Two related compounds containing ptert‐butyl‐o‐methyl­ene‐linked phenol or phenol‐derived subunits are described, namely 5,5′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐di­hydroxy‐3,3′‐methyl­ene­di­benz­aldehyde, C23H28O4, (I), and 6,6′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐8,8′‐methyl­ene­bis­(spiro­[4H‐1,3‐benzo­di­oxin‐2,1′‐cyclo­hexane]), C35H48O4, (II). Both compounds adopt a `butterfly' shape, with the two phenol or phenol‐derived O atoms in distal positions. Phenol and aldehyde groups in (I) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the two dioxin rings in (II) are in distorted half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

A novel positive‐working, photosensitive polyimide, poly[1,4‐phenyleneoxy‐1,4‐phenylene‐2,2′‐di(2‐nitrobenzyloxy)benzophenone‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetracarboxdiimide] (OPI‐Nb), developable with an aqueous base was prepared by the o‐nitrobenzylation of a polyimide, poly(1,4‐phenyleneoxy‐1,4‐phenylene‐2,2′‐dihydroxybenzophenone‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetracarboxdiimide) (OPI), derived from 2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (DHBA) and 4,4′‐oxydianiline, and it micropatterning properties were investigated. The o‐nitrobenzylation of OPI to OPI‐Nb was conducted with o‐nitrobenzyl bromide in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone containing Et3N. The DHBA monomer was synthesized by exhaustive KMnO4 oxidation of bis(2‐dimethoxy‐3,4‐dimethylphenyl)methane obtained by etherification of bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,4‐dimethylphenyl)methane with iodomethane, followed by deprotection of the methoxy groups and cyclodehydration of the obtained 2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′4,4′‐benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid. The intermediate bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,4‐dimethylphenyl)methane was prepared by the condensation of 2,3‐dimethylphenol with paraformaldehyde. The degree of o‐nitrobenzylation was determined to be over 94 mol % from 1H NMR absorption of benzylic CH2 protons. The aromatic OPI was perfectly soluble in a dilute aqueous NaOH solution and tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), whereas OPI‐Nb was not even swellable in them. In the micropatterning process, OPI‐Nb showed a line‐width resolution of 0.4‐μm and a sensitivity of 5.4 J/cm2 when its thin films were irradiated with 365‐nm light and developed with a 2.38% aqueous TMAH solution at room temperature for 90 s. On the basis of the principle of combination of active groups, a series of novel N‐(4‐([2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophen]‐5‐yl)‐2‐methylbut‐3‐yn‐2‐yl) benzamide derivatives were designed, synthesized and systematically evaluated for their antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The bioassay results showed that most of these compounds displayed good anti‐TMV activity, and some of them exhibited higher antiviral activity than commercial Ningnanmycin. Especially, compound 8e with excellent anti‐TMV activity (inactivation activity, 92.3%/500 µg·mL?1; curative activity, 85.7%/500 µg·mL?1 and protection activity, 64.7%/500 µg·mL?1) emerged as a potential inhibitor of plant virus TMV. Quantitative structure‐activity relationship studies proved that the van der Waals volume (V) and electronic parameter (∑(∑σo+σp) and ∑σm) for the substituent R1 were very important for antiviral activities in this class of compounds.  相似文献

Poly{bis(4,4′‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine)–(2,2′‐bipyridine‐5,5′‐diyl‐[1,4‐phenylene])–ruthenium(II)bishexafluorophosphate} ( 3a ), poly{bis(4,4′‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine)–(2,2′‐bipyridine‐4,4′‐diyl‐[1,4‐phenylene])–ruthenium(II)bishexafluorophosphate} ( 3b ), and poly{bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)–(2,2′‐bipyridine‐5,5′‐diyl‐[1,4‐phenylene])–ruthenium(II)bishexafluorophosphate} ( 3c ) were synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction. The alternating structure of the copolymers was confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The polymers showed, by ultraviolet–visible, the π–π* absorption of the polymer backbone (320–380 nm) and at a lower energy attributed to the d–π* metal‐to‐ligand charge‐transfer absorption (450 nm for linear 3a and 480 nm for angular 3b ). The polymers were characterized by a monomodal molecular weight distribution. The degree of polymerization was approximately 8 for polymer 3b and 28 for polymer 3d . © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Previously unknown 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazoline]‐2,2′‐(7′H)‐diones and their N‐substituted analogues were obtained via reaction of 6‐R1‐3‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1,2,4‐triazin‐5‐ones with isatin and its substituted derivatives. It was shown that alkylation of 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazolin]‐2,2′‐(7′H)‐diones by N‐R3‐chloroacetamides or chloroacetonitrile in the presence of а base proceeds by N‐1 atom of isatin fragment. The spectral properties (1H and 13C NMR spectra) of synthesized compounds were studied, and features of spectral patterns were discussed. The high‐effective anticonvulsant and radical scavenging agents among 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazolin]‐2,2′(7′H)‐diones and their N‐substituted derivatives were detected. It was shown that compounds 2.2 , 2.8 , and 3.1 exceed or compete the activity of the most widely used in modern neurology drug—lamotrigine on the pentylenetetrazole‐induced seizures model. The aforementioned fact may be considered as a reason for further profound study of synthesized compounds using other pathology models.  相似文献

Tandem aza‐Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane with 1, 4‐phenylene diisocyanate followed by intramolecular heteroconjugate addition annulation after addition of a nucleophilic reagent (amine, phenol, and alcohol), in the presence of catalytic K2CO3 or NaOR, gives selectively the functionalized substituted 2, 2′‐di(alkylamino, aryloxy)‐3, 3′‐(1, 4‐phenylene)bis(thieno[3, 2‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones) and 2, 2′‐di(alkylamino or alkoxy)‐3, 3′‐(1, 4‐phenylene)bis(3, 5, 6, 7‐tetrahydro‐4H‐cyclopenta[4, 5]thieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐ones).  相似文献

In the title compound, {4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[o‐phenyl­ene­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idene)]­di­phen­ol­ato‐O,N,N′,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C20H12Br2N2O2], the CuII ion shows a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry with the N2O2 atoms of the Schiff base imine–phenol tetradentate ligand.  相似文献

To prepare thermally stable and high‐performance polymeric films, new solvent‐soluble aromatic polyamides with a carbamoyl pendant group, namely poly(4,4′‐diamino‐3′‐carbamoylbenzanilide terephthalamide) (p‐PDCBTA) and poly(4,4′‐diamino‐3′‐carbamoylbenzanilide isophthalamide) (m‐PDCBTA), were synthesized. The polymers were cyclized at around 200 to 350 °C to form quinazolone and benzoxazinone units along the polymer backbone. The decomposition onset temperatures of the cyclized m‐ and p‐PDCBTAs were 457 and 524 °C, respectively, lower than that of poly(p‐phenylene terephthalamide) (566 °C). For the p‐PDCBTA film drawn by 40% and heat‐treated, the tensile strength and Young's modulus were 421 MPa and 16.4 GPa, respectively. The film cyclized at 350 °C showed a storage modulus (E′) of 1 × 1011 dyne/cm2 (10 GPa) over the temperature range of room temperature to 400 °C. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Two new kinds of fluorine‐containing polybenzimidazoles (PBI), poly(2,2′‐(tetrafluoro‐p‐phenylene)‐5,5′‐bibenzimidazole) and poly(2,2′‐tetradecafluoroheptylene‐5,5′‐bibenzimidazole), were synthesized by condensation polymerization of 3,3′‐diaminobenzidine and perfluoroterephthalic acid (or perfluoroazelaic acid), with polyphosphoric acid as solvent. Thermogravimetric analysis results show that the fluorine‐containing polymers synthesized exhibit promising thermal stability. The film‐forming properties of the fluorine‐containing polymers are improved over nonfluorinated PBI. The introduction of fluorine into the backbone of the polymers has significant positive affection on their chemical oxidation stability demonstrated by Fenton test. Compared with poly(2,2′‐(m‐phenylene)‐5,5′‐bibenzimidazole)/phosphoric acid (PA) composite membrane, the resulting fluorinated membranes with a same PA doping level exhibit better flexibility and higher proton conductivity. In recent years, N‐heterocyclic carboxylate ligands have attracted much interest in the preparation of new coordination polymers since they contain N‐atom donors, as well as O‐atom donors, and have a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new two‐dimensional coordination polymer, namely poly[[μ3‐2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(4‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato)‐κ6O4,N3,N3′,O4′:O5:O5′]manganese(II)], [Mn(C16H8N4O8)]n or [Mn(H4Phbidc)]n, has been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OAc)2·4H2O (OAc is acetate) with 2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid) (H6Phbidc) under solvothermal conditions. In the polymer, each MnII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one H4Phbidc2− ligand and by four O atoms from three H4Phbidc2− ligands, forming a significantly distorted octahedral MnN2O4 coordination geometry. The MnII ions are linked by hexadentate H4Phbidc2− ligands, leading to a two‐dimensional structure parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by N—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state.  相似文献

Two new 2 : 1 co‐crystals based on [4,4′‐bithiazole]‐2,2′‐diamine (=2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bithiazole (DABTZ)) with 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) and benzo‐18‐crown‐6 (bk) were synthesized by slow‐evaporation method in MeOH. These co‐crystals were characterized by means of elemental analysis, and IR, and 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. Also, thermal analyses under air atmosphere and X‐ray crystallography have been performed on these structures. X‐Ray single‐crystal analyses revealed that these networks contain large vacant voids. These structures, [(DABTZ)2(bipy)] and [(DABTZ)2(bk)(MeOH)], crystallized in monoclinic and triclinic forms with space groups of P21/c and P , respectively. The self‐assembly of these compounds in the solid state is likely caused by both H‐bonding and π? π stacking.  相似文献

A new β‐CD derivative, heptakis [2,6‐di‐O‐pentyl‐3‐O‐(4′‐chloro‐5′‐pyridylmethyl)]‐β‐CD, was synthesized by the selective introduction of a pyridyl group on the 3‐positions of β‐CD. The chromatographic properties of the pyridyl β‐CD derivative were studied by using it as the stationary phase in capillary GC. The polarity of the prepared stationary phase was moderate, and the separation results demonstrated that the prepared stationary phase possessed excellent separation ability and chiral recognition for a wide range of analytes. Not only the aromatic positional isomers, such as o‐, m‐, p‐xylene and α‐, β‐naphthol isomers, but also some compounds with multi‐stereogenic centers, such as n‐(1‐methylpropyl)‐3‐(2,2‐dichloroethenyl)‐2,2‐dimethylcyclopropanecarboxamide and n‐(1‐methylpropyl)‐3‐(2‐chloro‐3,3,3‐trifluoropropenyl)‐2,2‐dimethylcyclopropanecarboxamide with three stereogenic centers including eight configurational isomers, were successfully separated. The results also indicated that the polarity of the β‐CD derivative, and the hydrogen bonding between the β‐CD derivative, and the analytes had a very important effect on separation.  相似文献

The photophysical and photochemical properties of (OC‐6‐33)‐(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κN1,κN1′)tricarbonyl(9,10‐dihydro‐9,10‐dioxoanthracene‐2‐carboxylato‐κO)rhenium (fac‐[ReI(aq‐2‐CO2)(2,2′‐bipy)(CO)3]) were investigated and compared to those of the free ligand 9,10‐dihydro‐9,10‐dioxoanthracene‐2‐carboxylate (=anthraquinone‐2‐carboxylate) and other carboxylato complexes containing the (2,2′‐bipyridine)tricarbonylrhenium ([Re(2,2′‐bipy)(CO)3]) moiety. Flash and steady‐state irradiations of the anthraquinone‐derived ligand (λexc 337 or 351 nm) and of its complex reveal that the photophysics of the latter is dominated by processes initiated in the Re‐to‐(2,2′‐bipyridine) charge‐transfer excited state and 2,2′‐bipyridine‐ and (anthraquinone‐2‐carboxylato)‐centered intraligand excited states. In the reductive quenching by N,N‐diethylethanamine (TEA) or 2,2′,2″‐nitrilotris[ethanol] TEOA, the reactive states are the 2,2′‐bipyridine‐centered and/or the charge‐transfer excited states. The species with a reduced anthraquinone moiety is formed by the following intramolecular electron transfer, after the redox quenching of the excited state: [ReI(aq−2−CO2)(2,2′‐bipy.)(CO)3]⇌[ReI(aq−2−CO2.)(2,2′‐bipy)(CO)3] The photophysics, particularly the absence of a ReI‐to‐anthraquinone charge‐transfer excited state photochemistry, is discussed in terms of the electrochemical and photochemical results.  相似文献

This work reported a convenient method for the preparation of enantiomerically pure 6‐aryl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl derivatives starting from the commercially available (R)‐2,2′‐hydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl [(R)‐ 1 ] via bromination, hydrolysis and Suzuki cross coupling reaction. This novel synthetic method was characterized with high regioselectivity, simple operation, mild reaction conditions, and excellent yield (up to 73%). On the other hand, we synthesized the target unknown compounds, which were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elementary analysis.  相似文献

A new bis(o‐aminophenol) with a crank and twisted noncoplanar structure and ether linkages, 2,2′‐bis(4‐amino‐3‐hydroxyphenoxy)biphenyl, was synthesized by the reaction of 2‐benzyloxy‐4‐fluoronitrobenzene with biphenyl‐2,2′‐diol, followed by reduction. Biphenyl‐2,2′‐diyl‐containing aromatic poly(ether benzoxazole)s with inherent viscosities of 0.52–1.01 dL/g were obtained by a conventional two‐step procedure involving the polycondensation of the bis(o‐aminophenol) monomer with various aromatic dicarboxylic acid chlorides, yielding precursor poly(ether o‐hydroxyamide)s, and subsequent thermal cyclodehydration. These new aromatic poly(ether benzoxazole)s were soluble in methanesulfonic acid, and some of them dissolved in m‐cresol. The aromatic poly(ether benzoxazole)s had glass‐transition temperatures of 190–251 °C and were stable up to 380 °C in nitrogen, with 10% weight losses being recorded above 520 °C. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this study phenylselenocyanate and some of its derivatives (o‐Cl, p‐Cl, p‐Br, o‐NO2, p‐NO2, o‐CH3, p‐CH3, o‐COOH, p‐COOH, p‐OCH3 substituted) were synthesized ( 3a–3j ). The synthesized compounds were converted to 5‐aryl‐1H‐tetrazole ( 4a–4j ), by Et3N ċ HCl‐NaN3 in toluene, which are a new series of phenylselanyl‐1H‐tetrazoles. A new chiral ligand N‐p‐toluenesulfonyl‐2,2′‐dimethoxy‐6,6′‐diaminobiphenyl (Ts‐DMBDPPA) was prepared from 2,2′‐dimethoxy‐6,6′‐diaminobiphenyl via N‐tosylation. Its Ru(II) complex was effective catalysts for catalytic asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones (with ee's up to 69.3%).  相似文献

Reaction of 2,5‐bis(dibromoboryl)thiophene ( 4 ) or 1,4‐bis(dibromoboryl)benzene ( 6 ) with two equivalents of N,N′‐dilithiated 2,3‐diaminopyridine ( 3 ) led to the generation of the pyridodiazaboroles 5 and 7 in which the two diazaborole rings are linked by 2,5‐thiophen‐diyl or 1,4‐phenylene units via the boron atom. The novel compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopy (1H‐, 11B‐, 13C‐NMR, MS, and UV‐VIS). The molecular structure of 5 was elucidated by X‐ray diffraction. Cyclovoltammograms of 5 and 7 show two irreversible oxidation waves at 0.76 and 0.73 V, respectively vs Fc/Fc+. The novel compounds display intense blue luminescence with Stokes shifts of 76 and 74 nm and relative quantum yields of 39 and 43 % vs Coumarin 120 (Φ = 50 %).  相似文献

Crystallization of 5,5′‐diphenyl‐2,2′‐(p‐phenylene)di‐1,3‐oxazole (POPOP), C24H16N2O2, from chloroform or 1,4‐dioxane yielded crystals in pure and solvated forms, respectively. The solvated crystals of POPOP were found to contain 1,4‐dioxane in a strict 1:2 compound–solvent stoichiometry, C24H16N2O2·C4H8O2, thus being a defined solvent‐inclusion compound. The crystal system is monoclinic in both cases and the asymmetric unit of the cell contains only half of the molecule (plus one dioxane molecule in the case of the solvated structure), owing to the centrosymmetry of the di‐1,3‐oxazole molecule.  相似文献

Some 1,4‐phenylene‐bis[1,2,4]oxadiazolo‐[5,4‐d][1,5]benzothiazepine derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c ) were synthesized by 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction of benzohydroximinoyl chloride with 1,4‐phenylene‐bis(4‐aryl)‐2,3‐dihydro[1,5]benzothiazepine ( 2a , 2b , 2c ); meanwhile, compounds 2a , 2b , 2c also occurred ring contraction under acylating condition to obtain bis[2‐aryl‐2′‐(β‐1,4‐phenylenevinyl)‐3‐acetyl]‐2,3‐dihydro[1,5]benzothiazoles ( 3a , 3b , 3c ). The structures of some novel compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, elemental, and X‐ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献
