Dihydrochlorides of diimino esters of 4,4-dinitropimelic acid are formed from 4,4-dinitropimelic acid dinitrile and alcohols in the presence of hydrogen chloride. The dihydrochloride of the methyl diimino ester condenses with ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine, and o-aminophenol to give the corresponding 1,5-bisheteryl-3,3-dinitropentanes.  相似文献

Thermal condensation of 1-cyanoadamantane with arylhydroxamic acid chlorides gave 5-(1′-adamantyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles containing aromatic groupings in the 3 position. The same 1,2,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized by reaction of the N-oxides of the appropriate nitriles with adamantane-1-carboxylic acid methyl imino ester obtained from 1-cyanoadamantane. The corresponding 5-(1′-adamantyl)-3-substituted 1,2,4-oxadiazoles were obtained by condensation of the latter with amidoxines.  相似文献

The reaction of 4,4-dinitrovaleronitrile with hydrogen chloride and methanol gives the hydrochloride of the methyl imino ester of 4,4-dinitrovaleric acid. The latter is converted to the free imino ester, amide, and methyl ester of 4,4-dinitrovaleric acid. The same hydrochloride readily condenses with ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine, or o-aminophenol to give, respectively, imidazoline, benzimidazole, or benzoxazole, which contain a,-dinitrobutyl radical in the 2-position. Reaction of 3,4-ethylenedioxyphenyldiazonium chloride with ethyl 2-methylacetoacetate and subsequent cyclization of the 3,4-ethylenedioxyphenylhydrazone of ethyl pyruvate gives a 14 mixture of 4,5- and 5,6-ethylenedioxy-2-ethoxycarbonylindoles, respectively, from which 4,5- and 5,6-ethylenedioxyindoles are formed by subsequent hydrolysis and decarboxylation. A series of coumarin derivatives obtained from salicylaldehyde and phenol were synthesized. Their corresponding terbium complexes were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, EDTA titrations, molar conductivity, UV–vis spectra, IR spectra, and thermal analysis. The luminescent properties and electrochemical properties of the terbium complexes were also investigated. The results showed that all the terbium complexes exhibited characteristic emissions of terbium ions. The introduction of electron-donating groups can improve the luminescent properties, decrease the HOMO and LUMO energy levels of the terbium complex, while electron-withdrawing groups can weaken the luminescent properties, and increase the HOMO and LUMO energy levels of terbium complex.  相似文献

The amphiphilic properties of S-alkylthiopentono-1,4-lactones (D-ribono-, D-arabinono-, D-xylono-) and corresponding pentitol derivatives with the general formula Su-SR (R=CnH2n+1) are studied. Abstract  

A convenient route was developed for the synthesis of novel nicotinonitrile derivatives by a three-component Dimroth reaction of chalcones, malononitrile, and secondary heterocyclic amines or sodium alcoholate. Nicotinonitrile derivatives are obtained in fair to good yields. The structures of all new compounds were established by spectroscopic characteristics and their photophysical properties were studied.  相似文献

By the interaction of heterocyclic thiols with sulfoxides of 6,6-dihydro- and 6-chloropenicillanates, derivatives of 4-heteryldithio-2-azetidinones have been synthesized, as well as products of their cyclization to form 2-heterylthiomethyl-and 2-halomethyl-substituted penicillanates and an ester of 3-chloro-3-methyl-7-chlorocepham-4-carboxylic acid. Three series of functionalized spiropyrans and spirooxazines derivatives were synthesized and their photochromic properties were investigated in particular regard to the fatigue resistance, the lifetime of the colored merocyanine form and the interaction of the colored form molecule. (1) Spiropyrans 5 and spironaphthooxazines 6 having an antioxidant group as a pendant exhibited higher fatigue resistance than that of the parent spiro compounds in solution. In particular, spiropyrans 5 showed higher resistance than parent compound 1 in the presence of an equimolar amount of the corresponding antioxidant. (2) bis-Spironaphthooxazines 8a8i and 10 connected through a phosphoryl group exhibited higher fatigue resistance and longer lifetime of the colored merocyanine form than those of the parent spirooxazine 7. (3) Symmetrical bis-spiro photochromic compounds 15 and 16 and unsymmetrical bis-spiro compounds 13, 14 and 17 were synthesized. The bis-spiro photochromic compounds were found to undergo intramolecular interaction between the colored merocyanine forms.  相似文献
