An efficient and facile synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives in excellent isolated yields by the condensation of 1,2‐diamines and 1,2‐diketones on grinding under solvent‐free conditions at ambient temperature has been developed. 4H‐1,4‐Benzothiazine‐1,1‐dioxide derivatives were synthesized through a sequence of almost quantitative reactions. The commercial starting material 2‐(methylsulfanyl)aniline was Boc‐protected, N‐acylated and oxidized at the sulfur atom to obtain a sulfonyl derivative. An anionic transposition of the acyl group followed by asimultaneous deprotection‐cyclization gave the title products in excellent yields. All products and intermediates were fully characterized.  相似文献

Some task‐specific ionic liquids N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethyl‐N,N′‐dipropanesulfonic acid ethylene‐diammonium hydrogen sulfate, N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethyl‐N,N′‐dipropanesulfonic acid‐1,3‐propanediammonium hydrogen sulfate, N,N,N′,N′‐ tetramethyl‐N,N′‐ dipropanesulfonic acid‐1,6‐hexanediammonium hydrogen sulfate were prepared. These ionic liquids could be used as efficient and recyclable catalysts for the synthesis of α‐aminophosphonates at room temperature via an one‐pot three‐component reaction under organic solvent‐free conditions with good yields of 83–96%. The postprocessing was simple, and the catalysts could be reused at least six times without noticeably decreasing the catalytic activity. The novel clean procedure offers the advantages including short reaction time, good yields, operational simplicity, and environmentally benign. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An improved and general synthesis of saccharin methylthio and methylsulfone derivatives from chlorosubstituted saccharins is presented. A large‐scale procedure for preparation of chloro‐substituted saccharins was developed. Treatment of the saccharin chlorides with sodium thiomethoxide and t‐BuOK in DMF gave the saccharin methyl sulfides, which upon chromium(VI) oxide catalyzed oxidation with periodic acid afforded the corresponding saccharin methylsulfones in high yields.  相似文献

β‐K2Cr2O7     
The monoclinic modification of dipotassium dichromate, β‐K2Cr2O7, has been synthesized in the K2Cr2O7–H2O system. The structure consists of K+ cations and Cr2O72? dimers. In contrast with triclinic α‐K2Cr2O7 [Kuz'min, Ilyukhin, Kharitonov & Belov (1969). Krist.Tech. 4 , 441–461], the Cr2O72? groups in β‐K2Cr2O7 have twofold crystallographic symmetry and are parallel to each other.  相似文献

The present short communication describes a Lewis acid (Zn[(L)proline]2) catalysed one pot synthesis of Hantzsch 1,4‐dihydropyridine (DHP) derivatives under solvent‐free condition by conventional heating and microwave irradiation. The Lewis acid catalyst Zn[(L)proline]2 used in this reaction afford moderate to good yield. The catalyst is reusable upto five cycles without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A novel super acidic magnetic nanoparticle as catalyst was successfully synthesized. The preparation of this dendrimer sulfonic acid functionalized γ‐Fe2O3 magnetic core‐shell silica nanoparticles as a new recoverable and heterogeneous nanocatalyst was described. The new catalyst was characterized using various techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), and thermo gravimetric synthesis (TGA). Moreover, we have examined the catalytic activity of the catalyst for one‐pot, efficient and facile synthesis of 2‐hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthoquinone derivatives via a three‐component condensation reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, aromatic aldehydes and aniline derivatives. High yields of products, short reaction times, waste‐free, mild, ambient and solvent‐free reaction conditions are advantages of this protocol. Also, the catalyst can be easily recovered by an external magnetic and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Ethyl 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate derivatives 2 were obtained and isolated in low yields from the condensation of 2‐aminophenol and ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate. They can be obtained by hydrogenation of ethyl 2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate in satisfactory yield. Using 2‐iminophenol did not direct the condensation with ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate towards 2 but was fruitfull for the preparation of ethyl 2‐(4‐benzyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3‐yl)acetate from ethyl bromocrotonate.  相似文献

In this research, a solvent‐free four‐component one‐pot reaction of phenyl isothiocyanate, phenylacetylene, various kinds of aldehydes, and amines was interpreted to obtain the desired five‐membered heterocycles named thiazolidin‐2‐imines. The promotor of this transformation is a novel magnetite‐based multilayered inorganic–bioorganic nanohybrid prepared via embedding glutamic acid on the magnetized silica followed by anchoring Cu (II) [nano Fe3O4‐SiO2@Glu‐Cu (II)]. The newly synthesized nanostructure is characterized through Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDAX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray fluorescence (XRF), thermogravimetric analysis or derivative thermogravimetric (TGA/DTG), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) techniques. This protocol is a straightforward one‐step procedure to obtain thiazolidin‐2‐imines without requirement to propargylamines or imines as substrates. In addition, easy work‐up procedure, high yields of products, absence of organic solvents in the reaction media, recovery and reusability of nano Fe3O4‐SiO2@Glu‐Cu ( II) to promote the reaction at least for three runs without activity lost, simple separation of the catalyst from reaction mixture via an external magnet, and regioselectivity of the method are some highlighted aspects of the approach.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives has been achieved by the one‐pot cyclocondensation reaction of methyl 3‐aminocrotonate and a range of aldehydes in the presence of chlorotrimethylsilane as a promoter under solvent‐free conditions. The cyclocondenstion reaction requires a very short time and takes place in good to excellent yields. Furthermore iodotriethylsilane, generated in situ by the reaction of triethylsilane and methyl iodide in the presence of palladium chloride, has been investigated for the synthesis of 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives. This facile and efficient method affords high yields for the preparation of 1,4‐dihydropyridines at room temperature and short reaction times. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Cobalt manganese oxide nanocatalyst was synthesized and it was found that it is a highly efficient green catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐1‐arylmethyl‐1H‐1,3‐benzimidazoles under solvent‐free conditions. The marked advantages of this method are the simple experimental procedures, shorter reaction times, high yields of product, reusable and non‐toxic catalyst and solvent‐free conditions. A green and efficient one‐pot two‐step synthesis of ethyl 2‐(alkylimino)‐4‐methyl‐3‐(alkanoyl)‐2,3‐dihydrothiazole‐5‐carboxylates from the reaction between acyl chlorides, ammonium thiocyanate, primary alkylamines, and ethyl 2‐chloroacetoacetae under mild, solvent‐ and catalyst‐free conditions at room temperature is presented. This efficient and straightforward technique gave the expected products in good to high yields in 2–4 hr without the creation of any by‐product in all reactions.  相似文献

A magnetically separable core–shell CoFe2O4@SiO2‐SO3H nanocatalyst has been successfully exploited as a heterogeneous acid catalyst in the synthesis of diversely substituted biologically important spiro fused pyrrolo/indolo[1,2‐a]quinoxaline derivatives through the condensation of N‐(2‐aminophenyl)pyrroles/indoles and various cyclic conjugated 1,2‐diones in ethanol under ultrasonic irradiation. Room temperature synthesis, short reaction time, wide substrate scope, good to excellent yield of products and use of a magnetically separable and recyclable nanocatalyst make this method attractive and practicable.  相似文献
