimethyl-2-(2-propenyl)phenanthrene-1, 4-dione), plectranthon B ( 2 ; 2-(2ξ-acetoxypropyl)-3-hydroxy-5,7,8-trimethylphenanthrene-1,4-dione), plextranthon C ( 3 ; 3-hydroxy- 7,8-diemethyl-2-(2-propenyl)phenanthrene-1,4-dione), and plectranthon D ( 4 ; 3-hydroxy-7,8,10-trimethyl-2-(2-propenyl)phenanthrene-1,4-dione). 2-(2ξ-Hydroxypropyl)-3,6-dihydroxy-5,7,8-trimethylphenanthrene-1,4-dione ( 11 ), a compound very similar to 1–4 , was prepared by a Wagner-Meerwein, rearrangement of coleon E (5). Biogenetically, the plectranthons are derived from abietanoic precursors. The compounds 1, 2 and 4 are the first natural C20-phenanthrenes of diterpenoid origin.  相似文献

New hexamethylated ferrocene derivatives containing thioether moieties (1,1′-bis[(tert-butyl)thio]-2,2′,3,3′,4,4′-hexamethylferrocene ( 3a , b )) or fused S-heteropolycyclic substituents (rac-1-[(1,3-benzodithiol- 2-yliden)methyl]-2,2′,3,3′,4,4′-hexamethylferrocene ( 5 ) and rac-1-[1,2-bis(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)ethyl]-2,2′,3,3′,4,4′-hexamethylferrocene ( 14 )), as well as a series of ferrocene-substituted vinylogous tetrathiafulvalenes (1,1′-bis[1,2-bis(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 6a ), 1,1′-bis[1-(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)-2-(5,6-dihydro-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b] [1,4]dithiin-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 6b ), [1,2-bis(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 21a ), [1-(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)-2-(5,6-dihydro-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b] [1,4]dithiin-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 21b ), [1,2-bis(5,6-dihydro-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b] [1,4]dithiin-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 21c ), [1-(5,6-dihydro-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b] [1,4]dithiin-2-yliden)-2-(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)ethyl]ferrocene ( 21d )) were prepared and fully characterized. Their redox properties show that some of them are easily oxidized and undergo transformation to paramagnetic salts containing bis(maleonitriledithiolato)-metallate(III) anions [M(mnt)2] (M=Ni, Pt; bis[2,3-dimercapto-κS)but-2-enedinitrilato(2)]nickelate (1) or -platinate (1). The derivatives [ 3a ] [Ni(mnt)2] ( 26 ), [ 3a ] [Pt(mnt)2] ( 27 ), [Fe{(η5-C5Me4S)2S}] [Ni(Mnt)2] ( 28 ), [Fe{(η5-C5Me4S)2S}] [Pt(mnt)2] ( 29 ), [ 5 ] [Ni(mnt)2]⋅ClCH2CH2Cl ( 30 ), [ 6a ] [Ni(mnt)2] ( 31 ), [ 6a ] [Ni(mnt)2]⋅ClCH2CH2Cl ( 31a ), [ 6a ] [Pt(mnt)2] [ 32 ), and [ 6b ] [Ni(mnt)2] ( 33 ) were prepared and fully characterized, including by SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) susceptibility measurements. X-Ray crystal-structural studies of the neutral ferrocene derivatives 6a , b , 21c , d , and 1,1′-bis[1-(1,3-benzodithiol-2-yliden)-2-oxoethyl]ferrocene ( 23 ), as well as of the charge-transfer salts 26 – 28 , 30 , and 31a , are reported. The salts 28 and 30 display both a D+AAD+ structural motif, however, with a different relative arrangement of the [{Ni(mnt)2}2]2− dimers, thus giving rise to different but strong antiferromagnetic couplings. Salt 26 exhibits isolated ferromagnetically coupled [{Ni(mnt)2}2]2− dimers. Salt 27 displays a D+AD+A structural motif in all three space dimensions, and a week ferromagnetic ordering at low temperature. Salt 31a , on the contrary, shows segregated stacks of cations and anions. The cations are connected with each other in two dimensions, and the anions are separated by a 1,2-dichloroethane molecule.  相似文献

This Letter outlines a new two-step process for the synthesis of 4-fluoropyrazole and its application in an improved synthesis of 4-fluoro-1-[5-fluoro-1-(1H-imidazol-2-yl)-indan-4-ylmethyl]-1H-pyrazole. 1,2-Cycloaddition reactions of several enamines with N-substituted maleimides and 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione have been carried out. The adducts were transformed into 7-(substituted-amino)-3-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptanes and a 1,2,4-triazolidine-1-acetaldehyde, respectively. These are the first reported examples of 3-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptanes substituted in any position other than the 3-position. The reaction of an ynamine with N-benzylmaleimide afforded a bicyclic intermediate which upon hydrolysis gave a 2,5-dioxo-3-pyrrolidineacetic acid.  相似文献

The triphenylarsine-catalyzed approach for the highly stereoselective synthesis of trans-2,3-dihydro-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indan-1′,3′-dione] with alkenes and phenacyl bromide in organic solvent is described. The triphenylarsine-catalyzed cyclopropanation in water was investigated. The mixture of cis/trans isomers is provided with water as a solvent. The cis isomer is formed using water as a solvent. The reactivity of the reaction in water is higher than that in the organic solvent.  相似文献

A novel and efficient ring expansion of benzothiazoles to functionalized 1,4-benzothiazines is described. The reactive 1:1 zwitterionic intermediates formed by addition of benzothiazoles to diaroylacetylenes were trapped with Meldrum’s acid under mild reaction conditions to produce 2-[2-hydroxy-2-aryl-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-yliden]-1-aryl-1-ethanones in excellent yields.  相似文献

Some enamines derived from α-diketones have been reacted with tosylazide yielding unstable 5-amino-υ-triazolines, which were found to undergo cyeloreversion to diazo compounds and arnidines. In the case of the enamines derived from 4-aryl-2,3-butanediones, a competitive rearrangement to (Z)-4-aryl-4-arnino-3-tosylamino-3-butene-2-ones was observed.  相似文献

The photophysical properties of a carbonyl-containing carotenoid analogue in an s-cis configuration, relative to the conjugated π system, 2-(all-trans-retinylidene)-indan-1,3-dione (C20Ind), were investigated by femtosecond time-resolved spectroscopy in various solvents. The lifetime of the optically forbidden S(1) state of C20Ind becomes long as solvent polarity increases. This trend is completely opposite to the situation of S(1-ICT) dynamics of carbonyl-containing carotenoids, such as peridinin and fucoxanthin. Excitation energy dependence of the transient absorption measurements shows that the transient absorption spectra in nonpolar solvents were originated from two distinct transient species, while those in polar and protic solvents are due to a single transient species. By referring to the results of MNDO-PSDCI (modified neglect of differential overlap with partial single- and double-configuration interaction) calculations, we conclude: (1) in polar and protic solvents, the S(1) state is generated following excitation up to the S(2) state; (2) in nonpolar solvents, however, both the S(1) and the (1)nπ* states are generated; and (3) C20Ind does not generate the S(1-ICT) state, despite the fact that it has two conjugated carbonyl groups.  相似文献

The reactions of some ortho-substituted anilines with various α,β-acetylenic ketones were investigated as a route to 4-alkyl-, 4-aryl-, 4-hydroxy-, and 4-amino-3-quinolyl ketones. The anilines examined were 2-aminoacetophenone ( 1 ), 2-aminobenzophenone ( 2 ), anthranilonitrile ( 3 ), methyl anthranilate ( 4 ), and ethyl anthranilate ( 5 ). The acetylenic ketones used were 1,4-diphenyl-2-butyne-1,4-dione ( 6 ), 3-butyn-2-one (7), 1,3-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-one ( 8 ), and 4-phenyl-3-butyn-2-one ( 9 ). The acetylenic ketones typically reacted with the anilines to give enamines; however, exceptions were found. Acetylene 6 reacts with 3 to give the enamine ( 13 ) along with a small amount of 2,3-dibenzoyl-4-quinolamine ( 14 ). The reactions of 1 or 2 with 6 give the respective quinoline derivatives directly. Acetylene 8 reacts with 2 to give 3-benzoyl-2,4-diphenylquinoline ( 22 ) directly, whereas no reaction occurs between 8 and 1 or 3 . Acetylene 9 does not react with 1, 2 , or 3 . The enamines exist as the intramolecularly hydrogen bonded isomers and usually undergo cyclization with 5 molar equivalents of methanolic sodium methoxide to give quinoline derivatives. The 4-quinolinols exist predominantly as the 4-quinolinone tautomer.  相似文献

Three triorganotin(IV) esters of 2-{[N-(2-oxo-2H-naphthalene-1-yliden)hydrazo]}benzoic acid were prepared and studied by IR and NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography for the tributyl- and triethyltin(IV)-2-{[N-(2-oxo-2H-naphthalene-1-yliden)hydrazo]}benzoates (2, 3). These compounds are monomeric in solution with four-coordinate tin. The hydrazo tautomeric forms are present in chloroform solution as well as in the solid state. The coordination geometries of tin in 2 and 3 are trigonal bipyramidal with all three carbons in equatorial positions, one carboxylic oxygen and the quinone-type oxygen from adjacent molecules are in axial positions forming centrosymmetric dimers with the ring containing 20 members. The yield of the tricyclohexyltin(IV) derivative (4) is much lower than 2 or 3, with instability towards moisture in solution. The product of the reaction with water is the bis2-hydroxo)-bis{2-{[N-(2-oxo-2H-naphthalene-1-yliden)hydrazo]}benzoato}tetracyclohexylditin (4a) dimer. The tin is five-coordinate in the solid state by two cyclohexyl and two hydroxy groups, the last coordination site is occupied by a monodentate carboxy group. The dimeric form of this compound remains in chloroform solution.  相似文献
