本文采用一种适用于共价晶体的含双共价因子(Nt≠Ne)的能量矩阵计算方法,研究了Co2+离子在HgS中的光学吸收谱,并对结果进行了讨论.研究结果表明,对于共价性强的晶体,Racah参量A对能级跃迁的贡献不能忽略. 相似文献

本文在发展现有理论的基础上提出了双模及多模辐射场的两种非线性高阶压缩(即N次方Y压缩和N次方H压缩)的定义,根据量子力学中的线性叠加原理构造了一美双模叠加志光场|ψ>,对|ψ>的N次方Y压缩及N次方H压缩效应进行了详细研究.结果表明:双模叠加态光场|ψ>是一种典型的非经典光场,它可具有任意阶的N次方Y压缩及N次方H压缩效应;并且,在一定的条件下,这两种非线性高阶压缩效应均可呈现出周期性变化的特性.文献7的单模辐射场振幅N次方压缩的定义,仅仅是本文所提出的N次方Y压缩和N次方H压缩这两种非线性高阶压缩的一般定义在k=1条件下的特例. 相似文献

本文基于第一性原理中的Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerh方法研究了单层In1-xGaxN的电子结构和光学性质.计算得到单层In1-xGaxN的能带结构和态密度(DOS),发现随着掺杂比例的变化,体系带隙的变化范围是1.8~3.8 eV,表明通过Ga的掺杂可以实现体系带隙值的调节.并且还研究了单层In1-xGaxN的介电函数,折射率和吸收系数等光学性质,结果表明随着Ga掺杂浓度的增加,介电函数谱的主峰和吸收谱发生了显著的蓝移.此外,基于能带结构和态密度图谱,对单层In1-xGaxN的光学性质进行分析,预测这种材料独特的光学性质在纳米电子学和光学器件中会有广泛的应用. 相似文献

用时域ABCD矩阵讨论了调Q锁模脉冲激光器输出脉冲的宽度和啁啾特性,主要给出了调Q元件作为幅度调制元件时的时域ABCD矩阵,并将光脉冲在激光腔中往返一周的ABCD矩阵写出,用此矩阵讨论了它对锁模脉冲的影响.给出了Nd:YAG激光器中用Cr4+:YAG作调Q元件时的调Q锁模脉冲激光器特性,并讨论了腔内色散、饱和吸收强度、增益带宽对输出脉冲特性的影响.用时域ABCD矩阵大大简化了计算过程. 相似文献

A novel all-fiber refractometer sensor is proposed, which is based on multimode interference in the multimode fiber core section sandwiched between two single-mode fibers. A wide-angle beam propagation method in the cylindrical coordinate is employed as the modeling tool for simulation and design of the proposed refractometer sensor. The design for a refractometer is presented that shows that the refractometer would have an estimated resolution of 5.4 x 10(-5) for refractive indices from 1.33 to 1.45 and of 3.3 x 10(-5) for refractive indices from 1.38 to 1.45 through the choice of an appropriate length of the multimode fiber core section. 相似文献

The propagation dynamics of a chirped Airy vortex(CAiV) beam with x-polarization in uniaxial crystals orthogonal to the optical axis is studied analytically and numerically. The effect of the ratio of extraordinary and ordinary refractive indices, the chirp parameter, as well as the propagation distance is analyzed, which shows that the focused position of the CAi V beams can be controlled through changing the ratio of the extraordinary and ordinary refractive indices. In addition,with the propagation distance increasing, the asymmetry of the intensity and the angular momentum of the CAi V beam during propagation becomes much more visible. The variation of the chirp parameters can change the attenuation velocity of the vortex as well. 相似文献

The method of path integration is applied to the analysis of wave propagation in both a graded-index optical waveguide and in an otherwise homogeneous infinite medium whose refractive indices have random statistical inhomogeneities superposed upon a regular variation of refractive index with suitable averaged properties. The authors use techniques originally employed in the context of electron propagation in a set of random scatterers to calculate the averaged Green function describing paraxial wave propagation in a medium whose refractive index has statistical inhomogeneities. The concept of an averaged density of modes is introduced, and the paper presents detailed calculations of this quality for two limiting case. In the first, the correlation length associated with the distribution of inhomogeneities is zero along the direction of propagation. In the second, the Feynman variational technique is used to describe the propagator in a medium whose statistical inhomogeneities have an infinite correlation length along the direction of propagation. We report on the fabrication and modal property studies of planar waveguide structure in x-cut bismuth borate biaxial crystal formed by He ion implantation with triple energies. The prism coupling method is used to measure the effective refractive indices of this waveguide. We reconstruct the refractive index distribution of this waveguide by the reflectivity calculation method. Our results indicate that a broadened optical barrier is produced by the multiple He ion implantations. The so-called tunneling effect of the non-stationary mode in this type of barrier waveguide is presented by the well-known finite difference beam propagation method. 相似文献

The light propagation through a stack of two media with different refractive indices, which are aligned according to different
quasiperiodic sequences determined by metallic means, is studied using the transfer matrix method. The focus lies on the investigation
of the influence of the underlying quasiperiodic sequence as well as the dependence of the transmission on the frequency,
the incidence angle of the light wave and different ratios of the refractive indices. In contrast to a periodically aligned
stack we find complete transmission for the quasiperiodic systems for a wide range of different refractive indices for small
incidence angles. Additional bands of moderate transmission occur for frequencies in the range of the photonic band gaps of
the periodic system. Further, for fixed indices of refraction we find a range of almost perfect transmission for angles close
to the angle of total reflection, which is caused by the bending of photonic transmission bands towards higher frequencies
for increasing incidence angles. Comparing with the results of a periodic stack the quasiperiodicity seems to have only an
influence in the region around the midgap frequency of a periodic stack. 相似文献

We investigate how bulk losses of the thin film waveguide core influence the propagation constants of the modes of an asymmetric slab waveguide. Film absorption of a few hundreds inverse centimeters causes measurable shifts of the effective refractive indices, particularly for modes of higher order. We evaluate the error, that would be introduced into measurements of the refractive index and film thickness by the prism coupler method, if existing film losses were to be ignored. 相似文献

Millimeter waves is expected to be used for indoor broadband wireless access for its rich frequency spectrum resources. To implement the indoor MMW wireless system, it is important to know its propagation characteristics in building, which are governed by the transmission properties of construction materials. This paper focuses on the measurements of reflection characteristics and refractive indices of some interior construction materials (such as glass, brick, plasterboard, silencing board, etc.) at Ka–band. The free–space reflection method was used to measure the reflection and transmission coefficients. 提出了一种用于重建渐变折射率平板光波导折射率分布的方法,这种方法通过数值法求解亥姆霍兹方程.从光波导的低阶模开始采用迭代法顺次对各个模式对应的“转折点”位置进行校正.并多次重复迭代以消除“转折点”外折射率分布的变化对相应模式“转折点”位置的影响。借助WKB近似原理说明了这种方法迭代过程中“转折点”坐标的收敛性。对折射率按照指数规律变化的平板光波导的折射率分布重建结果证明这种方法具有较高的精度。分析表明:这种方法克服了WKB法固有的缺陷,即忽略模式“转折点”外折射率分布对相应模式传输常鞋的影响和“转折点”处相移的不确定性,因而比逆WKB法具有更好的自洽性和精确性。 相似文献
