4‐Ethoxycarbonyl‐5‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrofuran‐2,3‐dione 1 reacts with aldehydes via the acylketene intermediate 2 giving the 1,3‐dioxin‐4‐ones 3a‐e and the 1,4‐bis(5‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4‐oxo‐6‐phenyl‐4H‐1,3‐dioxin‐2‐yl)benzene 4 , and a one step reaction between dibenzoylmethane and oxalylchloride gave 3,5‐dibenzoyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐4‐pyrone 7 . The reaction of 1 with dibenzoylmethane, a dicarbonyl compound, provided ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐oxo‐2,6‐diphenylpyran‐5‐carboxylate derivative 9 . Compound 9 was converted into the corresponding ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2,6‐diphenylpyridine‐5‐carboxylate derivative 10 via its reaction with ammonium hydroxyde solution in 1 ‐butanol.  相似文献

3′‐Epilutein (=(all‐E,3R,3′S,6′R)‐4′,5′‐didehydro‐5′,6′‐dihydro‐β,β‐carotene‐3,3′‐diol; 1 ), isolated from the flowers of Caltha palustris, was submitted to both thermal isomerization and I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization. The structures of the main products (9Z)‐ 1 , (9′Z)‐ 1 , (13Z)‐ 1 , (13′Z)‐ 1 , (15Z)‐ 1 , and (9Z,9′Z)‐ 1 were determined based on UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, and MS data.  相似文献

An efficient and environmentally benign one‐pot method has been developed for the synthesis of 4‐amino‐5‐arylpyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines. Phthalimido acetophenones were reacted with cyanoacetamide to give 2‐amino‐4‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carboxamides, which were further converted to 5‐aryl‐3H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐ones. A novel method is also developed for the synthesis of 4‐amino‐5‐iodopyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines.  相似文献

A series of oxo‐ and thioxopyrimidines 4 ( a‐m ) were synthesized by one‐pot three components cyclocondensation reaction of β‐ketoester, aldehyde and urea/thiourea using benzyltriethylammonium chloride as a catalyst under solvent‐free conditions. The yields of products following recrystallization from ethanol were of the order of 65‐87%. IR and 1HNMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis were used for identification of these compounds.  相似文献

(all‐E)‐5,6‐Diepikarpoxanthin (=(all‐E,3S,5S,6S,3′R)‐5,6‐dihydro‐β,β‐carotene‐3,5,6,3′‐tetrol; 1 ) was submitted to thermal isomerization and I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization. The structures of the main products, i.e. (9Z)‐ ( 2 ), (9′Z)‐ ( 3 ), (13Z)‐ ( 4 ), (13′Z)‐ ( 5 ), and (15Z)‐5,6‐diepikarpoxanthin ( 6 ), were determined by their UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectra. In addition, (9Z,13′Z)‐ or (13Z,9′Z)‐ ( 7 ), (9Z,9′Z)‐ ( 8 ), and (9Z,13Z)‐ or (9′Z,13′Z)‐5,6‐diepikarpoxanthin ( 9 ) were tentatively identified as minor products of the I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C15H13N3O4, (I), and C16H15N3O5 [IUPAC name: ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(3‐nitro­phenyl)‐4H‐pyrano‐3‐carboxyl­ate], (II), are very similar, with the heterocyclic rings adopting boat conformations. The pseudo‐axial m‐nitro­phenyl substituents are rotated by 84.0 (1) and 98.7 (1)° in (I) and (II), respectively, with respect to the four coplanar atoms of the boat. The dihedral angles between the phenyl rings and nitro groups are 12.1 (2) and 8.4 (2)° in (I) and (II), respectively. The two compounds have similar patterns of intermolecular N—H?O and N—H?N hydrogen bonding, which link mol­ecules into infinite tapes along b .  相似文献

The reactions of 2‐amino‐4,5‐dihydro‐3‐furancarboxarnides 1a,b with cyanomethylene compounds (such as alkyl cyanoacetates and malononitrile) gave the corresponding ring‐opened products 2a‐f. Compounds 2a‐d reacted with methanesulfonic acid to give the corresponding α‐alkylidene‐γ‐butyrolactones 3a‐d. On the other hand, treatment of 2e,f with methanesulfonic acid yielded 3‐pyridinecarbonitrile derivatives 4a,b.  相似文献

A series of ten novel 2‐amino‐4‐oxo‐5‐[(substitutedbenzyl)thio]pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 2‐11 were synthesized as potential inhibitors of thymidylate synthase and as antitumor agents. The analogues contain various electron withdrawing and electron donating substituents on the benzylsulfanyl ring of the side chains and were synthesized from the key intermediate 2‐amino‐4‐oxo‐6‐methylpyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidine, 14 . Appropriately substituted benzyl mercaptans were appended to the 5‐position of 14 via an oxidative addition reaction using iodine, ethanol and water. The compounds were evaluated against human, Escherichia coli and Toxoplasma gondii thymidylate synthase and against human, Escherichia coli and Toxoplasma gondii dihydrofolate reductase. The most potent inhibitor, ( 6 ) which has a 4′‐methoxy substituent on the side chain, has an IC50=25 μM against human thymidylate synthase. Contrary to analogues of general structure 1 , electron donating or electron withdrawing substituents on the side chain of 2‐11 had little or no influence on the human thymidylate synthase inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Irradiation of styryl‐4‐pyrones 1a‐1d or 2a‐2e (6‐9 × 10?3 M, methanol solution) with filtered (RAYONET photochemical reactor, 300 nm) or unfiltered uv‐light (high‐pressure mercury arc lamp) under aerobic conditions led mainly to dimeric products. Parent 5‐hydroxy‐substituted compounds 1a‐1d yielded exclusively “half‐cage” dimers 3a‐d characteristic for 4‐pyrone dimerization. 5‐Methoxy‐analogues 2a‐2e behave like typical stilbene structures and the mixture of tetrasubstituted cyclobutanes 4 and 5 accompanied with minor amount of phenanthrene‐like compound 6 were the only isolable products of the irradiation. The structure elucidation of products is based on spectral data obtained from MS, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra applying COSY, APT, HETCOR, HMBC and NOESY techniques.  相似文献

A series of 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(p‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 2 were obtained from the reaction of alkyl (aryl) ester ethoxycarbonyl hydrazones 1 with p‐hydroxy aniline. The reaction of 1 with 1,4‐diamino benzene (1:1) to afford 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(p‐aminophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 3 . The reaction of 3 with benzaldehyde gave 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(4′‐benzilidenamino)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 4 . All of the above reactions occurred under microwave heating and conventional methods. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and elemental analyses. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 5‐(Substituted‐phenyl)‐4,6‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidines derivatives were designed and synthesized, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and elemental analysis. From the result of the herbicidal activities, several compounds demonstrated good herbicidal activity. Compound 5f showed better inhibition rate against Zinnia elegans in comparison to 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e and 5g in the post‐emergence test.  相似文献

A novel synthetic method for the preparation of 5‐aryl‐7‐(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐2‐phenylpyrazolo[1,5‐c]‐pyrimidines and 1‐(5‐aryl‐2‐phenylpyrazolo[1,5‐c]pyrimidin‐7‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐ols is provided by condensative cyclization of 5‐aryl‐7‐hydrazino‐2‐phenylpyrazolo[1,5‐c]pyrimidines with 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds. The study of the more reactive position for electrophilic substitusion reactions on such ring system was also achieved.  相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis and characterization of a new series of 4‐substituted‐3‐ethoxycarbonyl‐6‐trifluoromethyl‐(1,2,3)‐oxathiazinane‐S‐oxides and 3‐(4,6‐diphenyl‐pyrimidin‐2‐yl)‐6‐trifluoromethyl‐(1,2,3)oxathiazinane‐S‐oxides from the cyclization reaction of 4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐hydroxybutylcarbamates and 4‐(4,6‐diphenyl‐pyrimidin‐2‐ylamino)‐1,1,1‐trifluoro‐butan‐2‐ols with thionyl chloride. The analysis of the NMR data allowed us to define important features of the molecular structure. Significant chemical and structural differences were observed between the trifluoromethylated oxathiazinanes obtained in this work from other analogue compounds reported in the literature.  相似文献

The UV irradition of K [RCF=CFBF3] [R = C4F9 (trans), C2F5 (cis), C6F13 (cis), Cl (cis/trans 1 : 1)] in acetone led to cis/trans‐isomerization with a final cis/trans composition 7 : 3. In the case of R = C4H9 (trans) or C3F7O (cis/trans 25 : 75) the photoisomerization was accompanied by a partial decomposition.  相似文献
