Novel compounds designated emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3), along with emethallicin A (4), were isolated from the mycelium of the heterothallic fungus, Emericella heterothallica (mating type a). The structures of emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) were determined on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical investigations. Emethallicins B (1) and C (2) are epitetrathiodioxopiperazines, which have the same basic carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19) and acetylaranotin (17), respectively, whereas emethallicin D (3) is an epitrithiodioxopiperazine derivative, which has the same carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19). It is very interesting that a large amount of the disulfide, emethallicin A (4), was isolated from the strain of mating type A and that the corresponding tetrasulfide, emethallicin B (1), and trisulfide, emethallicin D (3), were isolated from the other mating type strain, along with a small amount of the disulfide (4). Emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) have potent inhibitory activity against compound 48/80-induced histamine release from mast cells, like emethallicin A (4).  相似文献

Direct beta-glucosidation between benzyl alcohol and D-glucose (5) using the immobilized beta-glucosidase from almonds with the synthetic prepolymer ENTP-4000 gave a benzyl beta-D-glucoside (1) in 53% yield. The coupling of the benzyl beta-D-glucopyranoside congener (8) derived from 1 with phenyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-1-thio-beta-D-xylopyranoside (9), ethyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-1-thio-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (13), and 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl bromide (15) afforded 10, 14, and 16, respectively, as coupled products. Deprotection of 10, 14, and 16 provided the synthetic benzyl beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), benzyl alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), and benzyl alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), respectively.  相似文献

本研究利用傅里叶变换红外反射光谱技术,通过对比不同光洁度的金属表面红外反射光谱图,建立了利用傅里叶变换红外反射光谱表征金属表面光洁度的方法,本文从红外反射光谱图4000cm-1~600cm-1、3400cm-1~2600cm-1波段的斜率及4000cm-1、3000cm-1、2000cm-1波数处的反射率两方面进行考察,结果表明,斜率和某一波数处的反射率均能用来表征金属表面的光洁度,且具有较高的准确性。  相似文献

During investigation of the hydrolysis of a protopanaxatriol-type saponin mixture by various glycoside hydrolases, crude preparations of beta-galactosidase from Aspergillus oryzae and lactase from Penicillium sp. were found to produce two minor saponins, ginsenoside Rg(2) [6-O-(alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-20(S)-protopanaxatriol] and ginsenoside Rh(1) (6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxatriol), respectively, in high yields. Moreover, a naringinase preparation from Penicillium decumbens readily gave an intestinal bacterial metabolite, ginsenoside F(1) (20-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxatriol), as the main product, with a small amount of 20(S)-protopanaxatriol from a protopanaxatriol-type saponin mixture. Also, a hesperidinase from Penicillium sp. selectively hydrolyzed ginsenoside Re into ginsenoside Rg(1). This is the first report on the enzymatic preparation of minor saponins, ginsenosides Rg(2) and Rh(1), and of an intestinal bacterial metabolite, ginsenoside F(1), with high efficiency from a protopanaxatriol-type saponin mixture.  相似文献

Three phenylpropanoid glycosides have been isolated, together with the known phenylpropanoid glycosides rossicaside A (4), B (5), E (6), and trans-p-coumaryl alcohol 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), and an acylated oligosaccharide beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-trans-caffeoyl)-D-glucopyranose) (8), from the aqueous extract of Boschniakia rossica (CHAM. et SCHLECH.) FEDTSCH. et FLEROV. Spectroscopic evidence led to the assignments of their structures as trans-p-coumaryl-(6'-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), trans-p-coumaryl-(6'-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) and 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-R,S-2-ethoxy-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->3)(4-O-trans-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), designated as rossicasin A, rossicasin B, and rossicaside F, respectively. Compound 7 was identified from the degradation reaction and this is the first isolation from a natural source.  相似文献

The interaction of calixpyrrole with several chloride salts has been studied in the solid state by X-ray crystallography as well as in solution by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and (1)H NMR spectroscopic titrations. The titration results in dimethylsulfoxide, acetonitrile, nitromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, and dichloromethane, carried out using various chloride salts, specifically tetraethylammonium (TEA), tetrapropylammonium (TPA), tetrabutylammonium (TBA), tetraethylphosphonium (TEP), tetrabutylphosphonium (TBP), and tetraphenylphosphonium (TPhP), showed no dependence on method of measurement. The resulting affinity constants (K(a)), on the other hand, were found to be highly dependent on the choice of solvent with K(a)'s ranging from 10(2)-10(5) M(-1) being recorded in the test solvents used for this study. In dichloromethane, a strong dependence on the countercation was also seen, with the K(a)'s for the interaction with chloride ranging from 10(2)-10(4) M(-1). In the case of TPA, TBA, and TBP, the ITC data could not be fit to a 1:1 binding profile.  相似文献

Two new alkaloids, (5S,9S,10R)-myrionidine (1) and (5S,9S,10R,13S)-myrionamide (2), along with the known schoberine (3), were isolated from the leaves of Myrioneuron nutans (Rubiaceae), and their structures were determined from spectral analysis, including mass spectrometry and 2D NMR. The total asymmetric syntheses of (-)-myrionidine (1), (-)-schoberine (3), their enantiomers as well as their 9-epimers derivatives were performed, allowing the determination of their absolute configuration together with that of myrionamide (2). (-)-Myrionidine (1) and its synthetic enantiomer (18) showed a significant antimalarial activity on Plasmodium falciparum.  相似文献

(1S,2S)-, (1S,2R)-, and (1R,2S)-1-(2,4-Dimethylphenyl)piperazyl-2-phenylcyclopropane (2a, 3, and ent-3, respectively), which were designed as conformationally restricted analogues of haloperidol (1), a clinically effective antipsychotic agent, were synthesized from chiral epichlorohydrins using the Barton reductive radical decarboxylation as the key step. (1S,2R)-1-(tert-Butyldiphenylsilyloxy)methyl-2-carboxy-2-phenylcyclopropane (5), which was prepared from (S)-epichlorohydrin ((S)-7), was converted into its N-hydroxypyridine-2-thione ester 12, the substrate for the reductive radical decarboxylation. When 12 was treated with TMS3SiH in the presence of Et3B or AIBN, the decarboxylation and subsequent hydride attack on the cyclopropyl radical intermediate from the side opposite to the bulky silyloxymethyl moiety occurred, resulting in selective formation of the corresponding reductive decarboxylation product 4-cis with the cis-cyclopropane structure. From 4-cis, the cis-cyclopropane-type target compound 3 was readily synthesized. Starting from (R)-epichlorohydrin ((R)-7), ent-3 was similarly synthesized. Epimerization of the cyclopropanecarboxamide ent-16-cis, a synthetic intermediate for ent-3, on treatment with a base prepared from Bu2Mg and i-Pr2NH in THF occurred effectively to give the corresponding trans isomer 16-trans, which was converted into 2a with the trans-cyclopropane structure.  相似文献

Four new lignans, 3',4'-O,O-demethylenehinokinin (1), chamalignolide (2), 8'beta-hydroxyhinokinin (3) and 7beta,8beta-epoxyzuonin A (4), as well as (-)-hinokinin (5), and (-)-zuonin A (6), were isolated from the heartwood of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana. The structures of these lignans were unambiguously determined by spectroscopic methods. And the absolute configuration of 1 was elucidated with a circular dichroism (CD) spectrum.  相似文献

Diaza-18-crown-6 (1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diaza-cyclo-octadecane) selectively precipitates as a 1,4-dihydroxybenzene-complex from a mixture of isomeric phenols and as a 2,6-dihydroxynapthalene-complex from mixtures of isomeric diols. These selective precipitations are discussed in terms of structure and solubility of the host-guest complexes and phenol acidity. The crystal structures of diaza-18-crown-6 with guestsp-nitrophenol (2: 1), 2,4-dinitroaniline (2: 1), 5,5-diethylbarbituric acid (2: 1), salicylaldoxime (2: 1) and 1,4-dihydroxybut-2-yne (1: 1) are reported. A number of adducts of copper(I) thiocyanate with bulky tertiary phosphine ligands, and some nitrogen-base solvates, were synthesized and structurally and spectroscopically characterised. CuSCN:PCy3 (1:2), as crystallized from pyridine, is shown by a single crystal X-ray study to be a one-dimensional polymer ...(Cy3P)2CuSCN(Cy3P)2CuSCN... (1) with the four-coordinate copper atoms linked end-on by S-SCN-N bridging thiocyanate groups. A second form (2), obtained from acetonitrile, was also identified and shown by IR and 31P CPMAS NMR spectroscopy to be mononuclear, with the magnitude of the dν(Cu) parameter measured from the 31P CPMAS and the ν(CN) value from the IR clearly establishing this compound as three-coordinate [(Cy3P)2CuNCS]. Two further CuSCN/PCy3 compounds CuSCN:PCy3 (1:1) (3), and CuSCN:PCy3:py (1:1:1) (4) were also characterized spectroscopically, with the dν(Cu) parameters indicating three- and four-coordinate copper sites, respectively. Attempts to obtain a 1:2 adduct with tri-t-butylphosphine have yielded, from pyridine, the 1:1 adduct as a dimer [(Bu(t)3P)((SCN)(NCS))Cu(PBu(t)3)] (5), while similar attempts with tri-o-tolylphosphine (from acetonitrile and pyridine (= L)) resulted in solvated 1:1:1 CuSCN:P(o-tol)3:L forms as dimeric [{(o-tol)3P}LCu((SCN)(NCS))CuL{P(o-tol)3}] (6 and 8). The solvent-free 1:1 CuSCN:P(o-tol)3 adduct (7), obtained by desolvation of 6, was characterized spectroscopically and dν(Cu) measurements from the 31P CPMAS NMR data are consistent with the decrease in coordination number of the copper atom from four (for 6) (P,N(MeCN)Cu,S,N) to three (for 7) (PCuS,N) upon loss of the acetonitrile of solvation. These results are compared with those previously reported for mononuclear and binuclear PPh3 adducts which demonstrate a clear tendency for the copper centre to remain four-coordinate. The IR spectroscopic measurements on these compounds show that bands in the far-IR spectra provide a much more definitive criterion for distinguishing between bridging and terminal bonding than does an often-used empirical rule based on ν(CN) in the mid-IR, which leads to the wrong conclusion in some cases.  相似文献

The molecular-recognition properties of the cucurbit[6]uril analogue (1) in aqueous buffer (sodium acetate, 50 mM, pH 4.74, 25 degrees C) toward a variety of guests including alkanediamines (6-12), aromatics (14-32), amino acids (33-36), and nucleobases (37-42) were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. For the alkanediamines studied (H2N(CH)nNH2, n = 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12), the association constants increase as the length of the alkane (n) is increased. Host 1 is capable of forming strong complexes with guests containing aromatic rings with association constants (Ka) ranging from 10(2) to 10(6) M(-1) as a result of the favorable pi-pi interactions that occur between host 1 and the aromatic rings of the guest when bound in the cavity of 1. Biologically relevant guests such as amino acids and nucleobases are also bound in the cavity of 1 with Ka values ranging from 10(3) to 10(6) M(-1). Consequently, cucurbit[6]uril analogue 1 functions as a versatile fluorescent sensor for the presence of a wide range of chemically and biologically important substances in aqueous solution including nitroaromatics, neurotransmitters, amino acids, and nucleobases.  相似文献

The reactions of N-fused tetraphenylporphyrin (NFTPP, 1a) and its 21-substituted derivatives, 21-Br-NFTPP (1b), 21-NO(2)-NFTPP (1c), and 21-Bz-NFTPP (1d), with Mn(CO)(5)Br gave the manganese(I) tricarbonyl complexes bearing N-fused tetraphenylporphyrinato ligands (2a-d), respectively, in 46-99% yields. The complexes were characterized by mass, IR, (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, and the final structural proof was evident from the X-ray crystallographic analysis for 2a. The crystals of 2a·CH(2)Cl(2) belong to the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n (#14), with a = 15.007(2) ?, b = 12.5455(19) ?, c = 21.150(3) ?, β = 102.227(4)°, and Z = 4. The lengths (?) of three manganese-nitrogen and three manganese-carbon bonds are inequivalent respectively [Mn-N(2), 2.007(2); Mn-N(23), 2.033(2); Mn-N(24), 1.988(3); and Mn-CO, 1.798(4), 1.804(4), 1.841(3)], reflecting the asymmetric structure of the NFp ligand. The aromatic substitution reactions of 2a, such as nitration, formylation, and chlorination, proceeded without a loss of center metal to give the corresponding 21-nitro (2c), 21-formyl (2e), and 21-chloro (2f) derivatives, regioselectively. In the electrochemical measurements of 2, one reversible oxidation and two reversible reduction waves were observed. The redox potentials of 2 indicate the narrow energy gaps between the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO-LUMO) being consistent with the electronic absorption spectra that display the absorption edges over 1000 nm. Protonation occurred at the inner core nitrogen of 2a upon the addition of acids, which is inferred from the (1)H NMR spectra as well as theoretical calculations. By a treatment with amine N-oxides, demetalation of 2 proceeded to afford the corresponding NFP free-bases (1).  相似文献

A new aliphatic acid, compound 1, together with six known metabolites, including nonactic acid (2), homononactic acid (3), ethyl homononactate (4), homononactylhomononactate (5), valinomycin (6), and cyclo-(Pro-Leu) (7), was isolated from the culture broth of Streptomyces sp. BM-8, an actinobacterial strain isolated from the feces of Equus quagga. The structures of these compounds were established by analyses of spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (NMR), as well as by HR-ESI-MS spectrometry and chemical derivative analyses. Additionally, a serial analogue of nonactic acid and homononacticacid (8–21) was synthesized. The cytotoxicity of 1–21 wastested against a panel of cancer cell lines, such as HT-29, MCF-7, A375 and K562, with MTT assay. In addition, the cytotoxicity tests revealed that 1 was less cytotoxic toward a panel of cancerous cells, as compared with valinomycin (6).  相似文献

Full-dimensional, three-state, surface hopping calculations of the photodissociation dynamics of formaldehyde are reported on ab initio potential energy surfaces (PESs) for electronic states S(1), T(1), and S(0). This is the first such study initiated on S(1) with ab initio-calculated spin-orbit couplings among the three states. We employ previous PESs for S(0) and T(1), and a new PES for S(1), which we describe here, as well as new spin-orbit couplings. The time-dependent electronic state populations and the branching ratio of radical products produced from S(0) and T(1) states and that of total radical products and molecular products at three total energies are calculated. Details of the surface hopping dynamics are described, and a novel pathway for isomerization on T(1) via S(0) is reported. Final translational energy distributions of H + HCO products from S(0) and T(1) are also reported as well as the translational energy distribution and final rovibrational distributions of H(2) products from the molecular channel. The present results are compared to previous trajectory calculations initiated from the global minimum of S(0). The roaming pathway leading to low rotational distribution of CO and high vibrational population of H(2) is observed in the present calculations.  相似文献

首次对复伞银莲花(AnemonetetrasepalaRoyle)全草的化学成分进行研究,从其甲醇提取物中分离出8个三萜皂甙。其中1为新化合物,命名为复伞银莲花甙(Tetrasepaloside)。根据各种波谱分析并结合化学降解将其鉴定为23-O-(2',3'-缩丙酮)-α-呋喃核糖基-常春藤配基-28-O-α-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-吡喃葡萄糖甙;其它7个已知化合物分别鉴定为齐墩果酸-3-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)-α-L吡喃阿伯糖甙(2)、HN-SaponinF(3)、白头翁皂甙C(4)、木通皂甙D(5)、红毛七皂甙D(6)、刺五加皂甙A1(7)和红毛七皂甙F(8)。  相似文献

The oxazine dye, oxonine (3,7-diaminophenoxazin-5-ium chloride), 1, is photoreduced by Fe (II) sulfate in dilute sulfuric acid. The reaction mechanism is analogous to that for the photo-reduction of thiazine dyes by Fe (II), the most important difference being that reduction of oxonine occurs predominantly from its excited singlet state, S1, rather than from the triplet state, T1. The latter is formed with an intersystem crossing (isc) quantum yield of ca 1.7 x 10(-3). The quenching of S1 by Fe (II) has a rate constant kSQ = 2.2 +/- 0.1 x 10(9) M-1 s-1 and affords the one electron reduced product, semioxonine (R), with a limiting quantum yield, phi SR, of 0.26 +/- 0.02. In contrast, quenching of T1, generated by bromide ion quenching of S1 or by diacetyl sensitization, occurs with KTQ approximately 1.2 x 10(6) M-1 s-1, extrapolated to zero ionic strength, and affords R with a limiting probability, phi TR = 1.1 +/- 0.2. Three possible reasons for the lower quantum yield of the more exothermic S1 reduction are discussed. These are energy transfer from S1 to Fe (II), different rates of escape of R from the encounter complex as a consequence of the different states of protonation of R as initially formed from S1 and T1, and spin allowed back electron transfer in an exciplex formed between S1 and Fe (II). Evidence is also presented for a very low probability (ca 1%) induced isc from the encounter of S1 with paramagnetic Fe (II). Rate parameters for other processes important to the overall reduction mechanism such as disproportionation of R to leucooxonine L and oxonine, k(R)DIS = 1.7 +/- 0.2 x 10(9) M-1 s-1, oxidation of R by Fe (III), k(R)OX = 1.5 +/- 0.1 x 10(5) M-1 s-1, and oxidation of L by Fe (III), kLOX = 1.1 +/- 0.1 x 10(3) M-1 s-1, have also been measured. These results are contrasted with those for the closely related thionine/Fe(II) photoredox reaction, the most well understood system for photogalvanic energy conversion.  相似文献

Inelastic and charge-transfer excitation processes in collisions between ground-state neutral Mg atoms and K+ ions have been studied by means of a crossed molecular-beam technique. Decay fluorescent emissions from Mg(3 1P1),Mg(4 3S1), and Mg(3s(1)3d(1), 3(3)D3,2,1) as well as the phosphorescent emission due to Mg(3 3P1) have been observed from excited Mg atoms and the charge-transfer emission decays from K(4 2P 3/2,1/2), K(5 2P 3/2, 1/2), K(6 2S 1/2), and K(4 2D 5/2, 3/2) for excited K atoms. The corresponding absolute cross-sections values versus collision energy functions were determined in the 0.10-3.80 keV laboratory energy range. In order to interpret the experimental results, accurate ab initio full configuration-interaction calculations using pseudopotentials have been performed for the (Mg-K)+ system, giving a manifold of adiabatic singlet and triplet potential-energy curves correlating with the different collision channels, which allow a qualitative interpretation of the emission excitation functions measured for the different processes studied. A comparative study with other Mg-alkali ion systems previously studied is also included.  相似文献

Two lowest-lying excited singlets with B(u) symmetry of all-trans-oligoenes, the well-known ionic 1(1)B(u)(+) state as well as the "hidden" ionic-covalent-mixed 1(1)B(u)(-) state, are calculated within both the Pariser-Parr-Pople (PPP) model at full configuration interaction (FCI) level and ab initio methods. The vertical excitation energies as well as wavefunctions from PPP-FCI calculations are found to be in good agreement with those from high-level multi-reference methods, such as multi-reference complete active space self-consistent field (CASSCF) with second order perturbative corrections (CASPT2), multi-reference M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory (MRMP), and complete active space valence bond theory (CASVB). The oscillator strengths from PPP calculation are in good agreement with spectroscopy experiments. The relatively small oscillator strength of 1(1)B(u)(-) is due to the approximate electron-hole symmetry of this state. In addition, the bond lengths in both states are found to show remarkable relativity with the bond orders calculated with ground state geometries, which suggests a possible strategy for initial guess in geometry optimization of excited states.  相似文献

Three novel quaternary indole alkaloids with an unprecedented 1-azoniatricyclo[4.3.3.0(1,5)]undecane moiety, subincanadines A-C (1-3), as well as two new indole alkaloids with a 1-azabicyclo[5.2.2]undecane moiety, subincanadines D (4) and E (5), and a new indole alkaloid with a 1-azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane moiety, subincanadine F (6), have been isolated from the barks of Aspidosperma subincanum Mart, and the structures of 1-6 and the stereochemistry of 1-3 were elucidated by spectroscopic data and chemical means.  相似文献
