Extension curves have been obtained for Cu-Al solid solutions in the microdeformation range 10–6-10–3. It is shown that the dependence of the resistance to microdeformation on the degree of this deformation is described by = 0 0 + A1/2, where 0 0 is the resistance to the beginning of plastic deformation, and A = const. The stresses F due to frictional forces are determined from the unloading curves. The dependences of 0 0 and F on the Al concentration c in the alloy are studied. The 0 0 = f(c) and F = (c) dependences are analyzed in the light of current ideas regarding the nature of impurity strengthening. Every normal, faithful, self-adjoint functional on a von Neumann algebraA canonically determines a one-parameter-weakly continuous *-automorphism group (the analog of the modular group) and a canonical 2 grading onA, commuting with . We show that the functional satisfies the weak super-KMS property with respect to and Furthermore, we prove that and are the unique pair of a-weakly continuous one-parameter *-automorphism group and a grading of the algebra, commuting with each other, with respect to which is weakly super-KMS. We report conductivity measurements on Cu x Ti100–x and Cu x Zr100–x glasses as a function of magnetic field (0B6T) and temperature (1.5–5. At low temperatures the measured conductivity(T,B)= 0+(T)+(B,T) is compared quantitatively with the predictions of diagrammatic perturbation theories including quantum interference effects, spin-orbit scattering and electron-electron interaction. We obtain a set of characteristic fields for inelastic and spin orbit scattering from both the magnetic field and the temperature dependence of the measured (T, B). Below about 4K the Coulomb interaction determines (T) in consistence with the Hall effect, whereas quantum interference processes and spin-orbit scattering dominate the magnetic field dependence. In case of Cu x Zr100–x , (B, T) can be explained by taking into account superconducting fluctuations (Maki-Thompson and Aslamasov-Larkin parts) in addition. Superconducting fluctuations dominate the temperature dependence as well. For high magnetic fields and lower temperatures (B/T>1T/K) we find discrepancies between experiment and calculations from perturbation theory.  相似文献

The bulk conductivity *(p) of the bond lattice in d is considered, where the bonds have conductivity 1 with probabilityp or 0 with probability 1-p Various representations of the derivatives of *(p) are developed. These representations are used to analyze the behavior of *(p) for =0 near the percolation thresholdp c , when the conducting backbone is assumed to have a hierarchical node-link-blob (NLB) structure. This model has loops on arbitrarily many length scales and contains both singly and multiply connected bonds. Exact asymptotics of for the NLB model are proven under some technical assumptions. The proof employs a novel technique whereby for the NLB model with =0 andp nearp c is computed using perturbation theory for *(p) (for two- and three-component resistor lattices) aroundp=1 with a sequence of s converging to 1 as one goes deeper in the hierarchy. These asymptotics establish convexity of *(p) (for the NLB model) nearp c , and that its critical exponentt obeys the inequalities 1t2 ford=2,3, while 2t3 ford4. The dependence of activation energy EA of surface conduction s in polycrystalline ZnO upon dosage of irradiation by electrons with energy of 30 keV is studied. It is found that the function s = f(T) is composed of three segments with EA values in unirradiated ZnO approximately equal to 0.77, 0.12, and 0.048 eV, which are ascribed to a surface potential barrier between the powder crystallites and donor levels of interstitial Zn+ i and Zno i atoms, respectively. With increase in radiation dosage EA decreases on all segments, which is explainable by reduction in with increase in the concentrations of Zn+ i and Zno i due to radiation desorption and lattice radiolysis.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 7, pp. 94–97, July, 1984.  相似文献

This article begins with a review of the framework of fuzzy probability theory.The basic structure is given by the -effect algebra of effects (fuzzy events) E(,A) and the set of probability measures M + 1 (, A) on a measurable space (,A). An observable X: B E(, A) is defined, where (, B) is the value spaceof X. It is noted that there exists a one-to-one correspondence between states onE(, A) and elements of M + (, A) and between observables X: B E(,A) and -morphisms from E(, B) to E(, A). Various combinations ofobservables are discussed. These include compositions, products, direct products,and mixtures. Fuzzy stochastic processes are introduced and an application toquantum dynamics is considered. Quantum effects are characterized from amonga more general class of effects. A method is suggested for the derivation of finite-size corrections in the thermodynamic functions of systems with pair interaction potential decaying at large distancesr asr d , whered is the space dimensionality and>0. It allows for a unified treatment of short-range (=2) and long-range (<2) interaction. The asymptotic analysis is illustrated by the mean spherical model of general geometryL d–d× d subject to periodic boundary conditions. The Fisher-Privman equation of state is generalized to arbitrary real values ofd, 0d. We find the asymptotic decrease of correlations < A +y , B >,yZ v +1, |y|, in the Ising model at high temperatures. For the case when monomials A and B both are odd, using the saddle-point method, we find the asymptotics of the correlations for any dimension . For even monomials A , B we formulate a general hypothesis about the form of the asymptotics and confirm it in two cases: (1) =1 and the vectory has an arbitrary direction, (2)y is directed along a fixed axis and arbitrary . The averaged retarded electron Green functionG +(,k) in 1d disordered metal is calculated using the Berezinsky diagram technique. Using the Gorkov's theory it is shown, that the substitution of inG + (,k) by the square of the external frequency atk=0 gives the dependence of Fröhlich conductivity F(). This dependence describes the impurity pinning of CDW in 1d disordered metals. The good agreement of this dependence with experimental data Zeller et al. about F() in quasi-1d conductor KCP is found  相似文献

ArF laser-induced CVD has been employed to generate hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) from Si2H6 gas dilute with He, Ar, or H2. The formation of amorphous films or powder is found to depend critically on the kind of buffer gas, the stationary total and partial gas pressures, and the substrate temperature. These dependences have been investigated in the 1–5 Torr pressure and 100–400 °C temperature ranges. They are semiquantitatively discussed in terms of ArF laser photolysis of disilane, gas heating by heat flow from the substrate and laser irradiation, diffusion, and gas phase polymerization. Furthermore, photo ionization has been observed but found irrelevant for the a-Si:H layer properties. The photo and dark conductivities ( ph, d) of the semiconductor layers are determined by the substrate temperature. The ph values range between 10–7 and 10–4 –1 cm–1 and the d values between 10–11 and 10–8 –1 cm–1. The maximum ratio ph/ d amounts to 4×104. The layers are further characterized by their optical band gap and activation energy. The layer properties are compared to literature values of amorphous films prepared by various photo, HOMO, and plasma CVD methods.  相似文献

Some algebraic structures determined by the class (þ) of all effects of a Hilbert space þ and by some subclasses of (þ) are investigated, in particular de Morgan-Brouwer-Zadeh posets [it is proved that (þ n )(n<) has such a structure], Brouwer-Zadeh * posets (a quite trivial example consisting of suitable effects is given), and Brouwer-Zadeh 3 posets which are both de Morgan and *.It is shown that a nontrivial class of effects of a Hilbert space exists which is a BZ 3 poset. The isotopic difference between the diamagnetic shielding of a positive muon (+) in + HBr and H2O and the analogous shielding of protons is computed from first principles in free space and in Br2 solution, using a self-consistent cellular cluster multiple scattering method (SC-CMS) for condensed matter and for the free molecules. The isotope shift of the chemical shift is at the + in these molecules dissolved in liquid Br2 is evaluated with the eigenfunctions and eigenvalues obtained using Ramsey's formalism. For HBr the computed chemical shifts is are comparable with experiment and with the calculations of Breskman and Kanofsky and of Williams, and the solvent effect has the correct sign and order of magnitude. For H2O, is has also the correct sign and order of magnitude when compared with +SR experiments.  相似文献

We investigate the effective conductivity * of a quasiperiodic medium in d and the discontinuous dependence, found in ref. 1, of * on the wavelengths of the system. It was shown there, for example, that the effective conductivity *(k) for a layered medium with a one-dimensional local conductivity k (x)=A+cosx+coskx, A>2, is discontinuous ink. An explicit class of higherdimensional examples which exhibit the discontinuity is constructed here. The conductivity *(k, L) of a sample of lengthL in one dimension asL is also analyzed and shown to have a plateau structure for any irrationalk well approximated by rationals.  相似文献

The effect of radiation on the combined free and forced convection flow of an electrical conducting viscous fluid through an open-ended vertical channel in slip flow regime and permeated by a constant magnetic field in transverse direction has been considered. The temperature on the walls has been supposed to vary linearly with distance. We establish the following new correlation inequalities for the truncated twopoint function of an Ising ferromagnet in a positive external field: j ; l T j ; k T k ; l T , and j ; l T k K j ; k T k l , whereK is any set of sites which separatesj froml. The inequalities are also valid for the pure phases with zero magnetic field at all temperatures. The object of this paper is to investigate the behavior of the magnetic field in a cosmological model for perfect fluid distribution. The magnetic field is due to an electric current produced along thex axis. It is assumed that expansion () in the model is proportional to 1 1 , the eigenvalue of the shear tensor i j . A cosmology described by a Robertson-Walker metric with Lagrangian -g(@#@R+R 2) and a massless conformal scalar field as matter content is considered. It is shown that, when the adiabatic regularization is performed, there is, in the spatially flat case, an inflationary solution which is not stable in the future, at first perturbative order, if the condition >t p 2 /2160 (t p Planck time) is fulfilled and stable in the opposite case.  相似文献

Self-diffusion coefficients of vanadium in the FeV -phase and in the corresponding -solid solution (Fe-47 wt.% V) measured in the temperature ranges 1002–1115 °C (-phase) and 1230–1320 °C are reported. The found results differ fundamentally and significantly from the relations in ordered and disordered solid solutions [9]. The diffusivity in -phase at the transition temperature (T /=1200 °C) is cca 14 times lower than the diffusivity in the b.c.c. solid solution, the chemical composition of which is the same. The lowering is caused by the different values of frequency factors,D O=0.11 cm2/s andD O=45 cm2/s. The effect of the corresponding activation enthalpiesH =252 kJ/mole andH =293 kJ/mole is small and quite opposite. The occurence of higher activation enthalpyH in the -solid solution at temperaturesT>T / may be attributed to a certain amount of the f.c.c. phase coexisting in the b.c.c. matrix at concentrationsc v>27 wt.% at sufficiently high temperatures [7]. A comparison of vanadium self-diffusion characteristics measured in the -phase to the extrapolated values obtained on the basis of the previous measurements [1] in the Fe-V primary solid solutions 1 shows that the diffusivity ratioD 1/D (1473 K)=33 and that the activation enthalpyH is by about 3% higher than the valuesH 1 (eq. (5)) measured in the uniphase b.c.c. solid solutions.  相似文献
