本文结合光纤激光阵列技术的发展趋势,介绍一种基于大模场面积光纤的自适应光纤光源准直器的研制进展,搭建七单元光纤激光阵列,进行平行发射体系下阵列间的倾斜控制实验,并初步探索了基于目标在回路的共形发射体系下阵列间的倾斜控制.最后,在三级全光纤放大链路的主振荡-功率放大系统中,完成了两路10W量级光纤激光阵列的倾斜控制及锁相.为在实际大气环境下应用光纤激光阵列技术提供了参考.  相似文献

研究了LaB6在1~10 Pa氮气和氦气中的直流和脉冲放电特性以及放电过程对电极的影响。结果表明,电极直径为5 mm的LaB6氦气放电管在脉冲工作状态下可以长期稳定放电。在脉冲电压为2.2 kV、脉冲宽度10 ms、频率13.3 Hz下,脉冲峰值放电电流超过120 A。氦气放电管在放电过程中,阴极表面有离子的清洗和活化作用,可以使电极的表面逸出功降低,提高放电管的发射能力和稳定性。LaB6作为气体放电电极具有寿命长、延迟时间短、放电电流大等优点,可用于重复强流脉冲气体放电的高压高速开关器件。  相似文献

实验验证了一种利用目标回光在远场实现相干合成的技术——目标在回路技术.建立了目标在回路相干合成的物理模型,利用可同时调整光程和光束倾斜的自适应光纤光源准直器,同时补偿合成光束间的平移和倾斜相差,实现了基于目标在回路的三路光纤传输激光间相干合成,获得了接近理想情况的合成效果.文章为在实际大气环境中实现多路相干组束的长距离传输提供了参考.  相似文献

采用逆达曼光栅将二维锁相相干的激光阵列进行相干合束并进行孔径装填是获得远场单一主瓣大功率高光束质量激光输出的一种有效技术方案,将其应用于大尺寸5×5固体激光相干阵列相干合束中,并进行了固体激光阵列合束孔径装填的理论分析和原理性验证实验,测量了系统的实际合束效率,同时进行了后焦面逆达曼光栅的加工和放置误差对合束效率影响的详细分析。实验结果表明,逆达曼光栅用于固体激光阵列相干合束是一种有效的技术方案,且可以通过调节光栅周期和傅里叶透镜焦距来适应系统对激光阵列占空比的要求。这对于开发基于逆达曼光栅相干合束的高功率高光质量的全固态激光系统具有重要的意义。  相似文献

We report on active coherent beam combining of two single-frequency nanosecond fiber amplifiers by using stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm. Each fiber amplifier produces an average power of more than 100 W by using three-stage cascaded amplification. The two laser beams are actively phase-locked with a total average power of 215.8 W, producing ~8 ns pulses at 10 MHz repetition rate. The contrast of the far-field intensity pattern of the coherently combined beam is more than 83%.  相似文献

介绍了本课题组近年来在基于空间结构内部锁相的光纤激光相干合成方面的研究工作,给出了空间结构内部锁相相干合成的基本原理,搭建了七路低功率光纤激光阵列实验系统,结果表明在内部相位噪声校正基础之上,可以稳定补偿外部相位差进而实现激光阵列同相位输出,验证了内部锁相方法的可行性。进一步介绍了空间结构内部锁相技术在目标在回路相干合成、阵列光束光场调控等方面的拓展应用,通过实验论证了空间结构内部锁相技术能够有效提升目标在回路相干合成系统的相位控制带宽,并在远场有效生成轨道角动量光束阵列,其拓扑荷数可从-1到+1切换。  相似文献

We report on >9W transverse-fundamental-mode CW output near 3 mum from a 4m heavily erbium-doped ZBLAN double-clad fiber laser pumped by a collimated 100 W 975 nm laser diode array. The pump threshold of the fiber laser was about 1W, and the slope efficiency was 21.3%. The peak wavelength of free running was about 2708 nm at low pump power and moved to around 2785 nm at high pump power. Output of 9W was obtained when the launched pump power was 42.8W. The output, however, fluctuated intensively like a pulsed laser, and the operation broke down with optical damage of the pumping end facet when the pump was increased beyond 42.8 W. Therefore, alleviation of the operation fluctuation, heat management, and strengthening the pumping fiber are crucial considerations for the stable operation of 10-W-level mid-IR ZBLAN fiber lasers.  相似文献

报道一种可精确同步输出宽带啁啾脉冲、纳秒级整形脉冲以及窄带光参量啁啾放大抽运脉冲的全光纤多种子激光脉冲产生系统.采用掺镱光纤锁模激光器和掺镱单纵模光纤振荡器作为系统的光源,将掺镱光纤锁模激光器输出的超短脉冲分束啁啾展宽至0.9ns后,一路进行放大产生10μJ量级的宽带啁啾脉冲为高能拍瓦激光器系统提供种子光脉冲,另一路通过1.2nm滤波产生140ps的基元脉冲,通过光纤堆积器产生可编程整形的2.3ns脉冲,再经过放大达到10μJ量级,提供任意整形的压缩脉冲.同时,将部分掺镱光纤锁模激光器输出的超短脉冲进行光电转换并锁相后,产生与锁模超短脉冲高精度同步的电脉冲用于触发幅度调制器,将掺镱单纵模光纤振荡器输出的连续光削波放大,产生光参量啁啾放大抽运脉冲.该系统能够根据物理实验的需要,非常灵活地在输出各种脉冲之间做出选择.  相似文献

Coherent beam combining of two fibre amplifier chains with a total power of 260 W in a compact system using the stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm is demonstrated. A 150 MHz linewidth fibre laser is built and introduced for high-power amplification to mitigate stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). Compact high-power amplifier chains are built with low power all-fibre system and high-power bulk free-optics fibre amplifiers. When the total power is about 260 W, active phase-locking of two high-power amplifiers is demonstrated using the SPGD algorithm. In closed-loop, the power in the main lobe increases 1.68 times, the visibility is increased from 0 to 0.62, and the phase residual error is less than λ/10.  相似文献

Long-term carrier-envelope-phase stabilization was demonstrated in high-power large-modearea fiber chirped-pulse spectral fraction amplification at 1030 nm of a broadband femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser. The carrier enveloped phase was stably controlled with the maximum average power up to 50 W by pre-compensating the carrier-envelope phase changes in the high-power fiber amplifiers. The locked in loop and out of loop frequency fluctuation was measured to be 1.44 and 46 mHz within half an hour. The locked carrier-frequency exhibited an in loop and out of loop beat signal linewidth of 1.66 and 2.27 mHz, accordingly accumulated phase jitter was estimated to be 0.22 and 0.73 rad, respectively, with the integration range from 10 mHz to 100 kHz. The phase stabilization was measured to change little as the output power increased, confirming negligible amplitude-to-phase noise conversions in the linear high-power fiber chirped pulse amplification.  相似文献

Coherent beam combining (CBC) of a polarization-maintaining fiber amplifier and a non-polarization-maintaining fiber amplifier is presented. The experiment is based on adaptive polarization control and active phase control. The stochastic parallel gradient decent (SPGD) algorithm is used for the adaptive polarization control in the non-polarization-maintaining fiber amplifier and the active phase control is realized by single frequency dithering (SFD) algorithm. When the adaptive polarization control system and the phase control system go into closed loop, the fringe contrast of far-field intensity pattern is improved to more than 87.7%. A scalable architecture for CBC of two styles fiber amplifiers is also proposed.  相似文献

A diffractive optical element (DOE) is used as a beam combiner for an actively phase-locked array of fiber lasers. Use of a DOE eliminates the far-field sidelobes and the accompanying loss of beam quality typically observed in tiled coherent laser arrays. Using this technique, we demonstrated coherent combination of five fiber lasers with 91% efficiency and M2=1.04. Combination efficiency and phase locking is robust even with large amplitude and phase fluctuations on the input laser array elements. Calculations and power handling measurements suggest that this approach can scale to both high channel counts and high powers.  相似文献

Coherent beam combination of a 1.08?kW fiber amplifier array has been demonstrated for the first time, to our knowledge. In the experiment, nine fiber amplifiers are tiled into a 3×3 array, and the output power of each amplifier is approximately 120?W. A single frequency dithering algorithm is used to compensate the phase noises between the elements, which runs on a signal processor based on field programmable gate array for phase control on the fiber amplifiers. When the phase control system goes into closed loop, the fringe contrast of the far-field intensity pattern is improved to more than 85%, and the residual phase error is less than λ/15.  相似文献

 采用了并联主振荡-功率放大的相干合成方案,实现了光纤激光器的相干叠加。主振荡的输出光通过保偏光纤分束器分为两路,其中一路加入保偏光纤相位调制器以实现闭环控制,两个保偏光纤放大器分别对两路输出光进行放大,放大后的输出光再由一个2×2的保偏光纤耦合器会聚相干。合成输出光的一部分通过光电转换后进入数据采集卡,采集卡将采集到的数据送入计算机进行实时处理并将得到的反馈信号作用于相位调制器,相位调制器实时控制两路信号的相位差,从而实现整个实验系统的相干合成输出。系统实现闭环控制后,两路光纤放大器的相位差为2π的整数倍,输出光强始终保持最强。该相干合成方案简单易行,性能稳定。  相似文献

为实现高功率固体激光装置的能量平衡和功率平衡,开发了激光性能仿真模型为神光-Ⅲ原型装置的运行提供实时预测。模型能够确定系统参数设置(注入能量、注入脉冲波形和参数诊断衰减设置等)。注入能量的预测采用基于以往实验数据的放大曲线拟合方法。平顶脉冲的注入波形预测采用循环迭代算法,整形脉冲波形的预测采用增益-通量曲线法。参数诊断衰减设置是通过基于SG99光传输放大模型的全光路模拟计算实现。对原型装置的仿真表明,能量预测偏差在5%以内; 基频光束间能量分散度可控制在10%以内。模型已成为神光-Ⅲ原型装置运行仿真的有效工具。  相似文献

Four polarization-maintained fiber amplifiers are tiled into 2×2 array and the output power of each amplifier is about 35 W. Single frequency dithering algorithm is run on a signal processor based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) for phase control on the fiber amplifiers. We report a 307 W 1018 nm Yb-doped fiber laser pumped by a single 976 nm laser diode. The cavity slope efficiency is up to 75.9% and the amplified spontaneous emission is suppressed by 54 dB. The beam quality of the output laser has an M2 factor of 1.17. Effective thermal management is considered to ensure the stable operation of our system. The power stability at the maximum output power level is measured during a period of0.5 h and the power fluctuation is less than 0.8%. This architecture can be an effective high brightness pump source of core-pumping high-power fiber amplifiers.  相似文献
