Investigations in the system Sb-Se-NaOH-H2O, hydrothermal conditions, yielded crystals of the compound Na3SbSe3·3Sb2O3·0,5Sb(OH)3. The structure of this compound (a=14.40 Å,c=5.568 Å; space group P 63-C 6 6 ;Z=2) was determined from 985 independent X-ray intensities — collected on an automaticWeissenberg type diffractometer — by thePatterson method and refined by the least squares method toR=8.3% (with -weighting 5.9%). The structure consists of SbO3 pyramids which are connected via common oxygen corners to tubes parallel [001]. These tubes and SbSe3 pyramids are combined by Na atoms to a framework. The Sb(OH)3 groups are statistically located within the channels of the tubes.

Ab initio calculations including electron correlation are reported for the water and methylene molecules as a function of geometry. A large contracted gaussian basis set is used and the multiconfiguration wave functions, optimized by the iterative natural orbital procedure, include 277 and 617 configurations for H2O and CH2 respectively. The method of selecting configurations, yielding first-order wave functions, is discussed in some detail. For H2O, the SCF geometry is r=0,942 Å, =105,8°, the correlated result is r=0,968 Å, =103,2°, and the experimental r=0,957 Å, =104,5°. The water stretching force constants, in millidynes/Å, are 8,72 (SCF), 8,75 (CI), and 8,4 (experiment). Bending force constants are 0,88 (SCF), 0,83 (CI), and 0,76 (experiment). For methylene the SCF geometry is r=1,072 Å, =129,5°, while the result from first-order wave functions is r=1,088 Å, =134°. The predicted CH2 force constants are 6,16 (SCF) and 6,13 (CI) for stretching and 0,44 (SCF) and 0,33 (CI) for bending.
Zusammenfassung Es wird über ab intito-Rechnungen mit Berücksichtigung der Elektronenkorrelation berichtet, die an Wasser- und Methylenmolekülen als Funktion der Geometrie durchgeführt worden sind. Dazu benutzt man einen großen kontrahierten Gauß-Basissatz. Die Multikonfigurationswellenfunktionen, die unter Benutzung von natürlichen Orbitalen nach der iterativen Prozedur optimiert werden, enthalten für H2O 277 Konfigurationen und für CH2 617. Die Auswahlmethode, die zu Wellenfunktionen 1. Ordnung führt, wird diskutiert. Im Falle des Wassers erhält man die SCF-Geometrie zu r=0,942 Å, =105,8°, das korrelierte Resultat ist: r=0,968 Å, =103,2° und das experimentelle r=0,957 Å, =104,5°. Für Wasser ergeben sich die Valenzkraftkonstanten (in Millidyn Å–1) 8,72 (SCF), 8,75 (CI) und 8,4 (Experiment). Die Deformationskonstanten sind 0,88 (SCF), 0,83 (CI) und 0,76 (Experiment). Im Falle des Methylens ist die SCF-Geometrie r=1,072 Å, =129,5°, während man mit Wellenfunktionen 1. Ordnung r=1,088 Å und =134° erhält. Die CH2-Kraftkonstanten werden für die Valenzschwingung zu 6,16 (SCF) und 6,13 (CI) bzw. für die Deformationsschwingung zu 0,44 (SCF) und 0,33 (CI) vorausgesagt.

Single crystals of -TlSm(WO4)2 were examined by X-ray diffractometer technique (space group C 2h 6 -C2/c;a=10.770,b=10.597,c=7.597 Å, =130.09°,Z=4). The coordination of W6+, Sm3+ and Tl+ are discribed and discussed.-TlSm(WO4)2 is isotypic to -KY(WO4)2.

The tetranuclear Au(I) pyrazolate complex, [(dppm)2Au4(3,5-Ph2Pz)2](NO3)2  H2O, 1, has been synthesized and structurally characterized. It is the first tetranuclear pyrazolate of Au(I) to have been found, although the trinuclear pyrazolates of Au(I) are well known. Complex 1 exhibits luminescence at 77 K when excited at 333 nm with an emission maximum at 454 nm. The emission has been assigned to ligand to metal charge transfer, LMCT, based upon the vibronic structure that is observed. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a=19.33(3) Å, b=20.26(3) Å, c=19.80(3) Å, =106.74(2)°, V=7425(17) Å3, Z=8, and R=0.058. The Au    Au distances are Au(1)    Au(4)=3.185(3) Å, Au(1)    Au(2)=3.230(3) Å, Au(2)    Au(3)=3.079(3) Å, and Au(3)    Au(4)=3.280(3) Å.  相似文献

Crystals of [Cu(o-Andp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (where o-Andp2–is -anisidine-N,N-di-3-propionate) were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are triclinic: a= 12.063(1) Å, b= 12.483(3) Å, c= 13.586(2) Å, = 91.29(1)°, = 111.67(1)°, = 104.00(1)°, V= 1830.5(5) Å3, space group P , Z= 2, and R= 0.0528 for 5965 reflections with I2(I). The two crystallographically independent complexes are isostructural. The tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination of copper(III) involves three O atoms, the N atom of the tetradentate ligand o-Andp2–, and two O atoms from water. The aminodipropionate group of the ligand (average Cu–O 1.939 Å and Cu–N 2.051 Å) and one of the coordinated water molecules (Cu–O(w) 1.991 Å) lie in the equatorial plane. The second water molecule (Cu–O(w) 2.32 Å) and the methoxy O atom of o-Andp2–(Cu–O 2.37 Å) are in the apical positions of the bipyramid.  相似文献

Summary The crystal structure of synthetic Cu3SeO4(OH)4 was determined by single crystal X-ray methods:a=8.382 (2) Å,b=6.087 (1) Å,c=12.285 (2) Å,V=626.8 Å3,Z=4, space group Pnma,R=0.026,R w =0.021 for 1255 independent reflections (sin / 0.8 Å–1). The crystal structure is isotypic to that of the mineral antlerite, Cu3SO4(OH)4. The copper atoms are Jahn-Teller distorted with Cu[4+2]O6 polyhedra forming triple chains along [010]. These chains are linked via SeO4 tetrahedra and weak hydrogen bonds to a framework structure.

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstruktur von synthetischem Cu3SeO4(OH)4 wurde mittels Einkristall-Röntgenmethoden ermittelt:a=8.382 (2) Å,b=6.087 (1) Å,c=12.285 (2) Å,V=626.8 Å3,Z=4, Raumgruppe Pnma,R=0.026,R w =0.021 für 1255 unabhängige Reflexe (sin / 0.8 Å–1). Die Kristallstruktur ist isotyp mit der des Minerals Antlerit, Cu3SO4(OH)4. Die Kupferatome sind Jahn-Teller-verzerrt, die Cu[4+2]O6 Polyeder bilden Dreierketten entlang [010]. Diese Ketten sind über SeO4-Tetraeder und schwache Wasserstoffbrücken zu einer Gerüststruktur verbunden.

X-ray crystal structure analyses of sulfamide were carried out at 293 K and at 100 K:M=96.10, orthorhombic, Fdd2,Z=8,F(000)=400, Mo K, =0.71069 Å (graphite monochromator). A) 293 K:a=9.127 (1) Å,b=16.857 (5) Å,c=4.579 (1) Å,V=704.50 Å3,d x =1.812 Mgm–3, =0.648 mm–1,R=1.77%,R w =1.94% (384 reflections, 33 parameters). B) 100K:a=9.059 (1) Å,b=16.780 (8) Å,c=4.517 (1) Å,V=686.63 Å3,d x =1.859 Mgm–3, =0.665 mm–1,R=1.78%,R w =1.95% (404 reflections, 33 parameters). The sulfamide molecule shows at 293 K S-O and S-N distances of 1.429 (1) Å and 1.620 (1) Å, respectively, which are in agreement with IR data. Hydrogen positions could be determined from differenceFourier syntheses. Strong weakening of some intense low order reflections by extinction was observed, their anisotropy depends on the crystal and on temperature.

Summary The tetramethyldisiloxane-bridged hafnocene complex [HfCl2{-(5-C5H4)SiMe2OSiMe2(2-C5H4)}] (1) has been prepared by the reaction of HfCl4 with the dilithiatedbis(cyclopentadienyl)disiloxane (LiC5H4SiMe2)2O in a molar ratio of 1:2. The new compound was characterized by spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction methods. The crystals are monoclinic of space groupP21/c and isostructural with the corresponding complexes of titanium and zirconium. The unit cell dimensions area=13.51(1) Å,b=8.672(7) Å,c=15.41(1) Å, =97.15(2)°, andZ=4.

Zusammenfassung Der tetramethyldisiloxan-überbrückte Hafnocenkomplex [HfCl2{-(5-C5H4)-SiMe2OSiMe2(2-C5H4)}] (1) wurde durch Umsetzung von HfCl4 mit dem lithiiertenBis(cyclopentadienyl)disiloxan (LiC5H4SiMe2)2O im Molverhältnis 1:2 dargestellt. Die neue Verbindung wurde spektroskopisch und röntgenographisch charakterisiert. Sie kristallisiert in der monoklinen RaumgruppeP21/c und ist isostrukturell mit den entsprechenden Titan-und Zirkoniumkomplexen. Die Dimensionen der Einheitszelle sinda=13.51(1) Å,b=8.672(7) Å,c=15.41(1) Å, =97.15(2)° undZ=4.

The cluster complex, Re6( 3-Se)8(PEt3)5(4-vinylpyridine)(SbF6)2 (1), featuring the face-capped octahedral Re6( 3-Se)82+ cluster core and site-differentiating triethylphosphine and 4-vinylpyridine ligands has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex crystallized in monoclinic space group P21 with a=11.748(1)Å, b=15.1212(2)Å, c=19.941(2)Å, =90°, =94.411(3)°, =90°, V=3531.8(7)Å3, Z=2, R1=0.0531, wR2=0.0774. Copolymerization of styrene with 1 via the polymerizable 4-vinylpyridine ligand afforded a novel inorganic-organic hybrid composite of high molecular weight and a low polydispersity index. Structural integrity of the cluster building block is maintained upon hybrid formation.  相似文献

The reactions of Re2X4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) with H2S in THF afford the dirhenium (III) complexes Re2(-H)(-SH)X4(-dppm)2, the first examples of the oxidative addition of an S-H unit across an electron-rich metal-metal triple bond. The bromide complex Re2(-H)(-SH)Br4(-dppm)2 (C2H5)2O crystallizes in the space group P21/n witha=16.631(2) Å,b=15.967(3) Å,c=19.904(2) Å, =92.698(7)°,V=5279(2) Å3, andZ=4. The structure which was refined toR=0.053 (R w=0.070) for 4903 data withI>3.0(I), shows the presence of an edge-shared bioctahedral geometry with a very short Re-Re distance of 2.4566(7) Å. While the hydrogen atoms of the -H and -SH ligands were not located in the X-ray structure determination, their presence is confirmed by IR and1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Diphenylphosphine oxidatively adds to the ReRe bonds of Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) and Re2Cl4(-dpam)2 (dpam=Ph2AsCH2AsPh2) to afford the dirhenium(III) complexes Re2(-X)(-PPh2)HX 3(-LL)2. The dppm complexes have also been prepared from the reactions of Re2(-O2CCH3)X 4(-dppm)2 with Ph2PH, and a similar strategy has been used to prepare Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dmpm)2 (dmpm=Me2PCH2PMe2) from Re2(-O2CCH3)Cl4(dmpm)2. Phenylphosphine likewise reacts with Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 to give Re2(-X)(-PHPh)HX 3(-dppm)2. An X-ray crystal structure determination on Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dppm)2 confirms its edge-shared bioctahedral structure. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 148) witha=21.699(3) Å, =84.50(4)°,V=10084(5) Å3, andZ=6. The structure was refined toR=0.049 (R w 0.069) for 5770 data withI>3.0(I). The Re-Re distance is 2.5918(7) Å. Oxidation of the bromide complex Re2(-Br)(-PPh2)HBr3(-dppm)2 with NOPF6 produces the unusual dirhenium(III, II) cation [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]+ which has been structurally characterized as its perrhenate salt, [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]ReO4 · 2CH2Cl2. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 2) witha=14.187(7) Å,b=16.419(5) Å,c=16.729(5) Å, =98.76(2)°, =110.11(3)°, =104.66(3)°,V=3414(6) Å3,Z=2. The structure was refined toR=0.040 (R w =0.051) for 5736 data withI>3.0(I). The presence of a phosphorus-bound [P(O)Ph2] ligand, a linear nitrosyl and a bridging hydrido ligand has been confirmed. The crystal structure of Cu(OH)Cl [a=5.555 (2) Å,b=6.671 (4) Å,c=6.127 (2) Å, =114.88 (3)°, space group P2I/a,Z=4] was refined for 810 observed reflections with sin /0.80 Å–1 toR=0.035. Crystals were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The copper atom is planar four coordinated by three oxygen atoms and one chlorine atom; two further chlorine atoms complete its coordination. The copper polyhedra share edges to build up sheets, which are connected by hydrogen bonds to the chlorine atoms of adjacent sheets.

Summary The synthesis and crystal structure determination of silanetetramine N,N,N,N2-fluorophenyl(C2/c;a=16.771(7) Å,b=16.827(5) Å,c=16.753(6) Å, ß=111.00(2)°, z=8) are reported. In a search for suitable condensation pathways to silicon/nitrogen based porous solids, N-(2-fluorophenyl)-Si,Si,Si,Si,Si,Si-hexakis(2-fluorophenylamino)disilazane (2) has been obtained from the ammonium carbamate catalyzed condensation of the silanetetramine in teflon lined autoclaves. The X-ray crystal structure determination ( ;a=9.331(1) Å,b=13.698(5) Å,c=16.164(4) Å, =90.34(2)°, ß=103.03(2)°, =103.04(3)°, Z=2) shows the disilazane to be a dimer formed by linear condensation from the monomeric silazane.

In the system U–La–N a new phase of composition La2U2N5 was observed. The differaction pattern of this phase can be indexed with a tetragonal unit cell:a=8.43 Å,c=8.50 Å andc/a=1.008. The pseudocubic sub-cell withaca/2 is closely related to the CsCl-type.

The preparation and characterization of two new mixed-valence, trinuclear species, [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(H2O)3]CF3COOH4/3H2O (1) and [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(CH3COOH)3] (2), is reported. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P¯1 (No. 2), with the parameters, a=12.3131(9) Å, b=12.4427(9) Å, c=12.965(1) Å, =72.593(4)°, =73.453(5)°, =68.345(4)°, V=1727.2(2) Å3, and Z=2. A total of 14060 reflections were collected in the range 1.6827.52°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement indices, R1=0.0589 and wR2=0.1445 were based on a total of 6953 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0542. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/n (No. 14), with the parameters, a=12.876(3) Å, b=12.212(4) Å, c=17.732(4) Å, =100.40(3)°, V=3640.4(1) Å3, and Z=4. A total of 32197 reflections were collected in the range 1.7227.13°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement factors, R1=0.0647 and wR2=0.1609 were based on a total of 8018 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0462. An investigation of the physical properties revealed that both compounds display an intermediate ground state of S=3/2 as a consequence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The magnetic data for compound 1 was best fit to the parameters g=2.09, J=–5.5 cm–1, J=–3.4 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1; the data for compound 2 was best fit to the parameters g=2.10, J=–2.9 cm–1, J=–5.5 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1.  相似文献

The reaction of the heterometallic vinylidene cluster RuCo2(CO)9(3-2-C=CHPh) with the diphosphine ligand 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4-cyclopenten-1,3-dione (bpcd) proceeds readily in the presence of Me3NO to furnish the new cluster RuCo2(CO)7(bpcd)(3-2-C=CHPh) as the sole product. This cluster has been isolated by preparative chromatography and characterized in solution by IR spectroscopy. The molecular structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, which has confirmed the chelation of the bpcd ligand to the ruthenium center and the change in the coordination mode exhibited by the vinylidene ligand. RuCo2(CO)7(bpcd)(3-2-C=CHPh) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P , a = 10.5788(9), b = 11.909(1), c = 19.526(2) Å, = 84.491(9)°, = 78.068(8)°, = 63.760(7)°, V = 2158.7(4) Å3, Z = 2, and d calc = 1.581.  相似文献

Addition of phenylhydrazine to a mixture of VCl3 · THF/N,N-propyl-bis (salicyladimine) and sodium hydride yielded a trinuclear vanadium complex, V3(3-O)(-Cl)Cl6(-1-1PhNHNH2)2(PhNHN H2)2(THF), containing two bridging and two terminal phenylhydrazine ligands. The product has been crystallographically characterized (P21/n, a=12.949(2) Å,b=24.061(4) Å,c=22.504(4) Å, =107.22(1) deg.,V=6697(2) Å3 withZ=4) and was found to contain the first example of bridging monosubstituted hydrazine (phenylhydrazine) ligands.  相似文献

Summary Crystals of (NH3OH)3GaF6 have been isolated from aqueous solution. The compound crystallizes triclinic, with cell parametersa=6.539(5) Å,b=6.924(5) Å,c=9.403(1) Å, =87.01(9)°, =83.98(8)°, =70.28(8)°. The thermal decomposition was studied by TG and DSC analysis.

Isolierte FeO5(H2O)-Oktaeder teilen fünf Ecken mit [SeO2OH]- und [SeO4]-Gruppen, wobei sie Schichten parallel (100) bilden. Diese Schichten sind nur über Wasserstoffbrücken miteinander verbunden.
