Syntheses of Some 3—[1′（1′H）—Substituent—pyrazol—5′—yl] benzo [5,6] coumarins

3-[1′(1′H)-Substituent-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarins and 3-(1′,2′-oxazol-5′-yl)benzo[5,6]coumarin were prepared via condensation of 3-(2′-formyl-1′-chlorovinyl)benzo[5,6] coumarin with hydrazine derivatives or hydroxylamine.Reaction of 3-[1′(1′H)-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarin with alkyl halides,olefinic compunds or acid chlorides are described.     

Synthesis of Chiral 2,5—Bis（oxazolinyl） thiophenes and Their Application as Chiral Shift Reagents for 1,1′—Bi—2—naphthol

A series of C2-symmetrical chiral 2,5-bis (4′-alkyloxazolin-2-yl) thiophenes (thiobox) have been synthesized from thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid by sequential amidation with a chiral ethanolamine,conversion of hydroxyl to chloro group, and base-promoted oxazoline ring formation.As demonstrated by (-)-2,5-bis[4′-(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2′-yl] thiophene,these thiobox systems exhibited remarkable chirality recognition of 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol giving rise to pronounced shifts in the ^1H NMR signals of the latter axial chiral compound at the positions of C-3,C-4,C-5,and C-8.     

A Novel Fused Phosphorus Heterocycle：4—（1′，2′,3′,4′—Tetrahydro—1,3,2—benzodiaaphosphorin—2′—sulfide）—3,4b,4a—thiazphosphaphenanthridine Derivative

The first example of fused phosphorus heterocyclic 4-[1′-(β-bromoethyl)-4′-oxo-3′-propyl-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2′-sulfide]-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-3,4b,4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a,2′-dioxide was synthesized in excellent yield by refluxing a mixture of 1-(2-bromoethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphos phorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide in benzene in the presence of triethylamine.

SYNTHESIS OF 1H，1′H BIS（BENZ—Δ^4—IMIDAZ—OLINE）2,2′—SPIRO—TITANIUM DICHLORIDE

New model compound 1H,1′H-Bis（benz-Δ^4-imidazoline)2,2′-spiro-titanium dichloride was prepared and the structure of the compound was determined by 1R,MS and elementary analysis.

In the past several decades, much attention has been paid to optically active, C2-asymmetric 1,1′-binaphthalene-2,2′-diol and its derivatives because of their application in inducing chirality in asymmetric synthesis[1,2]. Enantiomerically pure 1,1′-binaphthalene-2,2′-diol has been prepared by many methods ranging from the classical resolution via crystallization of the diastereoisomeric salts[3] to asymmetric oxidative coupling[4～6].

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Novel Organic—Inorganic Hybrid Compound {[Cu（2,2′—bpy）2]2—Mo8O26}

A novel organic-inorganic hybrid compound {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, Pna21,with a=2.4164(5),b=1.8281(4),c=1.1877(2)nm,V=5.247(2)nm^3,Z=4,and final R1=0.0331,wR2=0.0727.The structure consists of discrete {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} clusters,constructed from a β-octamolybdate subunit[Mo8O26]^4- covalently bonded to two [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]^2 coordination complex cations via bridging oxo groups.In addition,the spectroscopic properties and thernal behavior of this compound have been investigated by spectroscopic techniques (UV-vis,IR,Raman and EPR spectra) and TG analysis.

The crystal structure of [Cd(BDA)(phen)₂(H₂O)](H₂O)₂ (1) (BDA=6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline)consists of a cadmium center whose coordination environment can be best described as a slightly distorted octahedron defined four nitrogen atoms from two phen ligands and two oxygen atoms differently from BDA ligand and water. There are strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between water and sulfonate group of BDA ligands to construct the 3D network. CCDC: 277921.     

1,1′-联萘-2,2′-二胺的合成及在不对称合成中的应用

综述了 1,1′ 联萘 2 ,2′ 二胺 (联萘胺 )化合物的制备 ,讨论了它们作为手性辅助基或配体在烯烃、酮、亚胺的不对称氢化及在烯烃的不对称环丙烷化、醛的烷基化反应、醛的不对称烯丙基化反应、不对称烯丙位取代反应和不对称Diels Alder反应等反应中的应用 .     

金(Ⅲ)与2, 2''-联吡啶-1, 1''-二氧化物的配合物的合成和性质的研究

合成了金(Ⅲ)与2,2′-联吡啶-1,1′-二氧化物(bipyO_2)形成的三种新化合物:[H(bipyO_2)][AuCl_4]、[Au(bipyO)Cl_2]Cl和[Au(bipyO_2Br_2]Br。用元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外和红外光谱以及综合热分析等方法测定了它们的组成和性质,并对其结构进行了讨论。实验结果表明,三种化合物均为1:1型电解质,化合物(Ⅰ)是bipyO_2与H~+通过氢键形成[H(bipyO_2)]~+阳离子,(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)则为bibpyO_2与Au(Ⅲ)直接螯合组成七原子环的混合配体配阳离子[Au(bipyO_2)X_2]~+,X=Cl~-或Br~-。     

SYNTHESIS OF POLYBINAPHTHYLS INCORPORATING CHIRAL （R）-1,1′-BI-2,2′-NAPHTHOL ENTITIES WITH p-DIVINYLBENZENE BY Pd-CATALYZED HECK REACTION

Polymer (Ⅰ) and polymer (Ⅱ) were obtained by the polymerization of (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-binaphtho-20-crown-6 (M-l) and (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (M-2) with p-divinylbenzene under Pdcatalyzed Heck reaction. The UV, fluorescence and CD spectra of polymer (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) are similar due to the same linkers present in their polymer chain. Polymers (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) can emit strong blue fluorescence and are expected to have potential applications in polarized blue-light emitting sensors. The chiral conjugated polymers (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) exhibit a strong Cotton effect in their circular dichroism (CD) spectra, indicating a high rigidity of polymer backbone.

Synthesis of 1—（2′—Phenyl）cycloproply1—2,3—epoxypropan—1—ol as the Radical Precursor for the Kinetic Study of Oxiranylcarbinyl Radical

We have successfully synthesized 1-(2′-Phenyl)cycloproply1-2,3-epoxypropan-1-ol 3,which will be applied to the kinetics study of oxiranylcarbinyl radical.
