The β-blockers are important drugs and decades of clinical experience proved their high medical status. However, to the best of our knowledge, there is no complete assignment of (1)H and (13)C NMR resonances of popular representatives: acebutolol, alpenolol, pindolol, timolol and propranolol and the published NMR data on carvedilol and atenolol are incorrect. Therefore, (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy was applied for the characterization of a series of β-adrenolytics: carvedilol (1), pindolol (2), alprenolol (3), acebutolol (4), atenolol (5), propranolol (6) and timolol (7). Two-dimensional NMR experiments (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY) allowed the unequivocal assignment of (1)H and (13)C spectra for solution (DMSO-d(6) ). Salts and bases can be easily distinguished based on (13)C chemical shifts which are within 65.0-65.5 ppm (OC2) and 46.9-47.0 (NC3) for hydrochlorides and larger, ca. 68.4 ppm (OC2) and 50.3-52.6 (NC3) for bases. NMR data of 1-7 should be included in pharmacopoeias.  相似文献

The superparamagnetic iron oxide particles with a diameter of about 10 and 16 nm were obtained by the reaction of Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions in a water pool of reversed microemulsions. The obtained particles were ascribed to -Fe2O3 due to the oxidation of Fe3O4. Very fine particles of -Fe and Fe3O4 were also obtained by the thermal decomposition of FeC2O42H2O. The decomposition products and their particle size depended on the heat treatments.  相似文献

Fluorinated functional groups, including trifluoromethyl group, play important roles in the development of drugs, agrochemicals, and organic functional materials. Therefore, the development of highly effective and practical reactions to introduce fluorinated functional groups into (hetero)aromatic compounds is highly desirable. We have achieved several regioselective C−H trifluoromethylation and related reactions by electrophilic and nucleophilic activation of six-membered heteroaromatic compounds and steric protection of aromatic compounds. These reactions proceed in good to excellent yields, even on a gram scale, with high functional group tolerance, and are applicable to the regioselective trifluoromethylation of drug molecules. In this personal account, the background of the introduction reactions of fluorinated functional groups, our reaction designs to achieve regioselective C−H trifluoromethylation and the related reactions of (hetero)aromatic compounds are explained.  相似文献

Ciprofloxacin is a widely used fluoroquinolone antibiotic. In this work, a comprehensive evaluation of MP2 and DFT with different functionals and basis sets was carried out to select the most suitable level of theory for the study of the NMR properties of ciprofloxacin. Their relative predictive capabilities were evaluated comparing the theoretically predicted and experimental spectral data. Our computational results indicated that in contrast to the solid state, the molecule of ciprofloxacin does not exist as a zwitterion in gaseous state. The results of the calculations of the chemical shifts most close to the experimental were obtained with B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ. The F–C coupling constants were calculated systematically with different DFT methods and several basis sets. In general, the calculations of the coupling constants with the BHandH computational method including the applied in this work 6-311++G**, EPRII, and EPRIII basis sets showed a good reproducibility of the experimental values of the coupling constants.  相似文献

In precedent work research (1)(2) we have reported a new synthesis method of the Δ5-3- dimethylamino-3-oxo-l,2,3 diazaphospholine derivatives (Di). In this present work, we have to detail the reactivity and the structure of those heterocycles by N.M.R. (31P, 13C, 1H) and I.R. The magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectra of indazolinone, isatine, and 3-iminoisoindolinone and the induced circular dichroism (ICD) spectra of the inclusion complexes with β- or γ-cyclodextrins (CDs) have been measured. The spectra are interpreted by results of the ZINDO calculations. In the presence of cyclodextrin, the OH indazolinone tautomer is main structure that is consistent with that in the DMSO solution. The structures of the inclusion complexes are very different because of the scale of the cavity of cyclodextrin or position of quinone in molecules.This revised version was published online in July 2005 with a corrected issue number.  相似文献

Eleven furanosyl 2′-deoxy-C-nucleosides with β-D-erythro, α-D-erythro and β-D-threo configurations have Been studied by IH and 13C NMR spectroscopy recorded in CDC13 and/or DMSO-d 6. Results obtained indicate that each of the three stereoisomeric configurations studied are identifiable by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy using a combination of coupling constant and chemical shift criteria.  相似文献

The reaction of lithium alkyl-, alkenyl-, alkynyl-, and aryl tellurolates with α-bromocarobonlyl compounds in anhydrous tetrahydrofuan gives the title compounds in yields ranging from 55–92%. The 125Te NMR chemical shift range for these compounds is 405–1024 ppm.  相似文献

The 1H, 13C and 29Si NMR spectra of methyl β-D-xylopyranoside and three methyl β-D-xylopyranosyl-β-D-xylopyranosides have been measured and assigned by two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. According to the determined proton-proton coupling constants, the ring conformer ratio is essential ly the same in the studied compounds. The assigned chemical shifts provide correct substituent chemical shifts for assignments in the spectra of higher trimethylsilylated xylooligosaccharides. Heteronuclear chemical shift correlated 2D NMR spectroscopy is proven to be a usable experimental method for 29Si NMR line assignment in carbohydrates. The assigned silicon shifts identify the site of glycosidation.  相似文献

Equilibrium constants for the formation of 1 : 1 inclusioncomplexes of -cyclodextrin (-CD) with neutral and anionic phenol derivatives (3- and 4-cyanophenols and 3- and 4-nitrophenols) have been evaluated at 5, 12, 25, and 35 °C by means of spectrophotometry. Similarly, the equilibrium constants have been determined for the inclusion complexes of-cyclodextrin (-CD) with the phenols. Enthalpy and entropy changes for the formationof the inclusion complexes have been estimated from the temperature dependences of theequilibrium constants. With -CD, the enthalpy andentropy changes for the anionic species have been found to be more negative than those for the neutral ones, except for 4-cyanophenol, suggesting that the inclusion complexes of the anionic species are more rigid than those of the neutral species. From analyses of chemical shift differences in 13C NMR spectra of 3- and 4-cyanophenolsand 3- and 4-nitrophenols in aqueous solutions with and without CDs, a nitro ora cyano group has been found to be first bound to the - and -CD cavities.  相似文献

1H, 13C and 29Si NMR spectra for the α- and β-silylstyrenes (E)-PhCHCHSiR3 (I) and PhC(SiR3)CH2 (II) (R = Cl, Me, Ph), and those for some dichlorocarbene adducts of I and II (R = Me, Ph), were examined. From the 13C NMR data, the phenyl substituent in the molecules I and II enhances the electronic effects of the organosilicon substituent at Cα, and weakens these effects on the Cα resonance. The degree to which polarization of the vinyl CC bond is polarized increases with increased electron-withdrawing properties of substituent R in the SiR3 group in compounds I and II, and correlates with the reduced reactivity of the bond toward electrophilic dichlorocarbene. Several long-range coupling constants (CC) in the molecules I, II and in their adducts with :CCl2 were measured. The estimated CC is a useful aid for the study of electronic effects in organosilicon compounds.  相似文献

1,6-Dihydro-3-hydrozinocarbonyl-6-pyridazinone (compound 2) were prepared from α-ketoglutaric acid and hydrazine hydrate. A series of N-aryl-2-(1‘,6‘-dihydro-6‘-pyridazinone-3‘-carbonyl) thiosemicarbazides 3a-3f were synthesized from the reaction of aryl isothiocyanates with compound 2. The terminal compounds 1,3, 4-thiadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2, 4-triazol-5-thione derivatives were cyclized from compounds 3a-3f. In the 13C NMR spectra of tricarbonyl(η6-cyclophane)molybdenum complexes, where the cyclophane moiety is [8]–[15]paracyclophanes, [2.2]paracyclophane, or [2.2]metacyclophane, the complexation shifts for the complexed-ring carbons are dependent on both the degree and the direction of the ring bending. The magnitude of the complexation effect on the one-bond aromatic 13C1H coupling correlates with the magnitude of the complexation shift.  相似文献

Polyynes show a strictly linear relationship between the energy impact and the bending of the polyyne chain. The energy, which is necessary to bend the acetylenic chain, decreases with the increasing number of acetylene units. A deviation from linearity in polyynes can be realized in solution by violation of the mutual-exclusion principle between IR and Raman spectra. However, there is still no possibility to measure the extent of the nonlinearity in solution. Herein, we show that the 13C NMR spectroscopy represents an appropriate tool for this as we found an almost perfect linear relationship between the bending of the alkyne chain and the change of the chemical shift of the outer acetylenic carbon atoms. By using molecular bows in which the alkyne chain can be bent by switching the azobenzene unit, this correlation can be proved experimentally. In the future, this correlation should enable the determination of the extent of the bending and the strain energy in polyynes. Consequently, polyynes could be employed as probes for measuring further molecular forces.  相似文献

Well-resolved absorption spectra of benzoic acid and its derivatives with one hydrogen atom replaced by a substituent group CH3, OH, NH2 or NO2 were reported in the frequency region between 6 and 67 cm^-1 at room temperature with terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). These substances can be distinguished easily based on the terahertz absorption spectra. The measurements suggested that even minor changes in the molecular configuration and chemical composition lead to distinct differences in THz spectrum. Density functional theory (DFT) method was used to assist the analysis and assignment of the individual THz absorption spectra of benzoic acid and its methyl derivatives. Observed THz responses of samples can be assigned to the collective vibrations associated with intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of methyl αd‐mannofuranoside was determined by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐1–C‐2, C‐2–C‐3, C‐3–C‐4, C‐4–O and O‐4–C‐1 distances within the furanoside ring are 1.513(2), 1.523(2), 1.516(2), 1.445(2) and 1.422(2) Å, respectively. The hydrogen bonding consists of O–H–O interactions which include the anomeric oxygen but exclude the ring oxygen atom. The two hydroxyls OH‐6 and OH‐2 are H‐bond acceptors and donors with H···O distances of 1.92–1.93 Å, whereas the OH‐3 and OH‐5 are only H‐bond donor [H···O distance of 2.04(2) Å]. Additionally, OH‐6 participates in a weak hydrogen bond to the anomeric oxygen [H···O distance of 2.19(3) Å]. The crystalline methyl αd‐mannofuranoside adopts an 3 E ring conformation. The analysis of 13C CPMAS NMR chemical shifts for solid methyl αd‐mannofuranoside confirm such H‐bonding pattern.  相似文献
