Minimax programming problems involving locally Lipschitz (Φρ)-invex functions are considered. The parametric and non-parametric necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for a class of nonsmooth minimax programming problems are obtained under nondifferentiable (Φρ)-invexity assumption imposed on objective and constraint functions. When the sufficient conditions are utilized, parametric and non-parametric dual problems in the sense of Mond-Weir and Wolfe may be formulated and duality results are derived for the considered nonsmooth minimax programming problem. With the reference to the said functions we extend some results of optimality and duality for a larger class of nonsmooth minimax programming problems.  相似文献

Semiconductor test scheduling problem is a variation of reentrant unrelated parallel machine problems considering multiple resource constraints, intricate {product, tester, kit, enabler assembly} eligibility constraints, sequence-dependant setup times, etc. A multi-step reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm called Sarsa(λk) is proposed and applied to deal with the scheduling problem with throughput related objective. Allowing enabler reconfiguration, the production capacity of the test facility is expanded and scheduling optimization is performed at the bottom level. Two forms of Sarsa(λk), i.e. forward view Sarsa(λk) and backward view Sarsa(λk), are constructed and proved equivalent in off-line updating. The upper bound of the error of the action-value function in tabular Sarsa(λk) is provided when solving deterministic problems. In order to apply Sarsa(λk), the scheduling problem is transformed into an RL problem by representing states, constructing actions, the reward function and the function approximator. Sarsa(λk) achieves smaller mean scheduling objective value than the Industrial Method (IM) by 68.59% and 76.89%, respectively for real industrial problems and randomly generated test problems. Computational experiments show that Sarsa(λk) outperforms IM and any individual action constructed with the heuristics derived from the existing heuristics or scheduling rules.  相似文献

In this article, we present three dimensional CFD study of turbulent vortex flow in an annular passage using OpenFOAM 1.6. The vortex flow is generated by introducing the flow through a tangential entry to the passage. For the analysis presented in this article, turbulence was modeled using the Rε/k − ε model, in addition, a comparison between such model with the standard k − ε model was conducted and discussed. The main characteristics of the flow such as vortex structure and recirculation zone were investigated. It was found that flow is subjected to Rankine vortex structure with three forced vortex regimes and a free vortex region near to the outer wall. The phenomenon of vortex decay was investigated by depicting the swirl number trend along the axial direction of the flow domain. It was found that the vortex decay is subjected to an exponential decay behavior. New coefficients for the exponential decay correlation were derived based on local values of velocity components in different radial planes.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider and study a class of general nonlinear operator inclusion couples involving (Aηm)-resolvent operators and relaxed cocoercive type operators in Hilbert spaces. We also construct a new perturbed iterative algorithm framework with errors and investigate variational graph convergence analysis for this algorithm framework in the context of solving the nonlinear operator inclusion couple along with some results on the resolvent operator corresponding to (Aηm)-maximal monotonicity. The obtained results improve and generalize some well known results in recent literatures.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to propose improved T − ψ finite element schemes for eddy current problems in the three-dimensional bounded domain with a simply-connected conductor. In order to utilize nodal finite elements in space discretization, we decompose the magnetic field into summation of a vector potential and the gradient of a scalar potential in the conductor; while in the nonconducting domain, we only deal with the gradient of the scalar potential. As distinguished from the traditional coupled scheme with both vector and scalar potentials solved in a discretizing equation system, the proposed decoupled scheme is presented to solve them in two separate equation systems, which avoids solving a saddle-point equation system like the traditional coupled scheme and leads to an important saving in computational effort. The simulation results and the data comparison of TEAM Workshop Benchmark Problem 7 between the coupled and decoupled schemes show the validity and efficiency of the decoupled one.  相似文献

In this article we suppose that (Ω,Σ,μ) is a measure space and T an one-to-one, linear, continuous operator of L1(μ) into the dual E′ of a Banach space E. For any measurable set A consider the image T(L+1(μA)) of the positive cone of the space L1(μA) in E′, where μA is the restriction of the measure μ on A. We provide geometrical conditions on the cones T(L+1(μA)) which yield that the measure μ is atomic, i.e., that L1(μ) is lattice isometric to , where denotes the set of atoms of μ. We establish certain Gaussian type upper bound for the heat kernel of the conjugate heat equation associated with 3-dimensional ancient κ solutions to the Ricci flow. As an application, using the W entropy associated with the heat kernel, we give a different and much shorter proof of Perelman's classification of backward limits of these ancient solutions. The method is partly motivated by Cao (2007) [1] and Sesum (2006) [27]. The current paper or Chow and Lu (2004) [6] combined with Chen and Zhu (2006) [4] and Zhang (2009) [31] lead to a simplified proof of the Poincaré conjecture without using reduced distance and reduced volume.  相似文献

A class of hyperelliptic integrals are expressed through hypergeometric functions, like those of Gauss, Lauricella and Appell, namely multiple power series. Whenever they can on their own be reduced to elliptic integrals through an algebraic transformation, we obtain a two-fold representation of the same mathematical object, and then several completely new π determinations through the above special functions and/or Euler integrals. All our π formulae have been successfully tested by means of convenient Mathematica®'s packages and enter in a wide historical/sound context of π-formulae quite far from being exhausted. Due to their structure, the formulae's practical value does not lie in computing π, but in allowing, through π, a benchmark for computing the involved special functions, particularly those less elementary.

In this article we derive some new identities concerning π, algebraic radicals and some special occurrences of the Gauss hypergeometric function 2F1 in the analytic continuation. All of them have been derived by tackling some elliptic or hyperelliptic known integral, and looking for another representation of it by means of hypergeometric functions like those of Gauss, Appell or Lauricella. In any case we have focused on integrand functions having at least one couple of complex-conjugate roots. Founding upon a special hyperelliptic reduction formula due to Hermite (1876) [6], π is obtained as a ratio of a complete elliptic integral and the four-variable Lauricella function. Furthermore, starting with a certain binomial integral, we succeed in providing as a ratio of a linear combination of complete elliptic integrals of the first and second kinds to the Appell hypergeometric function of two complex-conjugate arguments. Each of the formulae we found theoretically has been satisfactorily tested by means of Mathematica®.

In this paper we study the homotopy rigidity property of the functors ΣΩ and Ω. Our main result is that both functors are homotopy rigid on simply-connected p-local finite co-H-spaces. The result is obtain by a subtle interplay of homotopy decomposition techniques, modular representation theory and the counting principle.  相似文献

Kada, Tomoyasu and Yoshinobu proved that the Stone-?ech compactification of a locally compact separable metrizable space is approximated by the collection of d-many Smirnov compactifications, where d is the dominating number. By refining the proof of this result, we will show that the collection of compatible metrics on a locally compact separable metrizable space has the same cofinal type, in the sense of Tukey relation, as the set of functions from ω to ω with respect to eventually dominating order.  相似文献

Painlevé's transcendental differential equation PVI may be expressed as the consistency condition for a pair of linear differential equations with 2×2 matrix coefficients with rational entries. By a construction due to Tracy and Widom, this linear system is associated with certain kernels which give trace class operators on Hilbert space. This paper expresses such operators in terms of Hankel operators Γ? of linear systems which are realised in terms of the Laurent coefficients of the solutions of the differential equations. Let P(t,∞):L2(0,∞)→L2(t,∞) be the orthogonal projection; then the Fredholm determinant τ(t)=det(IP(t,∞)Γ?) defines the τ function, which is here expressed in terms of the solution of a matrix Gelfand-Levitan equation. For suitable values of the parameters, solutions of the hypergeometric equation give a linear system with similar properties. For meromorphic transfer functions that have poles on an arithmetic progression, the corresponding Hankel operator has a simple form with respect to an exponential basis in L2(0,∞); so det(IΓ?P(t,∞)) can be expressed as a series of finite determinants. This applies to elliptic functions of the second kind, such as satisfy Lamé's equation with ?=1.  相似文献

Wall bounded flow with severe adverse pressure, separation, reattachment and stagnation has non-equilibrium (NE) exhibition. A wall function in turbulent flow is a remedy to avoid resolving near wall complex phenomena using predetermined functions as boundary conditions. The advantage of this case is permission to use a relatively coarse near wall cells and hence saving CPU time. Standard wall function (SWF) is a semi-empirical function that is just valid for constant shear near wall cell and local equilibrium flow. Popovac and Hanjalic introduced a non-equilibrium wall function as (PWF) with a blending method in v2f model. To investigate PWF in circulating flow, standard kε model that has key role in complex and expensive industrial problems is used in this study. The approach derived by Popovac and Hanjalic retains the functional form of the SWF and can be easily implemented in existing code. Simulation results are validated against direct numerical simulation (DNS) on channel and experimental data on backward facing step (BS) and a sharp U bend flow. Prediction with PWF shows that use of this wall function in kε model has not any sensitive change in near equilibrium flow. However, produces an improvement in NE conditions like flow in circulation zones.  相似文献
