Charged vortex solutions are found iri a (2+1)-dimensional Abelian Higgs model with Chern- Simons term at finite temperature. It is shown that there exists a finite critical temperature at which vortices disappear and it implies that the system changes fiom superconducting state to normal state at this critical temperature.  相似文献

We study topology change in (2+1)D gravity coupling with non-Abelian SO(2, 1) Higgs field from the point of view of Morse theory. It is shown that the Higgs potential can be identified as a Morse function. The critical points of the latter (i.e. loci of change of the spacetime topology) coincide with zeros of the Higgs field. In these critical points the two-dimensional metric becomes degenerate, but the curvature remains bounded.  相似文献

We consider the Abelian Higgs model with a Chern-Simons term coupled to the Einstein theory of gravitation in 3-dimensional space-time. We seek a finite solution, regular everywhere, having a stationary, cylindrically symmetric metric. We analyze these field equations and we suggest that such a solution exists. We find that the asymptotic metric of this solution corresponds to that which describes gravitationally a massive particle with spin. We obtain explicitly the expression of the spin. We give only the expression of the mass in the first order with respect to the gravitational coupling constant.  相似文献

Motivated by the well-known charged BTZ black holes, we look for (2 + 1)-dimensional solutions of F(R) gravity. At first we investigate some near horizon solutions and after that we obtain asymptotically Lifshitz black hole solutions. In this paper, we use the classical Lie group symmetry method to get the Lie point symmetries of the (2+1)-dimensional hyperbolic nonlinear Schrödinger (HNLS) equation and reduce the (2+1)-dimensional HNLS equation to some (1+1)-dimensional partial differential systems. Finally, many exact travelling solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional HNLS equation are obtained by the classical Lie symmetry reduced method.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the symmetry method, the relationships between new explicit solutions and old ones of the (2+1)-dimensional Kaup-Kupershmidt (KK) equation are presented. We successfully obtain more general exact travelling wave solutions for (2+1)-dimensional KK equation by the symmetry method and the (G, /G)-expansion  method. Consequently, we find some new solutions of (2+1)-dimensional KK equation,  including similarity solutions, solitary wave solutions, and  periodic solutions.  相似文献

Using the extension homogeneous balance method,we have obtained some new special types of soliton solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation.Starting from the homogeneous balance method,one can obtain a nonlinear transformation to simple (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation into a linear partial differential equation and two bilinear partial differential equations.Usually,one can obtain only a kind of soliton-like solutions.In this letter,we find further some special types of the multisoliton solutions from the linear and bilinear partial differential equations.  相似文献

The exact solutions of the generalized (2+1)-dimensional nonlinearZakharov-Kuznetsov (Z-K) equation are explored by the method of the improved generalized auxiliary differential equation. Many explicit analytic solutions of the Z-K equation are obtained.
