We consider the time-dependent Schrödinger-Hartree equation (1) $$iu_t + \Delta u = \left( {\frac{1}{r}*|u|^2 } \right)u + \lambda \frac{u}{r},(t, x) \in \mathbb{R} \times \mathbb{R}^3 ,$$ (2) $$u(0,x) = \phi (x) \in \Sigma ^{2,2} ,x \in \mathbb{R}^3 ,$$ where λ≧0 and \(\Sigma ^{2,2} = \{ g \in L^2 ;\parallel g\parallel _{\Sigma ^{2,2} }^2 = \sum\limits_{|a| \leqq 2} {\parallel D^a g\parallel _2^2 + \sum\limits_{|\beta | \leqq 2} {\parallel x^\beta g\parallel _2^2< \infty } } \} \) . We show that there exists a unique global solutionu of (1) and (2) such that $$u \in C(\mathbb{R};H^{1,2} ) \cap L^\infty (\mathbb{R};H^{2,2} ) \cap L_{loc}^\infty (\mathbb{R};\Sigma ^{2,2} )$$ with $$u \in L^\infty (\mathbb{R};L^2 ).$$ Furthermore, we show thatu has the following estimates: $$\parallel u(t)\parallel _{2,2} \leqq C,a.c. t \in \mathbb{R},$$ and $$\parallel u(t)\parallel _\infty \leqq C(1 + |t|)^{ - 1/2} ,a.e. t \in \mathbb{R}.$$   相似文献

A sharp sufficient condition for global existence is obtained for the nonlinear Schrödinger equation $$\begin{array}{*{20}c} {(NLS)} & {2i\phi _t + \Delta \phi + \left| \phi \right|^{2\sigma } \phi = 0,} & {x \in \mathbb{R}^N } & {t \in \mathbb{R}^ + } \\ \end{array} $$ in the case σ=2/N. This condition is in terms of an exact stationary solution (nonlinear ground state) of (NLS). It is derived by solving a variational problem to obtain the “best constant” for classical interpolation estimates of Nirenberg and Gagliardo.  相似文献

The asymptotic behavior of solutions to the Cauchy problem for the equation $$i\psi _\imath = \frac{1}{2}\Delta \psi - \upsilon (\psi )\psi , \upsilon = r^{ - 1} *|\psi |^2 ,$$ and for systems of similar form, is studied. It is shown that the norms $$\parallel \psi (t)\parallel _{L_2 (|x| \leqq R)}^2 + \parallel \nabla \psi (t)\parallel _{L_2 (|x| \leqq R)}^2 $$ are integrable in time for any fixedR>0, from which it follows that $$\mathop {\lim }\limits_{t \to \infty } \parallel \psi (t)\parallel _{L_2 (|x| \leqq R)} = 0.$$ \] Nevertheless, it is established that anL 2-scattering theory is impossible.  相似文献

We consider the solutionu ?(t) of the saturated nonlinear Schrödinger equation (1) $$i\partial u/\partial t = - \Delta u - \left| u \right|^{4/N} u + \varepsilon \left| u \right|^{q - 1} uandu(0,.) = \varphi (.)$$ where \(N \geqslant 2,\varepsilon > 0,1 + 4/N< q< (N + 2)/(N - 2),u:\mathbb{R} \times \mathbb{R}^N \to \mathbb{C},\varphi \) , ? is a radially symmetric function inH 1(R N ). We assume that the solution of the limit equation is not globally defined in time. There is aT>0 such that \(\mathop {\lim }\limits_{t \to T} \left\| {u(t)} \right\|_{H^1 } = + \infty \) , whereu(t) is solution of (1) $$i\partial u/\partial t = - \Delta u - \left| u \right|^{4/N} uandu(0,.) = \varphi (.)$$ For ?>0 fixed,u ?(t) is defined for all time. We are interested in the limit behavior as ?→0 ofu ?(t) fort≥T. In the case where there is no loss of mass inu ? at infinity in a sense to be made precise, we describe the behavior ofu ? as ? goes to zero and we derive an existence result for a solution of (1) after the blow-up timeT in a certain sense. Nonlinear Schrödinger equation with supercritical exponents are also considered.  相似文献

Let H = ?Δ + V, where V is a real valued potential on ${\mathbb {R}^2}$ satisfying ${\|V(x)|\lesssim \langle x \rangle^{-3-}}$ . We prove that if zero is a regular point of the spectrum of H = ?Δ + V, then $${\| w^{-1} e^{itH}P_{ac}f\|_{L^\infty(\mathbb{R}^2)} \lesssim \frac{1}{|t|\log^2(|t|)} \| w f\|_{L^1(\mathbb{R}^2)},\,\,\,\,\,\,\,\, |t| \geq 2}$$ , with w(x) = (log(2 + |x|))2. This decay rate was obtained by Murata in the setting of weighted L 2 spaces with polynomially growing weights.  相似文献

In this paper we will study the nonlinear Schrödinger equations: $$\begin{gathered} i\partial _t u + \tfrac{1}{2}\Delta u = \left| u \right|^2 u, (t,x) \in \mathbb{R} \times \mathbb{R}_x^n , \hfill \\ u(0,x) = \phi (x), x \in \mathbb{R}_x^n \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ . It is shown that the solutions of (*) exist and are analytic in space variables fort∈??{0} if φ(x) (∈H 2n+1,2(? x n )) decay exponentially as |x|→∞ andn≧2.  相似文献

We study the macroscopic scaling and weak coupling limit for a random Schrödinger equation on $\mathbb{Z}^3We study the macroscopic scaling and weak coupling limit for a random Schr?dinger equation on . We prove that the Wigner transforms of a large class of “macroscopic” solutions converge in r th mean to solutions of a linear Boltzmann equation, for any 1 ≤ r < ∞. This extends previous results where convergence in expectation was established.  相似文献

It is shown that for each finite number N of Dirac measures ${\delta_{s_n}}$ supported at points ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3}$ with given amplitudes ${a_n \in {\mathbb R} \backslash\{0\}}$ there exists a unique real-valued function ${u \in C^{0, 1}({\mathbb R}^3)}$ , vanishing at infinity, which distributionally solves the quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equation of divergence form ${-\nabla \cdot ( \nabla{u}/ \sqrt{1-| \nabla{u} |^2}) = 4 \pi \sum_{n=1}^N a_n \delta_{s_n}}$ . Moreover, ${u \in C^{\omega}({\mathbb R}^3\backslash \{s_n\}_{n=1}^N)}$ . The result can be interpreted in at least two ways: (a) for any number N of point charges of arbitrary magnitude and sign at prescribed locations s n in three-dimensional Euclidean space there exists a unique electrostatic field which satisfies the Maxwell-Born-Infeld field equations smoothly away from the point charges and vanishes as |s| ?? ??; (b) for any number N of integral mean curvatures assigned to locations ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3 \subset{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ there exists a unique asymptotically flat, almost everywhere space-like maximal slice with point defects of Minkowski spacetime ${{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ , having lightcone singularities over the s n but being smooth otherwise, and whose height function vanishes as |s| ?? ??. No struts between the point singularities ever occur.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate the long time behaviour of a correlation function $c_{\mu _{0}}$ which is associated with a nematic liquid crystal system that is undergoing an isotropic-nematic phase transition. Within the setting of Landau–de Gennes theory, we confirm a hypothesis in the condensed matter physics literature on the average self-similar behaviour of this correlation function in the asymptotic regime at time infinity, namely $$\begin{aligned} \left\| c_{\mu _{0}}(r, t)-e^{-\frac{|r|^{2}}{8t}}\right\| _{L^{\infty }(\mathbb {R}^{3}, \,dr)}=\mathcal {O}(t^{-\frac{1}{2}}) \quad \mathrm as \quad t\longrightarrow \infty . \end{aligned}$$ In the final sections, we also pass comment on other scaling regimes of the correlation function.  相似文献

We find new operator formulas for converting Q?P and P?Q ordering to Weyl ordering, where Q and P are the coordinate and momentum operator. In this way we reveal the essence of operators’ Weyl ordering scheme, e.g., Weyl ordered operator polynomial ${_{:}^{:}}\;Q^{m}P^{n}\;{_{:}^{:}}$ , $$\begin{aligned} {_{:}^{:}}\;Q^{m}P^{n}\;{_{:}^{:}} =&\sum_{l=0}^{\min (m,n)} \biggl( \frac{-i\hbar }{2} \biggr) ^{l}l!\binom{m}{l}\binom{n}{l}Q^{m-l}P^{n-l} \\ =& \biggl( \frac{\hbar }{2} \biggr) ^{ ( m+n ) /2}i^{n}H_{m,n} \biggl( \frac{\sqrt{2}Q}{\sqrt{\hbar }},\frac{-i\sqrt{2}P}{\sqrt{\hbar }} \biggr) \bigg|_{Q_{\mathrm{before}}P} \end{aligned}$$ where ${}_{:}^{:}$ ${}_{:}^{:}$ denotes the Weyl ordering symbol, and H m,n is the two-variable Hermite polynomial. This helps us to know the Weyl ordering more intuitively.  相似文献

We study the Schrödinger equation on a flat euclidean cone ${\mathbb{R}_+ \times \mathbb{S}^1_\rho}We study the Schr?dinger equation on a flat euclidean cone \mathbbR+ ×\mathbbS1r{\mathbb{R}_+ \times \mathbb{S}^1_\rho} of cross-sectional radius ρ > 0, developing asymptotics for the fundamental solution both in the regime near the cone point and at radial infinity. These asymptotic expansions remain uniform while approaching the intersection of the “geometric front,” the part of the solution coming from formal application of the method of images, and the “diffractive front” emerging from the cone tip. As an application, we prove Strichartz estimates for the Schr?dinger propagator on this class of cones.  相似文献

We consider the nonlinear elliptic degenerate equation (1) $$ - x^2 \left( {\frac{{\partial ^2 u}}{{\partial x^2 }} + \frac{{\partial ^2 u}}{{\partial y^2 }}} \right) + 2u = f(u)in\Omega _a ,$$ where $$\Omega _a = \left\{ {(x,y) \in \mathbb{R}^2 ,0< x< a,\left| y \right|< a} \right\}$$ for some constanta>0 andf is aC functions on ? such thatf(0)=f′(0)=0. Our main result asserts that: ifuC \((\bar \Omega _a )\) satisfies (2) $$u(0,y) = 0for\left| y \right|< a,$$ thenx ?2 u(x,y)∈C \(\left( {\bar \Omega _{a/2} } \right)\) and in particularuC \(\left( {\bar \Omega _{a/2} } \right)\) .  相似文献

We prove a regularity result in weighted Sobolev (or Babu?ka?CKondratiev) spaces for the eigenfunctions of certain Schr?dinger-type operators. Our results apply, in particular, to a non-relativistic Schr?dinger operator of an N-electron atom in the fixed nucleus approximation. More precisely, let ${\mathcal{K}_{a}^{m}(\mathbb{R}^{3N},r_S)}$ be the weighted Sobolev space obtained by blowing up the set of singular points of the potential ${V(x) = \sum_{1 \le j \le N} \frac{b_j}{|x_j|} + \sum_{1 \le i < j \le N} \frac{c_{ij}}{|x_i-x_j|}}$ , ${x \in \mathbb{R}^{3N}}$ , ${b_j, c_{ij} \in \mathbb{R}}$ . If ${u \in L^2(\mathbb{R}^{3N})}$ satisfies ${(-\Delta + V) u = \lambda u}$ in distribution sense, then ${u \in \mathcal{K}_{a}^{m}}$ for all ${m \in \mathbb{Z}_+}$ and all a ?? 0. Our result extends to the case when b j and c ij are suitable bounded functions on the blown-up space. In the single-electron, multi-nuclei case, we obtain the same result for all a?<?3/2.  相似文献

In this paper we study the Liouville-type properties for solutions to the steady incompressible Euler equations with forces in ${\mathbb {R}^N}$ . If we assume “single signedness condition” on the force, then we can show that a ${C^1 (\mathbb {R}^N)}$ solution (v, p) with ${|v|^2+ |p| \in L^{\frac{q}{2}}(\mathbb {R}^N),\,q \in (\frac{3N}{N-1}, \infty)}$ is trivial, v = 0. For the solution of the steady Navier–Stokes equations, satisfying ${v(x) \to 0}$ as ${|x| \to \infty}$ , the condition ${\int_{\mathbb {R}^3} |\Delta v|^{\frac{6}{5}} dx < \infty}$ , which is stronger than the important D-condition, ${\int_{\mathbb {R}^3} |\nabla v|^2 dx < \infty}$ , but both having the same scaling property, implies that v = 0. In the appendix we reprove Theorem 1.1 (Chae, Commun Math Phys 273:203–215, 2007), using the self-similar Euler equations directly.  相似文献

In dimension n > 3 we show the existence of a compactly supported potential in the differentiability class , for which the solutions to the linear Schrödinger equation in,
fail to satisfy an evolution estimate of the form
This contrasts with known results in dimensions n ≤ 3, where a pointwise decay condition on V is generally sufficient to imply dispersive bounds.The obstructions in our example are generated by an expression with scaling law , which becomes dominant in the time interval .  相似文献

We study minimizers of the pseudo-relativistic Hartree functional \({\mathcal {E}}_{a}(u):=\Vert (-\varDelta +m^{2})^{1/4}u\Vert _{L^{2}}^{2}+\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^{3}}V(x)|u(x)|^{2}\mathrm{d}x-\frac{a}{2}\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^{3}}(\left| \cdot \right| ^{-1}\star |u|^{2})(x)|u(x)|^{2}\mathrm{d}x\) under the mass constraint \(\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^3}|u(x)|^2\mathrm{d}x=1\). Here \(m>0\) is the mass of particles and \(V\ge 0\) is an external potential. We prove that minimizers exist if and only if a satisfies \(0\le a<a^{*}\), and there is no minimizer if \(a\ge a^*\), where \(a^*\) is called the Chandrasekhar limit. When a approaches \(a^*\) from below, the blow-up behavior of minimizers is derived under some general external potentials V. Here we consider three cases of V: trapping potential, i.e. \(V\in L_{\mathrm{loc}}^{\infty }({\mathbb {R}}^3)\) satisfies \(\lim _{|x|\rightarrow \infty }V(x)=\infty \); periodic potential, i.e. \(V\in C({\mathbb {R}}^3)\) satisfies \(V(x+z)=V(x)\) for all \(z\in \mathbb {Z}^3\); and ring-shaped potential, e.g. \( V(x)=||x|-1|^p\) for some \(p>0\).  相似文献
