The BES barrel shower counter prototype was tested with electron and pion beam in the momentum range from 0.2 to 2.0GeV/c at 12GeV PS test beam line of KEK, the preliminary results were reported. Four types of gas mixtures which were used in prototype have been tested: 40% Ar/60% Isobutane, 44.5% Ar/44.5%CH4/11% Methylel, 47%Ar/47%%CH4/6% Methylel, 49.3%Ar/49.3%CH4/1.4% Ethyl alcohol. The results show that using SQS tube as sampling means in BES shower is feasible way for BEPC region. 相似文献

Practical formulas for calculating position sensing by charge division were given.They were applied to experiments on self-quenching streamer (SQS) tubes with different shorter wire lengths (smallest resistance 425Ω) and the position resolution obtained was 1.1% for a 37.3cm wire.The error of position sensing by charge division on single tube was compared to that on parallelly connected double tuble tubes.Possible errors of determing position of the shower "Axis" by charge division method on the wires were studied. 相似文献

本文提出了叶轮机非定常设计的缘线匹配理论和方法,研究指出,缘线匹配注意了先前没有被考虑的周期非定常流动的相位影响,而今通过协调相邻叶排相邻缘线空间关系得以实现。初步理论及数值研究表明缘线匹配技术在提高叶轮机气动性能、气弹性能、气动噪声和热传导性能上的潜力。作为一个设计自由度,它使叶轮机非定常气动设计具有了真实而可操作的内容。 相似文献

In this paper,we present the design and construction of the luminosity monitor,the main features of the detectors,and the functions of the functions of the read-out circuits and data acquisition system of the Beijing spectrometer (BES).In october of 1988,the luminosity monitor provided the first colliding luminosity of BEPC,and the initial luminosity was 5×1028/cm2.sec.During the later colliding experimental operation,the luminosity monitor also provided the colliding luminosities,which were in good agreement with those calculated by the operation parameters of the BEPC. 相似文献
