The composition of the essential oil isolated under production conditions from the woody verdure ofLarix sibirica Lbd. growing in the Krasnoyarsk district has been studied. The bulk of the essential oil is composed of monoterpenes (84.95%). Among the sesquiterpene hydrocarbons -murolene, -humulene, and caryophyllene are present in considerable amounts. The sesquiterpene alcohol -cadinol has been detected. -Murolene, -murolene, and longifolene have been isolated from the essential oil in the chromatographically pure state by column and preparative thin-layer chromatography.Siberian Branch, Krasnoyarsk Technological Institute. The composition of the terpenoid and sesquiterpene hydrocarbon fraction ofSalvia garedzhii has been studied by chromato-mass spectrometry. A total of 19 compounds have been identified and a provisional assignment of another 6 components has been made.K. A. Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy. An analytical separation has been performed of the essential oil of the bark of one-year winter shoots ofL. sukaczewii andL. sibirica. Out of the 37 terpenes detected, 13 monoterpenes have been identified. The two species have identical sets of monoterpenes with significant differences in their relative amounts.Botanical Garden-Institute, Ufa Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the essential oils of the woody verdure and bark of the Siberian fir have been studied. It has been shown that the oils investigated differ both in their amount and in the ratio of their individual components. The annual dynamics of the main substances are also different.Deceased.V. N. The composition of the essential oil isolated under production conditions from the woody verdure ofLarix sibirica Lbd. growing in the Krasnoyarsk district has been studied. The bulk of the essential oil is composed of monoterpenes (84.95%). Among the sesquiterpene hydrocarbons α-murolene, β-humulene, and caryophyllene are present in considerable amounts. The sesquiterpene alcohol δ-cadinol has been detected. α-Murolene, γ-murolene, and longifolene have been isolated from the essential oil in the chromatographically pure state by column and preparative thin-layer chromatography. 相似文献

Information is given on the qualitative and quantitative changes in the essential oil from the woody verdure of the Siberian larch. It has been established that during the vegetation period not only does the amount of essential oil in the woody verdure of the Siberian larch change but so also does the ratio of its individual components.Siberian Technological Institute, Krasnoyarsk.
