A new chiral separation system effective for the enantioselective extraction of racemic trans-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine is presented. Enantioselective dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction has been used for the chiral microseparation of trans-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine, with a chiral azophenolic crown ether being identified as a versatile chiral selector. The influence of various process conditions on the extraction performance was studied experimentally. It was found that the operational selectivity in one extraction step is mainly related to the type and volume of the solvents, chiral selector concentration, extraction time, temperature of sample solution, and pH. At optimum conditions (300 μL of diethyl ether as the extraction solvent 1 mL of methanol as the disperser solvent, with 5 mmol L?1 chiral selector concentration, pH of the sample equal to 4.5, 30 min extraction time and a temperature of 10 °C), the distribution ratio of (R,R)- and (S,S)-trans-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine was 18.3 and 1.8, respectively, while the enantioselectivity value of 10.2 was found at the optimum condition.  相似文献

We synthesized an optically active helical poly(1,3-phenyleneethynylene) with pendant galvinoxyl residues and dimethyl(10-(1S)-pinanyl)silyl groups. The hydrogalvinoxyl precursor polymer was given by polymerization of (1,3-diiodophenyl)hydrogalvinoxyl and 1,3-diethynyl-5-[dimethyl(10-(1S)-pinanyl)silyl]benzene using Pd(PPh3)4 catalyst (Mw = 1.7 × 105, Mw/Mn = 3.7). In the CD spectrum taken in ethyl acetate solution, clear Cotton effects were observed in the absorption region of the backbone and hydrogalvinoxyl chromophore, indicating an excess of one-handed helical foldamer conformation. The polymer yielded the corresponding polyradical with high spin concentration by treatment of the polymer solution with PbO2. The Cotton effects appeared in CD spectra of the polymer and polyradical by addition of methanol to the chloroform solution, although the Cotton effects were hardly observed in chloroform. On the other hand, in the MCD spectra of the polymer and polyradical taken in chloroform solution, Faraday effects were observed in the absorption region of the backbone and galvinoxyl chromophore. The static magnetic susceptibility of the chiral polyradical was measured using a SQUID magnetometer, and showed the antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献

In the presence of a rhodium catalyst (5 mol %) generated in situ from [Rh(cod)Cl]2 and (S,S′)-(R,R′)-C2-ferriphos-tolyl, the asymmetric ring-opening reaction of N-Boc-azabenzonorbornadienes with dibenzylamine proceeded with excellent enantioselectivity (up to >99% ee) to give the corresponding 1,2-diamine scaffolds in high yields. The sequential deprotection of the ring-opened products and treatment with tartaric acid gave the enantiomerically pure 1,2-diamine tartrate salts. These salts were used for the preparation of new chiral ligands such as the salen-type ligands and Trost-type ligands.  相似文献

Racemic 3-(4-indolyloxy)-1,2-propanediol 2 has been effectively resolved into (S)- and (R)-enantiomers by a preferential crystallization procedure. Non-racemic (S)-2 was converted into (S)-4-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-1H-indole (S)-4 via a Mitsunobu reaction and then into (S)-pindolol (S)-1. The crystalline (S)-1 was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. A large number of symmetry independent molecules (Z = 6) led to a weakening of the system of strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which combined with a loose packing (PI = 64.6%), may be the cause of the abnormally low melting point of (S)-1 as compared with rac-1.  相似文献

Novel Schiff base Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) complexes have been designed and synthesized using the macrocyclic ligand derived from the condensation of diethylphthalate with Schiff base, obtained from benzene-1,2-diamine and 3-benzylidene-pentane-2,4-dione. The ligand and its complexes have been characterized by analytical and spectral techniques. DNA binding properties of these complexes have been investigated by UV–vis, viscosity measurements, cyclic voltammetric and differential pulse voltammogram studies. The intrinsic binding constants for Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes are 1.6 × 106, 1.8 × 106, 2.0 × 106 and 1.5 × 106 M?1 respectively which are obtained from electronic absorption experiment. Control DNA cleavage experiments using pUC19 supercoiled (SC) DNA and minor groove binder (distamycin) suggest the major groove binding tendency for the synthesized complexes. In the presence of a reducing agent like 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA), the synthesized complexes show chemical nuclease activity under dark reaction condition. The complexes also show efficient photo-induced DNA cleavage activity on irradiation with a monochromatic UV light of 360 nm in the presence of inhibitors. Control experiments show inhibition of cleavage in the presence of singlet oxygen quencher like sodium azide and enhancement of cleavage in D2O, suggesting the formation of singlet oxygen as a reactive species in a type-II process.  相似文献

Saccharomyces cerevisiae, strain DBM 2115, was successfully employed in the reduction of the separated Z- and E-isomers of ethyl 4-[(2-oxocyclohexyl)methyl]phenoxy-3-methyl-2-butenoates 1 and 2, in order to prepare the (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-enantiomers of the corresponding ethyl 4-[(2-hydroxycyclohexyl)methyl]phenoxy-3-methyl-2-butenoates 36. The products were obtained with the required absolute configuration: (1S,2S)-3 (ee = 98%; yield 48%), (1R,2S)-4 (ee = >99%; yield 45%), (1S,2S)-5 (ee = 98.5%; yield 47%), and (1R,2S)-6 (ee = >99%; chemical yield 44%).  相似文献

Four complexes of M(NO3)2(4NOPy-OMe)2, (4NOPy-OMe = 4-(N-tert-butyloxylamino)-2-(methoxymethylenyl)pyridine, and M = MnII, 1; CoII, 2; NiII, 3; CuII, 4), were prepared and fully characterized. X-ray single crystal analysis reveals that four complexes are isostructural. The molecular structures are distorted octahedral in which the methoxy oxygen atoms coordinate to the metal ion by trans-configuration while the pyridyl nitrogen atoms and the nitrate oxygen atoms coordinate by cis-configuration. The magnetic properties of all complexes were investigated by SQUID magneto/susceptometry. Temperature dependence of the molar magnetic susceptibilities in the temperature range of 2–300 K indicated that the magnetic coupling between aminoxyl radicals and metal ion was antiferromagnetic in the complex 1 and were ferromagnetic in the complexes 24. The quantitative analysis based on the spin Hamiltonian, H = −2J(S1SM + SMS2) yielded the best fit as J/kB = −13.4 ± 0.1 K, g = 1.94 ± 0.002, and θ = −0.78 ± 0.02 K for the complex 1, J/kB = 48.7 ± 2.1 K, g = 2.07 ± 0.02, and θ = −2.83 ± 0.41 K for the complex 3 (the data in the temperature range 300–50 K were used), and J/kB = 57.0 ± 1.2 K, g = 2.002 ± 0.004, and θ = −9.8 ± 0.1 K for the complex 4.  相似文献

The syntheses of two novel platinum(IV) complexes of formula [PtX2(S,S-eddp)]·nH2O (S,S-eddp = ethylenediamine-N,N′-di-S,S-2-propanoate ion, X = chlorido (1) or bromido (2), n = 4, 0) are reported. The complexes have been obtained by direct reaction of corresponding potassium hexahalogenidoplatinate(IV) with neutralized ethylenediamine-N,N′-di-S,S-2-propanoic acid (H2-S,S-eddp). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopically predicted geometrical configurations of the obtained complexes were confirmed by X-ray analyses of the crystal structures of the s-cis-[Pt(S,S-eddp)Cl2]·4H2O and uns-cis-[Pt(S,S-eddp)Br2]. These complexes displayed significantly lower in vitro cytotoxicity in comparison to cisplatin.  相似文献

A series of 18-electron alkylruthenium complexes, RuR[κ2(N,N′)-(S,S)-R′SO2NCHPhCHPhNH2](η6-arene) (Ph = C6H5, R′ = p-CH3C6H4 and CH3), bearing a N-sulfonylated diamine ligand was synthesized from the reaction of RuCl[κ2(N, N′)-(S,S)-R′SO2NCHPhCHPhNH2](η6-arene) with alkylzinc reagents, in which transmetalation proceeded smoothly to give the desired alkyl complexes in good yield and selectivity. Although the isolable amine Ru complexes bearing functionalized alkyl ligands were thermally stable, the simple methyl and ethyl Ru complexes underwent intramolecular deprotonation from NH protons to give the amido Ru complexes with release of the alkanes. The reactivity of the alkyl Ru complexes is highly affected by the structures of the arene ligands.  相似文献

The heterometallic cluster complexes {(p-Cymene)Ru[S2C2(B10H10)]}Mo(CO)2{(CO)3Ru[S2C2(B10H10)]} (2) and {(p-Cymene)Ru[Se2C2(B10H10)]}2Mo(CO)2 (3) (p-Cymene = η6-4-isopropyl-toluene) have been synthesized from the reactions of 16-electron half-sandwich ruthenium 1,2-dichalcogenolate carborane complexes (p-Cymene)Ru[E2C2(B10H10)] (E = S(1a), Se(1b)) with Mo(CO)3(Py)3 in the presence of BF3 · Et2O. The complexes of 2 and 3 were characterized by elemental analysis and IR, NMR spectra. The molecular structure of 2 has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 2 is unsymmetrical and the two Ru–Mo single bonds (2.7893(14), 2.8189(13) Å) are each supported by a symmetrically bridging o-carborane-1,2-dithiolato ligand.  相似文献

The enantioselective desymmetrization of the prochiral 3-O-silyl protected pentanetriol derivative 3 was carefully investigated. At −10 °C, the bacterial lipase from Burkholderia cepacia immobilized on ceramic particles led to monoacetate (S)-4 in 52% yield and >99.9% ee. At a reaction temperature of −40 °C the yield and enantioselectivity were even higher, but the reaction time was very long. Theoretical simulations of the reaction progress indicated an enantioselectivity of 25:1 at −10 °C and 35:1 at −40 °C. (S)-4 was converted into the enantiomerically pure building block 5-azidopentane-1,3-diol (S)-7 in two steps. The absolute configuration of (S)-7 was determined by exciton-coupled circular dichroism (ECCD) of diester (S)-8.  相似文献

Chiral monomeric and dimeric Mn(III) salen complexes viz., [(S,S)-N,N′-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexanediaminato manganese(III) chloride and 5,5-methylene di-[(S,S)-{N-(3-tert-butyl salicylidine)-N′-(3′,5′-di-tert-butyl salicylidene)}-1,2-cyclohexanediaminato manganese(III) chloride were used as catalysts for the highly enantioselective Strecker reaction of various imines (derived by the condensation of aldehydes and amine) with TMSCN as a source of cyanide in toluene. Excellent yield (95%) of α-amino nitrile with ee >99% was achieved when N-(2-methoxybenzylidine)-1-phenylmethanamine was used as a substrate and 4-phenyl pyridine-N-oxide (4-PPNO) as an additive at ?55 °C in 28 h. The dimeric catalyst was found to be more reactive and enantioselective than the monomeric catalyst. The chiral dimeric catalyst used in the present study was recoverable and recyclable several times with retention of its performance.  相似文献

The dipolar cycloaddition of (Z)-N-benzyl-(3-O-benzyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-d-ribofuranos-5-ylidene)amine N-oxide to methyl acrylate gives a 53:16:26:5 diastereomeric mixture of isoxazolidine derivatives. The dipolar cycloaddition of the xylo analogue to methyl acrylate is more diastereoselective, producing a 44:13:43 mixture of only three diastereomers. The ribo-configured adducts have been converted (4 steps only) into the new (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-, (2S,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-, (2S,6S,7S,8R,8aS)- and (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aS)-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroxyindolizidines. Similarly, the two xylo-configured major isoxazolidine derivatives were converted into the known derivatives (2R,6S,7R,8R,8aS)- and (2S,6S,7R,8R,8aR)-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroxyindolizidines. The six isomeric indolizidine derivatives obtained have been evaluated for their inhibiting activities towards 15 glycosidases. Only the (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-configured isomer is a selective inhibitor of amyloglucosidases from Aspergillus niger (IC50 = 350 μM) and from Rhizopus mold (IC50 = 90 μM, Ki = 195 μM, non-competitive), the other indolizidines show very little inhibitory activity at 1 mM concentration.  相似文献

The 16-electron Co, Rh and Ir half-sandwich complexes of Cp#M[E2C2(B10H10)] and Cp#M(E2S2C6H4) (M = Co, Rh, Ir, Ru; E = S, Se) containing chelating 1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane-1,2-dichalcogenolato ligands and benzenedithiolato ligands are promising precursors to build multimetallic clusters by reactions with low oxidation state late transition metal reagents. Such reactions lead to successful constructions of M–M bonds between iridium, rhodium, cobalt, ruthenium, and other late transition metals. Most of these complexes have been characterized by X-ray single crystal determinations and some have been studied by computational methods. Such theoretical studies reveal the covalent bonding nature of those multinuclear complexes. Some of these clusters have been found to have interesting nonlinear optical properties.  相似文献

A five-step synthesis of the water-soluble chiral polydentate ligand, (S)-PDTA [(S)-PDTA = N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis[(hydroxycarbonyl)methyl]-(S)-1,2-diaminopropane] starting from l-alanine has been worked out, via steps with retention of chirality. Two pairs of Pt(II) enantiomers ((RR)/(SS)-PyPt, ((RR)/(SS)-Py: N,N'-(1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diyl)dipicolinamide; (RR)-P/M-QPt, ((RR)/(SS)-Q: N,N'-((1R,2R)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diyl)bis(quinoline-2-carboxamide)) were synthesized, respectively, with good circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) and tunable dissymmetry factors (g) by molecular self-induction with (RR)/(SS)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine as carbon chiral sources. In the (RR)-P-QPt and (SS)-M-QPt, specific P- and M-configurations were effectively induced from intrinsic chiral carbon centres (R or S), ingeniously avoiding the racemic mixture formation and chiral separation. Furthermore, the chirality originating from both chiral carbon centres and helicene-like structure improves the g factor significantly, which provides a new molecular design strategy for chiral Pt(II) enantiomers with good CPL properties.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium(II) complexes bearing redox-active o-benzoquinonediimines (o-bqdi) was synthesized and characterized. Reactions of [RuCl(bdmpza)(η4-cod)] (bdmpza = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetato; cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) and 1,2-benzenediamines such as o-phenylenediamine (o-pdaH2), 4,5-difluoro-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pdaF2), 4,5-dichloro-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pdaCl2), and 4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pda(OMe)2) afforded [RuCl(bdmpza)(o-bqdiX2)] (X = H, 1; X = F, 2; X = Cl, 3; X = OMe, 4).  相似文献

A method using (S)-(+)-2-methoxy-2-(1-naphthyl)propionic acid 1 (MαNP acid) has been applied to acetylene alcohols 414 to determine their absolute configurations by 1H NMR anisotropy and/or X-ray crystallography. Diastereomeric MαNP esters prepared from racemic acetylene alcohols and (S)-(+)-MαNP acid 1 were easily separable by HPLC on silica gel. From the 1H NMR anisotropy Δδ data of separated diastereomeric MαNP esters {Δδ = δ (R,X)  δ(S,X) = δ(2nd fr.)  δ(1st fr.)}, the absolute configurations of the first eluted esters were determined. This MαNP acid method has been successfully applied to various acetylene alcohols 412 and 14. In the case of MαNP esters 21b, 24a, and 26a, their absolute configurations were unambiguously determined by X-ray crystallography, which confirmed the absolute configuration assignments performed by 1H NMR anisotropy. These acetylene alcohol MαNP esters can serve as key intermediates for the synthesis of enantiopure aliphatic chain alcohols with established absolute configurations as described in Part 2 of this series.  相似文献

In order to obtain the title compounds (1R,2R)-cyclohexane-1,2-diol was stereoselectively converted into cis-(1R,2S)-2-(arylsulfanyl)cyclohexanols and these products were submitted to the nucleophilic substitution via the Mitsunobu reaction (HN3, DEAD). Reduction of the isolated azides gave the desired trans-(1S,2S)-1-amino-2-(arylsulfanyl)cyclohexanes. The (1S,2S)-1-amino-2-(2-aminophenylsulfanyl)cyclohexanes thus prepared were reacted with 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl isothiocyanate to furnish the respective bis-thiourea compounds. An application of a derivative of this type as an organocatalyst (20 mol %) in the Baylis–Hillman reaction gave the respective product in up to 93% ee.  相似文献
