We show that Gammelgaard’s formula expressing a star product with separation of variables on a pseudo-Kähler manifold in terms of directed graphs without cycles is equivalent to an inversion formula for an operator on a formal Fock space. We prove this inversion formula directly and thus offer an alternative approach to Gammelgaard’s formula which gives more insight into the question why the directed graphs in his formula have no cycles.  相似文献

The Euler–Maclaurin summation formula is generalized to a modified form by expanding the periodic Bernoulli polynomials as its Fourier series and taking cuts, which includes both the Euler–Maclaurin summation formula and the Poisson summation formula as special cases. By making use of the modified formula, a possible numerical summation method is obtained and the remainder can be controlled. The modified formula is also generalized from one dimension to two dimensions. Approximate expressions of partition functions of a classical particle in square well in 1D and 2D and that of a quantum rotator are obtained with error estimation.  相似文献

We presesent an exact generalization of the Foldy-Lax formula for the self-energy of a wave propagating in a disordered system of identical spherical scatterers. The Foldy-Lax formula yields an expression for the self-energy valid to first order in the density of scatterers. Our exact formula allows a systematic calculation of corrections to this low-density approximation. The formula is based on a renormalized cluster expansion which was presented earlier.  相似文献

The paper deals with the calculation of diagonal as well as off-diagonal matrix elements between unbound states pertaining to a radial Schrödinger equation. For the case that the effective potential, i.e. the potential with the centrifugal barrier included, is real and that only a single generalized classical turning point exists, we derive, on the basis of a phase-integral method, a new, general formula for the calculation of such matrix elements without the use of wavefunctions. The formula applies to an arbitrary order of the phase-integral approximations used. While conventional methods may present difficulties when the radial wavefunctions oscillate rapidly in space, this formula, in which the wavefunctions do not appear, is expected to be more accurate the more rapidly the wavefunctions oscillate. The formula is tested numerically for a Lennard-Jones potential and is found to yield extremely accurate results.

When specialized to the first-order approximation, our formula goes over into a formula derived previously by other authors. They derived the formula by introducing the first-order JWKB approximation for the wave-functions in the integral defining the matrix element and simplifying the resulting expression by using simple qualitative arguments. The remarkably good accuracy of this first-order formula has puzzled previous authors. So has also the fact that attempts to improve it, by including quantities neglected on the basis of the simple qualitative arguments, and by using Airy functions or uniform approximations for the wavefunctions through the turning points, have failed. Our derivation throws light on the question of the accuracy to be expected, and it explains why already the first-order formula is remarkably accurate and why no improvement is gained in the attempts mentioned.  相似文献

The theory of exact formulae for the electrical resistivity is reviewed. The derivation of an exact formula for the resistivity and the proof of the equivalence of this formula with the linear response formula for the electrical conductivity are presented. One form of the resistivity formula is evaluated in the limit of weak scattering. The model for this calculation is a system of non-interacting free electrons scattered by random fixed impurities. It is shown that the evidence which suggested that the resistivity formula is simpler to evaluate than the conductivity formula is misleading.  相似文献

根据Audi等编评的最新核数据表, 对Z≥84, N≥128的核的α衰变实验寿命用Viola-Seaborg公式进行最小方差拟合, 得到一套新参数. 用新拟合参数计算的偶偶核的衰变寿命与实验寿命很好地符合, 平均偏差1.3倍.而对奇A和奇奇核理论寿命与实验寿命相差较远. 考虑到处于基态时奇A和奇奇核与偶偶核的主要区别在于自旋和宇称, 对Viola-Seaborg公式做了推广. 在公式中引入了离心势垒(即α粒子轨道角动量)对衰变寿命的影响. 由推广公式计算的奇A和奇奇核的寿命与实验寿命平均偏差2.5倍,最大偏差5—6倍.  相似文献

The rays that form moiré fringes in projection type moiré topography are discussed. It is shown that the nodal-ray formula conventionally used in projection type moiré topography gives erroneous results for an object located close to the lenses. An alternative formula based on principal rays is proposed and compared with the conventional nodal ray formula. The principal ray formula proposed can be applied to a wide class of optical systems, including a telecentric system.  相似文献

An amended formula for the decay of radioactivematerial is presented. It is a modification of thestandard exponential formula. The new formula appliesfor long cosmic times comparable to the Hubble time. It reduces to the standard formula for shorttimes. It is shown that the material decays faster thanexpected. 针孔单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)成像的空间分辨率通常是根据Anger经验公式来进行估算,与实际测量存在较大偏差.本文通过对针孔成像的物理过程进行分析,提出了一个近似度更高的计算公式.利用精确的蒙特卡罗方法模拟针孔SPECT成像,采用OSEM(ordered subsets expectation maximization)算法对投影数据进行图像重建,并与模具实验进行比较,验证了理论公式的适用性.同时还讨论了体素尺寸、几何映射获取投影矩阵以及探测器尺寸与成像物体尺寸比值对断层图像空间分辨率的影响.实验结果显示,该理论公式所估算的空间分辨率比实验值平均偏小约10%,而Anger经验公式所估算的空间分辨率比实验值平均偏大约60%.因此,该理论公式能更好地估算针孔SPECT成像的空间分辨率,可为针孔SPECT系统的设计和使用提供有价值的参考.  相似文献

The Viola-Seaborg formula is a well-known formula for α-decay half-lives of heavy nuclei. In this work we obtain new parameters of this formula through a least-square fit to even-even nuclei between Z = 84 and Z = 110 with N greater than 126. On average, the formula can reproduce the half-lives of heavy even-even nuclei within a factor of 1.3. The formula with new parameters works well for the superheavy region which is a hot topic of nuclear physics. The numerical results from the formula are compared with those from the cluster model.  相似文献

We present a decay formula for photoluminescence of a single quantum dot. We apply the formula to time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) measurements for a single InAs/GaAs quantum dot. The formula works very well for the PL decays of excitons and biexcitons in the system. The physical basis of the formula originates from the temporal dispersion of lifetimes. A simple formula for the ratio of the number of odd- and even-parity states as a function of temperature is derived. This formula is used to calculate the ratio of level densities of opposite parities as a function of excitation energy. We test the formula with quantum Monte Carlo shell model calculations in the (pf+g(9/2)) shell. The formula describes well the transition from low excitation energies where a single parity dominates to high excitations where the two densities are equal.  相似文献

A nuclear mass formula is derived using a few extremely reasonable assumptions within an independent particle model with residual interactions. 为了研究氮气在宽光谱范围内的色散特性,基于气体色散理论,在标准条件下(温度为293.15K,气压为101325Pa),利用二阶Sellmeier公式和最小二乘法拟合得到氮气在0.145~2.058μm波长范围内的色散公式。该公式在全波段范围内的不确定度约为2.1×10-7,与原始测量数据的准确度一致。与现有色散公式相比,该公式的适用波长范围更宽,可提供氮气在0.27~0.47μm波段更多的折射率信息,具有较广泛的适用性。通过实验测量氮气在633nm处的折射率验证了该公式的有效性。  相似文献
