New furan-based derivatives have been, designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their cytotoxic and tubulin polymerization inhibitory activities. DNA flow cytometric study of pyridine carbohydrazide 4 and N-phenyl triazinone 7 demonstrated G2/M phase cell cycle disruptions. Accumulation of cells in the pre-G1 phase and positive annexin V/PI staining, which may be caused by degeneration or fragmentation of the genetic components, suggested that cell death occurs via an apoptotic cascade. Furthermore, compounds 4 and 7 had a strong pro-apoptotic impact through inducing the intrinsic mitochondrial mechanism of apoptosis. This mechanistic route was verified by an ELISA experiment that indicated a considerable rise in the levels of p53 and Bax and a drop in the level of Bcl-2 when compared with the control.  相似文献

In our continuing search for potential anticancer candidates, 2‐(3‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐pyrrolidinyl‐4‐quinazolinone ( JJC‐1 ) was selected as the lead compound. Starting 5‐pyrrolidinyl‐2‐aminobenzamide was prepared using standard methodology from 5‐chloro‐2‐nitrobenzoic acid by reaction with SOCl2, NH3, pyrrolidine, and H2. The starting benzamide then was reacted with 2‐substituted benzaldehyde or benzoyl chloride in N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAC) in the presence of NaHSO3 at 150 °C. Thermal cyclodehydration/dehydrogenation gave the target 6‐pyrrolidinyl‐2‐(2‐substituted phenyl)‐4‐quinazolinones ( 15–22 ). These target compounds were assayed for their cytotoxicity in vitro against six cancer cell lines, including human monocytic leukemia cells (U937), mouse monocytic leukemia cells (WEHI‐3), human hepatoma cells (HepG2, Hep3B) and human lung carcinoma cells (A549, CH27). Most of them exhibited significant cytotoxic effect toward U937 and WEHI‐3 cells, with EC50 values ranging from 0.30 to 10.10 μM. Compound 19 was investigated further for its action mechanisms. Preliminary findings indicated that compound 19 induced G2/M arrest and apoptosis on U937 cells.  相似文献

Janerin is a cytotoxic sesquiterpene lactone that has been isolated and characterized from different species of the Centaurea genus. In this study, janerin was isolated form Centaurothamnus maximus, and its cytotoxic molecular mechanism was studied in THP-1 human leukemic cells. Janerin inhibited the proliferation of THP-1 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Janerin caused the cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase by decreasing the CDK1/Cyclin-B complex. Subsequently, we found that janerin promoted THP-1 cell death through apoptosis as indicated by flow cytometry. Moreover, apoptosis induction was confirmed by the upregulation of Bax, cleaved PARP-1, and cleaved caspase 3 and the downregulation of an anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 biomarker. In addition, immunoblotting indicated a dose dependent upregulation of P38-MAPK and ERK1/2 phosphorylation during janerin treatment. In conclusion, we have demonstrated for the first time that janerin may be capable of inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis through the MAPK pathway, which would be one of the mechanisms underlying its anticancer activity. As a result, janerin has the potential to be used as a therapeutic agent for leukemia.  相似文献

Abstract

Xanthatin is a natural plant bicyclic sesquiterpene lactone extracted from Xanthium plants (Asteraceae). In the present study, we demonstrated for the first time that Xanthatin inhibited cell proliferation and mediated G2/M phase arrest in human colon cancer cells. Xanthatin also activated caspase and mediated apoptosis in these cells. Concomitantly, Xanthatin triggered cell autophagic response. We found down-regulation of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) contribute to the induction of apoptosis and autophagy. Moreover, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was triggered upon exposure to Xanthatin in colon cancer cells. ROS inhibitor N-acetylcysteine (NAC) significantly reversed Xanthatin-mediated XIAP down-regulation, G2/M phase arrest, apoptosis and autophagosome accumulation. In summary, our findings demonstrated that Xanthatin caused G2/M phase arrest and mediated apoptosis and autophagy through ROS/XIAP in human colon cancer cells. We provided molecular bases for developing Xanthatin as a promising antitumor candidate for colon cancer therapy. Abbreviations ROS reactive oxygen species

Jellyfish venom is a rich source of bioactive proteins and peptides with various biological activities including antioxidant, antimicrobial and antitumor effects. However, the anti-proliferative activity of the crude extract of Rhopilema nomadica jellyfish venom has not been examined yet. The present study aimed at the investigation of the in vitro effect of R. nomadica venom on liver cancer cells (HepG2), breast cancer cells (MDA-MB231), human normal fibroblast (HFB4), and human normal lung cells (WI-38) proliferation by using MTT assay. The apoptotic cell death in HepG2 cells was investigated using Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining-based flow cytometry analysis, western blot analysis, and DNA fragmentation assays. R. nomadica venom displayed significant dose-dependent cytotoxicity on HepG2 cells after 48 h of treatment with IC50 value of 50 μg/mL and higher toxicity (3:5-fold change) against MDA-MB231, HFB4, and WI-38 cells. R. nomadica venom showed a prominent increase of apoptosis as revealed by cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase, upregulation of p53, BAX, and caspase-3 proteins, and the down-regulation of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein and DNA fragmentation. These findings suggest that R. nomadica venom induces apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first scientific evidence demonstrating the induction of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of R. nomadica jellyfish venom.  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to elucidate the anti-hepatoma effects and mechanisms of Pogostemon cablin essential oils (PPa extract) in vitro and in vivo. PPa extract exhibited an inhibitory effect on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells and was less cytotoxic to normal cells, especially normal liver cells, than it was to HCC cells, exerting a good selective index. Additionally, PPa extract inhibited HCC cell growth by blocking the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase via p53 dependent or independent pathway to down regulated cell cycle regulators. Moreover, PPa extract induced the FAS-FASL-caspase-8 system to activate the extrinsic apoptosis pathway, and it increased the bax/bcl-2 ratio and reduced ΔΨm to activate the intrinsic apoptosis pathway that might be due to lots of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production which was induced by PPa extract. In addition, PPa extract presented to the potential to act synergistically with sorafenib to effectively inhibit HCC cell proliferation through the Akt/mTOR pathway and reduce regrowth of HCC cells. In an animal model, PPa extract suppressed HCC tumor growth and prolonged lifespan by reducing the VEGF/VEGFR axis and inducing tumor cell apoptosis in vivo. Ultimately, PPa extract demonstrated nearly no or low system-wide, physiological, or pathological toxicity in vivo. In conclusion, PPa extract effectively inhibited HCC cell growth through inducing cell cycle arrest and activating apoptosis in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, PPa extract exhibits less toxicity toward normal cells and organs than it does toward HCC cells, which might lead to fewer side effects in clinical applications. PPa extract may be developed into a clinical drug to suppress tumor growth or functional food to prevent HCC initiation or chemoprotection of HCC recurrence.  相似文献

Prisconnatanones A (Priscon-A) is a rare tetrahydroanthraquinone isolated from herbal Prismatomeris connate. In this study, we examine its anti-tumour activity on human laryngocarcinoma HEp-2 cells in vitro. The CCK-8 assay was performed to evaluate its cytotoxicity. Cell cycle and apoptosis were analysed using flow cytometric analysis. Here, we showed Priscon-A inhibited the proliferation of HEp-2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and at 5 μM it almost completely inhibited cell growth. Its cytotoxicity was associated with the cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase. The Annexin V-FITC/PI binding assay showed that the cell death induced by Priscon-A was associated with apoptosis. And, western blot analysis revealed that the levels of the apoptosis protein, cleaved caspase-3, PARP, p21 and Bax protein increased, while the level of anti-apoptosis protein Bcl-2 decreased.. These data demonstrated that Priscon-A significantly inhibited HEp-2 cell growth, induced the cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and efficiently induced cell apoptosis.  相似文献

2′,4′-Dihydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone (DMC), a natural product derived from Syzygium nervosum A. Cunn. ex DC., was investigated for its inhibitory activities against various cancer cell lines. In this work, we investigated the effects of DMC and available anticervical cancer drugs (5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, and doxorubicin) on three human cervical cancer cell lines (C-33A, HeLa, and SiHa). DMC displayed antiproliferative cervical cancer activity in C-33A, HeLa, and SiHa cells, with IC50 values of 15.76 ± 1.49, 10.05 ± 0.22, and 18.31 ± 3.10 µM, respectively. DMC presented higher antiproliferative cancer activity in HeLa cells; therefore, we further investigated DMC-induced apoptosis in this cell line, including DNA damage, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis assays. As a potential anticancer agent, DMC treatment increased DNA damage in cancer cells, observed through fluorescence inverted microscopy and a comet assay. The cell cycle assay showed an increased number of cells in the G0/G1 phase following DMC treatment. Furthermore, DMC treatment-induced apoptosis cell death was approximately three- to four-fold higher compared to the untreated group. Here, DMC represented a compound-induced apoptosis for cell death in the HeLa cervical cancer cell line. Our findings suggest that DMC, a phytochemical agent, is a potential candidate for antiproliferative cervical cancer drug development.  相似文献

Imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine compounds are a new class of promising lead molecules to which we have incorporated polar nitro and amino moieties to increase the scope of their biological activity. Two of these substituted 3-nitro-6-amino-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine compounds (5c and 5h) showed potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity (IC50 40–50 nM), which we have previously reported. In this study, we wanted to test the biological efficacy of these compounds. Cytotoxicity assays showed that compound 5h mediated greater cell death with over 43% of cells dead at 100 μM and activation of caspase 3-mediated apoptosis. On the other hand, compound 5c mediated a dose-dependent decrease in cell proliferation. Both compounds showed cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase and reduced cellular ATP levels leading to activation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and enhanced mitochondrial oxidative stress. It has to be noted that all these effects were observed at doses beyond 10 μM, 200-fold above the IC50 for AChE inhibition. Both compounds also inhibited bacterial lipopolysaccharide-mediated cyclooxygenase-2 and nitric oxide release in primary rat microglial cells. These results suggested that the substituted imidazo (1,2-b) pyridazine compounds, which have potent AChE inhibitory activity, were also capable of antiproliferative, anti-migratory, and anti-inflammatory effects at higher doses.  相似文献

A new series of benzotriazole moiety bearing substituted imidazol-2-thiones at N1 has been designed, synthesized and evaluated for in vitro anticancer activity against the different cancer cell lines MCF-7(breast cancer), HL-60 (Human promyelocytic leukemia), and HCT-116 (colon cancer). Most of the benzotriazole analogues exhibited promising antiproliferative activity against tested cancer cell lines. Among all the synthesized compounds, BI9 showed potent activity against the cancer cell lines such as MCF-7, HL-60 and HCT-116 with IC50 3.57, 0.40 and 2.63 µM, respectively. Compound BI9 was taken up for elaborate biological studies and the HL-60 cells in the cell cycle were arrested in G2/M phase. Compound BI9 showed remarkable inhibition of tubulin polymerization with the colchicine binding site of tubulin. In addition, compound BI9 promoted apoptosis by regulating the expression of pro-apoptotic protein BAX and anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2. These results provide guidance for further rational development of potent tubulin polymerization inhibitors for the treatment of cancer.  相似文献

In vitro anti-proliferative activity of Pinus palustris extract and its purified abietic acid was assessed against different human cancer cell lines (HepG-2, MCF-7 and HCT-116) compared to normal WI-38 cell line. Abietic acid showed more promising IC50 values against MCF-7 cells than pine extract (0.06 µg/mL and 0.11 µM, respectively), with insignificant cytotoxicity toward normal fibroblast WI-38 cells. Abietic acid triggered both G2/M cell arrest and subG0-G1 subpopulation in MCF-7, compared to SubG0-G1 subpopulation arrest only for the extract. It also induced overexpression of key apoptotic genes (Fas, FasL, Casp3, Casp8, Cyt-C and Bax) and downregulation of both proliferation (VEGF, IGFR1, TGF-β) and oncogenic (C-myc and NF-κB) genes. Additionally, abietic acid induced overexpression of cytochrome-C protein. Furthermore, it increased levels of total antioxidants to diminish carcinogenesis and chemotherapy resistance. P. palustris is a valuable source of active abietic acid, an antiproliferative agent to MCF-7 cells through induction of apoptosis with promising future anticancer agency in breast cancer therapy.  相似文献

A series of novel 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives (OSD, OCOD, ONOD, OPD, COD, PMOD, and PCOD) were synthesized and characterized. Their structures were confirmed on the basis of IR, NMR and mass spectroscopy and molecular weights were found in the range 300–325 g/mol. Cancerous cell lines (MCF-7, HepG2) and non-cancerous cell lines (Chang liver cells) were treated with these compounds for 48 h, which caused dose dependent decrease in the cell viability. From the seven derivatives, OSD was found to be most potent with IC50 value close to 50 μM on all tested cell lines. Hence, this compound was selected for mechanistic study on HepG2 cell lines. Fluorescent cell staining and DNA fragmentation study of 50 μM OSD on HepG2 cells, showed events marked by apoptosis such as nuclear fragmentation, cytoplasm shrinkage and DNA damage. Further, the cells with same treatment were quantified for apoptosis using annexin V-PI flow cytometric technique. The percentage of apoptotic cells was significantly higher (p < 0.05) after OSD treatment compared to control cells. OSD induced a significant increase (p < 0.05) in the expression of the tumor suppressor p53 in HepG2 cells. The constitutive expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 significantly decreased (p < 0.05) after treatment, while the expression of proapoptotic protein Bax significantly increased (p < 0.05). The change in Bax to Bcl-2 ratio suggested involvement of Bcl-2 family in induction of apoptosis. Furthermore, the levels of caspase-9 and caspase-3 were significantly (p < 0.05) up regulated in HepG2 cells after OSD treatment. The data suggest that 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives induce apoptosis mediated by intrinsic pathway of apoptosis. The findings strengthen the potential of the 1,3,4-oxadiazole scaffold OSD, as an agent with chemotherapeutic and cytostatic activity in human hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the effects of the prenylated flavonoid kurarinone on TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL)-induced apoptosis and its underlying mechanism. A low dose of kurarinone had no significant effect on apoptosis, but this compound markedly promoted tumor cell death through elevation of Bid cleavage, cytochrome c release and caspase activation in HeLa cells treated with TRAIL. Caspase inhibitors inhibited kurarinone-mediated cell death, which indicates that the cytotoxic effect of this compound is mediated by caspase-dependent apoptosis. The cytotoxic effect of kurarinone was not associated with expression levels of Bcl-2 and IAP family proteins, such as Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Bid, Bad, Bax, XIAP, cIAP-1 and cIAP-2. In addition, this compound did not regulate the death-inducing receptors DR4 and DR5. On the other hand, kurarinone significantly inhibited TRAIL-induced IKK activation, IκB degradation and nuclear translocation of NF-κB, as well as effectively suppressed cellular FLICE-inhibitory protein long form (cFLIPL) expression. The synergistic effects of kurarinone on TRAIL-induced apoptosis were mimicked when kurarinone was replaced by the NF-κB inhibitor withaferin A or following siRNA-mediated knockdown of cFLIPL. Moreover, cFLIP overexpression effectively antagonized kurarinone-mediated TRAIL sensitization. These data suggest that kurarinone sensitizes TRAIL-induced tumor cell apoptosis via suppression of NF-κB-dependent cFLIP expression, indicating that this compound can be used as an anti-tumor agent in combination with TRAIL.  相似文献

By 5-h reaction of cis-[RuIICl2(DMSO)4] (M2) with K102-P2W17O61] (M3) in ice-cooled, HCl-acidic aqueous solution, a water-soluble 1:2-type diamagnetic ruthenium(II) complex of formula K18[RuII(DMSO)2(P2W17O61)2]·35H2O (M1) was unexpectedly obtained as an analytically pure, homogeneous tan-colored solid, in which two DMSO ligands are coordinated to the ruthenium(II) atom. The cytotoxic potential of the complex was tested on C33A, DLD-1, and HepG-2 cancer cells and human normal embryonic lung fibroblasts cell MRC-5; the viability of the treated cells was evaluated by MTT assay. The mode of cell death was assessed by morphological study of DNA damage and apoptosis assays. Compound M1 induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner, and the mode of cell death was essentially apoptosis though necrosis was also noticed. Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry indicated that M1 caused cell cycle arrest and accumulated cells in S phase.  相似文献

In the course of a research on metal-based compounds active on white blood cell cancers (leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma) nine aliphatic thiosemicarbazones and their nickel complexes have been synthesized with the aim to test their effect on histiocytic lymphoma U937 cell proliferation. All compounds were characterized by elemental, IR and NMR spectra analyses and for five of the complexes also by X-ray crystallography diffraction analysis. Heptanal thiosemicarbazone and the corresponding nickel complex were chosen after a solubility/stability test to carry out preliminary experiments in vitro on human leukemia cell line U937. The complex possesses a remarkable biological activity in inhibiting cell growth and in inducing apoptosis.  相似文献

Small-molecule subcellular organelle-targeting theranostic probes are crucial for early disease diagnosis and treatment. The imaging window of these molecules is mainly focused on the visible and near-infrared region (below ∼900 nm) which limits the tissue penetration depth and therapeutic effects. Herein, a novel NIR-II small-molecule probe H4–PEG-Glu with a thiopyrylium cation was synthesized. H4–PEG-Glu not only can quickly and effectively image mitochondria in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells, and induce G0/G1 phase arrest by the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis pathway w/o irradiation, but also exhibit moderate cytotoxicity against AML cancer cells in a dose dependent-manner without laser irradiation. The THP-1 cells treated with H4–PEG-Glu upon NIR laser irradiation showed enhanced chemo- and photothermal therapy (CPTT) with 93.07% ± 6.43 apoptosis by Annexin V staining. Meanwhile, H4–PEG-Glu displayed high synergistic CPTT effects in vivo, as well as specific NIR-II tumor imaging in AML patient derived PDX mouse models for the first time. Our work lays down a solid foundation for designing small-molecule NIR-II mitochondria-selective theranostic probes.

Fermented soybean products have attracted great attention due to their health benefits. In the present study, the hypoxia-injured PC12 cells induced by cobalt chloride (CoCl2) were used to evaluate the neuroprotective potency of tofu fermented by Actinomucor elegans (FT). Results indicated that FT exhibited higher phenolic content and antioxidant activity than tofu. Moreover, most soybean isoflavone glycosides were hydrolyzed into their corresponding aglycones during fermentation. FT demonstrated a significant protective effect on PC12 cells against hypoxic injury by maintaining cell viability, reducing lactic dehydrogenase leakage, and inhibiting oxidative stress. The cell apoptosis was significantly attenuated by the FT through down-regulation of caspase-3, caspases-8, caspase-9, and Bax, and up-regulation of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL. S-phase cell arrest was significantly inhibited by the FT through increasing cyclin A and decreasing the p21 protein level. Furthermore, treatment with the FT activated autophagy, indicating that autophagy possibly acted as a survival mechanism against CoCl2-induced injury. Overall, FT offered a potential protective effect on nerve cells in vitro against hypoxic damage.  相似文献

Copper(I) complexes of the types [Cu(N–N)(PPh3)2]NO3 (LC41–LC44) and [Cu(N–N)(PPh3)(NO3)] (LC45) carrying 3‐substituted 1‐pyridine‐2‐ylimidazo[1,5‐a]pyridine (N–N) derivatives and triphenylphosphine (PPh3) ligands have been prepared. The synthesized copper(I)–phosphine complexes were fully characterized by NMR, IR, ESI‐MS and UV–visible spectroscopy as well as by cyclic voltammetry. Selected structures such as LC42, LC43 and LC45 were additionally analysed by single‐crystal X‐ray method, which show that copper(I) centre adopts a highly distorted tetrahedral geometry. The 1H and 13C NMR spectral data of the complexes throw light on the nature of metal–ligand bonding. They display dπ–π* metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transition and show quasireversible CuI/CuII metal oxidation. Among the copper(I)–phosphine complexes, LC41–LC44 exhibit moderate cytotoxicity (IC50: 24 h, 67–74 μM; 48 h, 58–70 μM) against human lung epithelial adenocarcinoma A549 cells, whereas LC45 displays the best activity (IC50: 24 h, 42 μM; 48 h, 34 μM) for A549 cancer cell line, which is better than that of the commercial antitumor drug cisplatin. All the complexes also displayed excellent selectivity by being relatively inactive against the human lung epithelial L132 normal cell line with selectivity index (SI) values ranging from 3.4 to 7.4. The complexes block cell cycle progression of A549 cells in G0/G1 phase. FACSVerse analyses are suggestive of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and apoptotic cell death induced by the LC41, LC43 and LC45. The induction of apoptosis in A549 cells was shown by Annexin V with propidium iodide (PI) and 4′,6‐diamidino‐2‐phenylindole (DAPI) staining methods and established the ability of LC41, LC43 and LC45 to accumulate in the cell nuclei.  相似文献

Three matrine-derived alkaloids, alopecuroidine A (1), alopecuroidine B (2a) and alopecuroidine C (2b) were isolated from the seeds of Sophora alopecuroides. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and X-ray diffraction. Three compounds possess an unprecedented rearranged fused 7/6/5/6 tetracyclic skeleton with a diazacycloheptane structure. Their plausible biosynthetic pathway was also proposed. The anti-proliferative activities of compounds 1 and 2a were examined by the MTT assay. Compound 1 inhibited the viability of human lung cancer A549 cells, having a half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 7.58 ± 2.47 µmol/L at 72 h. The flow cytometric analysis suggested that 1 inhibited A549 cell growth by inducing apoptosis and cell-cycle arrest. Additionally, 1 induced the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, elevated intracellular reactive oxygen species, increased the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, stimulated cleaved-caspase-3 and P53 protein levels, and suppressed the pro-caspase-3 level. Thus, 1 appeared to induce A549 cells apoptosis through a mitochondria-mediated apoptotic pathway.  相似文献

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a type of brain tumor that is most aggressive, proliferates rapidly and intensive invasion is governed by cell migration and destruction of the extracellular matrix. In the present study, we evaluated the antiproliferative efficacy of the synthesized silver chloride nanoparticles (AgCl-NPs) from Asparagus racemosus root extract against human glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs) and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) cells. Biosynthesis of A. racemosus-AgCl-NPs was confirmed by color change, UV–visible spectroscopy and characterized by transmitted electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy, x-ray powder diffraction and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The A. racemosus-AgCl-NPs inhibited GSCs and EAC cells growth with the IC50 values of 4.8 and 4.69 µg/ml, respectively. A. racemosus-AgCl-NPs induced apoptosis in GSCs which was confirmed by annexin V/PI assay, various genes expression, and caspase-3 protein expression as detected by the immunofluorometric assay. The expression level of the TLR9, NFκB, TNFα, p21 and IKK genes were increased consequently with the decrease of PARP, EGFR, NOTCH2, mTOR and STAT3 genes in GSCs as examined by real-time PCR. The cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase was detected by flow cytometry. In addition, A. racemosus-AgCl-NPs caused significant inhibition of EAC cells growth, reduced tumor burden, increased the survival of EAC-bearing mice and restored the hematological parameters when compared with the control mice. The synthesized AgCl-NPs inhibited the proliferation of GSCs in vitro with the induction of apoptosis and inhibited the growth of EAC cells in vivo in mice by reducing the tumor burden and increasing the survival periods.  相似文献
