基于钼酸盐光度法测定总磷的浊度去除方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采取新的浊度去除方法,改进了测定总磷的钼酸盐光度法。测定过程中,消解液的浊度会对测定结果产生干扰。通过比较机械过滤法和试剂补偿法的浊度校正效果,建立了中速定性滤纸单次机械过滤的浊度去除方法,确定了最佳去除条件:控制待滤液温度不高于30℃,清洗纯水的体积不少于20 m L。选择消解液具有浊度干扰项的6种代表性水样,分别进行平行测定和加标回收试验,方法检出限为0.008 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.8%~7.9%(n=6),加标回收率为92.0%~106%。该方法灵敏度、准确度高,精密度良好,与现行国标法相比,试剂消耗量少,分析效率高,能够满足多种水环境样品中总磷的测定要求。  相似文献

Oil shale ash(OSA) supported nanoscaled zero-valent iron(OSA-nZVI) was used as a rapid and efficient reductant for Cr(VI) reduction. The optimal mass ratio of nZVI to OSA and the optimal dosage were explored. The effects of initial pH, reaction temperature, initial Cr(VI) concentration, and common cations and anions in groundwater on Cr(VI) reduction were determined in batch experiments. The results show that the optimum initial pH is 5.0. The reaction temperature has a positive effect on Cr(VI) reduction while the real groundwater has a negative effect. Additionally, 84.22% Cr(VI) was still reduced by 3 g/L OSA-nZVI(1:2)(mass ratio of OSA to Fe0 was 1:2) within 120 min for 50 mg/L Cr(VI) under conditions of 10℃ and unadjusted pH.  相似文献

通过比较不同pH值下增强生物除磷系统中关键酶活性的变化规律, 研究了酶活性与聚磷菌污泥产率系数及可溶性正磷酸盐(SOP)的关系. 结果表明, 在pH=6.4-7.6范围内, 脱氢酶、腺苷酸激酶和聚磷酸盐激酶的活性随着pH的增加而线性增加, 酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性不受pH的影响. 聚磷菌的产率系数与脱氢酶活性、厌氧释磷速率与腺苷酸激酶活性、好氧吸磷速率与聚磷酸盐激酶活性分别呈线性关系. 表明较高的pH有利于聚磷菌的生长和提高聚磷菌的活性, 从而提高了除磷效率.  相似文献

白烟灰因其含有砷等有毒化合物,其安全堆存是冶金企业面临的难题。 对白烟灰进行物相分析是处理该烟灰,使其达到环保要求堆存的重要依据。 采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)研究了河南某企业白烟灰的物相组成及化学结合状态,确定其所含化学成分及元素含量。 结果表明,样品中元素As相对含量高达20.99%,其中11%以游离态As2O3形式存在,其余以PbAs2O6形式存在。 样品中还含有少量的Cu、Pb、Zn等金属及其氧化物。 根据被测样品物相组成,提出了一种氧化酸浸脱砷的方法,并确定了最佳脱砷工艺,在最佳工艺条件下,砷的浸出率高达97.1%,高于文献报道的砷的浸出率。  相似文献

采用固相反应法成功制备了掺镁铝酸三钙(Mg-C_3A)。利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、高分辨率透射电镜研究不同掺镁量下产物的晶相结构、光谱特征和表面形貌,探讨了 Mg-C_3A形成途径,并考察了Mg-C_3A对水体氮和磷的共去除性能。结果表明:Mg-C_3A主要是由Mg同晶取代了部分C_3A中的Ca而形成的同构体及在C_3A表面形成的MgO组成,且Mg的掺杂不改变C_3A的晶体结构和基本形貌;Mg-C_3A对水体氮(NH_4~+)和磷(PO_4~(3-))的去除量分别为65.2和20.2 mg·g~(-1),去除过程符合准二级动力学模型,主要受化学反应控制;Mg-C_3A主要通过溶出的晶格Mg~(2+)、Al~(3+)分别与NH_4~+和PO_4~(3-)形成鸟粪石沉淀及AlPO_4而实现氮磷共去除,同时C_3A自身溶出的OH~-与过量NH_4~+离子发生中和反应。  相似文献

The new technology development for municipal solid waste incineration fly ash treatment and reuse is urgent due to landfill shortage and environmental effect of leached hazardous substances. Chlorine (Cl) is worth considering due to its high levels in fly ash. In this study, a treatment process of ultrasound combined with organic acid was used to eliminate Cl from fly ash to enhance its properties for reuse. Taguchi methodology was implemented to design the experiments by controlling four impact factors and the contribution of each factor was evaluated by the ANOVA analysis of variance. Following two treatment steps within 5 min with a solid/liquid ratio of 1:10 at 165 kHz, 98.8% of Cl was eliminated. Solid/liquid ratio was the most prominent factor that contributed to the Cl removal with more than 90%, according to the ANOVA analysis of variance. Tert-butyl alcohol (tBuOH), an OH radical scavenger, was utilized to examine different effects of ultrasonic cavitation on Cl removal efficiency. A 20 kHz ultrasound was used to explore the influence of multi-frequency ultrasound with different mechanical and sonochemical effects on the fly ash dechlorination. This ultrasonic-assisted organic acid treatment was found to be a time and cost-effective pathway for fly ash Cl removal.  相似文献

以膨胀石墨为载体材料,采用改进后的综合法制备的羟基氧化铁(FeOOH)为改性材料,在酸性及超声波振荡的条件下对膨胀石墨进行表面接枝,制得羟基氧化铁/膨胀石墨复合材料,并对材料进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征,随后测试了其除砷性能,并探讨了反应机理.实验结果表明,复合材料中羟基氧化铁通过氢键与化学键均匀负载在了膨胀石墨表面,为亚微米级球状;使用0.5 g复合材料处理50 mL浓度为0.5 mg/L的模拟含砷废水,90 min后去除率可达到99%,且经过处理可以使废水中的砷浓度达到饮用标准;载铁量越高,材料的除砷性能越好,当载铁量达到55%时,使用0.5 g复合材料处理50 mL浓度为2.0 mg/L的模拟含砷废水,1 h后去除率达到72.6%,是普通膨胀石墨的3倍;该除砷过程由解离的羟基氧化铁与砷在复合材料附近完成,符合二级动力学方程和Temkin等温吸附模型.  相似文献

以含量30 g/L的苯酚水溶液为模型,提出氯化联合氧化工艺,实现对高浓度含酚废水中苯酚的转化回收及残余酚类的氧化脱除。 首先以pH值作为指示,向溶液中引入足够量的氯离子和氢离子,通过加入氯酸钠与之反应定量产生氯气;在所控制的实验条件下,氯气与溶液中的苯酚选择性反应转化为低溶解度的三氯苯酚沉淀,经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)面积归一法测得其含量可达97.76%;过滤所得滤液化学需氧量(COD)降低至1125 mg/L,苯酚回收率约98.7%。 采用Fenton氧化技术对该滤液进行氧化降解,结果表明,在优化的实验条件pH=3、Fe2+浓度为1 mmol/L下,H2O2用量为15 mL/L时,残余的氯酚类即可以被有效降解,降解后的水样经调碱性将铁或亚铁离子沉淀后为无色透明的溶液;联合处理后,水样COD减小到52 mg/L,该值满足国家工业污水排放标准。  相似文献

为研究在废水处理系统中铁、锰和硼元素对厌氧微生物生长代谢的影响,采用厌氧血清瓶培养实验,确定了在不同铁、锰和硼元素的投加量下,此种厌氧微生物脱氮除磷能力的变化。结果表明,铁元素的投加量为30mg·L^-1时,除磷效果最好;锰元素的投加量不应该超过2.5mg·L^-1;而硼元素对除磷无促进作用。  相似文献

砷污染问题日益严峻,已威胁到人类的健康,因此,解决水环境中的砷污染问题迫在眉睫。近年来,铁锰氧化物/碳基复合材料因其吸附性能优越和易分离再生等优点而受到广泛的关注。尤其是纳米碳管、石墨烯等新型纳米碳基材料,其比表面积大并具有丰富的官能团,为铁/锰氧化物的负载创造了良好的条件,在其表面可以形成粒径更细的铁/锰氧化物,为砷的吸附提供了更多的吸附点位。本文重点介绍了国内外铁锰氧化物/碳基复合材料的制备方法并比较了各种制备方法的优缺点;讨论了铁锰氧化物/碳基复合材料除砷效果以及其吸附机理;分析了铁锰氧化物/碳基复合材料的再生性能并指出其在实际应用中尚存在的问题,最后展望了该材料处理水体中砷的发展方向。  相似文献

This study aimed to remove phenolic and lignin compounds from paper mill industry (4500 m3/h) wastewaters, which is discharged to sea from a plant located in the western Turkey. As adsorbent, fly ash, raw sepiolite and heat-activated sepiolite were used. The effect of factors such as, particle size, temperature and pH on adsorption process was investigated. From kinetic studies, equilibrium time was found as 1 h for both. The kinetic data supports pseudo-second order model but shows very poor fit for pseudo-first order model. Intraparticle model also shows that there are two separate stages in sorption process, namely, external diffusion and pore diffusion. Adsorption isotherms for fly ash and activated sepiolite were obtained at two different temperatures. From experiments carried out at different pHs, it was observed that pH plays an important role in the adsorption process in removing of both lignin and phenolic compounds, providing both ionizating the compounds and modifying sorbent surfaces. It was also observed that heat-activated sepiolite is more effective than raw sepiolite and fly ash to remove these compounds. Adsorption of lignin and phenolic compounds increases with decreasing particle size. In addition, the efficiency of adsorption decreases with increasing adsorption temperature for both fly ash and untreated sepiolite.  相似文献

Drinking water containing nitrate ions at a higher concentration level of more than 10 mg/L, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), poses a considerable peril to humans. This danger lies in its reduction of nitrite ions. These ions cause methemoglobinemia during the oxidation of hemoglobin into methemoglobin. Many protocols can be applied to the remediation of nitrate ions from hydra solutions such as Zn metal and amino sulfonic acid. Furthermore, the electrochemical process is a potent protocol that is useful for this purpose. Designing varying parameters, such as the type of cathodic electrode (Sn, Al, Fe, Cu), the type of electrolyte, and its concentration, temperature, pH, and current density, can give the best conditions to eliminate the nitrate as a pollutant. Moreover, the use of accessible, functional, and inexpensive adsorbents such as granular ferric hydroxide, modified zeolite, rice chaff, chitosan, perlite, red mud, and activated carbon are considered a possible approach for nitrate removal. Additionally, biological denitrification is considered one of the most promising methodologies attributable to its outstanding performance. Among these powerful methods and materials exist zero-valent iron (ZVI), which is used effectively in the deletion process of nitrate ions. Non-precious synthesis pathways are utilized to reduce the Fe2+ or Fe3+ ions by borohydride to obtain ZVI. The structural and morphological characteristics of ZVI are elucidated using UV–Vis spectroscopy, zeta potential, XRD, FE-SEM, and TEM. The adsorptive properties are estimated through batch experiments, which are achieved to control the feasibility of ZVI as an adsorbent under the effects of Fe0 dose, concentration of NO3 ions, and pH. The obtained literature findings recommend that ZVI is an appropriate applicant adsorbent for the remediation of nitrate ions.  相似文献

Two series of size‐fractionated combusted residues, a bag‐house ash and a scrubber residue, from a municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) were prepared and extracted by means of sequential chemical extraction (SCE) procedures proposed by Tessier. Concentrations of water‐soluble phase, exchangeable phase, carbonated phase, Fe/Mn oxide phase, organic matter phase, and residual phase bound amphoteric metals (Pb and Zn) were obtained, and have been compared with those of single batch extraction of toxic characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP). In each size fraction of baghouse ash or scrubber residue, lead or zinc shows a common phenomena that the TCLP value is always lower than the content of the water‐soluble fraction. For lead, baghouse ash has a significant size‐dependent distribution on the water‐soluble phase to perform a size‐dependent test of lead in the TCLP test. The zinc TCLP data having less size dependence might be due to that neither the baghouse ash nor the scrubber residue has a size‐dependent distribution on the water‐soluble zinc phase.  相似文献

Nowadays, pollution has become the main bottleneck towards sustainable technological development due to its detrimental implications in human and ecosystem health. Removal of pollutants from the surrounding environment is a hot research area worldwide; diverse technologies and materials are being continuously developed. To this end, bio-based composite hydrogels as sorbents have received extensive attention in recent years because of advantages such as high adsorptive capacity, controllable mechanical properties, cost effectiveness, and potential for upscaling in continuous flow installations. In this review, we aim to provide an up-to-date analysis of the literature on recent accomplishments in the design of polysaccharide-based composite hydrogels for removal of heavy metal ions, dyes, and oxyanions from wastewater. The correlation between the constituent polysaccharides (chitosan, cellulose, alginate, starch, pectin, pullulan, xanthan, salecan, etc.), engineered composition (presence of other organic and/or inorganic components), and sorption conditions on the removal performance of addressed pollutants will be carefully scrutinized. Particular attention will be paid to the sustainability aspects in the selected studies, particularly to composite selectivity and reusability, as well as to their use in fixed-bed columns and real wastewater applications.  相似文献

Iron-manganese composited oxide(FeMnO) was prepared with potassium permanganate and ferrous salt. Interface performance, charge property and structure topography of the FeMnO were investigated. Coagulation efficiency and pollution removal mechanism of the FeMnO were approached. Results show that the main compositions of the FeMnO are δ-manganese dioxide and ferric hydroxide. This study introduces a merlinoite synthesized from sugarcane bagasse ash (SBA) and kaolin and evaluates its application as an adsorbent to remove lead from wastewater. The synthesis was performed via the hydrothermal method, and optimal conditions were determined. The adsorption of Pb by merlinoite was also optimized. Determination of the Pb2+ remaining in the aqueous solution was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Adsorption isotherms were mainly studied using the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The Langmuir model showed the highest consistency for Pb adsorption on merlinoite, yielding a high correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.9997 and a maximum adsorption capacity (qmax) of 322.58 mg/g. The kinetics of the adsorption process were best described by a pseudo-second-order model. Thermodynamic studies carried out at different temperatures established that the adsorption reaction was spontaneous and endothermic. The results of this study show that merlinoite synthesized from kaolinite and SBA is an excellent candidate for utilization as a high-performance adsorbent for lead removal from wastewater.  相似文献

以油页岩灰渣提取的硅酸钠为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法并结合多种纳米粉体分散技术,制备了分散性好、粒径均一的纳米SiO2,其平均粒径约为10 nm。 制备过程中聚乙二醇(PEG)的加入能够有效的降低纳米SiO2的表面能,减少粒子的团聚, PEG的最佳浓度为3.0%;超声振荡的空化作用所释放出的巨大冲击波和微射流,能有效地击散纳米SiO2团聚体,其最佳超声时间为0.5 h;硅酸湿凝胶与正丁醇共沸蒸馏能有效脱除凝胶中的水,防止干燥过程中颗粒间硬团聚。  相似文献
