Very recently Deo, in the paper “Simultaneous approximation by Lupas operators with weighted function of Szasz operators” [J. Inequal. Pure Appl. Math., 5, No. 4 (2004)] claimed to introduce the integral modifications of Lupas operators. These operators were first introduced in 1993 by Gupta and Srivastava. They estimated the simultaneous approximation for these operators and called them Baskakov-Szasz operators. There are several misprints in the paper by Deo. This motivated us to perform subsequent investigations in this direction. We extend the study and estimate a saturation result in simultaneous approximation for the linear combinations of these summation-integral-type operators. By analogy with Feller’s general probabilistic scheme used in the construction of many classical convergent sequences of linear operators, in this paper, we consider a Feller-kind scheme based on the possibilistic integral, for the construction of convergent sequences of nonlinear operators. In particular, in the discrete case, all the so-called max-product Bernstein-type operators and their qualitative convergence properties are recovered. Also, discrete nonperiodic nonlinear possibilistic convergent operators of Picard type, Gauss–Weierstrass type and Poisson–Cauchy type are studied and the possibility of introduction of discrete periodic(trigonometric) nonlinear possibilistic operators of de la Vallée–Poussin type, of Fejér type and of Jackson type is mentioned as future directions of research.  相似文献

The concern of this paper is to continue the investigation of convergence properties of nonlinear approximation operators, which are defined by Karsli. In details, the paper centers around Urysohn‐type nonlinear counterpart of the Bernstein operators. As a continuation of the study of Karsli, the present paper is devoted to obtain Voronovskaya‐type theorems for the Urysohn‐type nonlinear Bernstein operators.  相似文献

Starting with the well‐ known Bernstein operators, in the present paper, we give a new generalization of the bivariate type. The approximation properties of this new class of bivariate operators are studied. Also, the extension of the proposed operators, namely, the generalized Boolean sum (GBS) in the Bögel space of continuous functions is given. In order to underline the fact that in this particular case, GBS operator has better order of convergence than the original ones, some numerical examples are provided with the aid of Maple soft. Also, the error of approximation for the modified Bernstein operators and its GBS‐type operator are compared.  相似文献

As a consequence of Jensen's inequality, centered operators of probabilistic type (also called Bernstein-type operators) approximate convex functions from above. Starting from this fact, we consider several pairs of classical operators and determine, in each case, which one is better to approximate convex functions. In almost all the discussed examples, the conclusion follows from a simple argument concerning composition of operators. However, when comparing Szász-Mirakyan operators with Bernstein operators over the positive semi-axis, the result is derived from the convex ordering of the involved probability distributions. Analogous results for non-centered operators are also considered.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors consider a class of bilinear pseudo-differential operators with symbols of order 0 and type (1, 0) in the sense of Ho¨rmander and use the atomic decompositions of local Hardy spaces to establish the boundedness of the bilinear pseudo-differential operators and the bilinear singular integral operators on the product of local Hardy spaces.  相似文献

We establish the limiting weak type behaviors of Riesz transforms associated to the Bessel operators on IR+. which are closely related to the best constants of the weak type (1,1) estimates for such operators. Meanwhile, the corresponding results for Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator and fractional maximal operator in Bessel setting are also obtained.  相似文献

In this paper we study the mixed summation-integral type operators having Szász and Beta basis functions. We extend the study of Gupta and Noor [V. Gupta, M.A. Noor, Convergence of derivatives for certain mixed Szász-Beta operators, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 321 (1) (2006) 1-9] and obtain some direct results in local approximation without and with iterative combinations. This paper gives the concepts of finite dimensional irreducible operators((FDI) operators)and infinite dimensional irreducible operators((IDI) operators). Discusses the relationships of(FDI)operators,(IDI) operators and strongly irreducible operators((SI) operators) and illustrates some properties of the three classes of operators. Some sufficient conditions for the finite-dimensional irreducibility of operators which have the forms of upper triangular operator matrices are given. This paper proves that every operator with a singleton spectrum is a small compact perturbation of an(FDI) operator on separable Banach spaces and shows that every bounded linear operator T can be approximated by operators in(Σ FDI)(X) with respect to the strong-operator topology and every compact operator K can be approximated by operators in(Σ FDI)(X) with respect to the norm topology on a Banach space X with a Schauder basis, where(ΣFDI)(X) := {T∈B(X) : T=Σki=1Ti, Ti ∈(FDI), k ∈ N}.  相似文献

The main aim of this paper is to study a general multisublinear operators generated by quasi-concave functions between weighted Banach function lattices. These operators, in particular, generalize the Hardy–Littlewood and fractional maximal functions playing an important role in harmonic analysis. We prove that under some general geometrical assumptions on Banach function lattices two-weight weak type and also strong type estimates for these operators are true. To derive the main results of this paper we characterize the strong type estimate for a variant of multilinear averaging operators. As special cases we provide boundedness results for fractional maximal operators in concrete function spaces.  相似文献

In the present paper, we study approximation properties of multiple generating functions type bivariate Meyer-König and Zeller (MKZ) operators with the help of Volkov type theorem. We compute the order of convergence of these operators by means of modulus of continuity and the elements of modified Lipschitz class. In recent years the coincidence of the operator relations equivalence after extension (EAE) and Schur coupling (SC) was settled for the Hilbert space case. For Banach space operators, it is known that SC implies EAE, but the converse implication is only known for special classes of operators, such as Fredholm operators with index zero and operators that can in norm be approximated by invertible operators. In this paper we prove that the implication EAE ? SC also holds for inessential Banach space operators. The inessential operators were introduced as a generalization of the compact operators, and include, besides the compact operators, also the strictly singular and strictly co-singular operators; in fact they form the largest ideal such that the invertible elements in the associated quotient algebra coincide with (the equivalence classes of) the Fredholm operators.  相似文献

In this paper, the stability properties, the endpoint behavior and the invertible relations of Cauchy-type singular integral operators over an open curve are discussed. If the endpoints of the curve are not special, this type of operators are proved to be stable. At the endpoints, either the singularity or smoothness of the operators are exactly described. And the function sets or spaces on which the operators are invertible as well as the corresponding inverted operators are given. Meanwhile, some applications for the solution of Cauchy-type singular integral equations are illustrated.
