Some results on extending and sharpening the Weierstrass product inequalities

In this paper, we establish two extensions of Weierstrass's inequality involving symmetric functions by means of the theory of majorization, and give an interesting sharpness of Weierstrass's inequality by using the arithmetic-geometric mean inequality. Furthermore, we apply these results to improve a well-known inequality and deduce some new inequalities.     

On refinements of some integral inequalities using improved power-mean integral inequalities

In this study, using power-mean inequality and improved power-mean integral inequality better approach than power-mean inequality and an identity for differentiable functions, we get inequalities for functions whose derivatives in absolute value at certain power are convex. Numerically, it is shown that improved power-mean integral inequality gives better approach than power-mean inequality. Some applications to special means of real numbers and some error estimates for the midpoint formula are also given.     

Rado不等式的多参数推广及应用

通过引入加权幂平均以及参数α、β、μ建立一个新的R ado型不等式,由于所得不等式中含多个参数,因此是一个非常广泛的结果,可以通过对参数的适当取值得到一些已知结果的改进(如著名的Popov iciu不等式的改进),同时也可获得许多新的不等式.最后,我们应用所得结果给出加权幂平均不等式以及加权平均不等式的加细形式.     

A new approach for the derivation of bounds for the Jensen difference

There are many useful applications of Jensen's inequality in several fields of science, and due to this reason, a lot of results are devoted to this inequality in the literature. The main theme of this article is to present a new method of finding estimates of the Jensen difference for differentiable functions. By applying definition of convex function, and integral Jensen's inequality for concave function in the identity pertaining the Jensen difference, we derive bounds for the Jensen difference. We present integral version of the bounds in Riemann sense as well. The sharpness of the proposed bounds through examples are discussed, and we conclude that the proposed bounds are better than some existing bounds even with weaker conditions. Also, we present some new variants of the Hermite–Hadamard and Hölder inequalities and some new inequalities for geometric, quasi-arithmetic, and power means. Finally, we give some applications in information theory.

通过Hermite矩阵的谱分解及一个改进的Young不等式,得到了关于正定矩阵的两个不等式,所得结果是对一些经典的矩阵不等式的进一步推广.最后,作为应用,给出了著名的Holder不等式和Minkowsi不等式的一种反向形式.

本文利用改进了的Holder’s不等式对带参数的Hardy-Hilbert积分不等式作了改进,建立了一些新的不等式．     

Adamovic''''s不等式的推广与加细

In this article, by means of the theory of majorization, Adamovic's inequality is extended to the cases of the general elementary symmetric functions and its duals, and the refined and reversed forms are also given. As applications, some new inequalities for simplex are established.     

Newman不等式和Klamkin不等式的指数推广

Exponential generalizations of Newman's inequality and Klamkin's inequality are established by the Wang Wan-lan's inequality, and they are extended to the cases involving general elementary symmetric functions. As an application, some new inequalities for a simplex are established. In addition, an open problem is posed.     

离散型Carlson's不等式的一些推广及改进

In this paper, we consider Carlson type inequalities and discuss their possible improvement. First, we obtain two different types of generalizations of discrete Carlson's inequality by using the Hlder inequality and the method of real analysis, then we combine the obtained results with a summation formula of infinite series and some Mathieu type inequalities to establish some improvements of discrete Carlson's inequality and some Carlson type inequalities which are equivalent to the Mathieu type inequalities. Finally, we prove an integral inequality that enables us to deduce an improvement of the Nagy-Hardy-Carlson inequality.     

New sharp inequalities for operator means

New sharp multiplicative reverses of the operator means inequalities are presented, with a simple discussion of squaring an operator inequality. As a direct consequence, we extend the operator Pólya-Szegö inequality to arbitrary operator means. Furthermore, we obtain some new lower and upper bounds for the Tsallis relative operator entropy, operator monotone functions and positive linear maps.     

More results on Hermite-Hadamard type inequality through} $( \alpha ,m)$-preinvexity

We establish various inequalities for n-times differentiable mappings that are connected with illustrious Hermite-Hadamard integral inequality for mapping whose absolute values of derivatives are $\left( {\alpha ,m} \right)$-preinvex function. The new integral inequalities are then applied to some special means     

Some properties of a class of symmetric functions

The Schur-convexity and Schur-geometric-convexity of a class of symmetric functions are investigated. As consequences some new proofs of the well-known Ky Fan's inequality and Shapiro's inequality are presented, respectively. We also give another proof of a problem posted by S. Gabler in [S. Gabler, Aufgabe 830, Elem. Math. 3 (1980) 124-125]. Some interesting matrix and geometric inequalities are established to show the applications of our results.     

Logarithmic Sobolev,isoperimetry and transport inequalities on graphs

In this paper,we study some functional inequalities(such as Poincaré inequality,logarithmic Sobolev inequality,generalized Cheeger isoperimetric inequality,transportation-information inequality and transportation-entropy inequality) for reversible nearest-neighbor Markov processes on connected finite graphs by means of(random) path method.We provide estimates of the involved constants.

Operator-norm inequalities and interpolated trace inequalities

In this article, we investigate some operator-norm inequalities related to some conjectures posed by Hayajneh and Kittaneh that are related to questions of Bourin regarding a special type of inequalities referred to as subadditivity inequalities. While some inequalities are meant to answer these conjectures, other inequalities present reverse-type inequalities for these conjectures. Then, we present some new trace inequalities related to Heinz means inequality and use these inequalities to prove some variants of the aforementioned conjectures.
