Three dendrimers were synthesized directly on aminated silica gel using (1R, 2R)-(+)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine and 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride as building blocks. The chiral stationary phases were obtained by modification of these dendrimers with phenyl isocyanate. All derivatives prepared on silica gel were characterized by FTIR spectrum, solid-state 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The enantioseparation ability of the chiral stationary phases was preliminarily evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography. The chiral stationary phase of one-generation dendrimer exhibited best enantioseparation ability.  相似文献

Two novel chiral di- and tri-amide derivatives of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene were synthesized by (R)-(+)-1-Phenylethylamine via convenient reactions and then immobilized on aminopropyl functionalized silica particles. The prepared chiral calix[4]arenes and their silica polymers (Calix-SP1 and Calix-SP2) were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, and thermal and elemental analysis techniques.  相似文献

The efficient preparation of enantiomerically pure (R)- and (S)-2-bromohexadecanoic acids with e.e.>95% through resolution with the use of a recoverable chiral auxiliary is described. The procedure involves three reactions: Steglich esterification, DIBAL reduction, and Sharpless oxidation. The assessment of the enantiomeric purity is based on NMR analysis by using (1R,2R)-(+)-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine as a chiral solvating agent.  相似文献

The syntheses of several differently substituted amides formally derived from a chiral amine, either E-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)cinnamic acid or both E- and Z-2-(2-hydroxynaphthyl)cinnamic acid, are reported. These molecules display a restricted rotation about the C2-Caryl bond. The barriers to rotation about the C2-Caryl bond were measured by the dynamic 1H NMR and were found to vary between 11.8 and 24.5 kcal mol−1, depending on the substitution. In particular, E-2-(2-hydroxynapthyl)cinnamic amides, displayed a high barrier to rotation (ΔGc=24.4 kcal mol−1) and could be isolated in both diastereomerically pure forms at room temperature. The X-ray structure of one E-2-(2-hydroxynapthyl)cinnamic amide, was resolved, enabling for the determination of the absolute configuration of the chiral axis (aR).  相似文献

A chiral BINOL dimer, (R,R)-3′,3″-BiBINOL, which possesses both rigid (atropos) and dynamic (tropos) axial chiralities, was found to work as an effective NMR chiral solvating reagent for the determination of the enantiomeric purities of various chiral sulfoxides. The unique chiral discrimination mechanism was also revealed by using DFT calculations and X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Asymmetric borane-reduction of 3-acetyl-131-oxo-tetrapyrroles (=bacteriochlorin, chlorin and porphyrin) in the presence of a chiral source gave selectively chiral 3-(1-hydroxyethyl)-131-oxo-tetrapyrroles. Oxazaborolidines were effective as chiral auxiliaries. Reduction with (S)-oxazaborolidines led to the (31S)-alcohol as the major product, whose stereoselectivity was the opposite of that in the same asymmetric reduction of usual prochiral ketones ArCOR. The asymmetric reduction of the 3-acetyl group in methyl bacteriopyropheophorbide-a and the 7,8-oxidation afforded 31-epimeric methyl (31S)-bacteriopheophorbide-d (89% de).  相似文献

An enantiomerically enriched sample (84.3% ee) of (aS)-2-methyl-1-[(((o-triisopropylsilyl)oxy)methyl)phenyl]naphthalene was produced via catalytic asymmetric Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling using an atropisomeric naphthamide-derived phosphine (A2phos) as the chiral ligand. After one recrystallization, enantiopurity of the biaryl product was improved to 98.9% ee and its absolute configuration was determined by X-ray crystal structural analysis. Through chemical transformations, the (aS)-enantiomers of 1-[(o-hydroxymethyl)phenyl]-2-methylnaphthalene, 1-[(o-chloromethyl)phenyl]-2-methylnaphthalene, and 2-methyl-1-(o-tolyl)naphthalene were obtained. Several other chiral biaryls were synthesized and stereochemically assigned.  相似文献

Formal synthesis of chiral grandisol and the oleander scale pheromone and their antipodes can be achieved through a convenient lipase-catalyzed enantiodifferentiation process of the common cyclobutane intermediate (±)-2-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1-(methoxymethyloxyethyl)cyclobutane-1-carbonitrile 3. The resolution afforded both enantiomers in almost enantiomerically pure form and their absolute configurations were assigned on the basis of the Δδ values for their (R)- and (S)-MTPA esters.  相似文献

The N-coordinated tin hydrides containing the chiral 2-(4-isopropyl-2-oxazolinyl)-5-phenyl ligand in the presence of catalytic amounts of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium gave the corresponding distannanes in good yields. The distannanes have been fully characterized by means of the 1H, 13C, 15N and 117Sn NMR measurements. The J(15N-117/119Sn), J(117Sn-119Sn) couplings and single-crystal X-ray analysis of distannane 3 revealed a tendency towards penta-coordination at the tin center as a result of the Sn-N interaction.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis and resolution of (±)-1-(2-carboxymethyl-6-ethylphenyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid has been developed for the preparation of novel optically active atropisomers. The ee values were measured by a 1H NMR spectroscopic method using quinidine as the chiral complexing agent. Absolute configurations of the separated enantiomers were determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction measurements of both the disodium salt and the (R)-1-phenylethylamine salt of the enantiomerically pure dicarboxylic acid, separately. The analysis of the CD spectra with the aid of TD-DFT quantum chemical calculations confirmed the assignment of configurations.  相似文献

Series of methyl 3- and 5-(N-Boc-piperidinyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylates were developed and regioselectively synthesized as novel heterocyclic amino acids in their N-Boc protected ester form for achiral and chiral building blocks. In the first stage of the synthesis, piperidine-4-carboxylic and (R)- and (S)-piperidine-3-carboxylic acids were converted to the corresponding β-keto esters, which were then treated with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal. The subsequent reaction of β-enamine diketones with various N-mono-substituted hydrazines afforded the target 5-(N-Boc-piperidinyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylates as major products, and tautomeric NH-pyrazoles prepared from hydrazine hydrate were further N-alkylated with alkyl halides to give 3-(N-Boc-piperidinyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylates. The structures of the novel heterocyclic compounds were confirmed by 1H-, 13C-, and 15N-NMR spectroscopy and HRMS investigation.  相似文献

(+)-(1S,2R) and (−)-(1R,2S)-2-aminocyclobutane-1-carboxylic acids have been prepared in >97% ee and in 33% and 20% overall yields starting from a single, chiral, bicyclic compound perceived as a chiral uracil equivalent. (1R)- and (1S) [1-3H, 2H, 1H]-octanes and mixed with [1-14C]-octane, were synthesized. The mixed samples were incubated with homogenats of P. oleovorans strain TF4-1L and the biosynthesized mixtures of octanols isolated. It was shown that mainly the achiral termini [-C1H3] were hydroxylated and that chiral methyls were oxygenated to the extent of 20–30%. In all instances the products derived from hydroxylation at the chiral methyls [-C-3H, 2H, 1H] were mixtures of (1R)- and (1S)-octanols, the major component of which was the alcohol obtained by displacement of 1H. The results indicate that hydroxylation proceeded with a normal isotope effect kh>kd>kt. The amount of (1R)-octanol in the mixtures of octanols derived from (1R)- and (1S)-octane was determined. It was found that the C-1 hydroxylation of octane proceeded with retention, i.e. the incoming hydroxyl assumed the orientation of the displaced hydrogen (or isotopic hydrogen) atom.  相似文献

The use of the (S)-α-methylbenzyl group as a chiral auxiliary has allowed the diastereoselective ortho-deprotonation of a chromium tricarbonyl complexed phenoxy ring. When the resultant ortho-anion is treated with an aldehyde two diastereoisomeric complexes are formed, in relatively poor dr, which differ in the configuration of the newly formed benzylic stereogenic centre. However, both ortho-formylation followed by treatment with Grignard reagents and ortho-acylation followed by reduction with Super-Hydride® were found to be completely diastereoselective, giving access to either epimer of the corresponding benzylic alcohol complexes in >99:1 dr. Subsequent oxidative removal of the chromium tricarbonyl unit, followed by cleavage of the O-α-methylbenzyl chiral auxiliary gives enantiopure 2-(1′-hydroxyalkyl)phenols. Following this stereodivergent procedure, either enantiomer of the product may be accessed from a single antipode of [(α-methylbenzyloxy)benzene]Cr(CO)3.  相似文献

Reactions of (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridinylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine derivatives, (1R,2R)-2-bpcd and (1R,2R)-3-bpcd [(1R,2R)-2-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine, (1R,2R)-3-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine], with CdI2 in an analogous way led to the formation of a chiral discrete mononuclear complex and a chiral one-dimensional polymeric chain, respectively, which may be attributed to the positional isomerism of the ligands. The chiral organic ligands and complexes display luminescent properties indicating that they may have a potential application as optical materials. Powder second-harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency measurement shows that the SHG efficiency of the complexes is approximately 0.3 and 0.45 times that of KDP, respectively.  相似文献

Chiral di- or triamines, (S)-2-(N,N-disubstituted aminomethyl)indoline 1ad, derived from (S)-indoline-2-carboxylic acid were efficient chiral catalysts for the enantioselective addition of dialkylzincs to aldehydes. The best results were obtained by employing 15 mol% of (S)-2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-ylmethyl)indoline 1c, and chiral secondary alcohols were obtained in up to 97% ee.  相似文献

Several amine-cyano(pyrrolyl)borane complexes [A · BH(NC4H4)CN] containing a chiral boron atom were prepared from the reactions of sodium cyanohydrodipyrrolylborate-tridioxane1 [NaBH(NC4H4)2CN · 3C4H8O2] with amine hydrochlorides as well as by base exchange from the appropriate 4-cyanopyridine complex [4-CNC5H4N · BH(NC4H4)CN]. Amines with an sp2 N atom give stable complexes of a wide range of basicity (pKa = 0.8?9.7), in contrast to the anines with sp3 hybridized N where only the stronger bases (pKa ? 7.3) are capable of giving stable complexes (mainly secondary and tertiary amines). These compounds undergo hydrolysis in neutral and alkaline media, while in strong acids they give stable boronium ions by protonation at the α-C atom of the pyrrolyl group. The compounds (?)-(S)-α-phenylethylamine-(?)-cyanopyrrolylborane and (+)-(R)-α-phenylethylamine-(+)-cyanopyrrolylborane have been prepared in pure form; in solution they undergo slow epimerization. Treatment of the appropriate complexes with KH has given the chiral boron-containing borates KBH(NC4H4)(CN)X (X = imidazolyl-, pyrazolyl-). Dicyanohydropyrrolylborane was obtained from 4-cyanopyridine-cyanopyrrolylborane and NaCN.  相似文献

In order to study the difference in microscopic orientation of ferro- and antiferroelectric liquid crystalline molecules, we synthesized the partially deuteriated chiral compounds, (S)-(-)-2-methylbutyl 4-(4-(d13)-hexyloxy- and (S)-(-)-2-methylbutyl 4-(4-(d17)-octyloxy-phenyl)benzoates. Fundamental physical properties such as phase transition temperatures, spontaneous polarization and tilt angle were determined. Polarized FTIR measurements were also made to provide information on molecular structure and orientation.  相似文献

A two-step synthesis of (R)- and (S)-[2H1]-fluoroacetate (sodium salts) in high enantioselectivity is reported. The synthesis is the development of a previous one in which the enantioselectivity has been increased from ~38% ee to >95% ee. The improvement in enantioselectivity applied Bio’s methodology, which involved a deoxyfluorination reaction with DAST on either enantiomer of [2H1]-benzyl alcohol, adding TMS-morpholine to the reaction. The additive promotes an SN2 inversion process, and suppresses a competing non-stereospecific SN1 reaction course, and as a result significantly improves the stereointegrity of the C–F bond formation. The intermediate [2H1]-benzyl alcohols, [2H1]-benzyl fluorides and the product [2H1]-fluoroacetates as their hexyl esters were separately assayed for their stereochemical integrity, using the Courtieu method. This method involved measuring their 2H NMR spectra in a chiral matrix of poly-γ-benzyl l-glutamate. The chiral assay demonstrated that there was no significant loss in stereointegrity during the deoxyfluorination reaction and showed that the enantiomers of [2H1]-fluoroacetate were generated with high enantiomeric purity (95% ee).  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of enantiomerically pure (R)- and (S)-2-(aminomethyl)alanine ((R)- and (S)-Ama) 1a and (R)- and (S)-2-(aminomethyl)leucine ((R)- and (S)-Aml) 1b is described (Schemes 1 and 2). Resolution of the racemic amino acids was achieved using L -phenylalanine cyclohexylamide ( 2 ) as chiral auxiliary. The free amino acids 1a, b were converted to the Nα-Boc,Nγ-Z-protected derivatives 11a, b (Scheme 3) ready for incorporation into peptides. Based on the three crystal structures of the diastereoisomeric peptides 8a, 8b , and 9b , the absolute configurations in both series were determined. β-Turn type-I geometries were observed for structures 8b and 9b , whereas 8a crystallized in an extended backbone conformation.  相似文献
