液相色谱保留值的预测一直是色谱领域里研究最为活跃的领域之一,寻找一种以最少系数求算和预测色谱保留值是色谱工作者的长期研究的目标,但目前,仍没有真正的预测方法。我们在液相色谱保留值基本方程的基础上,曾对不同C_(18)的担体上的保留规律进行过研究,并从中引入了溶质lnk′=A C·C_B BlnC_B (1)作用指数的概念,作用指数即为方程(1)中的参数C(参数B在反相色谱中忽略),CB为二元冲洗剂中强冲洗组分的浓度。本文从溶质的作用指数出发来探讨反相液相色谱保留值的预测模式。 相似文献

研究指出,反相液相色谱中同系物的容量因子对数lnk'与常沸点的直线关系在不同流动相组成下有一共同交点,此交点规律可用如下交点方程描述: lnk'-lnk_0'=B_1(t_b-t_b~0) 利用最优化求极值法求出九组同系物在三种色谱柱上四类流动相的交点常数。按交点方程预测同系物中所有成员的容量因子,488个数据点的绝对平均误差为2.4%。 相似文献

以烷烃甲基酮类作为标准参照物,建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)的保留指数系统,并探讨了流动相、有机修饰剂浓度对保留指数的影响。这种RP-HPLC保留数据标准化方法可以减小RP-HPLC保留值的变异性。药物保留指数随色谱条件变化改变较小,可在实验室间进行比较。该系列参照物不仅可用于紫外检测系统,还可用于示差折光检测系统,本文所建立的RP-HPLC保留指数系统已在ODS和苯基柱上测定了70多种药物及其代谢物。 相似文献

Equations have been obtained for the dependence of relative retention and retention indexes on average column pressure. The equations suggested conform well with experimental data. It was shown that limiting value of relative retention (at the pressure approaches zero) is an invariant retention value. The nature of the stationary liquid phase used and its film thickness have a substantial influence on the dependence of relative retention and capacity factor on the pressure. 相似文献

This paper studied the effect of different chromatographic parameters in RP-HPLC (for example,composition of mobile phase, temperature, number of carbon atoms within the solute molecules, solvent molecules and alkyl ligand on bonded phase surface) on the retention convergence based on the displacement adsorption multi-interaction model,and derived a few retention convergent equations by using thermodynamic method,which have been verified by a great deal of experimental data of homologous series.Moreover,we have developed a general method, which can calculate the coordinate values of various retention convergent points by computer directly from experimental data,and the results predicted are in good agreement with that obtained by using plotting method. 相似文献

Summary Relative retention data and Kováts retention indices were measured for several hydrocarbons (mainly for alkylbenzenes) on dinonylphtalate and polyethylenelycol 4000 stationary phase. Correlations were searched between these retention data and the following physical (boiling point, molrefraction, molvolume) and topological (connectiviity index and general index of molecular complexity) properties of solutes. The best fitting equations was choosen among more than 150 equations involving linear, quadratic, exponential, two variables linear and quadratic dependence of retention data and the properties mentioned as well as their inverses. 相似文献

采用一种简单的“混合配体”方法将辛基和磺酸基键合到硅胶表面,制备了辛基-磺酸基共同键合硅胶(OSS)材料。通过元素分析和吸附容量检测对OSS材料进行表征,证明辛基和磺酸基已成功键合到硅胶表面上。将该OSS硅胶材料作为混合模式反相强阳离子交换(RP/SCX)色谱固定相,在反相液相色谱(RPLC)流动相条件下,采用几种碱性探针分子定量地考察了该固定相的混合模式RP/SCX保留机理。通过改变流动相中缓冲盐的浓度,考察了溶质保留因子和盐浓度的对数和倒数的关系,得到了几种碱性探针分子在该混合模式OSS固定相上的单点和两点保留机理的数学模型。对两种数学模型的方程进行了线性拟合,结果表明两点保留机理更加符合实验的结果。此外,根据混合模式两点保留机理的数学方程,可以得到单一的疏水或离子交换作用力对总保留的影响,对混合模式色谱的实际分离应用可提供有价值的参考。 相似文献

Summary A general chromatographic model has been set up starting from a set of equations based on the concept of the velocity of a
solute along the column. The composition of the mobile phase is taken into account solely as a numerical factor entering into
suitable equations and totally independent of the chemical-properties of the constituents. A few isocratic experimental runs
are necessary as input data, and subsequently a small amount of computational effort is sufficient to make predictions of
retention times under gradient elution conditions for solutes of whatever chemical structure. The prediction errors are dependent

Summary Retention models for anionic analytes and mobile phase compounds in reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic systems have been studied. The solid phase was a polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer. The analytes were mono- and divalent anions monitored by indirect detection technique. The mobile phase was highly alkaline and contained a detectable anion, sulfanilic acid.Expressions for the ion-pair retention of solutes and mobile phase components have been developed assuming Langmuir distribution of ion-pairs to a solid phase with one kind of binding site. The validity of the expressions and the origin of system peaks have been confirmed by determination of distribution constants using linear regression. 相似文献

糖类化合物因其极性强,在反相色谱模式下保留较弱,因此常用亲水作用色谱(HILIC)对其进行分离分析。本文以9种糖类化合物的混合物为研究对象,系统评价了其在Click TE-Cys亲水色谱柱上的保留行为,分别考察了流动相中有机相比例和盐浓度对其保留行为的影响。实验证明:9种糖类化合物按极性由小到大的顺序依次从Click TE-Cys色谱柱上被洗脱下来。随着有机相比例的增加,糖类化合物的保留增强;随着盐浓度的增加,除唾液酸外的糖类化合物的保留增强。用顶替-吸附液相相互作用模型模拟了糖类化合物在HILIC上的保留行为,采用保留方程ln k=a+blnCB+cCB描述HILIC的保留规律,对HILIC的保留值进行多元线性回归。结果表明糖类化合物在Click TE-Cys色谱柱上的保留行为符合HILIC的保留规律。 相似文献
