A vanillin imprinted capillary monolithic column was synthesized by in situ polymerization reaction using ethylene-glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking monomer and methacrylic acid as functional monomer. Under the optimum conditions of capillary electrochromatography, this molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP)-based column showed high selectivity and could recognize not only template molecule vanillin but also positional isomer o-vanillin from their structural analogues. 相似文献

A new nitrogen-containing epoxy resin (XT resin) was synthesized from chain extension of xylenephenolformaldehYlde resin (XPF) and triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) in the presence of base catalyst. FT-IR and H-NMR analysis confirmed the chemical structure of XT resin. It was cured with dicyandiamide (DICY) and diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS). Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) results showed that the introduction of triazine ring provides epoxy polymer with good thermal stability. Furthermore, high char yields at 800℃ in thermogravimetric (TGA)analysis indicated that XT resin had potential flame retardance. 相似文献

This study concentrated on the production of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) as highly selective sorbents for felodipine (FLD), a representive dihydropyridine calcium antagonists. Demonstrated chromatographically through a selection factor, these MIPs showed high selectivity for the template molecule among a group of structurally similar compounds. Sunflower, soybean, and linseed oils are renewable resources that can be readily epoxidized. Epoxidation of these oils has the potential for use as an environmentally friendly, reactive material in pigmented formulation, designed for use as functional coatings. This study concern the synthesis of phthalimide modified epoxy compounds through reacting N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl) phthalimide (HEP) with epoxidized sunflower, soybean and linseed oils. The resulting compounds possessed both oxirane ring and phthalimide group. Incorporation of phthalimide group into epoxy resins provided cyclic imide structure and high cross‐linking density to the stoved resins, to achieve good mechanical characteristics and high chemical resistance to these resins. The films of phthalimide sunflower, soybean and linseed‐based epoxy resins were found to be similar with respect to resistance to water, alkali, acids, and solvents as well as gloss%, adhesion, impact, hardness, bending, and flexibility. 相似文献

Tandem separation beddings were prepared within the capillary tube with a photopolymerized monolith initially formed by sol-gel technology in combination with microspheric octadecylsilane material by slurry packing. The chromatographic performance of the tandem stationary phases was evaluated in detail by varying the flow rate and the composition of the mobile phase using a self-installed capillary HPLC system. For the tandem stationary phases with a forepart monolithic length of 11 cm and 1 cm the lowest theoretical plate height for the retained component was 26 µm and 34 µm, respectively. After evaluation by capillary electrochromatography, enhanced chromatographic performance was obtained using a column with 1 cm monolithic inlet frit with a theoretical plate height up to 7.20 µm. A scanning electron micrograph with different cross-sections of the column showed that a porous network formed in the center of the capillary and a homogenous slurry packing of C18 was obtained at the back part. 相似文献

Nano-activated carbons obtained from oil palm empty fiber bunch (AC-EFB), bamboo stem (AC-BS), and coconut shells (AC-CNS) were reinforced in epoxy matrix to fabricate epoxy nanocomposites. The dynamic mechanical analysis of epoxy nanocomposites was carried out, and 5% AC-CNS treated with KOH-filled epoxy composites displayed the highest storage modulus of all the activated carbon–filled epoxy composites. The incorporation of a small amount of AC-BS, AC-EFB, and AC-CNS to the epoxy matrix enhanced the damping characteristics of the epoxy nanocomposites. The 5% AC-EFB treated with H3PO4 filled epoxy composites showed the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) in all temperature ranges. 相似文献

Fluorescein isothiocyanate was used as a label to show that a 3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane (KH 550)-modified capillary column was prepared by microwave irradiation. A bromoacetate-substituted β-cyclodextrin (Br-β-CD) was successfully bound to the KH 550-modified column as a chiral stationary phase for open tubular capillary electrochromatography. Compared with conventional synthesis, the microwave-assisted process significantly decreased the preparation time of the stationary phase from 16 h to 40 min. Baseline chiral separation of 1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol was achieved using the Br-β-CD modified column. 相似文献

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) in atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and electrospray ionization (ESI) modes were studied for a multi-component plasma and urine quantification of 5 antihyperglycemic agents (metformin, pioglitazone, gliclazide, glibenclamide, and glimperide). The separation of the compounds was achieved using Chromolith Performance RP-18e column (100 × 4.6 mm), with gradient mobile phase composition of acetonitrile ?0.1% formic acid. MS parameters for APCI and ESI were optimized individually and were operated in positive mode. The detection limits for the metformin, pioglitazone, glibenclamide, and glimepiride were determined to be 6.84, 6.22, 13.03, and 44.38 ng mL?1 using LC-ESI-MS; and for LC-APCI-MS, it was determined to be 48.39, 8.02, 17.02, and 144.55 ng mL?1, respectively. Gliclazide was the only exception as it exhibited a lower limit of detection (LOD) using APCI than ESI which was found to be 5.61 and 23.43 ng mL?1, respectively. The method was validated for system suitability, linearity, precision and accuracy, specificity, stability, and robustness. The ESI as compared to APCI was found superior in many analytical parameters. The assay has been applied successfully to biological fluids (plasma and urine) of healthy volunteers. 相似文献

Epoxy resins were cured by an amine telechelic poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTMO). The telechelic amine was synthesized from hydroxy telechelic PTMO and was characterized. The kinetics of curing of epoxy monomer by the polyether amine was studied in detail by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rheology to optimize the cure conditions. The cured epoxy system exhibited shape memory properties where PTMO served as the switching segment. Molar ratios of the epoxy monomer and the amine were varied to get polymers with different compositions. The developed polymers were analyzed by DSC, X‐ray diffraction, and Dynamic Mechanical Thermal (DMTA) analyses. Shape memory property was evaluated by bending tests. As the concentration of epoxy resin increased, the transition temperature (Ttrans) increased. The tensile strength and % elongation also increased with epoxy resin‐content. The extent of shape recovery increased with PTMO‐content with a minor penalty in recovery time. The polymer with the maximum PTMO‐content exhibited 99% shape recovery with a recovering time of 12 s. 相似文献
