分子印迹聚合物(molecular imprinting polymers,MIPs)是利用分子印迹技术合成的一种交联高聚物.分子印迹技术(molecular imprinting technique,MIT)是在近十几年来才发展起来的一门边缘科学技术.它结合了高分子化学、生物化学等学科,是模拟抗体-抗原相互作用的一种新技术,具有选择性识别位点的性质,作为传感器的理想敏感材料的制备方法日益受到研究者们的重视.本文综述了分子印迹技术的原理和分子印迹聚合物的制备方法,及其应用于传感器敏感材料的研究现状,并展望了其发展前景. 相似文献

该工作通过电化学方法在多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极表面得到聚邻氨基苯酚分子印迹聚合物膜,制备了可以选择性识别双酚A的分子印迹电化学传感器。通过扫描电镜、循环伏安法以及差分脉冲法对传感器的表面形貌和电化学性能进行了表征,并对传感器的检测条件进行了优化。采用K_3[Fe(CN)_6]作为电化学探针,在选定的实验条件下,K_3[Fe(CN)_6]在印迹电极上的峰电流变化值与双酚A的浓度在1×10~(-10)-4×10~(-8) mol·L~(-1)呈良好线性,本方法测定双酚A的检测限为4×1 0 ~(-11) mol·L~(-1),将该传感器用于实际水样中双酚A的测定,结果令人满意。 相似文献

以辛可宁为模板分子、十二烷基硫醇为功能单体,在Fe3 O4@Au纳米粒子表面自组装辛可宁分子印迹膜,构建了新型磁性粒子-分子印迹电化学发光传感器。通过透射电子显微镜对磁性纳米粒子的粒径分布及形貌进行了表征,使用红外光谱对比分析了辛可宁、分子印迹膜洗脱前和洗脱后的结构及成分。结果表明,在最优的实验条件下(0.012 mol/L 硼砂缓冲溶液(pH 9.5),0.8 mmol/L Ru(bpy)2+3),辛可宁浓度的对数在1×10-10~9×10-8 mol/L范围内,与电化学发光强度变化值有良好的线性关系,检出限为3.5×10-11 mol/L。此传感器灵敏度高、选择性好、易于更新,将其用于血清样品的检测,方法回收率为98.8%~104.7%。 相似文献

本文将电化学合成与分子印迹技术相结合,采用循环伏安法在石墨电极表面,形成盐酸环丙沙星(CPX)分子印迹聚吡咯薄膜,制备了CPX分子印迹传感器。实验对传感器的制备条件进行了优化,用铁氰化钾作为活性电子探针,采用方波伏安法研究了传感器性能。结果表明,在1×10~(-8)~1×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,峰电流与CPX浓度负对数呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为3.5×10~(-9)mol/L。传感器对模板分子CPX选择性强,重现性和稳定性好,置于室温下15d峰电流强度无明显变化。 相似文献

以水杨酸(SA)为模板分子,邻苯二胺(o-PPD)及吡咯(Py)为复合功能单体,在石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极表面制备分子印迹电化学传感器(MIP/GO/GCE),用扫描电镜(SEM)观察印迹膜的表面形貌,方波伏安法(SWV)和循环伏安法(CV)对分子印迹传感器的性能进行表征。通过优化实验条件,显示SA浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-2 mol/L范围内,分子印迹传感器峰电流与SA浓度负对数具有良好的线性关系,检出限为8.6×10-9 mol/L。该传感器对SA具有良好的选择性,样品回收率为101%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%。SA分子印迹传感器的制备简单、抗干扰性好、灵敏度高、成本低廉,具有较好实用价值。 相似文献

Summary: Aqueous dispersions of diblock copolymer micelles with homogeneous hydrophobic core (polystyrene) and heterogeneous amphiphilic corona from ionic N-ethyl-4-vinylpyridinium bromide (EVP) and hydrophobic 4-vinylpyridine (4VP) units have been prepared at pH 9. The structure and dispersion stability of micelles as function of the ratio and distribution pattern of ionic and hydrophobic units in corona have been systematically studied by means of transmission electron microscopy, static and dynamic light scattering, UV-spectrophotometry techniques. It was shown that gradual decrease of the quantity of EVP-units in corona had no impact on micelle structure until its fraction was above 0.7. When EVP-fraction dropped below this point noticeable changes in micelle mass and dimensions were observed. In the case of random distribution of 4VP and EVP units these changes were moderate in value and jump-like in character. In the case of mictoarm (starlike) distribution of 4VP and EVP blocks changes were large in value and monotonous in character. 以1-(4-乙烯基苄基)胸腺嘧啶(VBT)、苯乙烯(St)、马来酸酐(MA)为共聚单体,采用自由基聚合法制备了双亲性共聚物P(St/VBT-co-MA)(PSVM)。PSVM在选择性溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的水溶液中进行自组装可形成胶束。利用透射电镜(TEM)和动态激光光散射(DLS)表征了自组装胶束的形态和粒径分布。以该胶束作为颗粒乳化剂稳定白油-水体系形成乳液,研究了PSVM胶束浓度、pH、盐浓度等对其乳化性能的影响,并用光学显微镜(OM)表征了其乳液形态。结果表明:通过自由基聚合的方法成功合成了双亲共聚物PSVM,其自组装形成粒径分布均匀的球形胶束;该胶束具有优异的乳化效率,其乳液长期稳定且具有pH响应性及强耐盐性,静置四个月后,乳液仍具有良好的乳化效果且乳液层高度基本不变。 相似文献

An electrochemical sensor was modified with multi‐wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) material synthesized with acrylamide and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) in the presence of 1,3‐dinitrobenzene (DNB) as the template molecule. The MWCNT and MIP layers were successively modified on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE), of which the MIP film works as an artificial receptor due to its specific molecular recognition sites. The MIP material was characterized by FT‐IR and electrochemical methods of square wave voltammetry (SWV). The interferences of other nitroaromatic compounds (NAC) such as 2,4,6‐trinitrotoluene (TNT), 1,3,5‐trinitrobenzene (TNB) and 2,4‐dinitrotoluene (DNT) to DNB were also investigated by the prepared MIP/MWCNT electrode. Compared with other traditional sensors, the MIP/MWCNT modified electrode shows good selectivity and sensitivity. In addition, the current responses to DNB are linear with the concentration ranging from 4.5×10?8 to 8.5×10?6 mol/L with the detection limits of 2.5×10?8 (?0.58 V) and 1.5×10?8 mol/L (?0.69 V) (S/N=3). The construction process of MIP/MWCNT modified electrode was also studied as well. All results indicate that the MIP/MWCNT modified electrode established an improving way for simple, fast and selective analysis of DNB. 相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensor was successfully constructed on glassy carbon electrode for the determination of 1-naphthol (1-Nph). The sensor was constructed by electropolymerization on bare GCE in the presence of the target molecule. The recognition of 1-Nph was conducted indirectly using [Fe(CN)6]3−/4− as redox probe. The MIP sensor presented wide linear working range and limit of detection of 1.5×10−9 mol L−1. The MIP sensor was applied for the determination of 1-Nph in oilfield produced water. The results obtained showed good selectivity and sensitivity of the proposed sensor in terms of 1-Nph quantification. 相似文献

Self-assembled polymeric micelles can be used as efficient particulate emulsifiers. Styrene (St) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) were used to synthesize the amphiphilic random copolymer P(St-co-DM). This copolymer self-assembles into spherical polymeric micelles. The polymeric micelles show surface activity and pH sensitivity for producing Pickering emulsion. The experiment shows that the stability of the emulsion increases with the micelle concentration. The emulsion can only be formed when the salt concentration is below a certain limiting value. Using the white oil as the oil phase, polymeric micelles have emulsification in a large pH range. The emulsifying performance of the polymeric micelles could be enhanced by raising the water/oil volume ratio. 相似文献
