Abstract  

Two novel ferrocenyl substituted N-acetyl-2-pyrazolines, N-acetyl-3-(2-furyl)-5-ferrocenyl-2-pyrazoline (3) and N-acetyl-3-(2-thienyl)-5-ferrocenyl-2-pyrazoline (4), have been synthesized and characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR techniques, elemental analysis and X-ray structure analysis. Thermal properties of these compounds have been determined by TGA, DTA and DSC analysis. Compound 3 (C19H18N2O2Fe) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c and Z = 4, with a = 8.6970(4) ?, b = 18.4725(9) ?, c = 11.0041(5) ?, β = 110.942(3)°. Compound 4 (C19H18N2OSFe) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Fdd2 and Z = 16, with a = 84.242(2) ?, b = 13.5416(5) ?, c = 5.9405(2) ?, β = 90°. In terms of crystal packing, each compound shows different molecular arrangement, which are stabilized by C–H···O intermolecular weak hydrogen bonds, and/or C–H···π interactions.  相似文献

Abstract  

The crystal structures of zolmitriptan with pyridine (I) and propiophenone (II) solvates have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Compound (I) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 8.5610(5) ?, b = 12.2709(7) ?, c = 19.6201(12) ?, V = 2061.1(2) ?3, and Z = 4, while compound (II) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with a = 15.085(1) ?, b = 19.656(12) ?, c = 21.0860(13) ?, β = 92.068(1)°, V = 6248(4) ?3 and Z = 4. The asymmetric unit of (I), C16H21N3O2·C5H5N, contains one zolmitriptan molecule and one pyridine solvate, while the asymmetric unit of (II), 3(C16H21N3O2)·2(C9H10O) comprises six zolmitriptan molecules and four propiophenone solvates. In both structures, the N–H···N hydrogen bonds, form an infinite helical chain and generate a C(11)-type motif in (I) and a D22(13)-type motif in (II). Both the complexes have layer structures, the layers being constructed from rings (cavity) of four zolmitriptan molecules, hydrogen bonded through N–H···N and N–H···O bonds, where the pyridine (I) and propiophenone (II) solvates are included in an R44(33) ring.  相似文献

Abstract  

The title compounds, C10H8N2·C15H16O2 (1) and C10H8N2·C14H10O5 (2), were synthesized by 4,4′-bipyridyl and two similar V-shaped molecules. The two complexes both crystallized in the same space group P21/n with the crystal cell parameters: a = 16.0536(3) ?, b = 6.42730(1) ?, c = 21.2717(4) ?, β = 102.330°, V = 2144.21(7) ?3, Z = 4 in compound 1 and a = 7.45020(10) ?, b = 10.0784(2) ?, c = 26.9430(5) ?, β = 92.1140(10)°, V = 2021.67(6) ?3, Z = 4 in compound 2. Compound 1 forms regular molecular chains containing alternative 4,4′-bipyridyl and 4,4′-isopropylidenediphenol units; the molecular components are linked by two types of O–H···N hydrogen bonds. Additionally, every two neighboring chains are connected to be a ladder structure by means of weak C–H···O interactions. In compound 2, 4,4′-bipyridyl and 4,4′-oxydibenzoic acid first construct one-dimensional architecture by strong O–H···N hydrogen bonds, which are similar with the interactions in compound 1. Secondly, two types of weak C–H···O contacts formed between 4,4′-bipyridyl and the acid link one-dimensional chains to be interlaced three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded networks.  相似文献

Abstract  

The eight-membered {···HOC=O}2 synthon featured in the crystal structure of 2-amino-4-nitrobenzoic acid (1) is replaced by carboxylic acid···N-pyridine hydrogen bonds in its cocrystals with 2,2′-bipyridine (2/1; 2) and bis(pyridin-2-yl)ketone (1/1; 3) indicating the robust nature of the latter synthon. Disruption of the three-dimensional architecture based on O–H···O and N–H···O(nitro) hydrogen bonds in (1) is evident in the cocrystals which form supramolecular tubes (2) and chains (3) based on O–H···N and N–H···O hydrogen bonding. Compound (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 3.6291(1) ?, b = 7.7339(3) ?, c = 26.561(1) ?, β = 91.385(2)°, and Z = 4. Compound (2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 27.562(3) ?, b = 6.8300(6) ?, c = 12.923(1) ?, β = 110.593(5)°, and Z = 4. Abstract  The crystal structures of 1,2-bis-{(2-aminobenzoyl-)amino}ethane(1), 1,4-bis-{(2-aminobenzoyl-)amino}butane(2) and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-bis-{(2-aminobenzoyl-)amino}-propane(3) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 1 and 2 are centrosymmetric molecules which lie on crystallographic centers of symmetry and adopt extended conformations. On the other hand, owing to the odd number of carbon atoms in the spacer unit, 3 does not show centrosymmetry, but crystallizes in a non-centrosymmetric space group and assumes a folded conformation. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 3 are compared with the known structures of anthranilamide (7) and the N-alkyl anthranilamide derivative 8. Abstract  

The synthesis, thermal and spectral characterization and crystal structure of silver(I) complex with picolinamide, [Ag(C6H6N2O)2](NO3)·H2O, are reported. The silver(I) atom is chelated by two picolinamide (pia) ligands in approximately square planar geometry. The distortion within the coordination environment is mainly imposed by formation of the chelate rings, but it is also observed in two longer (Ag–O) and two shorter (Ag–N) bond lengths. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P[`1]P\bar{1} with a = 7.1265(2) ?, b = 8.9157(4) ?, c = 12.9527(4) ?, α = 83.934(3)°, β = 86.094(2)°, γ = 67.023(3)° and Z = 2. Cationic complexes are linked through amide–amide hydrogen bonds of ‘head-to-head’ R 22(8) motif leading to infinite chains, while nitrate anions and H2O molecules act only as a cross-link between such four symmetry related cationic chains via hydrogen bonds forming 2D supramolecular double sheets. Therefore, the ‘head-to-head’ amide interactions in [Ag(C6H6N2O)2](NO3)·H2O are robust enough to accommodate the usually disruptive NO3 anion and H2O molecule and could be regarded as a tool for controlling the assembly of this silver complex.  相似文献

Abstract  

The reactions of a new compound of N-Carboxyphenylenesulfonyl-S-Carboxymethyl-l-Cysteine (Cs-cmc) with Zn(II) or Co(II) salts in the presence of 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) led to the decomposition of Cs-cmc and produced [Zn(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]X2 (X = p-sulfamoylbenzoate) 1 and [Co(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]Y·H2O (Y = p-sulfonatobenzoate) 2, in which the decomposition products of Cs-cmc exist as free counter-anions. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic C2/c space group with a = 18.748(4) ?, b = 11.520(2) ?, c = 12.751(3) ?, β = 90.290(4)°, V = 2753.9(10) ?, Z = 4 and compound 2 crystallizes in orthorhombic Pca21 space group with a = 12.114(3) ?, b = 11.369(2) ?, c = 14.770(3) ?, V = 2034.1(7) ?, Z = 4. It was revealed that 1D chains were constructed from metal ions and 4,4′-bipy in both compounds. The 1D chains interact with the counter-anions by hydrogen bonds, forming 3D supramolecular structures.  相似文献

N 6-benzyladeninium nitrate, (1), C12H12N5 + NO3 crystallizes in P2 1/c, with a = 15.0035(13), b = 5.3788(5), c = 16.8954(13) ?, β = 107.331(6)°, Z = 4 and N 6-benzyladeninium 3-hydroxy picolinate, (2), C12H12N5 + C6H4NO3 , crystallizes in P1, with a = 8.3017(4), b = 14.6170(7), c = 14.7909 (8) ?, α = 78.801 (4), β = 81.979 (4),γ = 88.849 (4)°, Z = 4. In both the salts, the cation exists as N(7)H tautomer with protonation at the N3 atom. The dihedral angle of 76.64 (16)° for (1), 67.91(12)° for (cation A) and 68.27 (13)° for (cation B) in (2), between the adenine plane and phenyl ring plane, the distal orientation of the N6 substituent with respect to the imidazole ring and the free N1 position, make these benzyladeninium cations meet all the requirements necessary for cytokinin activity. The crystal structures are stabilized by N–H···N, N–H···O, C–H···O hydrogen bonds and C–H···π stacking interaction between symmetry related benzyladenine molecule.  相似文献

Crystals of benzyl (RS,RS,RS)-7-phenylbicyclo[5.1.0]octan-2-ylcarbamate 9 and (RS,RS,RS)-N-[3′-(4″-methylpiperazin-1″-yl)propyl]-N-{5-(4′′′-cyanophenyl)bicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-2-yl}amine dihydrochloride 10·2HCl were synthesised and single crystal X-ray diffraction was used to establish unambiguously the relative configurations within these structures. Compound 9 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with cell parameters of a = 6.85340(10) ?, b = 9.8732(2) ?, c = 27.5407(6) ?, V = 1863.54(6) ?3 and Z = 4. In the crystal structure adjacent molecules are linked by N–H···O=C hydrogen bonds. Compound 10·2HCl crystallizes as the corresponding monohydrate in the monoclinic space group P2 1/n with cell parameters of a = 7.1540(17) ?, b = 39.763(12) ?, c = 8.163(3) ?, β = 91.062(7)°, V = 2321.7(11) ?3 and Z = 4. (I), C20H18N2O, crystallizes in a monoclinic space group, P21/c, with unit cell parameters a = 9.882 (3), b = 15.614(4), c = 11.181(3) ?, β = 106.691(4)°, Z = 4. (II), C19H18Cl N O, crystallizes in a monoclinic space group, P21/n, with unit cell parameters a = 14.6722(19), b = 7.2597(9), c = 16.304(2) ?, β = 111.249 (2)°, Z = 4. The molecules consist of a enaminoketone group formed by a Fischer base 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylene-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole bonded, at the exocyclic electron-rich β-carbon atom of the indole moiety, with the benzoyl chloride derivatives substituted at para-positions with cyano and chloro groups. The molecules adopt a s-cis conformation with respect to the C=O bond towards the C=C bond, and a E configuration about the latter indole exocyclic alkene C–C bond. Intermolecular arrangement of the crystals show, for (I) an antiparallel stacking mode favored by the formation of weak C–H···π interactions involving the phenyl ring attached to the carbonyl group and the phenyl of the indole fragment in a head-to-tail mode, whereas, (II) present an weak C–H···Hal interaction.  相似文献

Abstract  

Crystalline hydrate of the title compound (5), C19H26N2O5·2(H2O), was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic system space group P 21/c with a = 7.3987(7) ?, b = 17.8691(16) ?, c = 17.0022(13) ?, β = 112.944(3)°, V = 2070.0(3) ?3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0592, wR 2 = 0.1016, and T = 298(2) K. The X-ray structure determination revealed that the center furanone ring is nearly coplanar with 3,4-dimethoxybenzene ring, making a dihedral angle of 0.860(69)°. Two kinds of centrosymmetric tetramers characterized by graph-set motifs of R 78(36) and R 46(32) are formed through O–H···O, O–H···N and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions, which generate a sheet of edge-fused rings parallel to the (011) plane. These sheets are further linked into a three dimensional network by C–H···π interactions. Nine 3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)furan-2(5H)-ones were synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR. All of them were evaluated for antimicrobial activities against three Gram-positive organisms and a Gram-negative organism, and compound 5 was the most active against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923.  相似文献

Abstract  

The crystal structures of the title compounds consist of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane-1,4-diium cation [C8H18N2]2+ and [H2PO4] or [HSO4] anions. Both crystal structures are monoclinic, the structure of the dihydrogen phosphate (I) is non-centrosymmetric (P21) with a = 6.4090(2) ?, b = 13.6920(5) ?, c = 7.6140(3) ?, β = 94.620(2)°, V = 665.97(4) ?3, Z = 2; whereas the unit cell of the hydrogen sulphate (II) is centrosymmetric (P21/c) with a = 13.8460(2) ?, b = 12.6610(2) ?, c = 8.0360(2) ?, β = 99.5800(12)°, V = 1389.10(5) ?3, Z = 4. Both the structures are formed by the different bonding patterns of the anions interlinked by strong and moderate O–H···O hydrogen bonds. While the structure of (I) consists of a two-dimensional network of the hydrogen bonded dihydrogen phosphates, the infinite chains of the hydrogen bonded hydrogen sulphates are the basic building unit of the structure (II). In addition to the dominant electrostatic interaction the divalent cations stabilize themselves in the structures by forming several C–H···O hydrogen bonds to the oxygen atoms of the anions. The IR spectra of both the compounds are strongly affected by the hydrogen bonds whose influence on OH stretching vibrations is analysed by means of the DFT calculations in the solid state.  相似文献

Abstract  

The crystal structure of 2-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarbonitrile (C8H4Br2N4, Mr = 315.92) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P21/c and unit cell parameters: a = 15.144(2), b = 16.382(3), c = 8.267(1) ?, β = 95.76(2)o and Z = 8. The final reliability index is 0.0297 for 2505 observed reflections. The two molecules of 2-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-4,5-dicyano-1-methylimidazole are localized in independent part of unit cell. The crystal packing is stabilized by C–H···N hydrogen bonds and Br···N intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Abstract  

The title compound, a salt of C15H13N4 2+2Cl, was synthesized and determined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn, with lattice parameters a = 9.973(2) ?, b = 9.5012(19) ?, c = 15.574(3) ?, V = 1475.8(5) ?3, Z = 4, C15H13Cl2N4, Mr = 320.19, Dc = 1.441 g/cm3. In the crystal structure, the Cl anion interact with the same benzimidzaole through two kinds of hydrogen bonds forming a 1D hydrogen-bonded chain, two 1D hydrogen-bonded chain cross with each other and form 2D layer structure. The EA, UV, IR and TG-DTG were studied and the possible structures of the title compound were speculated. Moreover, the fluorescence of the title compound was studied. The results reveal that it can emit purple fluorescence in DMF solvent.  相似文献

Abstract  

The synthesis and characterization of some pyrazoline compounds of 1,3-diketones with hydrazine derivatives, namely, 1-(S-benzyldithiocarbazate)-3-methyl-5-phenyl-5-hydroxypyrazoline (1); 1-(2-thiophenecarboxylic)-3-methyl-5-phenyl-5-hydroxypyrazoline (2); 1-(2-thiophenecarboxylic)-3,5-dimethyl-5-hydroxypyrazoline (3); 1-(S-benzyldithiocarbazato)-3-methyl-5-phenylpyrazole (4); 1-(2-thiophenecarboxylic)-3-methyl-5-phenylpyrazole (5) and 1-(S-benzyldithiocarbazate)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (6) are reported. Studies by IR, (1H, 13C)-NMR spectroscopies and single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that compounds (1), (2) and (3) are formed as pyrazoline, whereas (4) and (5) are formed as pyrazole derivatives only under acidic conditions. Compound (1) crystallizes in orthorhombic P212121, a = 6.38960(10) ?, b = 12.9176(3) ?, c = 21.2552(5) ?, (2) crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.3617(2) ?, b = 8.4988(2) ?, c = 92.8900(10) ? and β = 92.8900(5)°, (3) crystallizes in monoclinic, C2/c, a = 15.9500(5) ?, b = 9.3766(3) ?, c = 16.6910(5) ? and β = 113.825(2)°, (4) crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/c, a = 15.228(4) ?, b = 5.5714(13) ?, c = 19.956(5) ? and β = 91.575(7)° and (6) crystallizes in orthorhombic, P212121, a = 5.3920(2) ?, b = 11.2074(5) ?, c = 21.885(1) ?. The (3) derivative represents the first pyrazoline compound prepared from 2,4-pentanedione and characterized crystallographically.  相似文献

Abstract  

Dilithiated C(α), N-carbomethoxyhydrazones were condensed with lithiated methyl 2-(aminosulfonyl)benzoate to afford intermediates that were isolated and not characterized but cyclized with acetic anhydride, which also resulted in N-acetylation. The X-ray crystal structure determinations of methyl 2-acetyl-5′-phenyl-2H-spiro[benzo[d]isothiazole-3,3′-pyrazole]-1,1-dioxide-2′(4′H)-carboxylate and methyl 2-acetyl-5′-(2-thienyl)-2H-spiro[benzo[d]isothiazole-3,3′-pyrazole]-1,1-dioxide-2′(4′H)-carboxylate products were a follow up for absorption spectra, and they confirmed their structures. Mechanistic intermediates to describe the reaction may include C-acylated intermediates that cyclize to spiro(N-benzoisothiazole dioxide-pyrazole) instead of N-carbomethoxypyrazole-ortho-benzenesulfonamides. Crystals of C19H17N3O5S 7 are monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.899(2) ?, b = 17.562(4) ?, c = 9.484(2) ?, β = 111.03(3)°, Z = 4, V = 1849.9(6) ?3, R 1 = 0.0857 and wR 2 = 0.2216 for reflections with I > 2σ(I); crystals of C17H15N3O5S2 8 are orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 16.045(3) ?, b = 10.746(2) ?, c = 20.389(4) ?, Z = 8, V = 3516(1) ?3, R 1 = 0.0841 and wR 2 = 0.2179 for all reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

Abstract  

4-((1,3-Dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)methyl)-1-methoxypyridinium tetrafluoroborate, C15H13BF4N2O3, 1, was obtained by alkylation of the corresponding N-oxide and has been characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, UV spectroscopy and by X-ray crystallography. The crystal undergoes a reversible phase transition between 173 and 293 K. At room temperature, crystals are orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 7.2487(3) ?, b = 17.8359 (8) ?, c = 12.4077(6) ?, V = 1604.16(12) ?3, and Z = 4. At 173 K, cations adopt four conformations in monoclinic space group Cc with a = 24.7076(29) ?, b = 14.4145(9) ?, c = 21.8765(25) ?, β = 126.249(17)°, V = 6283.3(7) ?3, and Z = 16. The compound is photostable in the crystal and does not undergo homolytic N–O bond cleavage as observed in solution.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters a = 23.6752(13) ?, b = 20.8253(12) ?, c = 18.1645(10) ?, α = 90°, β = 91.929(1)°, γ = 90°, Z = 4, V = 8950.8(9) ?3. The dimeric structure of 1, featuring [Al2(μ-OH)2] core has been studied with the density functional theory level (DFT) calculation and molecular orbital analyses.  相似文献
