A directing/protecting group designed for regioselective functionalization of partially-protected glucopyrannosides has been successfully used to prepare disaccharides in high yields. Most importantly, it has been demonstrated that highly regioselective and stereoselective glycosylation can be achieved when disarmed donors are employed. This study demonstrates the ability of directing/protecting group to induce regioselective glycosylation of carbohydrates and opens the field to the design of other DPGs for other monosaccharides.  相似文献

Amino group protective strategy has consequently emerged in multistep organic synthesis. Easy and selective deprotection procedures are crucial to facilitate the chemical transformation. Recently, Zhang's group from Henan Normal University collaborating with Chen's group of Nankai University developed a novel strategy for the regiospecific cleavage of inert aryl C-N bonds in N-aryl amides by hypervalent iodine(V) reagents. These procedures allow removal of sort of aryl groups under mild conditions to give primary amides in high efficiency. It bestows these aryl groups with the characteristics of amino protecting groups that might be the supplement of amino protecting group chemistry.  相似文献

A series of new fluorescent ester conjugates of carboxylic acids including amino acids was synthesized by coupling with an environment-sensitive fluorophore 1-acetylpyrene. Interestingly, the fluorescence properties of the ester conjugates and 1-acetylpyrene were found to be highly sensitive to its surrounding environment. The results obtained from the photolysis of the ester conjugates indicated that various factors like solvent, irradiation wavelength, and the structure of the conjugates govern the rate of the photocleavage.  相似文献

A new fluorous benzylidene acetal protecting group was regioselectively introduced into carbohydrates, deprotected under acidic conditions, and reused. Oligosaccharides were synthesized via regioselective conversion of the fluorous acetal group to the benzyl group by traditional reaction conditions. The fluorous compounds were easily separated from non-fluorous by-products by fluorous solid phase extraction.  相似文献

Photocleavable protecting groups are important in synthesis and caging. Among many such groups, 2-nitrobenzyl and related groups have been found useful in many applications. However, most of the known 2-nitrobenzyl-based caging chromophores show either low quantum yield or the photolysis wavelength is not suitable for various applications. In this paper, we report 2-nitro-3-naphthalenemethanol (NNM) as an efficient photocleavable protecting group for molecules containing a carboxylic function. NNM possesses photochemical properties better than the 2-nitrobenzyl chromophores as it is photoactivatable at 380 nm in aqueous medium (CH3CN/H2O, 3:2 v/v) showing the desired photochemistry. The carboxylic acids are efficiently photoreleased from NNM-based esters in almost quantitative yield.  相似文献

Dimethylmaleoyl (DMM) moiety has become an important amine protective group in sugar chemistry. We disclose herein that DMM-containing D-glucosamine analogues, because of their electrophilic nature, are prone to reactions with strong nucleophiles, such as hydrazine, resulting in a set of undesired side products that are difficult to detect, yet proved to be problematic for organic synthesis.  相似文献

A new IL-supported diol,1-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate has been synthesized and char- acterized by FT-IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS (ESI).Its physical properties such as freezing point,solubility and specific gravity and thermal stability were determined.Synthetic utilities of the resultant diol as a protecting group for aldehydes were also investigated.  相似文献

A new reagent, tert-butyl (2,4-dioxo-3-azaspiro [5,5] undecan-3-yl) carbonate (Boc-OASUD) for the preparation of N-Boc-amino acids is described. The Boc-OASUD reacts with amino acids and their esters at room temperature in the presence of a base and gives N-Boc-amino acids and their esters in good yields and purity. Introduction of the Boc group takes place without racemization. The Boc-OASUD, being a solid and more stable, is a better alternative to di-tert-butyl dicarbonate which is low melting and has to be dispensed in plastic containers than glass because of its poor stability.  相似文献

In order to improve the stability of phenacyloxycarbamidomethyl (Pocam) group, a cysteine protecting group removable with zinc reduction, under acidic conditions, various alkyl substituents on the nitrogen atom of Pocam group were examined. As a result, attachment of an electron-withdrawing group improved the stability, and 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl (Tfe) group was most effective among four substituents tested. Tfe-Pocam group could be used in solid-phase peptide synthesis and peptide condensation reactions, and it was also useful for regioselective disulfide formation reactions.  相似文献

As an efficient alcohol protecting group, picolinates (Pic), prepared from the corresponding alcohols using commercial picolinoyl chloride, are readily cleaved by Zn(OAc)2 or Cu(OAc)2, even in the presence of other common alcohol protecting groups. Moreover, the picolinyl group at C-2 position in carbohydrates can be selectively cleaved to give methyl 4,6-O-benzylidene-3-O-picolinyl-α-d-glucopyranoside and 3-O-picolinyl methyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-d-galactopyranoside in good yields.  相似文献

The optimal conditions for the regioselective deprotection of per-N-Cbz-kanamycin A and the reaction mechanism was investigated. We found that the Cbz group at N-3″ position was selectively deprotected under milder basic conditions and the cyclic carbamate is an intermediate of the deprotection reaction. The selective deprotection of the amine protecting group enable us to synthesize several kanamycin A dimers linked at N-3″ position in a straightforward way.  相似文献

3,3-Dimethoxypropylsulfonyl (Dimps) chloride was prepared and used as a new versatile sulfonating agent for ammonia, primary and secondary amines to afford corresponding Dimps-amides in excellent yields. The resulting N-nonsubstituted and N-monosubstituted Dimps-amides, activated amines, were alkylated satisfactorily under new Mitsunobu conditions. The Dimps group was removed by treatment in aqueous solution under acidic followed by basic conditions. Furthermore, epilachnene, the defensive droplets from the Mexican bean beetle, Epilachna varivestis, was synthesized utilizing this Dimps methodology in short steps.  相似文献

Chiral primary amine thiourea catalysts were first successfully applied to promote Michael addition of isobutyraldehyde to maleimides. A variety of N-aryl and N-aliphatic maleimides provided Michael adducts in excellent yields (up to 98%) and enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee) with 5 mol % catalyst.  相似文献

A BH3 group is found to be an effective protecting group for phosphonic acid esters. This new phosphonic acid protecting group was applied to the synthesis of a dithymidine H-phosphonate derivative from a dithymidine boranophosphate derivative. Triarylmethyl cations were found to be effective for the deprotection of the BH3 group in the dithymidine boranophosphate diester to afford the corresponding H-phosphonate derivative in excellent yield.  相似文献

Graphitized carbon black (GCB) and primary secondary amine (PSA) as dispersive-SPE sorbents were applied to optimize the method for the determination of 17 organophosphorus pesticides in spinach which contained so many pigments using GC with flame photometric detector (FPD). The sample was extracted with ACN, and an aliquot of the extract was concentrated to near dryness. Ethyl acetate or acetone was chosen as the dissolving solvent. Subsequently, dispersive-SPE was used for cleanup, and the type and quantity of sorbents (GCB, PSA and activated carbon) were tested in the experiments. The best results were when acetone was used to dissolve and 30 mg each of GCB and PSA for cleanup. In this condition, recoveries of pesticides analyzed were between 52-117% with RSD below 10%, and LOQ ranged from 10 to 20 microg/kg. This method was simple, effective and efficient, and can protect the GC system to some extent.  相似文献
