The imprinted polymeric film was synthesized on the glass-carbon electrodes dlrectly. The response to the template molecule-dopamine and other molecules with similar structure was measured by cyclic voltammetry. The response of dopamine on imprinted electrode was much higher than that of other molecules,because of the existing of micro-cavities in polymeric rdm fitting with the size and shape of dopamine in the imprinted polymer.Experimental results showed that dopamlne can be enriched by the imprinted film, therefore increasing the sensitivity of the sensor. The imprinted film could also efface the interference of ascorbic acid, indicating that dopamine can be determined with a large excess of ascorbic acid.  相似文献

A new molecularly imprinted electrochemical luminescence sensor (MIP‐ECL sensor) was developed for isoproturon (IPU) determination based on the competition reaction between IPU and glucose oxidase labeled IPU (GOD‐IPU). After competition, hydrogen peroxide produced by residual GOD‐IPU on the MIP reacted with luminol to emit electrochemiluminescence (ECL) signal. The ECL intensity decreased when the GOD‐IPU molecules were replaced by IPU molecules in the samples. IPU could be determined in the concentration range from 9×10?11 mol/L to 5.1×10?9 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.78×10?12 mol/L. Water samples were assayed and recoveries ranging from 98.5 % to 102.1 % were obtained.  相似文献

Fluoroquinolones (FQs) are broad-spectrum antibiotics widely used to treat animal and human infections. The use of FQs in these activities has increased the presence of antibiotics in wastewater and food, triggering antimicrobial resistance, which has severe consequences for human health. The detection of antibiotics residues in water and food samples has attracted much attention. Herein, we report the development of a highly sensitive online solid-phase extraction methodology based on a selective molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and fluorescent detection (HPLC-FLD) for the determination of FQs in water at low ng L−1 level concentration. Under the optimal conditions, good linearity was obtained ranging from 0.7 to 666 ng L−1 for 7 FQs, achieving limits of detection (LOD) in the low ng L−1 level and excellent precision. Recoveries ranged between 54 and 118% (RSD < 17%) for all the FQs tested. The method was applied to determining FQs in river water. These results demonstrated that the developed method is highly sensitive and selective.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for L-tryptophan based on a molecularly imprinted polymer was developed. The sensing film was prepared by the co-electropolymerization of o-phenylenediamine and hydroquinone on a gold electrode in the presence of L-tryptophan as the template. The performance of the L-tryptophan sensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and alternating current impedance. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the relative current change was linear to the concentration of L-tryptophan in the range of 1.0 × 10?8 to 1.0 × 10?6 mol/L and a detection limit of 0.50 × 10?8 mol/L was obtained. The sensor showed high sensitivity and selectivity for L-tryptophan. The imprinting factor was 3.58 and selectivity factors of L-tryptophan compared to analogs were larger than 2. The sensor also demonstrated good resistance to acidic, basic, and organic environments.  相似文献

采用简单高效的分子印迹膜技术,制备了对羟基苯甲酸(PHA)分子印迹传感器。敏感膜采用循环伏安法(CV)在玻碳电极表面合成,采用CV、微分脉冲伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和电化学交流阻抗法在K3[Fe(CN)6]/K4[Fe(CN)6]溶液中测试此分子印迹传感器的性能。在最优条件下,PHA检测线性范围为0.6~8.0μmol/L,检测限(S/N=3)为0.2μmol/L。实验结果表明:该分子印迹传感器灵敏度高、选择性好并且具有良好的再生性能,传感器对与PHA结构相似的分子有较强的抗干扰能力,可望用于植物体分泌化感物质PHA的实时监测。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A new biomimetic bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor based on a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was fabricated and applied for the determination of phenobarbital The MIP was synthesized using phenobarbital as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer by the non-covalent method. In absolute ethanol, the sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity. A linear relationship between 9.0×10?8 M and 5.0×10?5 M was revealed. The determination limit was 5.0×10?8 M. In harsh chemical environments such as high temperature, organic solvent, bases, acids, etc., the sensor still exhibited long-time stability. Satisfactory results of real sample assay were obtained by the proposed method.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸作为碳源合成了荧光碳量子点(CDs),经硅烷化试剂改性后,以呋喃妥因为模板分子,在其表面合成了分子印迹聚合物(MIP-CDs)。以傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对合成产物进行结构和形貌表征;通过一系列吸附实验研究了MIP-CDs对呋喃妥因的识别性能。实验结果表明:在最佳吸附条件下,MIP-CDs的荧光猝灭程度与呋喃妥因的浓度符合Stern-Volmer方程,呋喃妥因在0~10mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2=0.991 4),方法检出限(S/N=3)为2μg/L。在水样和饲料样品中添加不同浓度的呋喃妥因,加标回收率为78.0%~95.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于6.4%,符合分析方法学要求。该方法简单、快速、选择性好,可直接用于水体和饲料中痕量呋喃妥因的监测。  相似文献

用电聚合的方法在金电极上制备了以妥拉苏林为模板分子的自组装邻氨基硫酚分子印迹膜传感器.通过差分脉冲伏安法研究传感器对妥拉苏林的响应特性,结果表明在优化的实验条件下,此传感器的峰电流响应值与妥拉苏林浓度在0.4~5μg·mL-1(r=0.9986)和5~120μg·mL-1(r=0.9953)范围内保持良好的线性关系,检测限为0.18μg·mL-1;相对标准偏差约为2.47%,响应时间约为3min.传感器具备较好的选择性和稳定性,初步用于人体尿液中妥拉苏林的分析,获得了较满意的结果.  相似文献

以多巴胺为模板分子、溴酚蓝为单体, 在玻碳电极表面制得分子印迹膜. 洗脱后重新吸附多巴胺分子, 同时利用聚溴酚蓝膜对多巴胺氧化的电催化作用, 对多巴胺进行定量分析. 多巴胺在0~1.2×10-6 mol/L浓度范围内与电流变化值有线性关系. 由于印迹膜的催化作用, 检出限达1.62×10-10 mol/L. 该传感器可用于选择性测定多巴胺, 抗坏血酸和尿酸等共存物不干扰测定. 利用该传感器直接测定了血清中多巴胺含量, 回收率在95.2%~103.0%之间.  相似文献

Abstract

The molecular imprinting technique was applied for the preparation of a polymer selective for sialic acid. To evaluate its binding ability the molecularly imprinted polymer obtained was used as a stationary phase in liquid chromatography. The polymer showed pH-dependent characteristics for binding: an optimum specificity to sialic acid at pH 8.1 and a higher affinity with group selectivity for cis-diol containing sugars at higher pH.  相似文献

Despite the increasing number of applications of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) in analytical chemistry, the construction of a biomimetic potentiometric sensor remains still challenging. In this work, a biomimetic potentiometric sensor, based on a non‐covalent imprinted polymer was fabricated for the recognition and determination of cetirizine. The MIP was synthesized by precipitation polymerization, using cetirizine dihydrochloride as a template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross linking agent. The sensor showed high selectivity and a sensitive response to the template in aqueous system. The MIP‐modified electrode exhibited Nernstian response (28.0±0.9 mV/decade) in a wide concentration range of 1.0×10?6 to 1.0×10?2 M with a lower detection limit of 7.0×10?7 M. The electrode has response time of ca. 20 s, high performance, high sensitivity, and good long term stability (more than 5 months). The method was satisfactory and used to the cetirizine assay in tablets and biological fluids.  相似文献

建立了一种分子印迹-化学发光阵列传感器测定甘氨酸的新方法. 该方法以甘氨酸为模板分子, 合成了分子印迹聚合物微球, 将该聚合物微球固定在96孔板上, 用它来识别丹磺酰氯标记的甘氨酸(Dns-Gly). 最后加入化学发光试剂(TCPO-H2O2-咪唑), 测量相对化学发光强度定量检测甘氨酸. 在最佳试验条件下, 相对化学发光强度和甘氨酸的浓度在0.2~60 μmol/L范围内成良好的线性关系, 相关系数为r=0.9972, 方法的检出限为0.07 μmol/L, 对1 μmol/L甘氨酸溶液进行11次平行测定, 相对标准偏差为3.3% (n=11). 由于以甘氨酸为模板分子合成出来的分子印迹聚合物空腔比较小, 避免了非特异性吸附, 使它在识别丹磺酰氯标记的甘氨酸时特异性、响应速度和灵敏度都有所增强.  相似文献

The contamination of water and wastewater by emerging pollutants, due to the anthropogenic activities, are an environmental problem that generates several negative impacts. In this range of species, steroids have gaining notoriety because their action of endocrine‐disruption. In this work, they are called estrogenic phenolic compounds (EPCs): estrone (E1), estradiol (E2), ethinyl estradiol (EE2) and estriol (E3), for determination using an electrochemical sensor based on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). The analytical method developed, allied with the experimental and operational optimizations, proved to be effective for the total quantification of the EPCs in river water. The method shows sensitivity of 1.12 μA/μmol L−1, detection limit of 26.8 nmol L−1 and linear range of 0.16–15 μmol L−1. The similar electrochemical behavior of the four compounds studied (E1, E2, EE2 and E3) and the efficiency of the modified composite (rGO, MIP) in the fabrication of the sensor resulted in high electrical conductivity and selective adsorptivity, respectively.  相似文献

采用自组装以及电聚合的方法,在磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中以3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDOT)为功能单体,盐酸阿霉素(DOX)为模板,在金电极表面电聚合制备DOX印迹敏感膜(MIPs),构建了一种选择性检测DOX的分子印迹电化学传感器.采用循环伏安法(CV)及交流阻抗法(EIS)对其性能进行了表征.优化实验条件后,在含0.005 mol/L K3[Fe(CN)_6]及0.1 mol/L KCl的PBS中,应用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测试了该传感器的响应性能.实验结果表明,该传感器检测DOX的线性范围为4.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-6)mol/L,相关系数为0.9967,检出限(S/N=3)达6.5×10~(-8)mol/L;采用电化学洗脱法可使传感器再生,对DOX的测定具有良好重现性及稳定性;该传感器对于干扰物长春碱、放线菌素D及5-氟尿嘧啶有微弱的电流响应,显示出良好的选择性.将该传感器用于人体血样中盐酸阿霉素的分析,回收率为96.0%~106.7%,表明其具有潜在的实用价值.  相似文献

以多巴胺(DA)为模板,氨基修饰的介孔硅为载体,制得对多巴胺具有特异选择性的表面分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。将所得的MIP制成碳糊电极,用循环伏安法对多巴胺进行检测。在优化实验条件下,传感器的氧化峰电流与多巴胺浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-6mol/L和2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.992 5和0.996 9,检出限为1.3×10-9mol/L。该传感器对DA具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,将其用于实际样品检测,结果满意。  相似文献
