色满-4-酮并[2,3-b]喹啉酮衍生物的合成 总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1
以丙酮和适当的芳香醛以及丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成出未见报道的5-芳基- 1,3-环已二酮作为合成块。利用Friedlaender合成法与2-氨基-3-甲酰基色满-4- 酮缩合,首次完成色满-4-酮并[2,3-b]喹啉酮新四环系化合物的合成。所合成的化 合物均经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR光谱和元素分析予以证实。化合物2a的结构也从 色谱-质谱联机分析的质谱数据得到进一步确认。化合物的药理学离体实验表明, 化合物2a具有较强的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的活性。 相似文献

1,5-萘二酚经Pechmann缩合,烯丙基醚化,Claisen重排,乙酰化,溴加成,闭环六步反应,合成了一个新型的呋喃香豆素类似物,2H-4,8-二甲基呋喃并[2',3':5,6]萘并[1,2-b]吡喃-2-酮(6)。所得2~6的5个新化合物的结构均经^1H NMR,MS,IR,元素分析确证,测试了化合物6的紫外及荧光光谱。在DMSO-Tris HCl体系中,用荧光淬灭技术考察了6和7的DNA嵌入活性,求取了Scatchard表观嵌入常数,发现6和7都能有效地嵌入小牛胸腺DNA中,6的嵌入活性小于7。 相似文献

8-异戊烯基黄酮是一类具有显著生物活性的天然产物.以2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮和3,4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料,用氯甲基甲醚保护羟基,经羟醛缩合、碘催化环合、过氧丙酮(DMDO)氧化、O-异戊烯基化、微波促进的Claisen重排、脱甲氧甲基保护基、O-甲基化和异戊烯基侧链环合等反应步骤,完成了8-异戊烯基槲皮素-3-甲醚(1)、8-异戊烯基槲皮素-3,7,3',4'-四甲醚(2)和ArtochaminC(3)这3种8-异戊烯基黄酮类天然产物的合成.并对由微波促进的由5-O-异戊烯基黄酮类化合物合成8-C-异戊烯基黄酮类化合物的Claisen重排反应的关键步骤进行了探讨.所有合成的化合物经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR和MS等结构确证. 相似文献

以5-溴-2-甲氧基-1, 3-苯二甲醛与二乙烯三胺通过[2+2]缩合,合成了一个新的六氮杂二十四元大环配体, 并在[Cu(CH3CN)4]ClO4存在下生成Cu(I)大环配合物, 然后在空气(或氧气)中氧化, 得到了新的大环双核Cu(II)配合物, 用多种方法对其进行了表征, 用1H NMR谱等方法鉴定了氧化产物。实验结果表明: 在Cu(I)配合物氧化过程中,能使配体环上的一个甲氧基发生断裂, 形成苯氧桥和水桥联的Cu(II)配合物。在木质素酶等单加氧酶的氧化过程中也伴随着氧化去甲基作用。本文首次用大环配合物对这一过程进行了模拟, 并测定了氧化反应中的吸氧量和吸氧速率常数。 相似文献

An approach to fused and spirocyclic oxygen-containing cyclobutanone derivatives based on ketene [2+2] cycloaddition with vinyl ethers is described. Using alicyclic chloroanhydrides as ketene sources as well as cyclic vinyl ethers in the reaction resulted in the formation of three-dimensional conformationally restricted building blocks of interest to medicinal chemistry and organic synthesis. In particular, 2-oxaspiro(bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-7,1′-cycloalkane)-6-ones and 2-oxaspiro(bicyclo[4.2.0]octane-8,1′-cycloalkane)-6-ones were obtained. The procedure involves readily available and inexpensive starting materials and allows construction of complex molecular architectures on a large scale in a single run. 相似文献

Three silicon centered spirocyclic compounds 1-3, possessing silicon fused six- and five-membered rings have been prepared by the reaction of NHSi (L) [L = CH{(C=CH(2))(CMe)(2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3)N)(2)}Si] with benzoylpyridine, diisopropyl azodicarboxylate, and 1,2-diphenylhydrazine, respectively, in a 1:1 ratio. The three spirocyclic compounds (1- 3) were obtained by three different pathways. The reaction of L with benzoylpyridine leads to the activation of the pyridine ring, and dearomatization occurred. Treatment of diisopropyl azodicarboxylate with L favors a [1 + 4]- rather than a [1 + 2]-cycloaddition product, and the azo compound was converted to hydrazone derivative. Finally the reaction of 1,2-diphenylhydrazine and L results in the elimination of hydrogen by activating one of the C-H bonds present in the phenyl ring. All three complexes 1- 3 were characterized by single crystal X-ray structural analysis, NMR spectroscopy, EI-MS spectrometry, and elemental analysis. 首次报道了纳米TiO_2催化1,2-环己二酮与2-氨基苯甲酰衍生物的串联Friedlander反应,合成了9个二苯并1,10-菲咯啉的衍生物(3a~3i),其中3b,3c,3e~3g和3i为新化合物,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和HRMS(ESI)表征。以6,7-二氢-5,8-二苯基苯并[1,10]菲咯啉(3a)的合成为例,对反应条件进行了优化。最佳反应条件为:锐钛型纳米二氧化钛用量为0.2 eq.,1a与2投料比为2.1∶1,乙腈为溶剂,于80℃反应7 h,收率83%。并对反应机理进行了探讨。 相似文献

[reaction: see text] Synthesis of chiral spirocyclic helical compounds which mimic the molecular architecture of the potent DNA bulge binder obtained from the antitumor agent NCS-chrom has been accomplished. Structural analysis of the compounds by CD and NMR is presented. NMR titration study indicates binding of P,alpha-helimer (1d) at a two-base bulge site in a DNA oligomer, providing insight to the design of agents as specific probes of a bulged structure in nucleic acids. 相似文献
