多重时滞富营养化生态模型的稳定性与分支分析

本文研究了多重时滞富营养化生态模型的稳定性与分支问题.利用特征值方法,分别研究了具有单时滞和双时滞模型的线性稳定性.发现当模型中的时滞经过一系列临界值时,模型在平衡点附近经历了Hopf分支和Hopf-zero分支,并给出Hopf分支和Hopf-zero分支存在的充分条件.最后数值模拟验证了理论结果.

In this paper, the dynamic behaviors of a host-parasite model with intracellular delay and drug treatment is investigated. we obtain the basic reproductive ratio R0 , which determined the behaviors of the system. If R0<1, the infection-free equilibrium is globally asymptotic stability. If 1 3, by choosing the delay τ as a bifurcation parameter, the infection equilibrium bifurcate a family of periodic solution as τ crosses a critical value. Furthermore, we give some examples to verify our theoretical results and discuss the sensitivity of the drug efficacy and effect of the delay. In the finally, we give a brief discussion.     

双时滞HIV病毒的CD4$^+$T-细胞模型的稳定性和分支分析

Stability and Hopf Bifurcation of a Type of Protein Synthesis System with Time Delay and Negative Feedback

This paper studied the stability and Hopf bifurcation of a type of protein synthesis system with time delay and negative feedback. Firstly, it is proved theoretically that the time delay, nonlinearity in the protein production and the cooperativity in the negative feedback are key factors to generate circadian oscillation; Taking time delay as a parameter, we obtained the critical value of the time delay that Hopf bifurcation generates. Secondly, based on the center manifold and normal form theorem, we derived the formulas for determining the stability of bifurcating periodic solutions and the supercritical or subcritical Hopf bifurcation. Finally, the matlab program is used to simulate the results.     

The Stability and Hopf Bifurcation of the Prey-predator System with Delay and Migration

In this paper we first investigate the system with the inftuence of delay and migration and give a theoretical analysis of the alternative change of the stability discovered by Stepan with computer program, then we reduce the system with the center manifold theorem and present an approximation form of Hopf bifurcation solutions. Finally we give the numerical analysis of stability for a concrete periodic solution.
