Nieto, On the concept of solution for fractional differential equations with uncertainty, Nonlinear Anal. 72 (2010) 2859-2862]. In the present paper the first and second orders of accuracy difference schemes for the numerical solution of multidimensional hyperbolic equations with nonlocal boundary and Dirichlet conditions are presented. We consider initial value/boundary value problems for fractional diffusion-wave equation: , where 0<α?2, where L is a symmetric uniformly elliptic operator with t-independent smooth coefficients. First we establish the unique existence of the weak solution and the asymptotic behavior as the time t goes to ∞ and the proofs are based on the eigenfunction expansions. Second for α∈(0,1), we apply the eigenfunction expansions and prove (i) stability in the backward problem in time, (ii) the uniqueness in determining an initial value and (iii) the uniqueness of solution by the decay rate as t→∞, (iv) stability in an inverse source problem of determining t-dependent factor in the source by observation at one point over (0,T). 相似文献

Previously formulated monotonicity criteria for explicit two-level difference schemes designed for hyperbolic equations (S.K. Godunov’s, A. Harten’s (TVD schemes), characteristic criteria) are extended to multileveled, including implicit, stencils. The characteristic monotonicity criterion is used to develop a universal algorithm for constructing high-order accurate nonlinear monotone schemes (for an arbitrary form of the desired solution) based on their analysis in the space of grid functions. Several new fourth-to-third-order accurate monotone difference schemes on a compact three-level stencil and nonexpanding (three-point) stencils are proposed for an extended system, which ensures their monotonicity for both the desired function and its derivatives. The difference schemes are tested using the characteristic monotonicity criterion and are extended to systems of hyperbolic equations. 相似文献

In this paper, we point out the differences between a class of fractional difference equations and the integer-order ones. We show that under the same boundary conditions, the problem of the fractional order is nonresonant, while the integer-order one is resonant. Then we analyse the discrete fractional boundary value problem in detail. In this paper, the sinc‐collocation method (SCM) is investigated to obtain the solution of the nonlinear fractional order differential equations based on the relatively new defined fractional derivative, beta‐derivative. For this purpose, a theorem is proved for the approximate solution obtained from the SCM. Moreover, convergence analysis of the SCM is presented.
