Adsorptive stripping differential pulse voltammetry (AdSDPV) was applied to the assay of sorafenib in human serum sample. Cyclic voltammetry at a carbon based screen printed electrode (SPE) permitted to detect the irreversible oxidation of SOR with formation of a new compound reversibly oxidized at a lower potential. Quantitative assays were realized using a chitosan/carboxylic acid functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 7.0 in the presence of 50 % methanol. The AdSDPV method provided two linear responses within the concentration ranges 1×10?8–8×10?8 M and 1×10?7–8×10?7 M in serum with LOQ and LOD of 3.2×10?9 and 9.6×10?10 of lower linear range, respectively. The recovery of sorafenib in spiked serum was 97.5 %.  相似文献

A simple voltammetric nanosensor was described for the highly sensitive determination of antiviral drug Tenofovir. The benzalkonium chloride and silver nanoparticles were associated to build a nanosensor on glassy carbon electrode. Surface characterictics were achieved using scanning electron microscopic technique. The voltammetric measurements were performed in pH range between 1.0 and 10.0 using cyclic, adsorptive stripping differential pulse and adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry. The linear dependence of the peak current on the square root of scan rates and the slope value (0.770) demonstrated that the oxidation of tenofovir is a mix diffusion‐adsorption controlled process in pH 5.70 acetate buffer. The linearity range was found to be 6.0×10−8–1.0×10−6 M, and nanosensor displayed an excellent detection limit of 2.39×10−9 M by square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The developed nanosensor was successfully applied for the determination of Tenofovir in pharmaceutical dosage form. Moreover, the voltammetric oxidation pathway of tenofovir was also investigated at bare glassy carbon electrode comparing with some possible model compounds (Adenine and Adefovir).  相似文献

Abstract

Cadmium in the presence of 0.04 M NaCl as the electrolyte was determined using stripping voltammetry with superimposed constant amplitude pulses of negative polarity (SVPNP) or positive polarity (SVPPP), and differential pulses stripping voltammetry using rotating disc glass carbon electrode (RDGCE). The SVPNP was found to give the greatest sensitivity. The anodic peak was obtained at potential ?850 to ?795 mV due to the oxidation of cadmium to cadmium(II). Linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range between 1.5×10?9–2×10?10 M. The relative standard deviation is 4.25% at very low concentration of 2×10?10 M. This method was successfully applied to the determination of cadmium in some foodstuffs (wheat and its products, vegetables) after acid digestion.  相似文献

This study developed a nanosensor for the detection and determination of favipiravir, a presumed drug that has potential therapeutic efficacy in treating COVID-19 patients, from tablets and serum samples. This nanosensor was obtained by adding the optimum amount of diamond nanoparticles into carbon paste. For the determination of favipiravir adsorptive stripping differential pulse (AdSDPV) and adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry (AdSSWV) were used. Limit of detection values were found as 4.83×10−9 M and 2.44×10−7 M for bulk and 5.18×10−8 M and 4.38×10−8 M for serum samples using AdSDPV and AdSSWV, respectively. Recovery studies made of the tablet and serum produced satisfactory results.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrazine at a carbon paste electrode spiked with acetylferrocene as a mediator was studied by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and chronoamperometry. In contrast to other ferrocenic compounds, acetylferrocene exhibits a chemical irreversible behavior, but it can act as an effective mediator for electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrazine, too. The heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant between acetylferrocene and the electrode substrate (carbon paste) and the diffusion coefficient of spiked acetylferrocene in silicon oil were estimated to be about 3.45×10?4 cm s?1 and 4.45×10?9 cm2 s?1, respectively. It has been found that under the optimum conditions (pH 7.5) the oxidation of hydrazine occurs at a potential of about 228 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The catalytic oxidation peak current of hydrazine was linearly dependent on its concentration and the obtained linear range was 3.09×10?5 M–1.03×10?3 M. The detection limit (2σ) has been determined as 2.7×10?5 M by cyclic voltammetry. Also, the peak current was increased linearly with the concentration of hydrazine in the range of 1×10?5 M–1×10?3 M by differential pulse voltammetry with a detection limit of 1×10?5 M. This catalytic oxidation of hydrazine has been applied as a selective, simple, and precise new method for the determination of hydrazine in water samples.  相似文献

The effect of surface modifications on the electrochemical behavior of the anticancer drug idarubicin was studied at multiwalled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon and edge plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes. The surface morphology of the modified electrodes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The modified electrodes were constructed for the determination of idarubicin using adsorptive stripping differential pulse voltammetry. The experimental parameters such as supporting electrolyte, pH, accumulation time and potential, amount of carbon nanotubes for the sensitive assay of idarubicin were studied as details. Under the optimized conditions, idarubicin gave a linear response in the range 9.36×10?8–1.87×10?6 M for modified glassy carbon and 9.36×10?8–9.36×10?7 M for modified edge plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes. The detection limits were found as 1.87×10?8 M and 3.75×10?8 M based on modified glassy carbon and edge plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes, respectively. Interfering species such as ascorbic acid, dopamine, and aspirin showed no interference with the selective determination of idarubicin. The analyzing method was fully validated and successfully applied for the determination of idarubicin in its pharmaceutical dosage form. The possible oxidation mechanism of idarubicin was also discussed. The results revealed that the modified electrodes showed an obvious electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of idarubicin by a remarkable enhancement in the current response compared with bare electrodes.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor based on the electrocatalytic activity of graphene (GR) was prepared, and used for the individual, selective and simultaneous determination of 5‐O‐Caffeoylquinic acid (5‐CQA) that is major compound of chlorogenic acids in coffee, vanillin (VAN) and caffeine (CAF). The electrochemical behaviors of these compounds on GR modified glassy carbon electrode (GR/GCE) were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and square‐wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry. By using stripping conditions after 30 s accumulation under open‐circuit voltage, the electrochemical oxidation peaks appeared at +0.53, 0.83 and 1.39 V in phosphate buffer pH 2.5, and good linear current responses were obtained with detection limits of 4.4×10−9, 5.0×10−7, and 3.0×10−7 M for 5‐CQA, VAN and CAF, respectively. The potential applicability of the proposed method was illustrated in commercial food and beverage samples.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode based on γ-cyclodextrin–carbon nanotube composite (γ-CD–CNT–CME) was developed for the determination of propranolol hydrochloride (PRO). The electrochemical behaviour of PRO was investigated employing cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV). Surface morphology of the electrode has been studied by means of scanning electron microscopy. The results revealed that the oxidation of PRO is facilitated at γ-CD–CNT–CME. Under the optimized conditions in Britton–Robinson buffer pH 1.5, the peak currents were found to vary linearly with their concentrations in the range of 1.42 × 10?7 to 4.76 × 10?5 M. A detection limit (S/N = 3) of 4.01 × 10?8 M was obtained for PRO by means of DPAdSV. The proposed method was employed for the determination of PRO in pharmaceutical formulations, urine and blood serum samples.  相似文献

A chemically modified carbon paste electrode with 2,7‐bis(ferrocenyl ethyl)fluoren‐9‐one (2,7‐BFEFMCPE) was employed to study the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid in aqueous solution using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The diffusion coefficient (D=1.89×10?5 cm2 s?1), and the kinetic parameter such as the electron transfer coefficient, α (=0.42) of ascorbic acid oxidation at the surface of 2,7‐BFEFMCPE was determined using electrochemical approaches. It has been found that under an optimum condition (pH 7.00), the oxidation of ascorbic acid at the surface of such an electrode occurs at a potential about 300 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The catalytic oxidation peak currents show a linear dependence on the ascorbic acid concentration and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 8.0×10?5 M–2.0×10?3 M and 3.1×10?5 M–3.3×10?3 M of ascorbic acid with correlation coefficients of 0.9980 and 0.9976 in cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, respectively. The detection limits (2δ) were determined to be 2.9×10?5 M and 9.0×10?6 M with cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, respectively. This method was also examined for determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

For the first time, a novel carbon nanotube bed electrode impregnated with silver–nanoparticles (AgNPs) for the determination of trace amounts of gabapentin (GBP) is described. We synthesized the AgNPs via a new procedure. The voltammetric behavior of the electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. There were linear relationships in the ranges from 3.1×10?9 to 2.9×10?2 M and from 1.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?2 GBP with square wave and differential pulse voltammetric peak currents, respectively. The detection limits were 5.6×10?10 and 9.7×10?9 M, respectively. The electrode showed excellent response over a period of 2 months and was successfully applied in human plasma and pharmaceutical capsular products.  相似文献

A sensitive voltammetric technique has been developed for the determination of Fludarabine using amine‐functionalized multi walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (NH2‐MWCNTs/GCE). Molecular dynamics simulations, an in silico technique, were employed to examine the properties including chemical differences of Fludarabine‐ functionalized MWCNT complexes. The redox behavior of Fludarabine was examined by cyclic, differential pulse and square wave voltammetry in a wide pH range. Cyclic voltammetric investigations emphasized that Fludarabine is irreversibly oxidized at the NH2‐MWCNTs/GCE. The electrochemical behavior of Fludarabine was also studied by cyclic voltammetry to evaluate both the kinetic (ks and Ea) and thermodynamic (ΔH, ΔG and ΔS) parameters on NH2‐MWCNTs/GCE at several temperatures. The mixed diffusion‐adsorption controlled electrochemical oxidation of Fludarabine revealed by studies at different scan rates. The experimental parameters, such as pulse amplitude, frequency, deposition potential optimized for square‐wave voltammetry. Under optimum conditions in phosphate buffer (pH 2.0), a linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 2×10?7 M–4×10?6 M solution using adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were calculated 2.9×10?8 M and 9.68×10?8 M, respectively. The developed method was applied to the simple and rapid determination of Fludarabine from pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

A sensitive electroanalytical method for the determination of anticancer drug etoposide (ETP) using adsorptive stripping differential pulse voltammetry (AdSDPV) at a multi-walled carbon nanotube-modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT-modified GCE) is presented. The surface morphology of modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The effects of accumulation time and potential, pH, scan rate, and amount of MWCNT suspension were investigated. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.0?×?10?8–2.0?×?10?6 M with the detection limit of 5.4?×?10?9 M. The reproducibility of the peak current was found at 1.55 % (n?=?5) RSD value in pH 6.0 Britton–Robinson buffer for the MWCNT-modified GCE. The method was then successfully utilized for the determination of ETP in pharmaceutical dosage form, and a recovery of 99.55 % was obtained. The possible oxidation mechanism of ETP was also discussed. The proposed electroanalytical method using MWCNT-modified GCE is the most sensitive method for the determination of ETP with lowest limit of detection in the previously published electrochemical methods.  相似文献

Glyceline, reline, or ethaline deep eutectic solvents and carbon black nanoparticles within a crosslinked chitosan film are investigated as glassy carbon electrode modifiers for the first time. The selected 5 mg mL−1 glyceline modified GCE was characterized by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. Simultaneous determination of acetaminophen and diclofenac by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV) presented limits of detection of 2.6×10−8 and 5.2×10−8 mol L−1 for acetaminophen and diclofenac, respectively, in pharmaceutical and biological samples. The obtained results were compared with those obtained by HPLC at a confidence level of 95 %.  相似文献

Oxidation and reduction processes of the insecticide fenthion was comparatively investigated at a reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (RGO‐GCE) and a cyclic renewable silver amalgam film electrode (Hg(Ag)FE) using square wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV). The influence of pH and SW parameters was investigated. The linear concentration ranges were found to be 1 × 10−6 – 2 × 10−5 and 1 × 10−7 – 2 × 10−5 mol L−1 for Hg(Ag)FE and RGO‐GCE, respectively. The detection and quantification limits were calculated as 1.3 × 10−7 and 4.5 × 10−7 mol L−1 for Hg(Ag)FE and 7.6 × 10−9 and 2.5 × 10−8 mol L−1 for RGO‐GCE. Both of the developed electroanalytical methods offer rapid and simple detection of fenthion and were used on spiked tap and river water and apple juice samples. Scanning electron microscopy was used for RGO‐GCE surface characterization.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of sulfadimetoxol (SDX) was studied by square-wave techniques, leading to two methods for its determination in aqueous samples and veterinary formulations. The application of the square-wave mode shows the determination of SDX between 1 × 10−7 M and 2 × 10−6 M at −0.60 V and for the stripping voltammetry of adsorbed SDX with an accumulation step of 15 s proved to be more sensitive, yielding signals five times larger than those obtained without the accumulation. The determination of SDX was done between 2 × 10−8 M and 5 × 10−7 M by stripping mode. The relative standard deviations obtained for concentration levels of SDX as low as 3 × 10−7 M with square-wave was 3.4 % (n = 8) and for 2 × 10−7 M with stripping square-wave was 3.1 % (n = 8). The methods were satisfactorily applied for determining SDX in four veterinary products.  相似文献

Various experimental parameters were optimized using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Calibration curves were linear over the concentration ranges 9.8×10−8–3.6×10−6 M and 9.8×10−6–9×10−5 M for DPV and SWV, respectively. The DPV method showed a limit of detection (LOD) of 1.04×10−7 M. The method was applied for the determination of OXM in pharmaceutical formulation with an average recovery of 101.18 % (%RSD=0.41, n=9).  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of hydrazine studied at the surface of a carbon paste electrode spiked with p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) using cyclic voltammetry (CV), double potential‐step chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) in aqueous media. The results show this quinone derivative modified carbon paste electrode, can catalyze the hydrazine oxidation in an aqueous buffered solution. It has been found that under the optimum conditions (pH 10.00), the oxidation of hydrazine at the surface of this carbon paste modified electrode occurs at a potential of about 550 mV less positive than that of a bar carbon paste electrode. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of hydrazine showed a linear dependent on the hydrazine concentrations and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 6.00×10?5 M–8.00×10?3 M and 7.00×10?6 M–8.00×10?4 M of hydrazine concentration with CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 3.6×10?5 M and 5.2×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also used for the determination of hydrazine in the real sample (waste water of the Mazandaran wood and paper factory) by standard addition method.  相似文献

The oxidative behavior of 1-[1-(phenylmethyl)butyl]pyrrolidine, prolintane, was studied at a glassy carbon electrode using linear-sweep and differential-pulse voltammetry. The oxidation process was shown to be irreversible using 0.04 M Britton–Robinson buffer and was diffusion-adsorption controlled. Two voltammetric methods were developed for the determination of prolintane using different techniques: linear-sweep and differential-pulse voltammetry. The peak current varied linearly with prolintane concentrations in the range of 1.0 × 10−5 −2.5 × 10−4 M, with a detection limit of 8.5 × 10−6 and 4.0 × 10−6 M, and with relative standard deviations of 2.1 % and 3.1 %, respectively. The methods were applied to commercial preparations, giving relative errors less than 3.1 % and relative standard deviations lower than 4.8 % (n = 10). Determination of prolintane (down to the 8.5 × 10−8 M level) can be performed by using a preconcentration step prior to the determination by differential-pulse voltammetry in 0.04 M Britton–Robinson buffer (pH 8.0) with preconcentration potential of 0.0 V. The detection limit was found to be 6.2 × 10−8 M (4 min preconcentration) and the relative standard deviation for 2.5 × 10−7 M prolintane (n = 5) was 4.6 %. Applicability to human urine analysis is illustrated (recovery 98 ± 2 %). Standard additions method can be used to determine prolintane in real samples of urine.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of L ‐cysteine studied at the surface of ferrocenedicarboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FDCMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and double potential step chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 8.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteine occurs at a potential about 200 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient, α, and catalytic reaction rate constant, kh were also determined using electrochemical approaches. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteine showed a linear dependent on the L ‐cysteine concentration and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 3.0×10?5 M–2.2×10?3 M and 1.5×10?5 M–3.2×10?3 M of L ‐cysteine concentration with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 2.6×10?5 M and 1.4×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods.  相似文献
