A new complex has been synthesized with o-methylbenzoyl-benzoic acid(HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) in the mixture of water and ethanol. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 13.6328(18), b = 17.7876(18), c = 19.998(2), β = 104.720(4)o, C54H48N4O11Zn, Mr = 994.33, V = 4690.2(9)3, Dc = 1.408 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2072, μ(MoKα) = 0.59 mm-1, R = 0.0736 and wR = 0.2029. The crystal structure shows that the zinc ions are coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two HL molecules and four nitrogen atoms from two phen molecules, forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The fluorescent and thermal stability properties of the complex are studied. The result shows that it has one fluorescent emission band at around 412 nm. In addition, the complex is stable under 210 ℃.  相似文献

A new complex [Pb(phen)2(4-NBA)]2·2(NO3)·H2O(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,4-NBA = 4-nitrobenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.416(3),b = 14.065(3),c = 16.845(3) ,β = 110.55(3)o,V = 2976.5(10)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.796 g/cm3,F(000) = 1564,GOOF = 0.962,the final R = 0.0686 and wR = 0.1746.The crystal structure shows that the lead ion is coordinated with two carboxylate O atoms from the 4-NBA anion,and four N atoms from two phen molecules,forming a slightly distorted pentagonalbipyramidal coordination geometry.It is further extended by various supramo-lecular interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.The TG analysis result shows that this complex begins decomposing at 30 ℃ and decompounding completely at 733 ℃.  相似文献

A new Na(I) coordination polymer, [Na2(Hpimdc)(H2 pimdc)(phen)2]n(1), has been synthesized by the reaction of NaOH with 2-propyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid(H3 pimdc)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The Na(I) coordination polymer 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. In 1, the bridged ligand H3 pimdc adopts two modes(singly deprotonated and doubly deprotonated) to coordinate with the Na(I) ion.The Na(1) ion is six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a H2 pimdc ligand, three O atoms from a Hpimdc ligand and two other different H2 pimdc ligands. The Na(2) ion is also six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a Hpimdc ligand, three O atoms from a H2 pimdc ligand and other two different Hpimdc ligands. Complex 1 exhibits a 1 D chain structure built up by μ-H2 pimdc-and μ-Hpimdc2-ligands. The antitumor activities of complex 1 against human SGC7901, A549 and H08910 cells have been tested.  相似文献

Terbium p-chlorobenzoate complex with 1,10-phenanthroline, [Tb( p-ClBA)_3phen]_2 (1) has been obtained in the ethanol solution, where p-ClBA=p-chlorobenzoate and phen=1,10-phenanthroline. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, a=1.008 1(2) nm, b=1.185 7(2) nm, c=1.431 1(3) nm, α=110.826(4)°, β=96.436(4)°, γ=101.737(4)°, Z=2. The two Tb(Ⅲ) ions are linked by four carboxylate groups through their bidentate bridging modes, forming a dimeric unit with crystallographic inversion center. Each terbium ion has an eight-coordinate geometry with four of the coordination sites occupied by four oxygen atoms from the four bridging carboxylates, respectively, two oxygen atoms from bidentate carboxylate, and the remaining positions occupied by two nitrogen atoms from a 1,10-phenanthroline molecule. The Tb(Ⅲ) ion adopt a distorted square antiprism coordination geometry. The excitation and luminescence data observed at room temperature show that the title complex emits very intensive green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The result of thermal analysis indicates the complex [Tb(p-ClBA)_3phen]_2 is quite stable to heat. CCDC: 221921.  相似文献

The novel complex [Zn2(Mba)3(Phen)2EtOH)]·ClO4 (Hmba=methoxybenzoic acid, Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, EtOH=ethanol) was synthesized by hydrothermal reactions, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P with a=1.15362(1), b=1.3655(3), c=1.61451(1) nm, α=72.842(2), β=83.259(3), γ=72.083(2)°, V=2.3112(6) nm3, Z=2, μ(MoKα)=11.71 cm-1, F(000)=1120, R=0.0552 and wR=0.1157 (I > 2·(I)). The two centric zinc(Ⅱ) ions in the complex locate in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry, respectively. Two bridging bidentate carboxyl groups and a μ2-O carboxyl group from three methoxybenzoic acids act as the bridge to link two Zn(Ⅱ) ions. The asymmetric units are connected by π-π packing interactions between aromatic rings to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network. The experimental results show a good fluorescence property for the complex.  相似文献

This paper describes syntheses and structure determination of four lanthanide complexes [Nd(2-Cl-4-FBA) 3 phen] 2 (1, 2-Cl-4-FBA = 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), [Ln(2,5-DClBA) 3 phen] 2 (Ln = Sm(2) and Tb(3), 2,5-DClBA = 2,5-dichlorobenzoate) and [Sm(2-Cl-4,5-DFBA) 3 (phen)(H 2 O)] 2 (4, (2-Cl-4,5-DFBA = 2-chloro-4,5-difluorobenzo- ate). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and ultraviolet spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. In the molecular structures of 1 4, two Ln 3+ ions are linked by four carboxyl groups, with two of them in a bridging bidentate mode and the other two in a bridging-chelating tridentate mode, forming four binuclear molecules. In addition, each Ln 3+ ion is also chelated to one phen molecule and one carboxyl group in the complexes, except each Sm 3+ ion in 4 which is bonded to one carboxyl group by unidentate mode and one H 2 O molecule. There are two different coordination polyhedrons for each Nd 3+ ion in the two similar molecular structures of 1 and they are a distorted monocapped square antiprismatic and a distorted tricapped triangular prism conformation, respectively. The coordination polyhedron for each Ln 3+ ion in 2 4 is a nine-coordinated distorted mono-capped square antiprismatic conformation. The complex 3 exhibits green luminescence under the radiation of UV light. The thermal decomposition behaviors of the complexes have been discussed by simultaneous TG/DSC-FTIR technique. The 3D surface graphs for the FTIR spectra of the evolved gases were recorded and the gaseous products were identified by the typical IR spectra obtained at different temperatures from the 3D surface graphs. Meanwhile, we discussed the nonisothermal kinetics of 1 4 by the integral isoconversional non-linear (NL-INT) method.  相似文献

This complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.5595(6), b = 9.8199(8), c = 13.1663(11) , α = 69.7590(10), β = 80.6000(10), γ = 71.3180(10)o, Z = 2, C20H12N2O4Pb, Mr = 551.51, Dc = 2.112 g/cm3, F(000) = 520 and μ = 9.757 mm-1. The final R = 0.0304 and wR = 0.0763 for 3427 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0894 for all data. The structure contains one crystallographic unique Pb(Ⅱ) atom, one phen molecule chelating with a Pb(Ⅱ) atom, and one bdc2- anion, acting as a bidentate bridging ligand linking the Pb(Ⅱ) atoms to form a one-dimensional structure. The two-dimensional layer and three-dimensional stacking structures are formed by C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The thermal stable and fluorescent properties of 1 were investigated. PbO micro-crystal particles are produced by calcination of powder sample of complex 1. The obtained PbO is characterized and observed by XRD and SEM analyses.  相似文献

In this complex, each metal center adopts a ten-coordination geometry formed by two N atoms from a ligand L and eight O atoms from three H2O molecules, a nitrate ion and carboxylates of two ligands. Each ligand adopts a N2,O3-pentdentate coordination mode using two N and two O atoms chelating a La(III), and using another O atom of carboxylate to bridge another La(III) center resulting in a 1D helical chain molecule. Intermolecular strong O–H···O and weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds extend the 1D chain structure into a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献
