In this study, a well-defined, novel NHC-Ni complex was developed and used to catalyze the N-arylation of alkyl- and arylamines with arylboronic acids in a rare version of Chan-Lam coupling. Although the same coupling using copper catalysts has been widely studied, the nickel-catalyzed version is rare and normally requires 10–20?mol% catalyst loading. This novel NHC-Ni complex in combination with 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine, however, proved to be an effective catalyst that lowered the required catalyst loading to only 2.0?mol%.  相似文献

A ligand free, copper-catalyzed N-arylation reaction of amines with diheteroaryl halides in heterogeneous medium at room temperature has been developed. The protocol is very effective for low boiling amines and useful for amines available in aqueous solution. The reaction gives chemospecific arylation of amines with diheteroaryl halides in the mixture monoheteroaryl halides, diheteroaryl halides and carbocyclic aryl halides. The reaction is also chemospecific with respect to arylation of aliphatic amines. Monoarylated piperazines were also synthesized at room temperature following this protocol.  相似文献

This Letter describes a copper catalyzed sulfonamide coupling reaction with aryl bromides to form N-aryl sulfonamides under mild conditions, including the first examples of Cu-catalyzed sulfonamide coupling at room temperature. The reaction protocol tolerates a broad range of substrates including a variety of primary and secondary sulfonamides and challenging heteroaryl bromides such as 2-bromothiazole.  相似文献

10 mol% Cul combined with the DMEDA ligand can efficiently catalyze the N-arylation of 2-arylindoles with aryl iodides and aryl bromides in good to excellent yields. The aryl halides bearing electron-rich or electron-deficient functional groups can be well tolerated under this mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

4,7-Dimethoxy-1,10-phenanthroline (L1c) was found to be an efficient ligand for the copper-catalyzed N-arylation of imidazoles and benzimidazoles with both aryl iodides and bromides under mild conditions. Further optimization of the system has revealed that the addition of poly(ethylene glycol) accelerates this reaction. A variety of hindered and functionalized imidazoles, benzimidazoles, and aryl halides were transformed in good to excellent yields. Heteroaryl halides were also coupled in moderate to good yields. We also present the results obtained from a series of coupling reactions, which directly compare the use of L1c with other recently reported ligands.  相似文献

A Cu-mediated ligand-free arylation of NH-sulfoximines and sulfonamides by arylhydrazine hydrochlorides was herein demonstrated. The oxidative transformation provided an easy access towards N-aryl sulfoximines and sulfonamides in high yields (up to 93% yields) with broad functional groups tolerance (up to 36 examples). The protocol was proposed to take place through the free radical pathway based on the results of control reactions and EPR analysis.  相似文献

Bifunctional (thio)urea-based cinchona alkaloid derivatives have been shown to promote highly efficient enantioselective desymmetrization reactions of meso anhydrides. The most selective of these catalysts is capable of the enantioselective methanolysis of succinic and glutaric anhydride derivatives to form hemiester products with >90% yield and enantiomeric excess at 1 mol % loading and ambient temperature.  相似文献

The use of second-generation [(NHC)Pd(R-allyl)Cl] complexes for Suzuki-Miyaura and Buchwald-Hartwig cross-coupling reactions involving heteroaromatic halides at room temperature is reported. The first examples of room temperature Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of deactivated aryl chlorides with alkenyl boronic acids are also disclosed. Terminal substitution at the allyl moiety of the palladium complex facilitates its activation at room temperature leading to very active catalytic species enabling the present catalytic transformations to be performed rapidly using very mild reaction conditions. Catalyst loadings can be as low as 10 ppm for the Buchwald-Hartwig aryl amination and 50 ppm for the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction.  相似文献

A new designer surfactant is described containing a covalently bound organocatalyst, proline. This species is water-soluble and, via spontaneous nanomicelle formation, catalyzes aldol reactions on water-soluble or -insoluble substrates in water as the only medium. Recycling the catalyst is trivial, as the amphiphile/catalyst remains in the aqueous phase in the flask.  相似文献

A facile Michael addition of ferrocenylenones with aliphatic amines under ultrasound irradiation in the absence of solvent and catalyst at room temperature can afford 1-ferrocenyl-3-amino carbonyl compounds rapidly in high yields, which is also efficient in the aza-Michael reaction of other α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds such as chalcone, carboxylic ester, etc. However, aromatic amines do not undergo the conjugate addition at all, and the reactions under existing methods do not proceed or take place in low yield after a long reaction time. Apart from experimental simplicity, generality and selectivity, the advantages of this methodology are the rapid, environmentally benign and less expensive processes, which will contribute to the progress of green chemistry.  相似文献

We have developed an efficient and readily available catalyst system CuBr/racemic BINOL (1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diol) that catalyzes N-arylation of aliphatic amines at room temperature, and this inexpensive catalyst system is of high selectivity and tolerance toward various functional groups in the substrates.  相似文献

A large number of preparatively interesting compounds have become readily available by the simultaneous action of sulfur and ammonia or amines on ketones. Direct syntheses of Δ3-thiazolines, Δ3-imidazoline-5-thiones, 5,6-dihydro-4H-1,4-thiazines, and the 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexathiocane system from ketones, sulfur, and ammonia or amines, and further possibilities for the synthesis of these heterocyclic systems have been proposed. Other heterocycles containing N or N and S (thiazoles, thiophenes, thiazolidines, tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-c]-1,4-thiazines, thiomorpholines, 4-amino-2H-imidazoles, etc.) are readily obtainable by further reactions of these compounds. Hydrolysis of the Δ3-thiazolines yields α-mercapto ketones, which are the starting materials for other syntheses. Most of the syntheses described proceed at room temperature and at normal pressure.  相似文献

An efficient method for synthesis of E-enamines by the anti-Markovnikov addition of secondary amines to terminal alkynes is described. The reaction of a variety of aryl- and heteroarylacetylenes proceeded at room temperature using a combination of a 8-quinolinolato rhodium complex and P(p-MeOC(6)H(4))(3) as a catalyst. A practical and promising protocol was developed for N-arylations of various amines with differently substituted aryl halides. The processes are efficiently promoted by the catalyst system involving the environmentally benign Fe2O3 and the universal ligand L-proline. A simple, rapid, and efficient protocol for the chemoselective N-Boc protection of amines using sulfamic acid as catalyst is described. N-Boc protection of various structurally diverse aliphatic, aromatic, alicyclic, and heterocyclic amines (1°, 2°, 3°) was carried out with (Boc)2O using sulfamic acid as catalyst (5 mol %) at room temperature under solventless conditions. The advantages of this method are simplicity, shorter reaction times (1-15 min), a cost-effective catalyst, and excellent isolated yields (90-100%); it is also environmentally benign. Moreover, the combined use of ultrasound and sulfamic acid achieves a synergic effect that is especially marked in the N-Boc protection of deactivated (sterically hindered and electron-deficient) amines. The catalyst possesses distinct advantages: ease of handling, cleaner reactions, high activity, and excellent chemoselectivity.  相似文献
