通过对La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-yCoyO3(y≤02)饱和磁矩和输运的测量,研究了Co对La0.8Sr0.2MnO3的磁电阻影响机制.结果表明,在La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-yCoyO3y≤02)中Co3+离子是低自旋态.由于Mn3+—O—Co3+—O—Mn3+类型的磁交换与Mn3+-Mn4+离子间双交换作用相比较弱,Curie温度TC附近的磁电阻随着Co掺杂量的增加而降低.与此相反,由于Co2+离子与eg巡游电子的反铁磁交换耦合作用,低温区间的磁电阻随着Co掺杂量的增加而升高. 关键词: 低自旋 磁电阻 磁交换作用  相似文献

界面效应在提升异质结构材料的多铁性能方面有着重要的作用. 本文采用脉冲激光沉积技术在SrTiO3(STO)基片上制备了Bi0.8Ba0.2FeO3(BBFO)/La2/3Sr1/3MnO3(LSMO)异质结. X-射线衍射图谱表明异质结呈现单相外延生长, 利用高分辨透射电镜进一步证实了BBFO为四方相结构. X-射线光电子能谱证实异质结中只存在Fe3+ 离子, 没有产生价态的变化, 揭示了异质结铁电和铁磁性的增强与BBFO/LSMO的界面有关. 同时, 测试了磁电阻(MR)和磁介电(MD), 当磁场强度为0.8 T, 温度为70 K时, MR约为-42.2%, MD约为21.2%. 并且发现在180 K时出现磁相的转变. 实验结果揭示出异质界面效应在提升材料的多铁性和磁电耦合效应方面具有超常的优点, 是加快多铁材料实际应用的有效途径.  相似文献

在2—390K温度之间研究了La0.8Ba0.2MnO3的 磁矩、磁电阻与温度的关系.发 现以不同价态的Mn元素引入得到的La0.8Ba0.2MnO3 ,性能虽然都存在金属 —绝缘体转变,以及在磁场作用下居里温度附近电阻率变化非常显著的特点,但是价态对磁 性转变温度TC,金属—绝缘体转变温度Tmi,以及磁电阻极大 值温度TMR的影 响都非常显著.三种价态相比较,使用二价Mn的电阻率最低以及磁性转变温度更接近室温.认 为影响材料性能的主要因素是材料制备时引进的Mn元素的价态,由于原料价态的不同而形成 的氧空位浓度变化,进而影响了Mn4+/Mn3+的比. 关键词: 价态 磁电阻 居里温度 金属—绝缘体转变  相似文献

La1-xTexMnO3(x=004,01)是一种具有钙钛矿结构的电子掺杂型锰氧化物.实验结果表明:在这种锰氧化物中同时存在庞磁阻(CMR)效应和低场磁电阻(LFMR)效应.在整个实验温度范围(5—300K),LFMR随温度升高而发生了如下变化:出现—消失—出现,在LFMR消失的温区又恰好能观察到明显的CMR.对其原因给予了解释. 关键词: 庞磁电阻 低场磁电阻 La-Te-Mn-O  相似文献

通过实验研究了La07-xDyxSr03MnO3(x=000,030,040,050,060,070)体系的M_T曲线,M_H曲线,ρ_T曲线和MR_T曲线. 实验结果表明:随着Dy掺杂的增加,体系从长程铁磁有序向自旋团簇玻璃态、反铁磁及 亚铁磁状态转变. x=030样品的M_T曲线上在TN附近出现磁化强度尖峰, x=040时尖峰消失. 对x=050样品,ZFC的M_T曲线随温度增加出现一个谷,随 后在TN处出现峰;而FC的M_T曲线在低温下呈现负磁矩. 对x=060和070 样品,不论FC还是ZFC的M_T曲线都类似于x=050的ZFC的M_T曲线. 高掺杂时的输 运性质在其磁背景下发生异常. 这些奇异现象用Nel的双格子模型并联合M_H回滞曲线 给予很好地解释. 关键词: 磁结构 输运行为 庞磁电阻效应  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶制备了La0.833K0.167MnO3-SrTiO3 (LKMO/STO)系列样品,并研究了它们的结构、磁性和输运特性.X射线衍射实验表明,1200℃烧结的LKMO/STO (STLK12)是一个均匀的固溶相.其电阻率表现为绝缘体的行为,而纯La0.833K0.167MnO3 (LKMO)样品随温度的升高则有金属-绝缘体转变.在低场下(μ0H=0.02 T),对STLK12样品,当温度从220 K降低到4 K时,磁电阻从0.2%升高到11%.在高场下(μ0H=5.5 T),随着温度降低,磁电阻几乎是线性增大.在4.2 K时,达到65%.比纯LKMO样品40%的磁电阻高出了25%. 我们用晶界处的自旋极化隧穿效应定性地解释了这种增强的磁电阻效应. 关键词: 低场磁电阻 高场磁电阻 自旋极化隧穿 钙钛矿  相似文献

A junction composed of ultrathin La0.9Ca0.1MnO3+δ (LCMO) film and 1 wt.% Nb-doped SrTiO3 was fabricated and its magnetoresistance (MR) was studied and compared with LCMO film. It was found that the resistance of the junction has a similar dependence on magnetic field as that of the LCMO film: the curvature of R-H curves is upward above Curie temperature (Tc) and downward below TC. These behaviours strongly suggest that the rotation of ferromagnetic clusters in manganite also causes MR in the corresponding junction. This MR can be qualitatively understood by the change of the width of the barrier induced by the rotation of ferromagnetic clusters. These results suggest a possibility to obtain junctions with large low-field MR.  相似文献

用传统的固相反应法合成了Fe位掺杂Al的双钙钛矿型氧化物Sr2Fe1-xAlxMoO6 (x=00,005,010,015,03)多晶材料. x射线衍射和扫描电子显微分析显示,在Fe位掺杂Al既没有引入杂相,也没有明显改变Sr2FeMoO6多晶材料的晶粒尺寸和晶界状态. 非磁性Al离子的掺杂使晶粒内部磁有序区细化成更小的区域,同时使反铁磁区内的磁耦合作用变弱. 这一方面提高了亚铁磁区磁化方向的磁场灵敏度;另一方面也降低了反铁磁区对自旋相关电子的散射;两方面的共同作用使Sr2FeMoO6的低场磁电阻效应明显增强,但这种尺寸效应也使材料的磁电阻在高温下下降得更快. 关键词: 低场磁电阻 掺杂 自旋极化电子  相似文献

The transport properties and magnetoresistance of electron-doped manganate / insulator composites (La0.8Te0.2MnO3)1 - x/(ZrO2)x (x=0, 0.3, and 0.5) are investigated. It is found that the metal-insulator transition temperature of this system shifts to a lower value as the ZrO2 content increases. The introduction of ZrO2 enhances both the domain scattering and electron relative scattering in the metal transport region. In the adiabatic small polaron hopping transport region, the thermal activation energy seems invariable regardless of the ZrO2 content. The application of a magnetic field promotes the charge transportation capabilities of the composites, and the magnetoresistance is enhanced with an increase of the ZrO2 content. This could be attributed to the more remarkable modification effect of magnetic field on ordering degree in the composites than in pure La0.8Te0.2MnO3.  相似文献

Polycrystalline perovskite La0.8Tb0.2MnO3 (LTMO) with an orthorhombic phase was synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction. The magnetic and electric properties of La0.8Tb0.2MnO3 were examined. The striking finding is that the material exhibits giant magnetoresistance at room temperature as high as −31.8% and −35.7% under the low magnetic fields of 100 and 1000 Oe, respectively. This result suggests that La0.8Tb0.2MnO3 has a promising potential in future device developments.  相似文献

A series of bulk polycrystalline La0.7Ca0.2Sr0.1MnO3 (LCSMO)/Pd composites were prepared by chemical plating and structural, electrical, magnetic, and magnetoresistance (MR) properties were investigated. It is found that Pd additions are uniformly distributed on the grain boundaries of the LCSMO grains, which decrease the resistivity and the saturation magnetic moment of the matrix. An interesting phenomenon is observed that at a given field, when the plating time increases, the MR increases at low addition level (0>t (plating time)<40 min) and decreases at high addition level (t>40 min), indicating an optimal plating time of 40 min, at which the MR value is maximum. Our analysis suggests that the improvement of grain boundaries originating from Pd addition plays an important role in enhancing the MR.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积方法, 通过调节激光能量、激光频率、衬底温度、氧压、靶基距等工艺参数, 在(100)取向的铝酸镧单晶衬底上制备出Bi0.8Ba0.2FeO3/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3多铁性异质结. X射线衍射图谱表明薄膜呈钙钛矿结构, 高分辨透射电镜图谱和能量色散X射线图谱表明两相界面清晰且具有良好的匹配度, 异质结呈(00l)取向性生长. 加场冷却条件下不同温度的磁滞回线(M-H)测量结果表明样品具有明显的交换偏置效应, 交换偏置场(HEB)随温度的线性变化可能与异质结界面处电子轨道的重构和界面处自旋、轨道自由度之间的复杂的相互作用有关.  相似文献

The La0.8Sr0.2MnO3/ZnO heterostructures with different thicknesses of ZnO films are fabricated by using RF magnetron sputtering technique. The heterojunctions exhibit excellent rectifying properties at 300 K. At low temperatures the temperature dependent junction resistance exhibits a metal-insulator transition like behavior. A magnetic field strongly impacts on electrical characteristics of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3/ZnO p-n junctions, i.e., depressing the junction resistance greatly and driving the metal-insulator transition temperature (TMI) towards higher temperatures. Large magnetoresistance is observed below TMI, and it increases with increasing magnetic field and almost saturates at 5 T, i.e., above −90% at 100 K and 5 T.  相似文献

The electrical transport properties and the magnetoresistance of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3/La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1MnO3 composites are investigated as a function of sintering temperature. On the basis of an analysis by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy we suggest that raising the sintering temperature enhanced the interfacial reaction and creates interfacial phases at the boundaries of the La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1MnO3. Results also show that in 3 kOe, and at the Curie temperature, the magnetoresistance value of 14% was observed for the composite sintered at 1300 °C. Based on the phenomenological equation for conductivity under a percolation approach, which depends on the phase segregation of ferromagnetic metallic clusters and paramagnetic insulating regions, we fitted the experimental resistivity—temperature data from 50-300 K and find that the activation barrier decreases as temperature is increased.  相似文献

We present magnetic and transport properties of nanocrystalline La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 powders prepared by a gel-combustion method using citric acid as the fuel. The coercive magnetic field Hc is significantly different to the field Hc* for which the magnetoresistance (MR) is maximum. The MR at low fields (LFMR) exhibits a power-law dependence with magnetization, MR∝Mn, with n=2.5–3.3 for temperatures ranging from 5 to 200 K. The results are discussed in terms of a distribution of particle size in our sample.  相似文献
