We describe non-trivial δ-derivations of semisimple finite-dimensional Jordan algebras over an algebraically closed field of characteristic not 2, and of simple finite-dimensional Jordan superalgebras over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0. For these classes of algebras and superalgebras, non-zero δ-derivations are shown to be missing for δ ≠ 0, 1/2, 1, and we give a complete account of 1/2-derivations. We describe Novikov-Poisson algebras in which a Novikov algebra is not simple while its corresponding associative commutative derivation algebra is differentially simple. In particular, it is proved that a Novikov algebra is simple over a field of characteristic not 2 iff its associative commutative derivation algebra is differentially simple. The relationship is established between Novikov-Poisson algebras and Jordan superalgebras. The classification of Lie superalgebras of small dimensions is well known. Here we set out a similar task regarding Mal'tsev superalgebras. It is established that there exist a number of diverse types of non-Lie Mal'tsev superalgebras of dimension 4. One of the types of 3-dimensional non-Lie Mal'tsev superalgebras allows us to construct a number of interesting examples in the theory of ordinary (finite-dimensional) Mal'tsev algebras. We explore the basic fuzzy logic BL as well as propositional fuzzy logics with modalities □ and ◊ and a total accessibility relation. Formulations and proofs are given to replacement theorems for BL. In this paper we classifyℤ-graded transitive Lie superalgebras with prescribed nonpositive parts listed in [K2]. The classification of infinite-dimensional simple linearly compact Lie superalgebras given in [K2] is based on this result. The partial quadrangle PQ(s, t, μ) is an incidence system consisting of points and lines in which every line contains s + 1 points, every point sits on t + 1 lines (two lines meet in at most one point), and the meet of the neighborhoods of any two non-adjacent points in the collinearity graph is a μ-coclique. Centers of universal envelopes for Mal’tsev algebras are explored. It is proved that the center of the universal envelope for a finite-dimensional semisimple Mal’tsev algebra over a field of characteristic 0 is a ring of polynomials in a finite number of variables equal to the dimension of its Cartan subalgebra, and that universal enveloping algebra is a free module over its center. We introduce the notion of a Δ-space and argue that a complete subcategory of the categoryTOP 0of all topological T0-spaces, defined by Δ-spaces, is a subdirectly closed subcategory ofTOP 0that contains many of the known denotational semantic categories of topological spaces as subdirectly closed subcategories. As a consequence, the affirmative answer is given to Scott’s question which inquires whether the category of bifinite domains is a complete subdirectly closed subcategory ofEQU. We deal with logics based on lattices with an additional unary operation. Interrelations of different versions of interpolation, the Beth property, and amalgamation, as they bear on modal logics and varieties of modal algebras, superintuitionistic logics and varieties of Heyting algebras, positive logics and varieties of implicative lattices, have been studied in many works. Sometimes these relations can and sometimes cannot be extended to the logics without implication considered in the paper.
