For the metal-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of α-substituted ketones,cis reductive products are generally obtained due to steric hindrance of substituents.Herein,an unprecedented trans reductive products were observed in palladium-catalyzed hydrogenative desymmetrization of cyclic and acyclic 1,3-diketones,providing the chiral trans β-hydroxy ketones with two adjacent stereocenters including one α-tertiary or quaternary stereocenter with high enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity.Mechanistic studies and DFT calculations suggested that the rarely observed diastereoselectivity reversal is ascribed to the charge-charge interaction between the palladium and aromatic ring of the substrate,which could not only result in the reversal of the diastereoselectivity,but also improve the reactivity.  相似文献

The base catalyzed addition of sterically hindered 1,3-diketones to the activated multiple bond of ethyl acrylate and 4-methyl-4-methoxy-1-phenylpent-2-yne-1-one has been studied. Electrochemical oxidation of malonic esters in acetonitrile in the presence of iodides follows two different pathways depending on the nature of the cation. In the presence of Lil, alkyl 1,1,2,2,3,3-propanetetracarboxylates were obtained in 85–98% yields. In the presence of Nal, Kl, or Bu4NI, the formation of 1,1,2,2-ethanetetracarboxylates and their subsequent dehydrogenation to ethenetetracarboxylates was the main reaction pathway. The synthesis of 1,3-dimethyl-4-amino-5-formyluracyl, an intermediate of theophylline synthesis, was studied in an ammonium chloride medium using the electroreduction of 1,3-dimethyl-4-amino-5-nitrosouracyl to a diamino derivative with its further formylation. The electrolysis and formylation conditions were optimized. The reduction of 1,3-dimethyl-4-amino-5-nitrosouracyl was performed under the following conditions: its concentration was 12.0–13.5 %, the cathode was a Kh18N10T stainless steel gauze, the electrolysis was performed in the presence of ammonium chloride, the current density was 7.5–8.0 A/dm2, the electrolysis temperature was 40–45°C, and the formylation temperature was 71–72°C. The substance yield of overall formylaminouracyl was 81.2–83.3% and the current efficiency was 62.0–64.5%. The developed process of 1,3-dymethyl-4-amino-5-formyluracyl synthesis was evaluated at a scaled-up laboratory setup with a filter-press cell.  相似文献

A simple and efficient Rh(III)-catalyzed C-H activation and tandem intramolecular cyclization for the synthesis of isocoumarins has been developed. The protocol uses easily available primary benzamides and cyclic 2-diazo-1,3-diketones as starting materials. This reaction proceeds via C-C and C-O bond formation in a single reaction vessel, and the corresponding isocoumarins were obtained in moderate to excellent yields (58%–97%). The well established protocol showed high functional group tolerance, which provided an efficient and alternative route to isocoumarin backbone.  相似文献

The first example of N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-promoted intermolecular acylation of α-haloketones with aldehydes and α,β-unsaturated aldehydes (enals) is reported. The protocol involves carbonyl umpolung reactivity of aldehydes and enals in which the carbonyl carbon attacks nucleophilically on electrophilic terminal of α-haloketones to afford 1,3-diketones and α,β-unsaturated 1,3-diketones, respectively. Short reaction time, ambient temperature, operational simplicity, and high yields are the salient features of the present procedure.  相似文献

The electrochemical generation of stable carbocations, among other heterocyclic products, by a unique electrochemical process involving the anodic oxidation of aryl-substituted ketene imines is described. The electrochemical oxidation undergoes an unusual multiannulation process to form these types of products by intermolecular cyclization. The X-ray crystal structures of two carbocation tetrafluoroborate salts,4c and4d, of which the latter is solvated by CH2Cl2, are presented. We have observed that one of the B-F bonds in4c is relatively long with respect to the other three similar in length B-F bonds, while in the solvated salt (4d·CH2Cl2), one of the B-F bonds is particularly short relative to its congeners. In both cases, the exceptional B-F bonds are oriented toward the positive center of the carbocation. These phenomena are compared with other known X-ray structures of organic tetrafluoroborate salts and discussed.  相似文献

A novel reaction of the sodium salt of 2-nitroethanol in aqueous ammonia resulted in the sodium salt of 2-oxo-3-hydroxypropionic acid oxime (1) has been found. Bromination of1 affords 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol (2) with a previously unknown molecular conformation. The formation mechanisms of compounds1 and2 were suggested. A simple and efficient synthesis of indolylidinethiazolidnediones (3) and indolylidinecyclic-1,3-diketones (5) has been developed by reaction of indole-3-aldehyde (1) with thiazolidinedione (2) or cyclic-1,3-diketones (4) using tetra butyl ammonium acetate (TBAA) melt as novel, cost-effective, and recyclable ionic liquid under solvent-free green conditions at 100 °C for 15–20 min without additional use of catalyst.

New radical cation salts based on 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP) with copper(II) metal complex anions, β-(BDA-TTP)4Cu2Cl6 and (BDA-TTP)2CuCl4, were synthesized and structurally characterized. Single crystals were prepared by electrochemical oxidation of BDA-TTP under galvanostatic conditions. X-ray diffraction study demonstrated that the salts have a layered structure, in which the conducting BDA-TTP layers alternate with the [Cu2Cl6]2− or [CuCl4]2− anions. Electrochemical oxidation of nine para- and meta-substituted benzylamines in varying mole fractions of acetic acid in water has been investigated in the presence of 0.1 M sulphuric acid as supporting electrolyte. The oxidation potentials correlate well with Hammett’s substituent constants affording negative reaction constants. The correlation of potential values with macroscopic solvent parameters is non-linear suggesting that the operation of both specific and non-specific solvent-solvent-solute interaction mechanisms. Multiple correlation analysis of the experimental data with Kamlet-Taft solvatochromic parameters is employed.  相似文献

Abstract  Electro-oxidation of catechol in the presence of 2-methyl-1,3-cyclopentanedione as a nucleophile was investigated in water–acetonitrile (90:10 v/v) solution. The results indicate that the o-benzoquinone electrogenerated participates in a Michael addition reaction with this nucleophile. The electrosynthesis of 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methylcyclopentane-1,3-dione was carried out. The product was characterized by NMR, MS, FT-IR, and elemental analysis. An EC mechanism was deduced from voltammetric and spectroscopic data. Also, the Michael addition reaction rate constant (k m) was estimated using digital simulation of voltammograms. Acidic 1,3-azolium salts are prepared from Brønsted acids and 1,3-azoles such as imidazole, thiazole, and oxazole. Acidic imidazolium salts are frequently employed as promoters for the synthesis of nucleotides using the phosphoramidite method in a solution phase. Recently, it was revealed that thiazolium and oxazolium salts catalyzed Vorbrüggen-type N-glycosylation reactions to give nucleosides. These reactivities are attributed to the stronger Brønsted acidities of the thiazolium and oxazolium salts relative to those of the imidazolium salts. This digest focuses on recent progress in the applicability of acidic 1,3-azolium salts as promoters in the solution-phase synthesis of nucleosides and nucleotides.  相似文献

The use of DCC, triethylamine, and 4-dimethylaminopyridine in dichloromethane provides a general and standard one-pot procedure for the C-acylation of cyclic 1,3-diones with a wide range of carboxylic acids, giving rise to β-triketones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献
