In-tube extraction (ITEX) is a novel solventless extraction technique in which a headspace syringe with a needle body filled with a sorbent (here: Tenax TA) is used. The analytes are extracted from sample headspace by dynamic extraction. The needle body is surrounded by a separate heater, which is used for thermal desorption of analytes into the injection port of a GC system. We report here for the first time the optimization and evaluation of a fully automated analytical method based on ITEX. As target analytes, 19 common groundwater contaminants such as halogenated volatiles and monoaromatic compounds have been chosen. Method related parameters such as extraction temperature, number of extraction cycles, extraction and desorption volume as well as extraction and desorption flow rates were investigated in detail. The linear dynamic range of the ITEX method ranged over six orders of magnitude between 0.028 microg/L and 1218 microg/L with linear correlation coefficients between 0.990 and 0.998 for the investigated compounds. Method detection limits for monoaromatic compounds were between 28 ng/L (ethylbenzene) and 68 ng/L (1,2,4-trimethylbenzene). For halogenated volatile organic compounds, method detection limits between 48 ng/L (chloroform) and 799 ng/L (dichloromethane) were obtained. The precision of the method with external calibration was between 3.1% (chloroform ethylbenzene) and 7.4% (1,2,3-trimethylbenzene).  相似文献

A method was developed for the extraction of seven N-nitrosamine compounds from water by solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The method developed requires a total analysis time of only 1.25 h for both extraction and detection (versus 3-20 h for other isolation techniques). Three gas chromatography (GC) detection systems were tested with the SPME method, nitrogen chemiluminesence detection (NCD), nitrogen-phosphorus detection (NPD) and chemical ionization mass spectrometry (CI-MS), with method detection limits (MDLs) found in the ng/L range. This method was used to analyze wastewater samples and showed excellent selectivity of extraction. The detection limits of this method for N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) range from 30 to 890 ng/L as a function of detector type. The excellent selectivity of SPME in addition to the fast analysis time would make this method ideal for general surveys, wastewater analysis and laboratory studies (e.g. degradation kinetics or formation potential).  相似文献

建立了气相色谱-负化学源-质谱(GC-NCI-MS)检测水中10种全氟羧酸化合物的分析方法。使用硅烷衍生化试剂N-甲基-N-三甲基硅基三氟乙酰胺(MSTFA)对全氟羧酸化合物进行衍生化,水样经弱阴离子交换固相萃取柱净化富集后进样。实验优化了样品前处理、衍生化和仪器条件。结果表明,10种全氟羧酸化合物在0.1~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9956~0.9993;方法的检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.5~1.5 μg/L和1.5~4.5 μg/L。在空白水样中进行了3个添加水平的加标回收试验,10种全氟羧酸化合物的平均回收率为70.2%~112.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~14.5%(n=6)。该法原理简单,灵敏度高,准确、精密,可实现水体中10种全氟羧酸化合物同时检测的要求。  相似文献

High resolution gas chromatography (HRGC) coupled to a “purge and trap” extraction-injection technique is described as a method of determining 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene in water at levels as low as parts-per-trillion (ppt). In order to investigate the interference from other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) several detection systems were compared: flame ionization, electron capture, and mass spectrometry-multiple ion detection. Concentrations ranging from 15 to 600 ng/L were analyzed in 20 ml standard aqueous solutions. The mean accuracy of the method varied from 89 to 103%, and its mean precision varied from ± 0.85 to ± 7.5 % for all detectors. The detection limits were 20 ng/L for FID, 2 ng/L for ECD and 0.5 ng/L for MID-MS detectors. The procedure was successfully applied to the analysis of industrial waste waters. The necessity of an appropriate internal standard to improve the quantitative determination and to determine possible losses or degradation of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene during handling or storage is discussed.  相似文献

A method for the determination of some pesticide residues in must and wine samples was developed using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-electron capture detection (GC/ECD). The procedure only needs dilution as sample pre-treatment and is therefore simple, fast and solvent-free. Eight fungicides (vinclozolin, procymidone, iprodione, penconazole, fenarimol, folpet, nuarimol and hexaconazole), one insecticide (chlorpyriphos) and two acaricides (bromopropylate and tetradifon) can be quantified. Good linearity was observed for all the compounds in the range 5-100 microg/L. The reproducibility of the measurements was found acceptable (with RSD's below 20%). Detection limits of 11 microg/L, on average, are sufficiently below the proposed maximum residue limits (MRL's) for these compounds in wine. The analytical method was applied to the determination of these compounds in Portuguese must and wine samples from the Demarcated Region of Alentejo, where any residues could be detected.  相似文献

建立了一种离子色谱-积分脉冲安培(IC-IPAD)同时测定肉类样品中鹅肌肽、高肌肽及肌肽的分析方法。方法采用高效阴离子交换色谱柱AminoPac PA10(250 mm×2 mm)分离,以100 mmol/L NaOH为淋洗液,流速为0.2 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果表明,3种目标化合物在15 min内可实现完全分离,且17种氨基酸对3种目标化合物不存在干扰。在最佳色谱条件下,鹅肌肽、高肌肽及肌肽在0.05~5.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r)>0.99。3种目标化合物的检出限和定量限分别为8.9~22.1 μg/L和29.6~73.6 μg/L。对鸭胸及鹅胸样品进行分析,加标回收率为92.4%~104.5%。该方法简单方便,无需衍生化,灵敏度高,可用于肉类产品中相关营养成分的测定。  相似文献

2-甲基异莰醇(2-methylisoborneol, 2-MIB)和土臭素(geosmin, GSM)在水源水中大量分泌排放是造成饮用水土霉异味突发事件、引发居民用水恐慌的重用因素之一。使用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)与气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)建立了水库水、水库附近土壤、居民自来水中2-MIB和GSM的测定方法。结合正交分析优化了加盐量、萃取温度、萃取时间条件,在电子轰击(EI)-选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下进行了目标物的定性定量分析。结果表明:在5~1000 ng/L范围内,2-MIB和GSM的色谱峰面积与其质量浓度的线性关系良好(r2≥0.998), 2-MIB与GSM的检出限分别为0.72 ng/L和0.34 ng/L,定量限分别为2.40 ng/L和1.13 ng/L;目标物加标水平为10~600 ng/L时,平均回收率为93.6%~107.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤6.1%(n=6)。基于上述方法,对辽宁省某地区水库水、水库附近土壤、居民自来水中的目标物进行检测,结果表明:水库水目标物质量浓度范围为3.0~3.6 ng/L,水库附近土壤中提取的2-MIB为8.1 ng/L、提取的GSM为17.8 ng/L,居民自来水中的目标物未检出。该方法操作简便、准确可靠,灵敏度高,无需有机溶剂,适合于饮用水中2-MIB和GSM的分析检测。  相似文献

建立了一种简便、快速的可同时测定软木塞中两种霉味物质(2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚(TCA)和2,4,6-三溴苯甲醚(TBA))的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法。软木塞样品采用甲醇超声萃取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)固相萃取柱净化,浓缩后采用GC-MS进行分析,外标法定量。在10~10000 μg/L的质量浓度范围内,TCA和TBA均有较好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)大于0.99。通过对不同种类的软木塞空白样品进行加标回收率试验和精密度试验考察方法的可行性。结果表明TCA和TBA的回收率介于88.4%与97.6%之间,相对标准偏差介于1.02%与4.58%之间。TCA和TBA的检出限分别为12 μg/L和18 μg/L,定量限分别为40 μg/L和50 μg/L。本方法适用于市售瓶装葡萄酒软木塞中TCA和TBA的检测。  相似文献

Supported liquid membrane (SLM) has been used as a sample preparation method in the simultaneous extraction of a mixture of three stilbene compounds in cow's milk, urine, bovine kidney and liver tissues matrices. The stilbene compounds analysed included, dienestrol, diethylstilbestrol and hexestrol. The liquid membrane used for trapping these compounds consisted of 5% tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) dissolved in di-n-hexylether/n-undecane (1:1). The extraction efficiencies obtained after enrichment of 1 ng/L stilbenes in variety of biological matrices of milk, urine, liver, kidney and water, ranged from 60 - 70%, 71 - 86%, 69 - 80%, 63 - 7A% and 72 - 93% respectively. The detection limits obtained from urine extraction were 2.1 ng/L, 1.3 ng/L and 3.0 ng/L; from liver and kidney tissues were 2.9 ng/L, 1.6 ng/L and 3.8 ng/L and from milk was 3.2 ng/L, 2.5 ng/L and 4.3 ng/L for hexestrol, dienestrol and diethylstilbestrol respectively.  相似文献

 建立了同时测定氧化型和还原型辅酶Q以及维生素E的液相色谱 电化学检测方法。样品中氧化型和还原型辅酶Q9和Q10 以及维生素E混合物经过液相色谱分离柱分离 ,在 - 5 5 0mV的电化学调节池中将氧化型辅酶Q还原为还原型 ,再经过 15 0mV分析池将样品中原有的还原型辅酶Q和经过调节池还原的辅酶Q以及维生素E一同氧化。该方法用于小鼠组织线粒体和血浆样品中氧化型和还原型辅酶Q9和Q10 以及维生素E的同时检测 ,灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

基于固相微萃取-气相色谱(SPME-GC)建立了检测茶叶中氟虫腈及其代谢物(脱亚硫酰基氟虫腈、硫化氟虫腈、氟虫腈砜、酰胺氟虫腈)残留的分析方法。实验中采用85 μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取头,萃取温度为60 ℃,萃取缓冲体系的pH值为9。当添加水平为2~10 μg/kg时,回收率在71.2%~109.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~7.1%之间。方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别在0.3~1.2 μg/kg和1.0~4.0 μg/kg之间。对所建立的方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行确证,结果令人满意。本方法灵敏度、精密度和LOD均符合残留分析要求,具有快速、灵敏度高的特点,适合于茶叶中氟虫腈及其代谢物残留的痕量分析。  相似文献

For monitoring groundwater at tar oil contaminated sites a simple method of analysis was developed for the simultaneous detection of several NSO heterocyclic compounds, homocyclic compounds, mobile two- and three-cyclic PAHs and selected metabolites. The groundwater samples are enriched using SPE with polymer material at pH 4. Chromatographic separation and detection is performed by LC with diode array UV or fluorescence detection. The recoveries of 25 selected compounds were mostly between 80-110% and the detection limits were 0.4-2.4 microg/L for UV detection and for the fluorescence detectable compounds 0.4-140 ng/L. The method was successfully applied to groundwater samples from a wood preserving facility. Especially benzo(b)thiophene showed an increasing dominance downgradient of the source. Detection of metabolites, such as 1-hydroxyiso-, 2-hydroxyquinoline and 2-hydroxy-4-methylquinoline, 2-naphthoic acid, and 1-indanone, indicating in situ biodegradation, was confirmed by LC-ESI-MS analysis.  相似文献

建立了一种同时测定制药废水中3类10种抗生素的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。水样用固相萃取柱富集净化,通过比较在不同的固相萃取柱和洗脱液等条件下水样中目标物的回收率,优化了前处理方法。采用Agilent C18色谱柱(75 mm×2.1 mm, 2.7 μm),以0.2%(v/v)甲酸水溶液和乙腈为梯度洗脱的流动相,在电喷雾-多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析。实验结果表明:在0.1~1000 μg/L范围内,6种氨基糖苷类抗生素、螺旋霉素及3种氟喹诺酮类抗生素的峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好(r2 > 0.995),方法检出限为0.07~4.37 ng/L,定量限为0.22~14.55 ng/L;目标抗生素的加标水平为0.002~40 μg/L时,平均回收率为50.4%~114.1%,相对标准偏差均不高于9.89%(n=3)。基于上述方法,对江苏省某制药厂废水中相关物质进行检测,在各废水处理单元中检出3种目标抗生素,质量浓度范围为0.46~1033.60 μg/L。该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高,适用于制药厂废水中氨基糖苷类抗生素、螺旋霉素和氟喹诺酮类抗生素的检测。  相似文献

采用物理涂渍的方法制备了γ-Al2O3固相微萃取涂层。通过γ-Al2O3固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱(GC)联用技术,对水中痕量苯系物苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯异构体(BTEXs)进行萃取分析,结果表明该涂层具有热稳定性强(最高使用温度可达350 ℃)、灵敏度高(检测限为1~10 μg/L)以及制备重复性好(相对标准偏差为8.3%)的特点;同时该涂层对气态基质中的污染物亦可进行萃取分析。  相似文献

The objective of this study was the determination of 25 phenolic compounds in different mead samples (honeywines) using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with coulometric-array detection and in case of hydroxymethylfurfural with UV detection. Our method was optimized in respect to both the separation selectivity of individual phenolic compounds and the maximum sensitivity with the electrochemical detection. The method development included the optimization of mobile phase composition, the pH value, conditions of the gradient elution and the flow rate using a window-diagram approach. The developed method was used for the determination of limits of detection and limits of quantitation for individual compounds. The linearity of calibration curves, accuracy and precision (intra- and inter-day) at three concentration levels (low, middle and high concentration range) were verified. Mead samples were diluted with the mobile phase at 1:1 to 1:50 ratio depending on the concentration and filtered through a PTFE filter without any other sample pre-treatment. Phenolic compounds concentration was determined in 50 real samples of meads and correlated with meads composition and hydroxymethylfurfural concentration. The most frequently occurred compounds were protocatechuic acid and vanillic acid (both of them were present in 98% samples), the least occurred compounds were (+)-catechin (10% samples) and sinapic acid (12% samples). Vanillin and ethylvanillin, which are used as artificial additives for the taste improvement, were found in 60% and 42% samples, respectively. Hydroxymethylfurfural concentration, as an indicator of honey quality, was in the range from 2.47 to 158 mg/L. Our method is applicable for the determination of 25 phenolic compounds in mead, honey and related natural samples.  相似文献

A method based on solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID) has been optimized for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX) in water released from a waste treatment plant. The extraction step was optimized using fractional factorial and central composite designs including the following experimental factors: saline concentration; extraction time; desorption time; agitation velocity; headspace volume. A multiple function was used to describe the experimental conditions for simultaneous extraction of the compounds. The procedure, based on direct SPME at 50 degrees C, using a polydimethylsiloxane fiber, showed good linearity (r>0.997 over a concentration range 2-200 microg L(-1)) and repeatability (relative standard deviation (RSD)<4.23%) for all compounds, with limits of detection ranging from 0.05 to 0.28 microg L(-1), and limits of quantification ranging from 0.14 to 0.84 microg L(-1). Concentrations of the target compounds in these samples were between 145.8 and 1891 microg L(-1).  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(HPLC-QqQ MS)联用定量分析烟草中5种Amadori前香物质的方法。样品经含5%(v/v)甲醇的水提取后,采用Waters XBridgeTM Amide色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm)、以甲醇-水为流动相进行分离,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式测定烟草样品中5种Amadori化合物的含量。结果表明,5种Amadori化合物的峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9895~0.9989;定量限(S/N=10)在10.18~44.58 μg/L,检出限(S/N=3)在3.51~14.86 μg/L;平均加标回收率为92.6%~123.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于9.4%。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、分析速度快,可以用于烟叶及卷烟中5种主要Amadori类物质的含量测定。  相似文献

A novel micro-injector has been fabricated for capillary electrophoresis (CE). It was successfully used for the determination of some indole derivatives for example melatonin (MT), serotonin (5-HT), tryptophan (Trp), and 5-hydroxy-tryptophane (5-HTrp) in the rat pineal gland by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE-EC). CE was performed in 0.20 mol L(-1) phosphate buffer (pH 8.0). The compounds investigated can be well separated and detected within 15 min. The working electrode used was a 300-microm diameter carbon electrode positioned opposite the outlet of the capillary. The relationship between peak current and analyte concentration was highly linear in the range from 0.10 to 500 micromol L(-1); detection limits (S/N = 3) were 0.03-0.13 micromol L(-1). The proposed method has been successfully used to analyze real biological samples.  相似文献

Geosmin (GSM) and 2-methylisoborneol (MIB) were extracted from water samples, adsorbed in organic solvent microdrop by headspace liquid-phase microextraction (HS-LPME), and were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Influence factors such as the extraction solvent types, headspace and microdrop volumes, stirring rate, equilibrium and extraction time, and ionic strength for HS-LPME efficiency were thoroughly evaluated. Under optimized extraction and detection conditions, the calibration curves of GSM and MIB were linear in the range of 5–1000 ng/L. The detection limits of GSM and MIB were 1.1 and 1.0 ng/L, respectively. Average recoveries of 95.45–113.7% (n = 5) were obtained and method precisions were also satisfactory. Trace levels of the off-flavor compounds at ng/L in tap water and raw water were successfully quantified.  相似文献
