基于卡里普索结构预测程序和密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,搜索确定了VB2n-n=8~12)团簇的基态和亚稳态结构。结果发现,V原子的掺杂完全改变了原硼团簇的结构并提高了原体系的稳定性。掺杂体系基态结构分别呈现高对称性的鼓状(VB16-C2v)、管状(VB18-C2v和VB20-Cs)及笼状(VB22-C2和VB24-D3h)结构。基于基态结构,研究了体系的电荷转移和极化率,拟合出了光电子能谱、红外和拉曼谱图,分析了流变键和芳香特性。最后,研究了体系的热力学特性,讨论了温度对热力学参数的影响。  相似文献

用溶胶凝胶法合成了Y2-xSiO5∶Eux纳米发光材料,使用XRD、FTIR和TEM对其结构进行了表征。讨论了相结构、煅烧温度和Eu3+掺杂浓度对材料发光性能的影响及规律。结果显示煅烧温度在900 ℃以下,材料主要呈非晶相结构,900 ℃以上材料主要呈晶态结构;颗粒随煅烧温度升高而增大,在非晶态时颗粒大小在15~45 nm,在晶态时颗粒大小为60~80 nm。激发光谱和荧光发射光谱受材料晶相结构以及Eu3+掺杂浓度的影响,在晶态结构中Y2-xSiO5∶Eux纳米材料呈现更精细的激发和发射光谱。在激发光谱中,电荷转移态吸收(CST)随煅烧温度升高呈现兰移现象,晶态时CST同非晶态相比明显红移;在发射光谱中,非晶态时 5D07F2跃迁呈现强的发光峰,随材料制备温度升高而增强,在晶态时该发光峰强度减弱,在长波波段呈现两个新的发光尖峰,并随煅烧温度升高而增强; 5D07F1发射峰从非晶态转变为晶态后,光谱裂分为三重尖峰;而 5D07F0跃迁发光光谱受结构和颗粒大小影响较小。同时在60~80 nm的Y2-xSiO5∶Eux晶体中,发现材料 5D07F25D07F1跃迁发光强度,均受Eu3+掺杂浓度的影响,当掺杂浓度x=0.4时,材料发光强度最大。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了2个系列的荧光粉样品:Ba2-xZnGe2O7∶xBi3+(系列Ⅰ)和Ba1.994-yKyZnGe2O7∶0.006Bi3+(系列Ⅱ)。X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明,少量Bi3+、K+的掺杂不会明显改变材料的物相结构。样品的荧光光谱测试结果表明,虽然2个系列样品的发光光谱都随组成成分变化有少量变化,但发光颜色基本上均为黄绿色。在358 nm的激发下,荧光粉的发射光谱呈现一个峰值在 500 nm 的宽发射带,归属于 3P11S0能级跃迁。在 500 nm 监测下,荧光粉的最强激发峰位于 358 nm,归属于1S03P1能级跃迁,此外还有一个位于320 nm的肩峰归属于O2--Bi3+电荷转移带。系列Ⅰ样品的光谱数据结果指出,Bi3+的最佳掺杂量x为0.006。在该基质中,Bi3+掺杂取代Ba2+属于不等价取代,会在晶格中产生Ba2+空位或间隙O2-,对材料的发光强度产生负面影响。对此,采用K+与Bi3+协同掺杂起到电荷补偿的作用,填补Ba2+空位或捕获间隙O2-缺陷。空位被填补或间隙被捕获均减少了晶格畸变,从而使发光强度明显提高。系列Ⅱ样品的光谱数据表明,完全电荷补偿的荧光粉样品相比于没有掺K+的样品,其发光强度提高了约2.5倍。  相似文献

将Fe2O3纳米粉体经一定浓度的H2SO4浸泡活化后制成纳米固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3,将其用于催化合成乙酸乙酯以考察其活性。利用均匀设计分析了超强酸制备过程及酯化反应过程中各因素的影响,研究结果表明较好的制备条件是:H2SO4浓度:2.5mol·L-1;浸泡时间:1h;活化温度:167℃;活化时间:1h,此时获得的固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3的粒径小于50nm。当催化剂用量为冰乙酸质量的5%,n(乙醇)∶n(冰乙酸)为3∶1,反应3.5h后乙酸的转化率高于80%。该催化剂经H2SO4溶液浸泡、活化再生后可重新使用,推断出其酸强度H0<-14.5。  相似文献

采用草酸铝、氟化锂与尖晶石LiMn2O4进行高温固相反应,制备出改性尖晶石LiMn2O4材料。对材料进行了XRD、SEM分析及电性能测试,结果表明,改性材料均基本保持了尖晶石主体结构,晶格常数随n(Al)∶n(F)比例的增大而减小;Al3+、F-的引入可以引起材料颗粒表面形貌的变化,产生规则结晶,而颗粒表面结晶的大小受n(Al)∶相似文献

纳米钙钛矿LaxSr1-xFe1-yCoyO3复合氧化物的制备和表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用甘氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧合成法,制备LaxSr1-xFe1-yCoyO3复合氧化物的陶瓷粉末,对该钙钛矿型氧化物进行了XRD、IR、紫外漫反射光谱及循环伏安曲线分析。结果表明:该复合氧化物粉体平均晶粒为15.3~29.8 nm,为立方和正交晶系。该氧电极具有双功能催化特性,但不完全可逆。对水溶液染料进行光解实验,利用紫外-可见、人工神经网络光度法研究LaxSr1-xFe1-yCoyO3的催化性能。结果表明:CO2+的加入可使LaxSr1-xFeO3的光催化活性有所提高,B位离子(Fe3+,CO2+)改变与加入,使LaxSr1-xFe1-yCoyO3(x=0.7,0.3;y=0.3,0.9,1)光催化活性高于LaxSr1-xFeO3。同时,对5种染料进行紫外光解,在0.75 h,脱色率大于91%,并为动力学一级反应。  相似文献

共沉淀-熔盐法制备BaMoO4∶Eu3+及其发光性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以KCl-NaCl为熔盐,采用共沉淀前躯体-熔盐辅助焙烧法合成了红色发光材料BaMoO4∶Eu3+。运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及荧光光谱(PL)等测试手段,研究了熔盐辅助焙烧温度对粉体相结构、形貌和发光性能的影响,并对比了直接采用共沉淀法合成BaMoO4∶Eu3+的结构与发光性能。结果表明:采用两种方法制备的BaMoO4∶Eu3+均是纯相,粒径随温度升高而增大。当KCl-NaCl复合熔盐焙烧温度大于700 ℃,BaMoO4晶粒在熔盐中实现了(111)面取向生长,得到均一的尖晶石型BaMoO4∶Eu3+微晶。光谱研究表明:共沉淀前躯体-熔盐辅助焙烧法合成样品在615 nm处的Eu3+5D0-7F2发射明显得到加强,样品发出明亮的红色发射光。  相似文献

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+系列荧光粉。分别采用X-射线衍射和荧光光谱对所合成荧光粉的物相和发光性质进行了表征。在紫外光330~360 nm激发下,固溶体荧光粉Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu的发射光谱在350~725 nm范围内呈现多谱峰发射,360和500 nm处有强的宽带发射属于Eu2+离子的4f65d1-4f7跃迁,590~725 nm红光区窄带谱源于Eu3+5D0-7FJ (J=1,2,3,4)跃迁,这表明,在空气气氛中,部分Eu3+在Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7基质中被还原成了Eu2+;当x=0.1时,荧光粉Ba1.97Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu的绿色发光最强,表明Eu3+被还原成Eu2+离子的程度最大。当共掺入Ce3+离子后,形成Ba1.97-yZn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+荧光粉体系,其发光随着Ce3+离子浓度的增大由蓝绿区经白光区到达橙红区;发现名义组成为Ba1.96Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.01Ce3+,0.03Eu的荧光粉的色坐标为(0.323,0.311),接近理想白光,是一种有潜在应用价值的白光荧光粉。讨论了稀土离子在Ba2Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7基质中的能量传递与发光机理。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应合成了M5-2xSmxNax(PO4)3F(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)荧光体,研究了其在真空紫外-可见光范围的发光特性。发现在Ca5(PO4)3F中Sm3+的电荷迁移带约在191 nm,在Sr5(PO4)3F中约在199 nm,而在Ba5(PO4)3F中约在204 nm,随着被取代碱土离子半径的增大电荷迁移能量逐渐减小。比较了M5(PO4)3F (M=Ca,Sr,Ba)中Sm3+和Eu3+电荷迁移能量的关系。  相似文献

The experimental enthalpies of solution ΔsolHm, van’t Hoff enthalpies of sublimation ΔsgHm0 of solid compounds, partial molar volumes V20, and partial molar heat capacities Cp,20 of aqueous solutions of pyrimidine nucleic acid bases and their derivatives, determined previously and collected here, are discussed in terms of calculated structural parameters. Relations have been established between the calorimetric and volumetric properties. Correlations have been developed to relate both the enthalpies of solvation and the partial molar heat capacities to the polar and apolar parts of the accessible molecular surface areas.  相似文献

Property data for tetraalkylammonium cations, [H(CH2) n ]4N+, are reviewed. They pertain to the isolated cations and their transfer from the gas phase into aqueous solutions. Various properties of these cations in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and data for their transfer between these are also reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the dependence of data on the length n of the alkyl chains rather than on the absolute values. Most of the data are available only for the first four members of the series. The properties of the isolated ions increase linearly with the chain length. Molar enthalpies of formation of the gaseous and aqueous cations, and absolute standard molar enthalpies of hydration, are derived. Standard molar entropies of dissolution of several salts in water are obtained from their solubilities and enthalpies of solution. The molar entropies of the crystalline iodides of the first four members of the series then give the standard partial molar entropies of the aqueous cations and their molar entropies of hydration. The standard partial molar volumes in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions are quite linear with n and in non-aqueous solutions the molar volume hardly depends on the nature of the solvent. On transfer from water to non-aqueous solvents the volume of Me4N+ suffers some shrinkage, that of Et4N+ appears to be unaffected, but from Pr4N+ onwards an increasing expansion takes place. This unexpected result is tentatively explained by hydrophobic intra-molecular association of pairs of alkyl chains in aqueous solutions, resulting in a tightening of the structure. The transfer of the R4N+ cations from water into non-aqueous solvents is governed by a large positive entropy change, outweighing the smaller positive enthalpy change. The transport properties of the aqueous R4N+ cations are non-linear with n. A major impediment to movement is thus the sticking of the water molecules to the ice-like hydrophobic hydration sheaths of the larger cations. The number of water molecules affected by the hydrophobic cations is open to widely differing estimates resulting from various approaches, and constitute an open issue.  相似文献

分别利用微乳液水热法和酸蒸气水热法合成了杂多蓝化合物ZrW1.7ⅥW0.3ⅤO7H0.3(OH)2·2H2O.XRD测定结果表明,该化合物与ZrMo2O7(OH)2·2H2O具有相同晶体结构类型.使用Rietveld方法对产物进行了结构精修,并计算出了键参数和键价.运用EPR技术测定了该化合物中W的价态,并利用XPS能谱测定了W/W的比例.利用价键和规则,指出ZrW1.7ⅥW0.3ⅤO7H0.3(OH)2·2H2O中的W—O3—H0.15存在羟基化现象,并对杂多蓝化合物的红外吸收光谱进行了指认.  相似文献

Densities and ultrasonic velocities in aqueous solutions of cis-K[Cr(ox)2(H2O)2], K3[Cr(ox)3] and KSSCOC2H5 and a mixed ligand complex K2[Cr(ox)2SSCOC2H5], where SSCOC2H5 is the ethylxanthate ligand, have been measured at 25, 35 and 45°C. Limiting partial molar volumes, partial molar adiabatic compressibilities and hydration numbers of the complex salts as well as of the ligand have been calculated. Sols for the synthesis of hybrid organic-inorganic materials have been prepared by mixing zirconium n-propoxide and methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS). The synthesis was done in two steps: a 15 minute hydrolysis of a MPS : H2O : EtOH 1 : 1 : 2 mixture and then addition of 0.5 molar equivalent of zirconium alkoxide. All the experimental parameters—hydrolysis ratio, pH, dilution, pre-hydrolysis time—have been optimized through a detailed 29 Si and 17O NMR analysis. Immediately after the addition, 94% of the initial water was consumed for the formation of Si–O–Zr bridges. Cleavage of these bonds, associated with formation of Si–O–Si and Zr–O–Zr bridges are then observed during the aging time.  相似文献

The electrical conductivities of aqueous solutions of NaCF3SO3, KCF3SO3, and Ni(CF3SO3)2 have been measured at 25‡C in the concentration range 1 to 25X 10-3 mol-dm-3 The data approach the Onsager limiting law at low concentrations, leading to a limiting molar ion conductivity for the CF3SO 3 ion of 44.5±0.2 S-cm2-mol-1, based on standard values for the cations. Using a simple size parameter for unsymmetrical polyatomic ions, based on the ion geometry, it is shown that the well known empirical relation between the molar conductivities of symmetrical ions and their radii can be extended to include certain polyatomic anions including CF3SO 3 . The results suggest that the CF3SO 3 ion is either a weak structure breaker in aqueous solution or neutral in this respect.  相似文献

The potential energy surface of the (O2-HF)+ complex has been investigated theoretically. Equilibrium structure has been calculated at the UCCSD/6-311++G(2d,2p) and UCCSD/aug-cc-pVTZ levels of theory. Two stable complexes, T-shape and collinear, have been found on the surface whose interaction energies are calculated to be −12.36 and −10.19 kcal mol−1, respectively, at the UCCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ level after correcting for the basis set superposition error (BSSE). Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis revealed intermolecular charge transfers occur followed by intramolecular charge rearrangement. A large contribution from the nF to π* OO is found.  相似文献

B3LYP/6-31G* and 6-311++G** calculations have been carried out in order to study the hydration of phosphates in aqueous media. Optimized geometries and relative stabilities for PO4(-3), HPO(4)-2, H2PO4(-1) have been calculated considering the interaction with one, two, three, four and five discrete water molecules and taking into account the solvent effect by using the self-consistent reaction field theory (Onsager and PCM methods). The role of specific and bulk contributions of solvent effect on the observable properties of phosphate compounds is analysed. Good agreement between theoretical and available experimental results of harmonic vibration frequencies is found. Significant effects on the geometrical and vibrational frequencies are found for those studied phosphate anions. The results presented here provide a first step toward the understanding of the phosphate group as a hydration sensor in lipid bilayers.  相似文献

The apparent molar volumes of Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba hexacyanocobaltates (III) have been determined from 1×104 to 0.2M (mol-dm–3), using both vibrating tube densimeter and dilatometric methods. The semiempirical Pitzer equation has been used to reproduce the experimental data. Positive deviations from the Debye-Hueckel limiting law (DHLL) have been observed at C<0.01M and are compared with the predictions of two other electrostatic approaches, the DHLL+B2 approximation of the Mayer theory and the numerical integration of the exponential Poisson-Boltzmann equation. A least squares procedure has been used to obtain the best fit parameters, including the apparent molar volume at infinite dilution.  相似文献
