The paper considers the existence and uniqueness of pseudo almost periodic (mild) solutions to some classes of first-order partial neutral functional-differential equations. Upon making some suitable assumptions, existence and uniqueness results are obtained. Applications include both a partial integro-differential equation arising in control systems and the scalar reaction-diffusion equation with delay.  相似文献

We establish a Bochner type characterization for Stepanov almost periodic functions, and we prove a new result about the integration of almost periodic functions. This result is then used together with a reduction principle to investigate the nature of bounded solutions of some almost periodic partial neutral functional differential equations. In this paper, a class of nonlinear damped wave equations of the form αu?(t)+u(t)=βAu(t)+γAu(t)+f(t,u(t)), t?0, satisfying αβ<γ with prescribed initial conditions are studied. Some sufficient conditions are established for the existence and uniqueness of an asymptotically almost periodic solution. These results have significance in the study of vibrations of flexible structures possessing internal material damping. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the results.  相似文献

We are concerned with a family of dissipative active scalar equation on . By using similar methods from the previous paper of Y. Giga et al. (see Introduction below), we construct a unique real, spatially almost periodic mild solution θ of 1.1 satisfying 1.11 . In this paper, we consider some countable sum‐closed frequency sets (see Remark 1.1 ). We show that the property of the solution is rather different from Chae et al 1 and obtain that with some initial data θ0 for all t≥0, and 0≤αω, where ω is a fixed constant. Furthermore, arranging the elements of a countable sum‐closed frequency set Fδ as in Remark 1.3 , we have for any 0≤αω that belongs to , where Fδ is defined in 1.4 or 1.5 .  相似文献
