The synthesis of the acetate of 2,6-dimethylhepta-1,5-dien-3-ol — the sex pheromone of the Comstock bug — has been carried out by condensing isobutenyllithium with 3,4-epoxy-2-methylbut-1-ene and acetylating the 2,6-dimethylhepta-1,5-dien-3-ol formed. [Reaction: see text]. The application of fluorous mixture synthesis (FMS) for accessing natural products and their stereoisomers was validated by the total synthesis of all 16 stereoisomers of the pine sawfly sex pheromone. Four fluorous p-methoxybenzyl groups were used as tags, and a "4-mix-4-split" approach was employed in a divergent synthesis. This paper presents the details of the FMS of pine sawfly sex pheromones with an emphasis on identification and solving of problems encountered when working with fluorous mixtures. 相似文献

梨圆蚧是对果林危害较大的害虫。该虫的性信息素包括三个组分:3-亚甲基-7-甲基-7-辛烯-1-醇丙酸酯(1)、(2Z)-3,7-二甲基-2,7-辛二烯-1-醇丙酸酯(2)和(2E)-3,7-二甲基-2,7-辛二烯-1-醇丙酸酯(3)。本文介绍了通过对月桂烯进行结构改造来合成梨圆蚧性信息素,从月桂烯到1,总产率为19%。工业上从月桂烯制龋萑花醇和香叶醇,再将橙花醇和香叶醇转变为相应的氯烯醇后再还原、丙酰化即得2和3,其总产率分别为30%和28%。(以橙花醇和香叶醇计)。月桂烯可从β-蒎烯裂解而得。我国有丰富的蒎烯资源,所以开辟从月桂烯合成梨圆蚧性信息素的新途径具有重要的意义。 相似文献

Recently, we reported that syn-4,6-dimethyldodecanal is the male sex pheromone and the trail-following pheromone of the Termopsidae Zootermopsis nevadensis and Zootermopsis angusticollis. In this article, we describe the syntheses of the mixture of the four stereoisomers of 4,6-dimethyldodecanal using a synthetic pathway where the key step is a Wittig reaction between methyl 4-methyl-5-oxo-pentanoate and 1-methylheptyl-triphenylphosphonium iodide, and of (±)-syn-4,6-dimethyldodecanal starting from 3,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one. Direct GC-MS comparison of these synthetic samples with the natural pheromone allowed its unambiguous identification. 相似文献

In a previous study we reported the identification of the first ketone found in the Pentatomidae family, the sex attractant pheromone of the male stink bug Pallantia macunaima, (6R,10S)-6,10,13-trimethyltetradecan-2-one. Here we describe an efficient enantioselective route for the synthesis of the four stereoisomers of this pheromone. Total syntheses of (−)-dictyostatin, 6,16-bis-epi-dictyostatin, 6,14,19-tris-epi-dictyostatin, and a number of other isomers and analogs are reported. Three main fragments—top, middle, and bottom—were first assembled and then joined by olefination or anionic addition reactions. After appending the two dienes at either end of the molecule, macrolactonization and deprotection completed the syntheses. The work proves both the relative and absolute configurations of (−)-dictyostatin. The compounds were evaluated by cell-based measurements of increased microtubule mass and antiproliferative activity, and in vitro tubulin polymerization assays as well as competitive assays with paclitaxel for its binding site on microtubules. These assays showed dictyostatin to be the most potent of the agents and further showed that the structural alterations caused from 20- to >1000-fold decreases in activity. 相似文献

Three candidates for the soybean pod borer's sex pheromone, dodec-10-en-1-yl acetate (E:Z = 95:5) (9a), (E, E)-dodeca-8, 10-dien-1-yl acetate (9b) and (E)-dodec-8-en-1-yl acetate (9c), were synthesized through the coupling reaction between Grignard reagents and acetates catalyzed by Li2CuCl4.
