Mass spectra of π-(CH3)nC5H5−nRe(CO)3 MenCpReT) (n = 0–5) and t-BuCpReT were recorded, from which it was found that molecular ion (M+) fragmentation for MenCpReT (n = 0, 1) differs from that for MenCpReT (n = 2–5). The (M – 2CO)+ ions have maximum intensity in n = 0, 1 complexes, and the (M – 2CO – H2)+ ions, in n = 2–5 complexes. H2 elimination from (M – 2CO)+ is typical of rhenium π-cyclopentadienyl complex fragmentation, where the number of methyl groups in the Cp ring is > 1, and seems to occur with participation of the Re atom.  相似文献

Crystals of the complexes 2CuBr·C4H3(O)–CH=N–CH2–CH=CH2 (I) and CuBr·C6H5–CH=N–CH2–CH=CH2 (II) were obtained from an ethanol solution of CuBr2 and N-allyl-2-furylaldimine or N-allylbenzaldimine using the alternating current electrochemical procedure. Their crystal structures were determined (DARCH diffractometer, MoK radiation, 1001 (F 2 F) and 911 (F 6 F) reflections; R = 0.029 and 0.063, respectively, for I and II. , -Complex I crystallizes in space group A2/a, a = 13.698(6), b = 17.679(5), c = 10.247(4) , = 114.03(3)°, Z = 8. Crystal data for -complex II: space group P2 1 /a, a = 19.016(5), b = 13.876(2), c = 4.0272(9) , = 92.90(2)°, Z = 4. The structure of I involves separate - and -coordinations of copper(I) in the form of planar trigons similar to those in the analogous nonisostructural -complex with copper(I) chloride. The length of the coordinated C=C bond is 1.35(1) . The structure of II consists of infinite (CuBr) n chains -coordinated to the nitrogen atom of the ligand molecules. The noncoordinated allyl group is disordered.  相似文献

13C, 1H NMR investigation of the (CH3nC5H5–nRe(CO)3 MenCpReT) n = 0–5 analogous series showed that the signals of almost all magnetic nuclei shift upfield with increase n, which also occurs in (MenCp)2M compounds (M = Fe2+, Co3+; n = 0–5). The smaller value of the C(CH3) signal (1.5 ppm.) shifts upfield when a further methyl group is introduced into the vicinal position, this shift can be attributed to the absence of the second methyl cyclopentadienyl ring. It is noteworthy that methyl cyclopentadienyl ring coordination to the transition-metal atom results in the downfield shift of the substituted carbon atom (Ckey) signal. One of the reasons for such a shift might be the reduction in screening effect of the central CpM bond π-electron current on Ckey owing to nodal properties of Cp ring e-orbitals. The δ 13C(CO), δ 17O(CO), and v(CO) values reflect successive increases of Re → CO π-back donation with increase in n.  相似文献

Using ESR and IR spectroscopy, the structures of >Si(O–C·=O)(CH2–CH3) (1) and >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) (2) radicals were deciphered. The directions and kinetic parameters of reactions of intramolecular rearrangements in these radicals were determined. The reactions of hydrogen atom abstraction in radical (1) from the CH2 and CH3 groups were studied. It was found that the endothermic reaction of hydrogen atom abstraction from the methyl group occurs at a higher rate than the exothermic reaction with the methylene group. The differences are determined by changes in the size of a cyclic transition state. Based on the experimental data, the strengths of separate C–H bonds in surface fragments are compared. The rearrangement >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) >Si(C·(CH3)2)(CH2–CH3) was discovered and its mechanism was determined. One of its steps is the skeletal isomerization Si- (2)- . (1)Si- (1)- . (2). Experimental data are analyzed using the results of quantum-chemical calculations of model systems.  相似文献

IR spectra of 1-germatranol, 1,1-quasi-germatrandiole, 1,1,1-hypogermatrantriole with a general formula (HO)4?n Ge(OCH2CH2) n NR3?n (n = 1–3) are obtained. At the B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ density functional level the equilibrium structures and vibrational spectra of these compounds along with their hydrogen-bonded dimers are calculated. Based on the calculations the band assignment is performed in the IR spectra of 1-germatranol, 1,1-quasi-germatrandiole, and 1,1,1-hypogermatrantriole. The existence of dimers is manifested in the IR spectra as the absence of bands in the frequency ranges characteristic of the bending vibrations of Ge-OH groups and the presence of bands in the vibrational range of hydrogen-bonded germatranyl groups.  相似文献

The pressure shifts of the first three bands appearing in the visible spectra of [Pt3(CO)6]2−n (n = 3–5) have been measured in solution over the range 0–10 kbar. The stable acetone molecule clusters have been studied by using Beeke's threeparameter(B3LYP)density functional theory(DFT)with standard 6-31G(d)basis set.The calculated results show that the optimal structures of acetone clustets are cyclic and the cycles become larger and larger with the increase of cluster size.The strongest vibration peaks for neutral clusters are C=O stretching vibration.The C=O stretching peaks of cyclic acetone clusters split into double ones when n≥3,the frequencies are red-shifted and corresponding intensities increase with the increase of cluster size.  相似文献

Abstract

Reactions of metal carbonyl cations (M(CO)6 +, M = Mn, Re) with hydride-, methide- or halide-containing metal carbonyl anions (Fe(CO)4R?, R = H, Me; W(CO)5R?, R = H, Me, Cl, Br, I) produce products that indicate several mechanisms are operative. Reactions of the halo-tungsten complexes produce neutral, solvated tungsten complexes, W(CO)5(CH3CN) and W(CO)4(CH3CN)2 and M(CO)5X in a reaction that appears to be initiated by decomposition of W(CO)5X?. In contrast, the tungsten hydride and methide complexes react, predominantly, by transfer of the hydride or methide to a carbonyl of the cation at a much faster rate. The iron hydride and methide complexes react by iron-based nucleophilicity involving a two-electron process.  相似文献

The migration of the double bond in the allylcarboxamide ligands of (μ-H)Os3(μ-O=CN RCH2CH=CH2) (CO)10 (R=H (1) or CH3 (2)), (μ-D)Os3(μ-O=CNDCH2CH=CH2) (CO)10, and (μ-H)Os3(μ-O=CNHCD2CH=CH2)(CO)10 clusters was studied by1H,2H, and13C NMR spectroscopy. Neither μ-D nor ND groups in the deuterated complexes are directly involved in prototropic processes of allylic rearrangement. Initially, the deuterium atom of the CD2 group migrates to the ψ-carbon atom of the allyl fragment to form the −CD=CH-CH2D propenyl moiety, in which the deuterium and hydrogen atoms are gradually redistributed between the ψ-and β-carbon atoms. The triosmium cluster complexes containing the bridging carboxamide ligands O=CNRR' catalyze the allylic rearrangement ofN-allylacetamide. The Te ⋅⋅⋅ Te secondary bonding interactions (SBIs) in solid cyclic telluroethers were explored by preparing and structurally characterizing a series of [Te(CH2)m]n (n=1–4; m=3–7) species. The SBIs in 1,7-Te2(CH2)10, 1,8-Te2(CH2)12, 1,5,9-Te3(CH2)9, 1,8,15-Te3(CH2)18, 1,7,13,19-Te4(CH2)20, 1,8,15,22-Te4(CH2)24 and 1,9,17,25-Te4(CH2)28 lead to tubular packing of the molecules, as has been observed previously for related thio- and selenoether rings. The nature of the intermolecular interactions was explored by solid-state PBE0-D3/pob-TZVP calculations involving periodic boundary conditions. The molecular packing in 1,7,13,19-Te4(CH2)20, 1,8,15,22-Te4(CH2)24 and 1,9,17,25-Te4(CH2)28 forms infinite shafts. The electron densities at bond critical points indicate a narrow range of Te ⋅⋅⋅ Te bond orders of 0.12–0.14. The formation of the shafts can be rationalized by frontier orbital overlap and charge transfer.  相似文献

We test several binning techniques to obtain mode-specific final-state distributions for polyatomic reactions. Normal mode analysis is done after an exact transformation to the Eckart frame. Standard histogram binning (HB) and three different variants of the energy-based Gaussian binning (1GB) are employed to obtain the probabilities of the vibrational states. We consider the two major issues of the polyatomic quasiclassical product analysis, i.e., (1) rounding the classical action to the nearest integer can result in unphysical states and (2) the normal-mode analysis can break down for highly distorted geometries. We show that 1GB can handle issue 1 when the total vibrational energy is evaluated in the normal mode space using the harmonic approximation and both issues 1 and 2 can be solved when the total vibrational energy is calculated exactly in the Cartesian space. We found that anharmonicity in the quantized energy levels does not have a significant effect on the final-state distributions. Quasiclassical trajectory calculations are performed for the reactant ground-state and bending-excited Cl((2)P(3/2)) + CH(4)(v(4/2) = 0, 1) → H + CH(3)Cl reactions using an ab initio potential energy surface. The product analysis techniques are successfully applied to the CH(3)Cl product molecules and some qualitative features of the results are discussed.  相似文献

The complex cations [C5H5Fe(CO)2L]BF4 (L = (C6H5)3−nP(NR2)n; n = 0−3 R = CH3, C2H5) have been obtained from the reaction of [C5H5Fe(CO)2THF]BF4 (I) with L. The reaction of I with E(NR2)3 (E = As, Sb; R= CH3) is also described. Spectroscopic investigations (IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR) indicate an increase in electron density on the iron center through increase of the number of P-bound NR2 groups.  相似文献

Methods are developed for obtaining oxy radicals by the photodecomposition and thermal decomposition of precursors (Si–O)2Si(N=N–O·)(R) and (Si–O)2Si(O–C·=O)(R). The mechanism of these processes is established. Kinetic data are obtained for the reaction of hydrogen atom transfer in oxy radicals (Si–O)2Si(O·)(R) (R = H, D, CH3, CD3, and C2H5). The activation energies of hydrogen atom transfer are found for three-, four-, and five-membered transition states: 13.5 ± 1, 18 ± 1, and <10 kcal/mol, respectively. For the reaction of H(D) atom transfer in the (Si–O)2Si(O·)(H(D)) radical, the kinetic isotope effect is found. Quantum-chemical calculations were used to determine the structures of transition states in the studied processes. Experimental studies were carried out using ESR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Twinning to the (001) direction with the special conditionc */4a * = cos * causes systematic superposition of the reciprocal lattices of both domains and results in an apparent unit cell with double volume and the reflection condition (2h)kl, l=2n. The structure solution was obtained with the subset of intensity data for the predominant individuum and converged atR = 0.040,R w =0.046 for 832 independent observations and 122 variables. Reactions of (menthyl)PH2 and H2CCHRf6 (menthyl=1R,3R,4S; Rfn=(CF2)n−1CF3) or H2CCHRf8 (AIBN, refluxing THF) give (menthyl)PH(CH2CH2Rfn) and then (menthyl)P(CH2CH2Rfn)2 (n=6, 7; n=8, 8), but with purification or other difficulties at each stage. Reactions of (menthyl)PCl2 with IMgCH2CH2Rfn give, under careful conditions, analytically pure 7 or 8 in 28–32% yields after distillation. Some Rfn(CH2)4Rfn also form. These represent the first chiral (and non-racemic) fluorous phosphines. Reactions of 7 or 8 with [Ir(COD)Cl]2 and CO give trans-[(menthyl)P(CH2CH2Rfn)2]2Ir(Cl)(CO) (n=6, 71%; 8, 51%) as analytically pure yellow oils. Their IR νCO values show the donor/acceptor properties of 7 and 8 to be intermediate between those of P((CH2)3Rf8)3 and P((CH2)4Rf8)3. The CF3C6F11:toluene partition coefficients of 7 and 8 (27°C, 78.4:21.6 and 93.7:6.3) are distinctly lower than those of P((CH2)2Rfn)3 (n=6, 98.8:1.2; n=8, >99.7:<0.3), reflecting the replacement of a linear C8–C10 group that is ca. 75–80% fluorinated by a cyclic C10 terpenyl group. Reactions of 7 or 8 with [Rh(COD)Cl]2 give [(menthyl)P(CH2CH2Rfn)2]Rh(Cl)(COD) (n=6, 69%; 8, 70%) as orange crystallizable oils.  相似文献

One-pot oxidation of R3Sb (R=Ph, Me, Cl, or C6F5) withtert-butyl hydroperoxide in the presence of 1,2-diols and monodentate donor compounds was studied. The structures of the resulting neutral organic donor-acceptor SbV complexes, Ph3(C6H4O2)Sb…OSMe2, Ph3(C6H4O2)Sb…ONC5H5, Me3(C6H4O2)Sb…ONC5H5, Me3(C6H4O2)Sb…NC5H5, Ph3(C2H4O2)Sb…ONC5H5, and Cl(C6F5)2(C2H4O2)Sb…OPPh3, were established by X-ray diffraction analysis. In these complexes, the coordination environment about the Sb atoms is a distorted octahedron. The Sb?O(N) distances and the Sb?O?E angles (E=S, N, or P) vary over wide ranges.  相似文献

This paper presents the theoretical studies of the reactions of Cl atoms with CF3CH2OCH3, CF3CH2OCH2F and CF3CH2OCHF2 using an ab initio direct dynamics theory. The geometries and vibrational frequencies of the reactants, complexes, transition states and products are calculated at the MP2/6-31+(d,p) level. The minimum energy path is also calculated at same level. The MC-QCISD method is carried out for further refining the energetic information. The rate constants are evaluated with the canonical variational transition state theory (CVT) and CVT with small curvature tunneling contributions in the temperature range 200–1,500 K. The dissociation energies of Fe(CO)n (n=2–4) are computed using correlation consistent basis sets and the CCSD(T) approach. The dissociation energies are extrapolated to the CBS limit and are corrected for core–valence (CV), scalar relativistic, spin–orbit, zero-point, and thermal effects. Our iron carbonyl bond strengths agree with experiment within the respective error bars. We use our dissociations energies at 298 K to obtain the heats of formation of Fe(CO)n (n=1–4).  相似文献

The ab initio crystal orbital calculations on conjugated aromatic six-membered rings polymers,namely,poly(p-phenylene) (PPP),poly(2,5-pyridinediyl) (PPD),poly(2,5-phosphabenzene) (PPB) and ploy(2,5-arsabenzene) (PAB) are reported.The comparison of the important electronic properties of these polymers,such as band gap,bandwidth,ionization potential and electron affinity,indicates that PPP is the best intrinsic semiconductor,and PPD has the best prospects for forming n-doped conducting materials.  相似文献
