New chiral N,N-bidentate ligands derived from substituted 2-(4-isopropyl-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one-2-yl)pyridines have been prepared and characterised by means of 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy and optical rotation. Their Cu(II) complexes were characterized by means of elemental analysis, 1H NMR spectroscopy and MS. By means of X-ray diffraction, molecular geometry of the complex of 2-(1-methyl-4-isopropyl-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one-2-yl)pyridine with copper(II) chloride was determined. The complex exhibits heterochiral dimeric arrangement of two square pyramids with one terminal and one bridge-forming chlorine atoms and two nitrogen atoms in the bases of the pyramids. The tops of these pyramids are formed by the remaining chlorine atoms. The complexes prepared catalyse the Henry reaction with the overall yields of 41-97% and with the maximum enantioselective excess of 19%.  相似文献

Heterospin complexes of bis(μ2-1,1,2,2,8,8,9,9-octafluorononane-3,5,7-trionato)dicopper(II) ([Cu2L2]) with nitronyl nitroxides 2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-1-oxyl 3-oxide (2) and 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(3-pyridinyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-1-oxyl 3-oxide (1) were synthesized and structurally characterized. Crystals of the complexes are formed by the discrete bis[1-methyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-3-oxide-1-oxyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole]-bis (μ2-1,1,2,2,8,8,9,9-octafluorononane-3,5,7-trionato)dicopper(II) etherate (3) and bis[3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-3-oxide-1-oxyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine]-bis (μ2-1,1,2,2,8,8,9,9-octafluorononane-3,5,7-trionato)dicopper(II) (4) molecules. Each Cu atom of the dinuclear chelate fragment coordinates one paramagnetic ligand through the N atom of the pyrazole or pyridine fragment, respectively. In complex 3, the paramagnetic ligands are located on one side of the plane of the chelate fragment, whereas the ligands in complex 4 are located above and below the plane of the chelate fragment. The magnetic properties of complexes 3 and 4 are determined by dominant antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the unpaired electrons of the CuII atoms in the dinuclear Cu2L2 moiety. 3-Alkyl/aryl-3-amino-1H,3H-quinoline-2,4-diones react with alkyl/aryl isothiocyanates to give 3a-alkyl/aryl-1,2,3,3a-tetrahydro-9b-hydroxy-2-thioxo-5H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-4(9bH)-ones in high yields. These compounds rearrange in boiling acetic acid or concd hydrochloric acid to give novel 4-(2-aminophenyl)-1H-imidazole-2(3H)-thiones, 1,3-bis(2-(2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-1H-imidazol-5-yl)phenyl)ureas and minor N-(2-(2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-1H-imidazol-4-yl)phenyl)acetamides. In the presence of ethanol, the starting compounds rearrange in boiling acetic acid to give ethyl 2-(2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-1H-imidazol-4-yl)phenylcarbamates. All compounds were characterized by their 1H, 13C, IR and MS spectra and some of them also by 15N NMR data. The structures of two compounds were supported by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The paper describes preparation of a chiral bidentate ligand - 2-(2-bromophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one, and a tridentate ligand - 2-bromo-1,3-bis(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-on-2-yl)benzene, whose oxidative addition reaction with Pd(0) giving neutral organopalladium(II) complexes has been studied. The structure of these complexes was studied by means of NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. After transformation of the neutral organopalladium(II) complexes into the corresponding ionic species the latter were studied as enantioselctive catalysts for asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation and Michael addition.  相似文献

X-ray crystal structure and cryomagnetic properties of three organic radicals, 2-(2-pyridyl)-4, 4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1-H-imidazol-1-oxyl-3-N-oxide(NIT-oPy) 1, 2-(3-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-l-H-imidazol-1-oxyl-3-N-oxide(NIT-mPy) 2 and 2-(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4, 5-dihydro-1-H-imidazol-1-oxyl-3-N-oxide(NIT-6M-oPy) 3 were investigated. The crystal structures of compounds 1-3 show the same feature of a P21/c space group of a monoclinic system. Two crystallographically independent molecules were found in the crystals of compounds 1-3. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility of compounds 1-3 revealed an intermolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction.  相似文献

The heterospin mixed-ligand complex [Ni6(OH)4Piv4(hfac)4(NIT-Ph)2] (1) (NIT-Ph is 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxyl 3-oxide, hfac is hexafluoroacetylacetonate, and Piv is pivalate) was synthesized. The method for the synthesis of complex 1 is based on the replacement of acetone molecules in the hexanuclear complex containing the hexafluoroacetylacetonate and pivalate ligands [Ni6(OH)4Piv4(hfac)4(Me2CO)4] by NIT-Ph molecules. Two monodentate NIT-Ph molecules replace four acetone molecules, because the coordination of the O atom of the nitroxide group results in the blocking of one of the positions in the coordination environment of NiII the access to which is hindered by the phenyl ring of NIT-Ph. As a result, these ions are in a square-pyramidal environment unusual of NiII. In the low-temperature range, the dependence of the magnetization of 1 on the magnetic field is described by the Brillouin function. The reaction of [Ni6Piv4(hfac)4(OH)4(Me2CO)4] with the nitronyl nitroxide radicals 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(4-pyridyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxyl 3-oxide (NIT-p-Py) or 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxyl 3-oxide (NIT-Iz) containing the pyridine or 1-methylimidazol-5-yl substituent, respectively, in the side chain is accompanied by the decomposition of the polynuclear fragment and affords the mononuclear complexes Ni(hfac)2(NIT-p-Py)2 and Ni(hfac)2(NIT-Iz)2, respectively. The reaction of 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4,5-dihyd-ro-1H-imidazol-1-oxyl (Im-Iz), which is the imine analog of NIT-Iz, with [Ni6Piv4(hfac)4(OH)4(Me2CO)4] afforded the decanuclear complex [Ni10(OH)8Piv4(hfac)8(Im-Iz)2(H2O)6]. The molecular and crystal structures of all heterospin compounds were determined, and the magnetic properties of all compounds were investigated in the 2–300 K temperature range.  相似文献

The appropriate 1-arylhydrazinecarbonitriles 1a–c are subjected to the reaction with 2-chloro-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole (2), yielding 7-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-2-aryl-6,7-dihydro-2H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazol-3(5H)-imines 3a–c, which are subsequently converted into the corresponding amides 4a–e, 8a–c, sulfonamides 5a–n, 9, ureas 6a–I, and thioureas 7a–d. The structures of the newly prepared derivatives 3a–c, 4a–e, 5a–n, 6a–i, 7a–d, 8a–c, and 9 are confirmed by IR, NMR spectroscopic data, as well as single-crystal X-ray analyses of 5e and 8c. The in vitro cytotoxic potency of these compounds is determined on a panel of human cancer cell lines, and the relationships between structure and antitumor activity are discussed. The most active 4-chloro-N-(2-(4-chlorophenyl)-7-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-6,7-dihydro-2H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazol-3(5H)-ylidene)benzamide (4e) and N-(7-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-2-(p-tolyl)-6,7-dihydro-2H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazol-3(5H)-ylidene)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-sulfonamide (5l) inhibits the growth of the cervical cancer SISO and bladder cancer RT-112 cell lines with IC50 values in the range of 2.38–3.77 μM. Moreover, N-(7-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-2-phenyl-6,7-dihydro-2H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazol-3(5H)-ylidene)-4-phenoxybenzenesulfonamide (5m) has the best selectivity towards the SISO cell line and induces apoptosis in this cell line.  相似文献

4-Arylmethylidene-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazol-5-ones reacted with hexamethyldisilazane in ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, or DMF at room temperature to give mainly 2-acylamino-3-arylmethylideneprop-2-enamides, whereas in boiling DMF the corresponding 4-arylmethylidene-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-ones were formed. The reaction of 2-benzoylamino-3-phenylprop-2-enamide with hexamethyldisilazane also led to the formation of 4-benzylidene-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one, while its reaction with chlorotrimethylsilane afforded either a 1:1 mixture of 4-benzylidene-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazol-5-one and 4-benzylidene-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one or only the latter, depending on the solvent.  相似文献

New chiral N,N-bidentate 2,2′-bis-(4-isopropyl-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one) ligands have been prepared and characterised by their 1H and 13C NMR spectra and/or optical rotation. The ligands prepared were then tested for their ability to form complexes with copper(II) salts. It was found that the most stable complex is formed from the 2,2′-bis-(4-isopropyl-1,4-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-5-one) ligand and copper(II) chloride. The structure of this complex was determined by means of quantum-chemical computations at the B3LYP or UB3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level. According to the computations, the geometry of the copper atom most resembles a tetrahedral arrangement, which was also confirmed by means of X-ray structural analysis. It was found that the structure of this copper(II) complex does not allow the copper atom to coordinate to additional ligands; therefore, it is catalytically inactive in the asymmetric Henry reaction.  相似文献

Heterospin complexes based on cobalt semiquinolate with stable nitroxides of composition [Co(SQ)2(NIT)2]·8CH2Cl2, [Co(SQ)2(NIT)2]·4MeCN, [Co(SQ)2(IN)2]·5Me2CO, [Co(SQ)2(IN)2]·4MeCN, and [Co(SQ)2(IN)2]·2CH2Cl2·C6H14, where SQ is 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzosemiquinolate, NIT is 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl, and IN is the imine analog of NIT, viz., 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-1-oxyl, were synthesized. The characteristic feature of these compounds is that they contain two different types of paramagnetic organic ligands. The X-ray diffraction study showed that the solid phases of the complexes have a molecular structure. According to the data from thermomagnetic analysis (2–350 K), all complexes exhibit effects of valence tautomerism at ∼20 °C. It was found that incorporated solvent molecules have an effect on the magnetic anomaly temperature.  相似文献

Transition metal complexes of CoII, NiII and CuII with 4-(4-azidosulfophenylazo)-5-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazol-3-oneHL1, 4-(4-azidosulfophenylazo)-5-methyl-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazol-3-one HL2 and 4-(3-azidosulfo-6-methoxyphenylazo)-5-methyl-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazol-3-one HL3 were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductances and magnetic susceptibilities and by i.r., electronic and e.s.r. spectral measurements as well as thermal (d.t.a and t.g.a.) analysis. The i.r. spectra indicate that HL acts as a bidentate ligand coordinating via the azo and enolic-oxygen linkages. The electronic spectral data and magnetic moments suggest a tetragonally distorted octahedral geometry for the complexes having the formula ML2·2H2O, (M = CoII, NiII and CuII), square pyramidal geometry for CuL 2 3 H2O and tetrahedral geometry for CoL 2 3 . The X-band e.s.r. spectra of the copper(II) complexes reveal anaxial symmetry for both CuL 2 2 2H2O and CuL 2 3 H2O while CuL 2 1 O is isotropic in the solid state at room temperature. The d.t.a. curves show two exothermic peaks for all three complexes CoL 2 3 ,NiL 2 3 2H2O and CuL 2 3 H2O and one endothermic peak for the latter two aqua complexes.  相似文献

Four novel copper(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized,namely Cu(hfac)2NITPhNO2 (1),Cu(hfac)2NITPhCH3 (2),Cu(pfpr)2NITPhNO2,(3) and Cu(Pfpr)2NITPhCH3 (4),where hfac= hexafluoro-acetylacetonate,pfpr=pentafluoropropionate,NITR.=2-R-4,4,5,5-tetraniethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazolyl-1-oxyl-3-oxide.(R=4-nitrophenyl,4-methylphenyl).These complexes were rharicter-ized by elemental analyses,IR,electronic spectra and molar conductance.The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility of complexes 1 and 3 have been studied in the 4 300 K range,giving I he exchange integral J=10.56 cm-1 for complex 1 and J =-30.9 cm-1 for complex 3.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis and characterization of two novel azo ligands, 4,5-dihydroxy-3,6-bis(2-hydroxyphenylazo)-2,7 naphthalene disulfonic acid (H2L) and 4,5-dihydroxy-3,6-bis(2-hydroxy-4-sulfophenylazo)-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (H2L1). The Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) complexes of these ligands were prepared and characterized by infrared, UV–Vis, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra, atomic absorption spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis, conductivity, cyclic voltammetry, and magnetic measurements. The results suggest that the complexes have a 2:1 (metal:ligand) molar ratio, involving binuclear azo ligands with an ONO donor set. Metal ion uptake studies were conducted with a batch technique. Preliminary histological studies were also made. The results indicate that the azo ligands have high thermal stability, good metal extraction capacity, and favorable dying properties with certain tissues.  相似文献

This paper reports the regioselective synthesis of new trifluoromethylated lipid derivatives, namely, 1-(5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-3-alkyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)alkan-1-ones, through cyclocondensation reactions between a series of fatty hydrazides (palmitoyl, stearoyl, and oleoyl hydrazides) obtained from fatty acids from renewable resources (1,1,1-trifluoro-4-alkoxy-3-alken-2-ones [F3CC(O)CH?C(R1)OR, where R1?=?H and R?Et; R1?=?–(CH2)6CH3, –(CH2)6CH3, –(CH2)8CH3, –(CH2)9CH3, –(CH2)10CH3, –(CH2)12CH3, –(CH2)2Ph], and R?Me). Experimental observations showed that the lipophilic characteristic of 5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles (5–7) prevent the acid catalyzed dehydration to aromatization of 1H-pyrazole ring, although in some cyclocondensations a proportion of the aromatic derivative 1-(5-trifluoromethyl-3-alkyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)alkan-1-one was obtained. All products were characterized using multinuclear (1H, 13C, 19F) NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two new mesogenic homologous series, each containing 1,3,5-trisubstituted pyrazolone derivatives, 4-n-alkoxyphenyl and Schiff base–cinnamate central linkages, have been synthesised to give 4-[(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) methyleneamino] phenyl 3-(4-n-alkoxyphenyl)acrylate [Series-A] and 4-[(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-p-tolyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)methyleneamino] phenyl 3-(4-n-alkoxyphenyl)acrylate [Series-B] and their Cu(II) complexes have also been synthesised. These compounds were characterised by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), carbon-13 NMR (13C NMR) and ultraviolet (UV)-visible and mass spectral studies. Their mesomorphic behaviour was studied by polarising optical microscope (POM) with a heating stage. POM data were compared with differential scanning calorimetry thermograms. In Series-A and -B, all compounds exhibit mesomorphism. Series-A compounds exhibit an enantiotropic nematic mesophase except propyl derivative, while a smectic A (SmA) mesophase is observed from the heptyl derivative and persists up to the last member of the homologous series. n-Heptyloxy derivative is monotropic for SmA phase. Series-B compounds also exhibit the enantiotropic nematic mesophase, while the SmA mesophase is observed from the heptyl derivative and persists up to the last member of the homologous series. n-Dodecyloxy derivative exhibits monotropic SmA and nematic mesophases. The mesomorphic properties of both series are compared with each other and the other structurally related compounds. The study reveals that cinnamate linkage containing liquid crystals have higher thermal stability compared to structurally related series containing chalcone linkage. In case of complex series, only one compound from each series gives nematic mesophase.  相似文献
